The staff is very friendly but if they give you any freebies make sure you get that in writing. I was given freebies that now are not being honored. I like the services provided but if I decide to get more services then I will go to another location but will probably end up finding another company.

This establishment is straight garbage. Yasmin or Jasmine whatever her name is the epitome of rude and unprofessionalism. 1/10 would not recommend.

This place is a scam — save your money and time, and go to a place that really knows how to do laser and other cosmetic services. All they want is your money!!

I initially booked a full face package on Friday April 2, 2021, and it was going to cost about $1,700, but then the next day (Saturday) I decided to go another route for my hair removal and wanted to cancel my package. I called the very next day (Saturday) and was told that someone would be calling me. Two days later (Monday), I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called again, and again was told someone would be reaching out to me. Two days later I called again (Wednesday) and was told the girl who helped me was supposed to call me to help me cancel my package. I won’t list her name, but I haven’t received any contact from her. And here we are today, Friday, April 9, 2021 and still have not heard anything from anyone about canceling my package. I’ve already contacted my bank to dispute the payment, so I’m HOPING to this review will get someone to contact me so I can cancel my package. I will call again on Sunday if nobody contacts me by the end of tomorrow (Saturday, April 10, 2021) ☺️

I went in last week and Morgan was amazing! She was so gentle and very knowledgeable. The front desk staff was so friendly and sweet. The environment was extremely clean and I couldn’t be happier. I’m looking forward to going back for more procedures.

My nurse Mayra was awesome!! She made me feel so relaxed during my 1st laser hair remover session. She made sure I was comfortable during the whole session. She also made sure I was informed. Melissa also was amazing during my consultation. She was very informative and helpful making sure I was happy with the process and comfortable with my choice service.

Lauren and Hannah (Receptionist) helped me a lot with my appointments and any questions I hadSpecialist in the back were very kind and went with my paste when getting my treatment ..I got Brazilian and underarms and everything has been going well ...no issues or anything !! Definitely recommend the one in first colony mall !!!

When you go for the consultation their customer service is outstanding but once you make your payment is like you dont exist! I definitely do not recommend this place especially for coolsculpting!

I have recently reached the end of my laser package amount, and I am completely disappointed with LaserAway. Beware their FALSE ADVERTISING.When I first got my package for laser treatments, I was given the information that every time that we checked in we would receive $50 to another laser package or service at the end of our current purchase package. My nurse Rafa initially told me, and we were given a note in our goodie bag (when they first opened) that also confirmed that when we checked in every time we would get $50, the front desk ladies also always took the time to remind us every appointment to check in to receive our $50 credit.Now that I have mentioned that I should have about $350 in credit to go to a new package, Lauren and her supervisor say that they will not honor that anymore. Lauren also said that she would send a customer service report to the regional manager and I should also receive a copy of the customer service report in my email, it has been one week and I have not received a receipt of confirmation that it has been sent. I have tried calling multiple times to get the complaints sent over to the appropriate supervisor with no success. After finally getting through after a week worth of attempts, I was told that the regional manager would get in contact with me at the end of last week...Which they have not.They are now ignoring my requests and calls, the lack of professionalism is absolutely terrible. I’m completely disappointed with LaserAway and their FALSE ADVERTISING AND MARKETING.

Since Ive been unable to attend my appointments due to quarantine and LaserAway being closed, Ive had the opportunity to really monitor my results. There has been zero reduction in the hair growth. Im more than half way done with my treatments and theres not even a 20% reduction in hair growth. In fact, it seems like the hair is growing back even thicker than before I started treatment. Ive always maintained my appointments on schedule and followed all pre and post-procedure instructions. Since LaserAway is closed, I can finally see the results (or lack there of) and I am very disappointed. I feel like it was a waste of money.

I purchased a pkg of 8 to 10 laser hair removal treatments here for different parts of the body. Unfortunately after 1 treatment session I was left with a burning/tingling sensation. Reached out to the clinic on several occasions to speak to a nurse for advise but got no call back. I then sent an email letting them know I wanted to stop the treatment. Now, I started receiving multiple calls and emails b/c I was requesting the balance of my payment for the rest of the unused 7 to 9.I was offered additional free sessions which I declined b/c I was already experiencing irritation from the first set of treatment so giving me free additional treatments is not a solution. Ultimately, they agreed to refund the balance of my unused payments and this is the main reason for my review.When I purchased the laser hair removal pkg, I paid a certain amount for the total number of treatments and so each treatment had a $ value however, when it was time to refund the balance for my unused treatments, they then increased the dollar value for each treatment, in effect keeping more of my money even though the reason I had to stop the treatment was b/c I suffered a complication from the treatment and could not get their nurses to call me back in a timely manner.I felt that this was shady and dishonest business practice and it was sort of like their final zinger so they could keep more of my money. I wouldnt be comfortable coming to Laser Away for any reason. It just strikes me as more of a conveyor belt than a medical practice. Try not to forget that your clients are patients first.

This place is amazing! Flor is so excellent and nice. She explained everything to me before hand and gave me a great reason to go ahead and get laser hair and stop waxing. I’ve gone for 2 treatments so far and I can already see results. Everyone in the office/clinic is so nice and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have.

