We just moved in a week ago and we love the place!!! Keyra was AMAZING in helping us through the process, making us feel so welcomed. We love the location with everything you could need nearby and the neighborhood is quiet and calm. Everyone has been very attentive from the maintenance staff, to pest control, to the front office staff!

I would not recommend this place. I lived here for almost 3 years and the reasons I left were: 1. The roaches. German cockroaches, everywhere. You pay for pest control every month but they rarely come and treat, even upon multiple requests. The kitchen was crawling with them, there was a nest behind the fridge. I called and emailed the office innumerable times and never got the appropriate response to such an infestation. 2. Security. The complex has numerous car break ins per month, especially around the winter holidays. My car was personally vandalized, just as many were, with the front window broken into and the contents robbed. I’ve even called in reports for other vehicles parked there, only the police will handle it, the front office and the maintenance staff on site refuse to get involved and blame those who parked on their property for leaving anything of value in their cars.That being said, the positives of the place are that it’s a reasonable location near Orlando attractions, and the amenities (mostly the pool and gym) are nice and well maintained. The inside of the apartments (when not overrun with roaches) are aesthetically quite nice, with faux wood floors and updated kitchens. However, the front office staff are hit or miss; sometimes you get your issue resolved but often times you either can’t reach someone or they can’t or won’t resolve the issue for you. Overall, the cons outweigh the pros, and I would recommend you find elsewhere to live.

They don’t tell you when you move here that you’re not allowed to have guest visit after 7pm and will tow all cars without a visitor pass. Passes can only be picked up during office hours 10am-5pm. If you have guest come after they close they can’t park on property. A major inconvenience and tow fees are $135. You would think after paying such high rent you could have guest over to visit or they would at least provide visitor parking spaces.

Beautiful and Quiet, This is a wonderful place to call home! I have been here for 2 months so far and I have no complaints . The Leasing Managers are wonderful to work with and they made our move so easy . I would definitely recommend this place. Update: Still here its been 5 months I love it ! Sometimes its hard to find a parking space but that’s because I come home at 1 am from work. Other then that I’m obsessed with my apartment it’s beautiful and the grounds and for single ladies its a safe environment. I highly recommend and the staff is wonderful especially Keyra💜..

Me and my roommates moved in towards the end of July this year. When we moved in, we were told that there was a back order on key fobs for the amenities because of COVID. We didn’t think twice cuz, pandemic. So we let it slide. Nearly 3 months go by and nothing.So we go downstairs for a different situation and we ask about it to see what’s up and they tell us that they can program the fobs they gave us so we can access amenities and such. They claim there was an email sent out to everyone who moved in past May saying that we needed to go in and get them reprogrammed, never got the email. But now we have to wait in a 4-5 car pile up for 10+ min just to get in because there are guests that don’t know how to use the call box. But there’s residents who have remotes to let them in the gate? Makes no sense.The internet is a joke. I’m currently working from home and need reliable internet. This is not it. Optical customer service is a joke, the cable is a joke. The whole package is a waste of money in my opinion. Customer service wants to charge you to have a technician come out to look at your internet and they continuously tel you the same things. There’s literally no help whatsoever. I tried to go to Spectrum and since no one on property has Spectrum, we can’t get it. So we had to buy a mesh system just so we could finally have a somewhat reliable signal.The front gate sucks. People continuously break the gate because they can’t get in, so we have dinky poles keeping people out. It’s by no means safe and I’m definitely not a fan of it.My roommates car was backed into while she was on vacation and didn’t see the damage until she got back a few weeks later. She filed a police report, insurance claim, everything. But she wasn’t able to watch the security footage because she didn’t have a police report. Odd? She finally had a police officer come to the complex to look at the footage, and the cameras that are on property didn’t show the incident. But during the weeks of asking and playing phone tag with the office manager, no one thought to tell us this before? Or that she could’ve gone to the sheriff that lives on property and he would’ve filed the police report for her? Or that maybe the sheriff on property could’ve looked at the footage himself?? The whole situation was handled poorly and caused way more anxiety than it should’ve.Any car that is broken into or vandalized is on private property. So why does the complex do nothing except blame every other party? It makes zero sense and is quite cowardess if you ask me.Overall, this complex needs A LOT of work. There are a lot of things that need to be improved on, but tbh I don’t think they will be because of the lack of care. It shouldn’t be this difficult to reach out to someone or to get answers, but it is and I don’t think that’s going to change. There will most likely be a response to this review for me to reach out, but it won’t do anything. I’ll probably struggle to get in touch with them and keep waiting in ridiculous lines just to get into my own complex.I hate that we discovered all of this just within a few months of living here, but I’m hoping things change for the better. I don’t have any high hopes that it will, but we can dream right?

