Carlos Perez was great to work with. He was able to track down a very hard car to find and have it delivered to the dealership in a matter of days. Other dealerships told us it would most likely be months before one was available. I would happily send anyone to Classic Mazda and trust that they would be treated well. The final paperwork and titling took no time at all. They are very well organized and easy to work with wether in person or over the phone.

Amazing experience here buying a car!!Tyler was absolutely incredible and made the car buying experience one I still dream about to this day!! I tell all of my family members about the day I got out off my bike and saw him standing there; pearly whites with a smile almost as big as his muscles!! He greeted me with a firm handshake (always a plus). I can’t stand a limp noodle of a handshake from another man. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I wasn’t so sure as to switch to a Mazda from an 18 speed Huffy. I’ve only ridden my bike to and from work and finally got my drivers license at the ripe age of 32 so this was a big deal to me; purchasing my first automobile. He made me feel competent and didn’t make fun of my bicycle. He walked me through the entire process with ease and guided me like the father figure I never had.Will definitely have all of my friends and family from the trailer park come to this location to purchase a Quality Mazda. Props to Tyler!! He’s incredible and definitely deserves a raise after my experience.

Service addition: 9/20 Get the road hazard package!! A little over a month later and I got a nail in my tire. Karen in service is sweet as pie. It was quick and I was in and out.Alex and Taylor in sales and were amazing and made leasing a vehicle very smooth especially for a customer as picky as me. The entire finance team, Huma, Brandon, and Juan were so patient with us and I have to give massive kudos to them. Clear numbers, no surprises, and a easy communication all around. I felt like an overgrown kid in a candy store when I finally got my CX-30. Definitely will go back to Classic Mazda for sure.

Honestly one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I’ve ever done with a dealership. First time going to Classic Mazda and Ian was our guy to help us find my next car. He made the process incredibly easy from start to finish. Showed me accurate numbers and gave me a no nonsense experience. We were able to meet the price I was comfortable affording with all the details and the whole process took less than 3 hours (finance included). Brandon was helping us with finance paperwork and never did I feel pressured with either of these guys. I just got my CX-5 here and Tyler made my experience super easy. From test drive to signing, he and the rest of the staff helped me figure out what I needed and what to expect. I wanted a specific color and interior, and they checked for it when it came into the port so I could reserve exactly what I wanted. It also came from the port super quick! Juan in financing was also super great to deal with when explaining my options. And I love my new car!!

The best car-buying experience Ive had. Sadly, there is a low bar for this among Florida dealerships. Main reasons for the 5 stars: (1) the price on the website was honored. This should be a given but there are still many Florida dealers pulling the ole bait and switch. The dealer fee of $800 sucks, but its on par with what Florida dealers charge and they did have it listed on their website. (2) Everyone I dealt with was direct and honest. Even when offering the protection packages, which is where dealers often get pushy, there was no sense of pressure. (3)I was able to do the entire transaction over the phone and online, saving me from having to spend literal hours at the dealer waiting for paperwork to become available. They even delivered the car to me. TLDR: awesome dealer to match and awesome car company.

Amanda at Classic Mazda saves the day! Ive bought many cars and this was the best dealership experience... by far. 10/10Mom was shopping for her 1st new car and I wanted her to give a CX-5 a try (Im a big Mazda fan) before trading her Jetta for a Tiguan. She had scheduled an appointment to drive a blue CX-5 Touring with a sunroof at another Orlando dealer. I live near Vero, she lives in Sebring so I knew I would be making an entire day of it to pick her up and take her shopping, no Mazda store near mom.After a day ruining experience at a bad sport of Mazda dealer where we were forced to wait outside in a hot car on the lot and never even got to see the car we had an appointment drive, I asked google to take us to the next closest Mazda dealer.After a Dunkin run we ended up at Classic Mazda were we met Amanda Davis and I explained that we had just had a horrible experience at another Mazda dealer and that my mom needed to try out a blue CX-5 with a sunroof. Amanda knew that they had exactly what mom wanted and a few minutes later we were driving it. Amanda took exceedingly good care of us, was uber-professional and made us feel so much better that mom decided to buy her very 1st brand new car on the spot.It was nearly closing time when we realized we had left something at home that we needed and Amanda had solutions to put us at ease and eliminated our stress... even offering to handle the paperwork via computer in the morning and having the car delivered to Sebring so we didnt need to make another trip. In the morning, Huma, from the business office, made sure that mom understood everything she was signing and went above and beyond to do so even conferencing me into the call so I could coach mom through everything. Moms new CX-5 was delivered the next day as promised, right on time.Amanda and Classic Mazda did everything they said they would with zero surprises or drama and the utmost of professionalism all without wasting our time (we were at the dealership maybe an hour & a half.) Not small accomplishments for a car dealership in todays world. Thanks Amanda and Classic Mazda!

