Tried to use their services here recently, for my boys. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with absolutely no verbal acknowledgement. Now I knew they were busy so I didnt mind waiting but it really sealed the deal when two employees were at the counter (directly in front of me) making notice of me but not saying a single word.

They may give great haircuts, but I will never know. When we walked in the door, they asked me to enter an email address in the computer. I had never been there before, so I told them no thanks. I just wanted 2 haircuts for my sons who were with me. The girl said that I had to enter an email address. I told her that I was not interested in all of that, I just needed the haircuts for my sons. She insisted that I had to enter an email address. I pulled my wallet out, showed her the cash, and again told her that I would happily pay her cash for 2 haircuts, but that I did not want my email flooded with unwanted junk from Sport Clips. She told me that without an email address, they would not cut my sons’ hair. Of course we left, and will never go back. Unbelievable.

I like getting my haircut at Sportclips, I travel for work sometimes, so there is one almost anywhere I go. But when I am home it always kinda disappoints me to never see or get the same hair stylist.

Took my three-year-old son here last week and was very nervous about it because we had other experiences that did not turn out so well because he is always afraid of the Clippers. But Ivonne made him feel so comfortable and relaxed. And she did a phenomenal job on making my squirming three year old look devilishly handsome. You bet that he well go here every time.

My husband went and received a hair cut via Ashley yesterday! It was horrible. The hang are was noticeably all differed lengths and half way down his forehead (He was not aware because he said that his hair was wet and pushed up and different way before he left) it was an absolutely mess. Save yourself some money and do it on your own or find a Walmart for the same grade haircut!

I havnt been in this sport clips in a while. Last time I went and Mendy cut my hair (well attempted to) but she was more worried about her bf on the phone and drugs (literally was looking for drugs) on the phone with her bf. I decided to stop in Saturday 9/28. Was pleasantly surprised lots of new girls and the atmosphere was just better. Ive never bought product at sport clips because Im usually just asked do you need product I say no end of talk. Sammi cut my hair and offered product but actually took the time to recomend and tell me about the product. I made the purchase happily. Thank you sport clips management for better service.

Always provides a great experience with their customers. I have been using this location for a few years and I like the fact that they have you information on file and know what type of haircut you want. I also received a free haircut on my birthday, which was nice and didnt cost me anything. I will continue to use Sports Clips because of my positive experience.

I would give a zero if able, I was refused service after after about twenty minutes due to having a service animal. This is a ridiculous way to run a business and inconsiderate to refuse service after having a customer wait. So maybe they do give haircuts, but apparently not to the disabled.

Walked out before it even started. After the stylist finished cutting the previous customers hair, she walked around talking on the phone for 5 mins. Then she had to vacuum etc. if she had that kind of lackadaisical attitude before she started, I did not want her close to my hair. She was the long hair brunette in a striped shirt on the right hand side. The other two stylists were in black shirts on the left.Boo sport clips

First time here. I came in with pictures of what I normally get and specific instructions. I asked for a fade, starting at a 2. The lady gave me a 2 all over the bottom. On top, I asked her to just take off about 0.75 inches, to keep consistant with what I was getting, and instead, she gave me a completely different haircut that looked nothing like the pictures I showed her. She also asked if I would like a shampoo. I said sure, and then she proceeded to give me the double MVP, which is an extra $5. I will not be going back. If youre unable to replicate a hair cut, inform your customer before you just do something.

I stopped taking my son here. Some of the stylists are great but there had been a few times when one was watching the games on TV while cutting my sons hair and it came out really choppy.

First visit to this chain or any chain in 20+ years. Sport theme is done about right. Some of the screens have poor picture quality. Mostly it comes down to the person cutting my hair. She was friendly, professional, personal and I got a great haircut. At the end checkout was a breeze and the receipt emailed including the amount tipped. Good job maam...er Whatsername.

Ivon took care of me today, very satisfied with the service and hair cut, bought a few products she recommended so I can sustain not looking like a mongoloid. Will be back cause of the professionalism and courtesy. Got to stay fly somehow.

Absolutely terrible I go there and there was another person with my name and he wasn’t there so they just said ok you can come up I guess even though there was 10 more people in front of me and so I tell her I want a 2 on the sides and 2 inches of the top and if it is too long then 3 but tell me first. Jamie does ok on my sides and back but does the same length on my top as well so now my head looks so bad I honestly might just shave all my hair off and I’m enroll from school just so I don’t get humiliated.i will never go back and tell everybody to go there if they want a terrible haircut like mine.

My teenage son went there and explained in detail how he wanted his hair cut. The woman told him just to watch tv and she would cut it like it needed to be cut. It was nothing like he wanted and looked terrible. She insulted him and made him feel terrible. We will never go back

Stay far away from this place. They couldnt fix the 1st stores mess up that I went too off Gilmer rd.. The girls laughed about it, the one was popping pills while talking about their tips needing to be cash and that people needed to tip them more... Yall dont deserve tips for poor service.

I downloaded the app to reserve a spot for a haircut. I arrive and put my phone number in their kiosk. I see my name on the TV wait list. When I was on deck the ladies looked around confused. They didnt even call my name. I went up and asked a girl that I checked in on the app. She said I was next. Then a kid gets called. I walked out. This was not a helpful staff. I was looking forward to getting a MVP haircut. I went to Super Cuts.

Inconsistencies in the quality of the cut is the main reason I give it 3 stars. Price is a little high compared to other places in longview. I used to be 100% committed to here but now i use another place if they are open when i get off work.