Do Not Live Here!!!!!!! Parking is absolutely atrocious! And if u park anywhere else, your car will he towed. I pay 1400 a month and I shouldnt have to worry about a parking spot every night I get home from work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They will not care about you.

This community was great. Now though everything is always dirty and FORGET about parking. As someone who works until 11 pm, I would like to at least have parking when I get home. My car was towed EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A DECAL. The front office told me to start parking outside of the gate near the street if there is no parking inside the community. I expressed that as a young woman, I’m not comfortable walking all that way during the late hours, possibly being approached by someone unwanted and I’m nervous of car being broken to due to that happening in the community in the past. The office replied with “that’s fine”. That’s not fine.This community does not care about its residents. All it cares about it being in money.

This complex was great at first, but has slowly declined. The area around has gotten worse, the gates are always broken, management seems to do as little possible, parking spots are becoming more and more scarce, trash collection doesnt take your trash....this apartment is not worth the amount of money I have to pay.

Property was well taken care of before and things were fixed instantly . Hallways used to be power washed frequently gates were fixed same day. Cars were actually towed. You work late FORGET about finding parking. Ive complained about it several times and also called the towing company for nothing to happen. It’s not pleasant to come home after work and fight for parking every time you come home seeing random cars that have no parking decal or guest pass. It’s supposed to be taken care of and it hasn’t. Maybe perhaps find a new towing company because they aren’t towing anyone at all. They don’t want us to park on the side of the curb but yet the unauthorized cars don’t get towed then people wouldn’t have to park on the curbs.

The biggest issue I have is one I’ve complained about for years and that is the nasty condition of the stairwell and hallways. The trash company drags the bags of garbage down the halls and stairs leaving trails of garbage juice that’s never cleaned. The stairs are disgusting and I’m embarrassed when I have company over. It does not fit within a luxury apartment framework and is worse than the staircases in a slum. It gives me a twinge of disgust to walk on them most of the time.

The worst management- never responds to emails, can never get through to anyone when calling the office and they never respond to voicemails! (Can’t walk into the office because of COVID) The gate in front of our stairway has been broken since we moved in- so anyone can get in to our building which explains why there’s apartment break ins now. I have seen kids jump over the gates/fences to get in to our complex. No security ever to be found. When we first moved in this summer it was great (Thalia was great!) then there was a management change and it’s just terrible. I feel so unsafe and we can never get through to anyone. We also keep getting random fees for our rent and of course we can’t get through to anyone to explain why. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Can’t wait til our lease is up.

The community is very nice, clean, the gym is fantastic, common areas very well maintained and very quiet in general. I encourage you to continue like this.

Do not sign a lease with this place unless you want the internet they force you to use to constantly fail you. The amenities are like half-available, only open during office hours. Also there’s never any parking for the residents. But the unreliable internet is no doubt the worst part of my experience. They are locked in a contract with the crappiest service provider of all time- Optical Communities. This company has to be a front for the mafia, they barely make any effort to provide service at all.