I do some work on the vehicle and he strongly suggested using OEM parts due to the complexity of the engine. I had a few technical questions about doing the services myself and he answered all. My search began online as I was shopping around for a vehicle to replace my leased vehicle (18 VW GTI) and I eventually found the car I just had to have being a 2021 MX-5 Miata Club 6MT w/ Brembo brake, Recaro seats, BBS Wheels package.The particular 2021 MX-5 Miata Club I wanted was available only at Classic Mazda in Orlando and due to the pandemic situation shipments of new vehicles have been very slow. The vehicle I wanted couldve been purchased by somebody else and I would have been pretty disappointed 😥 because who knows when the particular MX-5 would be back in stock.This is why I was so relieved😎 to talk to IAN and Brandon at Classic Mazda! Ian, the sales guy was an absolute pleasure to do business with as was Brandon in finance. Both of these gentlemen couldnt have made the experience of being at a dealership any easier!The atmosphere at Classic Mazda was very alive and upbeat so that helps as well. Everybody there was super helpful, friendly and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable about anything along the way. The whole process was just very smooth and efficient as these guys are very good at customer service!I know most people would prefer to avoid the dealership but honestly I actually enjoyed my experience there and left in my new ride with a very positive view of how business is conducted at Classic Mazda and looking forward to going back for my window tinting!

Highly recommend classic Mazda for anyone who is looking for a stress free, non-pushy car shopping experience. We were able to walk the lot and browse the cars without being bombarded my sales men which I LOVED. The second we walked in the door we were greeted and assisted right away. Trevor was excellent and made my first time buying a car as painless and smooth as possible. He was very informative and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle before I left with it. Juan in finance was also super informative and made sure all of my questions were answered and I understood everything throughout the entire process. Squirrels ate up all the wiring in my Mazda CX 5 which required installation of all new wiring. A big job. Lenny was my service advisor and did a great job as this was a long term process. The no-haggle promise of this dealership is such a great way to do business. We felt like we were able to look at cars without an agent breathing down our necks. We ended up with a car that was a trim level higher than the other two dealerships we were working with because it was almost the same price due to the lack of garbage fees that the others were trying to charge us (e.g $1,500 for a sun repellent coat in the car, $600 for the gps that already came with the car). Amanda Davis and Juan were a fantastic help and we are so happy we stopped in Classic Mazda.