Their prices always vary if you buy package on holiday, it will be cheaper

Mayra is the best! I have had 2 procedures completed by her in the last month. She is very patient, and takes her time listening to your needs/wants and explaining the procedure before she begins. She seems like a very knowledgeable and experienced injector! I will request her from now on!

After having my appointment at the Galleria cancelled, I called the Sugar Land location and they were gracious enough to fit me in within the hour! Lauren greeted me with the warmest welcome and Crystal was very knowledgable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I 100% recommend this location and will be back in 6 weeks!

All around great experience, from setting up my free consultation to having the procedure done. My consultation with Flor G was very informative. She’s very personable. I knew I would be in good hands after speaking with her. Carrie R performed my procedure and she made sure to talk me thru every step before getting started so that I knew what was happening. It was my first time laser hair removal experience. I was a lttle anxious about it. Ashley Rn, was very thorough in explaining to me all about the procedures. She answered my question patiently. I had 3 sessions so far. I have noticed significant reduction on my chin hair. She is very detailed. Great customer care.

Before you get excited looking at the high ratings, please note this one very important fact: LaserAway gives $50-$100 off of your treatment when you give them a five star rating and a nice review. The free consultation is more like them forcing you into a corner and shoving their packages and deals down your throat till you agree. Honestly just go to an actual clinic with board certified dermatologists - the prices arent that much higher and youll get treated by an actual healthcare professional.

I found this place online and I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with my results I have a total of 10 treatments and I am barely going to get my 3rd treatment and I feel like I dont need anymore that is how good it is working I love this place I recommend anyone doing facial hair removal especially with PCOS to try this place out its guaranteed satisfaction also the Customer service at this place is amazing they treat you like you are a priority. I am really disappointment in my care at this location. I came to LaserAway to treat unwanted body hair. However, over subsequent visits I came to regret my decision to try to get treatment here at all. I want to state that my primary motivations for choosing to proceed with treatment with this company was because they had a schedule that was very flexible. Most offices I had reached out to prior to them said that they would only be open M-F 9-5 (which is when I work). So despite being several thousand dollars over the price of their competitors, I figured you cannot put a price on peace of mind. My first attempt to get an appointment was a complete fail. The scheduler was overzealous and scheduled me to come during my lunch break from work. The timing would have worked out if the location of the LaserAway wasnt in a high traffic area of the mall. I CAME 45 MIN EARLY AND FOUND NO PARKING SPOT AND WASNT ABLE TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT. The salon near them has reserved parking for their customers but according to management since they lease the building from the mall, they are unable to extend reserved parking for their customers. After being disappointed that I wasted my time, I decided that I needed to schedule my appointments on the weekends when the mall was closed, because that was the only time I would be able to go into their office stress free. In my first official treatment visit the nurse was so nice and really cool. HOWEVER, during my session, the nurse had to stop about 3 times because the office either needed something in the room or needed her attention to something, etc. This bothered me because they DID NOT give me a courtesy knock (so I could be decent) by the time they pushed in. After this concerning encounter, I thought hopefully it will get better. 3 sessions later I can tell you it has not. In addition to having my naked body exposed to random people passing by, I was more frustrated with that fact that I was scheduling an appointment with a provide I wasnt able to get the providers undivided attention during treatment. Since COVID-19 put a pause on elective treatments, their offices have been closed. However, they will reopen May 11th, 2020 for body (face treatments might resume in July). So get this, they call me to try to get me back on their schedule so I can resume treatment. When they try to schedule me once again the scheduler was overzealous. And every time she tried to set a time, it was at a time that would not work for me because their hours are completely different now. I dont have a problem with their hours being different but they have limited the times available for treatment. So now I have paid about $6,700 worth of treatment that I cannot fully redeem because their availability is no longer what it use to be. And after telling the scheduler that she was not trying to work with me, she got really rude. She raised her voice and said something along the lines of we were just trying to make it safe for you but since you dont want that call us back when you are ready, and hung up the phone. First of all if you are limiting the time that people are able to get treatment how do I know that they are using the proper precaution to sanitize and clean every treatment room between patients. In fact, since the office is so small they should keep their hours and only see one patient in the office at a time, because of social distancing. But I guess they would rather take your money than keep you safe. Overall, I would definitely go somewhere else to get treatment. Amerejuve has way better pricing and the office staff would treat you a lot better!

I’ve had about 7 treatments here doing laser hair removal. 4 on my under arms and 3 on my upper lip. I would say the service really depends on who you have as your technician. I’ve had great experiences, but also pretty bad ones. The wait has been pretty good for me, except for 1 time. It usually only takes about 5-10 minutes. The laser hair removal it self also takes around 5-10 minutes. Last time I went the technician was very nice (unfortunately I forgot her name). The treatment was way less painful then the previous times I had gone, and she offered me cortisone cream and aloe vera, whereas my last technician had not done that, and my skin was very irritated afterwards. Regardless of the pain or irritation, I have to say that it is very effective and I was seeing results after the first treatment I received. The staff is mostly friendly and the building is very nice.