I would like to highlight my experiences at this community to help future residents make a much better decision. Id like to point out I have lived here for about 2 years.The one positive is the maintenance team. They are quite responsive and get things done well in my experiences.Now to the point of this review..First and foremost, they dont ever answer the phone at the leasing office. They also do not return voicemails. They blamed it on me at one point for calling the wrong number. (The number called is on their website, and on google)They advertise as a Gated Community however, the gates have been broken since February. They blamed it on lightning. I asked for a discount as they are not fulfilling the requirements of the lease and they failed to reach back out to me. Again, avoiding confrontation as they always do. What a surprise, the property had many break ins and car windows broken because of this gate situation. They responded to this by telling everyone the cars in their gated community is on the owner of the cars responsibility. I can see how this does make sense, but when the gates are broken for 6 months, how can you not help your residents? Their fix to the gates was parking an empty police car by the front gate which scared people for about the first 2 days and it still sits there after 8 months. PATHETIC. Fix the gates or find a new company that doesnt take all year to fix something WE ALL PAY FOR. Not to mention the area the apartments are in is not the safest area of town. UPDATE, GATES STILLL BROKEN AS OF 12/15/20There was an earlier review about the new property manager, and I have to agree 100% on this. Doug was awesome, and he was the reason I decided to choose century millenia. Everything was clean and we had community events all the time. The new manager, I dont even know her name because she has yet to call me back after 10 messages I left regarding the gates. There is trash everywhere in the halls, no community events (covid probably to blame for this lately). There has simply been a huge step DOWN in management.The internet they include with the rent is absolute trash. I cant even load Facebook on my phone due to the connection being so slow. I reached out to the internet provider and asked for help. Their response was they cant guarantee anything through a wireless signal. They highly suggest a wired connection to use. Wait what? How am I supposed to plug in an Ethernet cord on my phone? What year are we in? My laptop doesnt even have an Ethernet plug in on it as this is obviously something of the past. I asked for a new router, denied, asked for a tech agent to come to my location We can tell there is nothing wrong with the internet, its as good as it will get, sorry there is nothing we can do. The optical communities provider doesnt care about our issues because the property doesnt give you an option to change internet providers. Optical knows we are stuck with them so they provide trash service and there is nothing we can do. So basically if you plan to live here, dont plan on having good internet.Lastly, they continue to raise rent higher than any location in the area if you are an established resident. They left me a note in my door to renew my lease for an additional $100-150 a month. Then I look online and every place around have apartments for $200-300 less than Im already paying. How sad, they would rather take the risk on new tenants giving them discounts and ignore a tenant who hasnt even been late on a payment in the 2 years Ive lived here. They also rent out apartments to airbnb, so you will have random neighbors all the time. This means you have parties at all hours of the night being as loud as they want with no care for who lives there. Ill bet I could rent a month cheaper on Airbnb then what they offered me to renew my lease.All in all its been a declining experience to say the least.

On 10/5/2020 I found this property online and it stated the apartment was ready for move in on 10/15/2020. I did a walk through of a model on 10/7/2020. I loved the apartment and made a deposit the same day. I provided all the necessary paperwork to move in. On 10/13/2020 I arrived at the property to do a walk through. I was told it wasn’t ready. But was reassured it would be done by 10/15/2020. It is now 10/15/2020 and I have not done a walk through of the apt because it isn’t ready. I am very understanding but this is unacceptable way to do business. Chile Rebecca (property manager) avoided me like a sinner in church. Smh after she took calls and spoke to another resident even though I was waiting on her since 9:15am. At 9:44 she had time for me. Sooooooooo she finally invites me into her office. I explained the situation. Sitting with her arms crossed and in defense mode....Her 1st response was “well none of the apartments are move in ready! We do not get the apartments ready until 5 days after the keys are turned in!” I stated ok so that’s 10/12/2020. “No 5 business days” I informed her she doesn’t have to be defensive, it’s not personal, and I’m just a customer unsatisfied with the situation.Jesus himself must have come down from the cross Chile....they found an apartment that was ready. This is not a luxury apartment complex. The units released to the tenants are filthy. You get a check-in form, you fill it out and note you found roaches from the day you moved in, the issue does not get resolved and when you are forced to break the lease due to the pest problem, you have to pay thousands of dollars to do this! Also most of your neighboring units are actually air b n b units. Random strangers coming in and out at all times of the day. Management is well aware that the units have roach problems but they still rent them out and then act like they were clueless about it. The halls are filthy due to the lack of maintenance and the valet trash system. Before you sign a lease, do your research, these are not worth your money. The office and pool areas are pretty but do not be fooled. Ask if your potential neighbors are lease holders or air b n b renters.

I wanted to update my review: In the past, I gave this place 5 stars (this was when Doug was the manager and everything was great!). After Doug left everything is dirty, the gates have not been working for the past 5 months and to top it off, 2 weeks ago they broke into our car (and 4 more) and to an apartment! We contacted the manager (she didn’t contact us) and she said that safety is not their responsibility and they are not responsible for “third party crime”. If you are looking for a new place to live and you are looking for safety, do not move to Century Millenia.

This is not your typical Luxury Living. Im having a problem with rats at my apartment since December, I have called the pest control many times. We had Doug, which was always helpful and friendly and usually assign the problem as quickly as possible. I woke up this morning with rats on the traps that I set up on the night, It was horrible. The regional director does not allow us to have our right to broke the lease and keep saying that we will have to pay an earlier termination fee. They said the offer another unit to me but I never receive any offer, they use this as an excuse and just look for the money and not for health and security to the occupants and pets!! This is a shame!!