I had the BEST experience shopping and buying my new car. My awesome sales person was Trevor, he was kind, smart, patient and professional. Most of all NOT pushy, no one was at this dealership. I absolutely LOVE my CX30 Turbo. This compact SUV drives like a dream, it’s sporty, peppy and corners as good as my Mini Cooper did. It also very comfortable has a luxurious look and feel inside with tons of safety features. The consumer reports has it as the top reliable compact SUV for 2021. I would 100% recommend Class Mazda for your next automotive needs!Went this last weekend to purchase a used Mazda 6 for the significant other and had a smooth and FUN dealer with Amanda Davis. The transaction went so smoothly I decided to pull the trigger and bought a brand new CX-9 Grand Touring in the same weekend. Both cars have been fantastic and we will be coming back for our service / accessories.NOTE: The used Mazda 6 had rock chips on the hood and a few long the sides that no one had seen. Upon telling them they gave me a paint correction pen for free. Quite Appreciated.NOTE2: Finance didnt attempt to upsell me. I informed them I didnt want any extra warranty on the used vehicle but wanted maintenance / gap on the new vehicle and they didnt upsell aggressively. Without a doubt I will be coming back for more deals!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially our main salesperson Michael Shehata. We did have Amanda Davis help us out for awhile as well and she worked very hard to find us the exact vehicle and model we wanted to purchase- it was at a different dealership and would’ve likely been sold before we got to the other dealership. Before even entering the Classic Mazda showroom, we the exact vehicle and model we wanted for purchase and felt no pressure at all to consider any other vehicles or models. We purchased a rare model and we were very happy with the search process of finding and getting a vehicle delivered to a location close to our home. It was all a very smooth and not-stressful process which was very much appreciated since purchasing a vehicle and taking out a new loan and trading in a different vehicle can all be stressful on their own. Even our kid was welcomed and spoken to instead of being ignored or treated like a bother. We are happy to say we’d be back again and would be proud to send friends and family your way for a vehicle purchase. Also want to say that our finance guy, Julio Gonzalez, made the paperwork/online finance work not a bad process at all. We had an amazing experience here! Marisol, our sales consultant was wonderful. We went in looking for a cx30, and we ended up with a cx5. They had some 2020s left that were discounted so good that we were able to get a cx5.Marisol was so nice. She never pressured us, and we never felt uncomfortable in any way. Stopped in after my flight from Denver to test drive a car. I had no intentions on purchasing, but I fell in love as soon as I saw the car in the showroom. Frank was a great salesman and made the process lax and easy. He was able to get me a good deal with my lease trade-in and even offered some ice cream while waiting for the finance process. Huma helped with finding the best percentage rates with different credit unions and found a great deal towards the end. Sales process was fast. They give you all the numbers up front. Had to wait for the finance person, entirely too long, almost left. That went fast once I got in there.Problem I have with them, so far, is whoever is ‘detailing’ and getting new cars ready needs to go. There was paper trash in mine and the windows were filthy. I was in no hurry, they were delivering the car to my home later. This was on a Monday, they didn’t seem that busy. I’d hate to see how they do on a busy day.Maybe I’m too picky, but new cars ain’t cheap!!!

I found the exact 2020 Mazda CX-9 that I wanted at Classic Mazda in Orlando, FL. Unfortunately, I live 3 hours south of the dealership, but we were able to work out most of the deal via text and phone conversations and I decided to take the drive.I walked into a very clean and inviting showroom where I was greeted immediately and my salesperson, Brian, was waiting for me. The negotiations with the finance rep, Brandon, were friendly and reasonable. I felt they did everything they could to make me happy and keep their word with regard to what was previously discussed. While purchasing or leasing a vehicle is never a fast process, I found this experience respectful, professional, and relatively quick.Once the hard part was done and all the documents were signed, Brian reviewed some of the main features inside this vehicle and helped to set up related apps including Android Auto. Finally, I was on my way in my fully-detailed vehicle. My experience at Classic Mazda was one of the best I have had in my many years of buying and leasing cars. It was worth the drive and I am a very happy new Mazda CX-9 owner!

Brought my Mazda3 in for service after poor experiences elsewhere. I pulled in to drop off for my appointment, completed the necessary paperwork, and was pulled out of the lot in a premium CX5 loaner vehicle all in a span of 15 minutes. Estimate for work needed was received later that day as promised by my advisor Lenny, and everything looked good.I was able to communicate with Lenny via text throughout the week, never having to wait more than 15-30 minutes for a response. Vehicle needed one more day than originally expected when I received the estimate, but since I had a car that was no problem at all. When I went to pick up, it was again a smooth process and final invoice came in almost 20% less than the quote which was a nice surprise.I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone needing their Mazda serviced and will definitely be returning for any future service or sales. Don’t bother with the other group in town, the difference is night and day in service and attitude.

Unfortunately, I am not able to eulogize about my experience with this Mazda dealership location. After being in back and forth contact with Carlos a Salesperson about my interest in the Mazda 6 I finally was able to schedule a test Drive for today with representative Pamela who advised she would share my info with a Salesperson. My Scheduled time was at 1 pm which I arrived on time. I walked in the showroom and went up to the desk and alert another salesperson about my scheduled time they advised me that as soon as a salesperson is available they would send them over to me. I replied ok and me and my cousin looked at the cars in the showroom and eventually sat down and waited. More customers arrived in after us a father and son, a family of 4 and huge family of seven 2 adults and 2 teens and small kids walked in they were told the same to wait or walk the lot. Me and my cousin decided to walk the lot while we were outside we see a sales woman come out we thought she was coming towards us but she went to the family of seven. I was in disbelief I was there before them. I stopped her when she was going back inside to retrieve the dealer plate for their test drive I told her about my scheduled appointment she was very polite and advised she would let Carlos know Im here. However 20 minutes later I was ready to go and so was my cousin. I really dont want to think this was discrimination but its hard not to think it wasnt everyone in there was either white, or Latino and me and my cousin was the only black people before we left my cousin asked where is the restroom one of the sales men showed her and literally said Dont touch the glass I was in shocked and so was she. Ian was extremely great virtually because he asked if I was there and if I was being helped I told him no he responded they are busy on Sundays but that didnt resonate with me I told him that I was leaving and he apologized and asked if I could turn around or comeback tomorrow I declined. In my (Moneybagg yo voice) I dont back track.

