Jonathan and his manager were super accommodating and offered to bring the car to my home the next day after work to see if its right for me.We ended up not doing that route but my Mother was able to go and trade in the car. She drove it back to the house and Jonathan followed with the paper work to our home. I was able to sign everything during my work break and see the car. Sarfaraz is the greatest salesperson in the dealership. I had been dreading going into a dealership to deal with the barrage of shady salespeople. Not so much with Universal. My first impression of Universal Nissan was an associate named Glenda, she is friendly, kind and caring and a great listener . I told her that I was looking for a scarlet Nissan kicks 2021. Glenda gathered some information and Informed me that there would be some kicks coming in. With the Covid and distribution issues I did not get my hopes up. I visited a local Nissan dealership but was not impressed with this sales people, again there were no kicks on the lot and they could not assure me that they could get the color I wanted.As I was leaving the other dealership I’ve got a message from Glenda that the day before they had received a scarlet Nissan kicks SV. I told her that I would head home and provide her all the information over email because we lived an hour away in Viera Florida. She assigned us Keith as our sales person and from that point on it was fantastic service the entire way through. We understand with the Covid there is limited rebates as well as limited options for negotiations, I was able to walk off with not only the color car I wanted but Keith went above and beyond setting up the last minute tinting of my windows through Juan, the on-site tinting company . I also added the crossbars for the roof rack at the last minute and he was able to get the service team to fit us in. I was there less than two hours signed the paperwork and my car with both last minute items added on was taken care of. It was a team effort from the beginning led by Keith and then of course my first impression was Glenda. We live an hour away we did everything over the phone and email it was so convenient.We are a Nissan family my 2014 juke will now go to my daughter I have the new kicks my oldest daughter has a Kick we have a frontier and a Sentra. In the past at other dealers, I seem to get a barely interested salesperson, which is not too surprising since they aren’t making any real money on the transaction. At Universal, I worked with Keith Priestley, who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. It was refreshing. He even mailed me the garage door opener I had left in my old car. Keith was as good as you could ever hope for.

Far and away the worst Nissan dealership in Florida.. bought a car a month ago and it has a full warranty… needs a new battery ish happens not mad at it but their customer service is atrocious. They tell me they have no availability for days to change the battery and when I suggested I go buy a battery myself and put it in myself and they just reimburse me since everything is covered under warranty he keeps giving me the same unfortunately we have no availability speech for 20min … it’s a simple 10-20 min fix and I even offered to do it myself… what a joke

Ive had a terrible experience with the parts/services center. I called to inquire about how much it would cost to replace the headlight assembly on my car, including labor. I was transferred close to 10 times because no one could give me an answer. On the last transfer, there was a busy signal, so I had to end the call. We were in the area last night so we decided to walk in to see if we could make an appointment, but the parts/service center was closed. The lady at the sales desk said they open at 7am so I could come in the morning to receive assistance.I arrive this morning at 8:30am to tell them what I need fixed and how much it would cost. They asked if I had an appointment, and I said no because I already tried calling and received no help, and was told by the sales receptionist to come in the morning. They told me they could not accommodate me today (which is fine), but that they would not be able to take me until September 7th. Not a problem.The problem is that no one can give us straight answers, and that it takes extremely too long to get help. After we went to make an appointment, we were inquiring again as to how much the light would cost, as well as the labor. They didnt know. We waited for over an hour to get an answer. It should have taken no more than five minutes to get a quote, especially since I gave my VIN #. Its extremely frustrating, and it is terrible customer service to be transferred almost 10 times over the phone, and waiting in person for over an hour to find out a cost. We had to talk to over 5 people to try to get an estimate, with one estimate saying it would cost $285 without labor, and another estimate said $450 without labor. The discrepancies are obviously vast. If you care about customer service, accuracy, and timeliness, do not come here to get your car fixed.

I am in Orlando for a few months with my car and reached my service milestone. I have a service contract back home in NY at my local dealership but found that Universal offered the same level of service I came to expect from my local dealership. Jonathan handled my service quickly and expertly and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. The only thing that could have made this better was honoring my service contract but rest assured, if I move permanently to Orlando, Universal will be my new dealership/service location.

I was so impressed with the service I received here. It was so refreshing to pull up and get out of my car without a salesperson hovering over me. I appreciated having some time to look at the vehicles out front and have some private conversations with my husband about the vehicles before talking to a salesperson. Once I decided what I wanted to test drive we went inside. The receptionist asked how she could help us, and if we were there for service or to purchase – new or used. Once we told her we wanted to purchase new, she looked across the showroom to see who was available and hooked us up with Alexis Vazquez. He was wonderful. He listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions without laying the salesmanship on thick. Turn off #2 for, next to accosting me in the parking lot. He immediately got the vehicle we wanted to test drive and took us out, getting a feel for our likes and dislikes and giving us what I thought to be honest feedback and comparisons to other makes and models we were considering. After the test drive, he showed us other interior/exterior color options. We were sold. We went inside and sat down with him to make a deal. We weren’t pawned off to another person for that process. Turn off #3. If I’m working with you, I don’t want to be switched over to someone else to close a deal. We were not financing which made it a lot simpler. We agreed on a price within 5 minutes, he got the approval, and before you know it we were driving off in our new vehicle. It has been about a month now and I am very happy with my purchase.Thanks Alexis. You rock!!!

I bought a new kicks from Sterling for my daughter. It was a surprise for her to go to school. I was between the Sentra or the kicks. I decided to go with the kicks and my daughter really really love the choice that I made!
Went here for an Oil Change($72) this Saturday for my Nissan Rogue, they offered a free multi point check and everything was good except for few recommendations from them for changing my air filters and control arm. I declined that as I was not planning to do it now. Then less than a day Since I did the oil change and not even 50 miles drove after they did the multi point check, my AC started blowing hot air. Took them back the car to check it on Monday and they said they need to do a diagnosis and it would cost me $83. After diagnosis they said my AC Compressor is gone and it needs to be replaced and came up with a quotation of $1600 to fix my AC. And now they came up with further more recommendations with a total quotation of $3800. We hand over the car based on trust, never expected this kind of a service and had a horrible weekend driving to Tampa with out AC working in the car.