Its awful to be a guest here! They dont provide enough guest passes per apartment and they get your car towed right away!It would be more reasonable if they can provide a guest pass per resident. My fiance cant even get me a guest pass since the leasing office did not have enough! Im great at following the rules and abiding by the law, but if they cant even offer enough guest passes why should my car be towed?

I am extremely disappointed to say the least. The apartment we were shown initially when we toured was far from the apartment we moved in to. Upon move in there was (and still is) so much cosmetic damage to the apartment. The floors destroyed and coming up as if there is water damage underneath, our front door looked like it had been kicked in and the lock didnt work properly, messy paint jobs, and caulking in the bathroom done poorly to name some of the damages. The internet service that you are required to purchase per your lease is awful as well unless you purchase the more expensive package, and any time we have called to have any issues fixed with it, the people on the other end are dismissive and rude. Ultimately, the apartments here seem to be outrageously expensive for what you get. The only saving grace here are the staff, primarily Thalia, who basically holds everything together. She has been extremely helpful with any issues we have encountered and is always sure to make sure the issue is resolved to the best of her ability.

I must say that my experience while living at Century has been great. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Everything is always clean. Whenever I have an issue its resolved no more than 24hrs after. Throughout the hurricane the staff was very informative and thankfully kept us all safe. So thanks Century!

EDIT: I want to write an updated review of this complex because the staff has honestly been very attentive and understanding to my issues with the slamming gate. I do want to clarify that I am aware of the difference between apartment living and living in a single family home but the gate issue was not general apartment living noises and was disturbing my sleep for 6 months until it was resolved. This is the only reason that I am giving this complex 4 stars instead of 5. Which will not be an issue for most people since they will not have to endure the gate situation. The staff at this complex is incredibly kind and helpful and seem to enjoy their job. I feel very secure in this location (especially with the cop patrolling the complex all night). The amenities are really nice and maintained. The apartment itself has very nice features such as stainless steel appliances however I wish there was more utility storage. In all of Orlando, I would say that this is currently one of the best complexes you could rent from!OLD REVIEW:Make sure your apartment is not near a gate. The gate to the building was added after I moved in and its attached to my master headboard wall. I can hear when the magnet unlocks, when the hinge turns and when the magnet locks. its ridiculous!Also avoid the pool area, the management does not strongly enforce the hours and some other residents continue to be loud in all hours and days of the week.keep note the utility closet is locked and you need to schedule air filter changesoverall the complex is nice, but Its missing excellence and the word luxury should not be used

We thoroughly enjoyed the first 18 months in this complex. The last few months have been a disaster. On Sunday, my partner and I had to drive around the lots until 2:57 am to find a parking spot, only to be obliged to park illegally like a dozen others around the mail kiosks. I had to stay awake until 5:45 am to ensure my car was not being towed, to then move my car to an opening spot from someone leaving for work. Besides the lack of parking for paying residents, the cleanliness has declined. In the past two months urine has filled the breezeway and now roaches. So much for luxury living. Pet owners are responsible for their animals and should be held accountable. The fact that residents have to hop over 12 puddles in one space is ridiculous. However, there still should be someone monitoring the upkeep in these spaces as well. My partner and I do not think we will renew our lease again.

All of the good reviews on here were from 6+ months ago when this place was under different management and called Crest. I would advise anyone relying on reviews for deciding whether to move here to take into consideration how many of the good reviews were from over 6 months ago and how many BAD reviews are more recent or after it became Century.If you want to go to a complex with the same management team that the good reviews are referring to, just go to ARIA which is the brand new identical complex they built right next door. Same floor plans, same amenities, cheaper rent, awesome management team. Dont waste your time here.

I have been a resident here for four years! It was very good in the first year and a half or two. It has gradually gone downhill. The good: maintenance is usually very quick to fix issues. The grounds are maintained on a periodic basis. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The location is close to everything so it’s convenient. The bad: rent goes up each year, even if only a little bit. The people that live here aren’t picking up after their dogs, some are, some aren’t. The people put the trash out on non-trash pick-up days and it stays out all day or weekend until the next pick-up. They are fined for this but they keep doing it. It creates an environment of constantly looking and passing bags or cans of trash in the hallways. It can smell and be unsightly and cause bugs/flies. Also, the apt community has people that speed thru the complex and park in non-designed spaces like curbs, etc because there isn’t adequate parking. It becomes an issue if someone blocks you in and you can’t get out. They have a resource community officer but I personally don’t see where it helps matters.