My overall experience here when buying a car and getting maintenance done has very good (6 months total experience). There is no pressure to buy a car as the sales staff does not work on commission. Note Mazda’s are very reliable cars. My last one was a 2013 Mazda 3 that last 160k miles before I traded it in and my family has owned older version for years. These car last way past 200k miles.

For some reason my original review didn’t post. No worries, happy to write another. Went in to just look at some used cars. They assigned me Trevor. We test drove the car I was looking at and I asked a lot of questions. Trevor told me right away he didn’t know much about that car use it was Jaguar and not a Mazda. I respected that. Many dealers in my experience try and make up stuff to sell a car. Trevor from that start was respectable and truthful. Honestly, he made the experience better than I’ve had with many dealers. Marisol Rivera was an absolute angel to work with. She was patient and knowledgeable on the vehicles I looked at, when delivering the vehicle, she took time to explain most features of the CX-5. I have never had such a wonderful automobile purchase experience like this one. I bought exactly the vehicle I wanted and the cost was just a few dollars different from my research & calculations. After unpleasant experience at one of the local Toyota dealerships, we decided to check out the new Mazda CX-5. Our first interaction with Jonathan was very positive. He showed us the car, and by the end of the test drive he offered the dealers quote on paper that showed the entire breakdown (MSRP, discounts, fees, and taxes). My Dad and I said that we would come back later the same week, and there was NO pressure from him to make us stay and make a decision on the spot.When we came back as planned a few days later, Amanda took off where Jonathan left off. She was equally as professional and friendly. We had a very competitive offer for our trade-in from another dealership, and she was able to match it. She also had the world of patience showing my Dad controls on the car. Big kudos to her for this :) Juan also did a very good job to complete the paperwork routine to finalize the deal.In summary, we had a great car buying experience at the Classic Mazda. Again, there was NO pressure. The dealer was open and gave us a very competitive quote on paper (with the entire breakdown of fees). We encountered consistent professionalism at every level during the car buying process, so no one dropped the ball, and we left the dealership in a very festive mood in a wonderful car. I went in for an oil change and what was recommended but with cars as we know nothing is simple. Richard Barone helped me out and took his time he explained to me preventative services/ what i needed that day and all i needed for my car oil change and tire rotation, my appointment was for 7am i got out of there close to two hours later. Richard helped a working man like myself out because of the long time that morning. This is a great dealership and I had a great salesperson. I walked out of a terrible Mazda dealership in Melbourne, FL where they tried a bait and switch tactic on me after I spoke to them about a specific car and price on the phone. I decided to try Classic Mazda. What a difference! I spoke to Michael Saldana. He provided me with several options to lease the vehicle. We looked at the vehicles online together. (he was on the phone.) He used the numbers associated with the car so there was no bait and switch nonsense. He went over each one and I found the one I wanted. He went over the price options with me and then emailed them to me. I then spoke to Huma in finance. She did not try to sell me anything extra. She reviewed the documents with me over the phone. I read and signed them through a secure link. It was easy. She was wonderful. I had a salesperson who was honest and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He was incredible. He delivered the car to me the same afternoon. Classic Mazdas attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- they went above and beyond in every aspect. I highly recommend Michael and this outstanding dealership. Dont go anywhere else. If you live in Brevard County, dont waste your time in Melbourne. Call Michael. I took my 2020 3 in to have them look at a few things. And I should preface this with... I absolutely LOVE my 3, I’m just nitpicking. The A/C blows warm under acceleration, and the adaptive cruise is too harsh. I did research and found software updates fixes both issues. So I went in and passed that information along. They said, “Ok great. Would you like a loaner?” I was expecting to wait there. The fact they offered one to me without having to haggle for one was outstanding to me. Fast forward I get a call later and they told me my A/C was fixed, but because my car was lowered (albeit SLIGHTLY) they couldn’t do the cruise. Which I understand, even though it has acted that way since I drove it off the lot. I should have taken it in sooner. My bad. Overall SUPER nice service team, and Gary in parts is FANTASTIC as well. The customer service does NOT stop after the sale.

I purchased a used Hyundai Elantra from Classic Mazda. Mike was my sales person, hes the cooliest person you want to meet. Gary in Service is top level. These guys are the ones you want to ask for at Classic Mazda for your sales person and Service advisor person. This place gives you the best service ever. I was treated with so much respect and love at Classic Mazda. I have been to other dealers like VW and Holler Hyundai and they have the worst service, if their customers was to come there you all would take over the car industry because you know the Level of Service and treatment to provide for your customers and dont look at anyone different. Keep doing what you all are doing. I never owned or drove a Mazda before until i had purchased my Elantra and had to leave with you all for a few hours and rented me the Mazda CX 5. Drives great and ill be back to purchase a SUV. I was hooked when I drove it, didnt want to take it back lol.

Listen, it would a disservice not to extend a hand to Trevor Thoreson at Classic Mazda in Orlando, Florida. My wife and I were looking to trade in our two 10-year old vehicles for 2 brand new cars. We had our choices narrowed down to three SUV models: RAV4, Rouge, and Mazda CX line. We reached to all Brevard County dealerships and no response to our several requests or only explained what they were not willing to do unless we came to them. Next steps were simple, Orlando area. Of the several dealerships open Orlando, Trevor was the only one that connected with me, and not the generic dealership electronic messaging that are impersonal. You see, all we needed was a summary of costs so we could financially prepare for the purchases. We explained to everyone the conditions of the trade ins, our down payment, and where we would like our monthly payments to be. Trevor maintained a steady flow to connect with me to fine tune questions. He knew what cars we desired and never talked down to us by advising what we can’t have, but worked with us to what we can have because it was what we wanted. In the end, the chemistry between the three of us was amazing. The two cars we bought were a step up from the initial correspondence and the payments were right where we targeted. Trevor is an old soul, professional young man that exemplifies the true respect to serve customers as human beings.

I spoke with Jim the sales manager by phone the day before my purchase and told him I was interested in test driving a Mazda Miata MX-5. An appointment was set for 10AM the next day. He really knows his staff because when I arrived he introduced me to Ian Bigden who actually owns a Miata. Being new to Miatas, I had lots of questions. Ian had the answer to every one of them. It was a very low key and relaxed sales presentation with absolutely no pressure. It was more like just a couple of guys discussing cars. Then came the financing and registration discussion. Thats the part customers are apprehensive about. I was handed off to Brandon Kush of Financial Services for this. Brandon was cheerful and patient as he explained options to me more than once until he was sure I understood and was comfortable with what I was signing. In summary, the staff at Classic Miata was professional, cheerful, and knowledgeable from the appointment phone call until the time I left the lot. And in case you are wondering. Yes, I purchased a 2021 Miata MX-5 cloth top convertible and love it. If youre looking for a Mazda; your search should start here.

I went to Classic Mazda intending to just take a look at a loaner vehicle now up for sale. The salesman who met us on the lot was cheerful, friendly, and very low pressure. During the test drive he mentioned that we could purchase the sane vehicle new for just a little bit more. Going into a car dealership has never been a pleasant or comfortable experience for me. Classic Mazda is a different type of dealership. Our sales consultant, Michael Shehata, was knowledge and a CONSULTANT not that typical salesperson I have come to expect when leasing a car every 2-3 years. The person we worked with in finance, Brandon Kush, did not try to make the dreaded hard sell for multiple add-ons to the lease. Brandon explained the additional items/coverages/options available and if we declined he moved on with the process. Because of this type of service as long as I am in the Orlando area Classic Mazda has gained a loyal customer. We have another car that will be returned to its lessor next year and we will be replacing that with a vehicle from Classic Mazda. Thank you Michael and Brandon.