BEST APARTMENT IVE EVER HAD!!! Ive had apartments my entire life but none of them compare to Crest. Everything about this place is perfect! From the incredible pool and clubhouse to the amazing hammock grove, to the gorgeous apartment interiors this is not your typical apartment complex. The staff are incredible - Adam, Elayna, Laura, and Ramon from the maintenance team are the best! Go see any of them for top notch service! There is nothing we are missing here. They have it all and we will be here for a long time!

Do not move here they will keep your deposit when moving out and over charge you to replace everything brand new that was working fine while living there like washer & dryer refrigerator microwave dishes washer even paint. They even tow your car at night when you can’t find a parking and the bill they send you in the mail never match the bill they have online for you this apartment is a danm scam and not to forget the cable and internet is included in your rent but they don’t tell you that you have a second fee to pay to the cable company very month don’t go there they have other apartment or better yet house for rent in nice areas that’s not even the price they ask for you have been Warned cause you will not get your deposit instead they will charge you $5000 to replace everything in your unit that’s was working fine while there

Flea problem and terrible management. We moved in last month and got flea bites few days later. I contacted the management and our apartment was treated a week later after I called many times to push them. By that time, we had got bites all over our feet and ankles. The pest control guy said our apt had flea problems before and he treated it 2 weeks ago, and it must be the flea eggs and larvas had grown up. I told the management and to quote exact words, they said I showed the apt to people and I didnt get a bite and It is not our obligation to disclose it (flea problems)“. During the process of trying to solve the flea problem with the management, they seemed very unwilling to help and made me feel like I brought them troubles.We had a few more flea bites days later and we told the management and they said they would treat it but they didn’t for a whole week. Finally we told them if they still wouldn’t treat it we would write reviews online. And today the pest control guy got into my apt while I was in the shower. It turned out that the management called me 10min earlier and left a voice message said that she had gave our key to the guy.If I thought twice before signing the lease.

Im reviewing this purely as a visitor, and not a resident. The pool area is very nice, with lots of lounge chairs, cabanas, and couches. The indoor common space has plenty of seats, several large TVs, free coffee, and various table games. The 1 bedroom apartment had a nice floorplan and modern amenities. Overall it seems to be a pretty nice apartment complex.

I moved in two weeks and Im a bit frustrated with the administration. They did not solve my problem. I arrived and the apartment stakes very dirty and they did not clean. The corridors of the apartments are very dirty, the management very poor. Condominium and apartment excellent, but administration terrible.

If you get a chance to talk to a actual sales person or staff working there - you will find them not very professional, hangs up on your call, dont follow through on your request. Once they take your money thats all that matters.

Many promises were made and there was no follow through. We requested ceiling fans in the bedrooms prior to even moving in- making it well known that we were obviously more than willing to pay for the fans and their installation. The bedrooms get unreasonably hot. We were told that the fans were on back order, and it might be a while but it has been 5 months. The AC does not work to properly cool the entire apartment, and even ran out of coolant in our attempts to keep the apartment a reasonable temperature, making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Valet trash at this complex is a joke because they expect the can to be put in and out of the apartment unit daily at certain times only. It is to be placed outside between 6-8, and back inside the unit by 9am or you will get a notice. Again, both my husband and myself work until 9&11pm. Not only that but the valet trash pickup does not even pick up on Friday or Saturday, which are two of the heaviest trash days! I have had the can out for days at a time without pickup during the middle of the week as well, which tells me that there is a major inconsistency in this amenity. Before signing a lease, we were sold on the 24 hour clubhouse and fitness amenities as we both worked till 9 and 11pm. Without any warning, these hours were changed and we are no longer able to enjoy them. The apartment assistant manager stated that we were only trying these hours out which was NOT what myself or many other residents have attested to being promised prior to move in. We were promised a dream and sold a lie. Crest at Millenia and Lennar Homes used bait and switch tactics to ensure move ins, but clearly retaining residents and following through with promises not a priority. I can spend several hundred less a month for the exact same amenities, a larger apartment, and less hassle.

I would give the property a one star but than that would be downgrading it because of the staff. Brit is amazing and she is very straight forth with you. Dough on the other hand, if he gives you a quote MAKE SURE you have it in writing or in email first, any and every fee he is saying to you. Do NOT trust or pay them or pay ANYTHING until you are able to see your place or the model & have it in writing. Place is amazing but sucks they really do care just about making money even if it means lying to the consumer. Dough quoted us a price of 12,057 and said the price shouldnt go up if anything it would go down, we did out admin + app fee to lock in the price. The next day he calls and says it will go up to 12,093 which is almost an additional $100 we would pay a month. Dough I wish you the best in life, i really do. Watch and becareful how you treat people. Karma is real. You will lose your money if you pay anything and they change rates on you.

Removed 5 star review due to the security gates in the complex not having auto close. This is only an issue because they slam really loud and will wake you up all hours of the night. So freaking annoying. For some reason they wont fix it.Otherwise,A reasonably priced upscale apartment complex with quite a few amenities. Unfortunately the gate keeps getting hit by cars.

Very poor management! Treat people like theyre a dollar sign and dont care about any promises after the lease is signed. Consistently make up new rules and throw fines into your rent without notice. Always smells like garbage.

This placed has tanked since it was first owned and operated by Lenar. Be very cautious of reviews posted before 2017 when the new management took over. They are extremely curt and do not respond to your messages. They do not know what it means to serve residents of a luxury apartment complex. The facilities have deteriorated to such a state it is hard to believe this property was built in 2015. Security measures have been cut back even though rent has only gone up. Little upkeep is done and you feel helpless as a resident. If you are looking in the Millenia area there are new properties being built all the time and you will find a better experience elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and do not rent at Century Millenia!I lived for one year apt 4101. I always had problem with the ac since the first week of living there. I end up installing a fan in my room at of my own money because none of the bedroom has fans. The ac got worst during the summer, it even broke down several ocassion but never was replaced. Terrible maintenance staff that doesnt know what they doing. My ac was even dripping water from the vent near my entertainment area around the cables, at any given moment could have cause a shock or fire hazard or even had my nephew slip over. And even told them but they seem not to care. The latest staff member named Brittany is really rude. And all of them there seems not to have the experience or the brain to be working as management.You will have hard time finding parking.Hallway are disgusting, building gates are not secured at all. Everyone knows just to press 0 # to open. No matter how many request for pest control, spiders, roaches, and all types of insects stay living there. Never have lived in a place full of roaches as Century is. When they do their lawn maintenance leave your balcony full of dirts and your seating dirty and dont have the courtesy to fix the problem by talking with the lawn company. Walls are super thin, you can hear everything. Beware of your charges they are thieves. When this new management took over they tried to make me pay for charges that wasnt right and after going with them to talk in person and over the phone and showing them proof, they fix it and couldnt even explain me how they were charging me that. Be careful of the pool, as one day I went inside and next day my body was cover with bumps. I guess they dont sanitize it or clean it right. All their materials to build those apts are cheap and poor quality. I have lived at Camden by Celebration, Sonoma pointe by the loop and I know what Im saying when it comes to price and luxurious. Century Millenia is far from being luxury and is not worth your money. As too you will be obligated to get their internet and cable which is the worst service I had. I was paying every month because is part of your rent for those service and most of the time the internet wasnt working and if its then is super slow. There was a time when I spend two weeks without internet and fighting over the phone nothing was done until 2 weeks after and no credit was given back. The cable is boring. We got extra channels and you too have to pay extra if you want receivers on your bedrooms. Which we did but everything about it was suck. We hardly watch tv. So far in every aspect Century is the worst place I ever lived. Even Regatta bay, a low income community is way better than this so called luxury. Why are you appliances of cheap brands? Why no fans in the bedroom? Why are the gate door on the side of the main entrance unlock for anyone to come in?And I almost forgot I too rented a storage from them which now that I moved out and took all my stuff came to find out the storage was full of mold from water getting in them and got all my furnitures and belonging full of mold, which I end up throwing away most of them. You can easily see it through the outside ceiling. And now they gave me statement where they charging me for the replacement of the entire apt carpets when I got proof the only one bedroom carpet was damaged and I do take full responsibility for that. And so they gave me the excuse the my apt had an original carpet which they dont make anymore so for them to replace one room they have to do the other one too. And how is that coming out of my pocket? I pay for damages, no for discontinue products! And my damages was one room carpet not two! And on top of that, the assistant manager and manager said oh we charging you a generous amount to what the carpet actually cost us. It can easily be over $1,000 but we only charging you the amount of $600. Really?? How come when I ask for the invoice it says you guys only pay $500, but is charging me $600 for carpet. Robbery!!! taking it to court!!!
