Lake House is amazing. If you are looking for an apartment, this is the best one that you will get in your whole life. Amenities are WONDERFUL, every detail was planned. For sure 5 stars. I recommend the gym, totally complete and expensive machines. My favs the staff. Monica is so friendly, she works hard every day, she knows every person who lives there.

The minute I walked in this property it felt like I was in a resort not to mention that their customer service its on point. Natalie the leasing professional greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She answered all of my questions and was so welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Moved in a week ago, so far we are loving it here. So happy that we decided on this community. Beautiful property and the staff has gone above and beyond in facilitating our move and making us feel welcome. Beth was very patient in answering any question we had during the tour and after signing our lease, and we are so appreciative that she’s not just an exception, but every staff member we’ve encountered here has been great! The facilities are top notch, parking in the garage is great when it’s raining and the upgrades within the apartment really shine through when compared to the competition. Very dog-friendly and my golden retriever loves taking in the lake views

The place itself is wonderful, it has really good views and I feel comfortable being there, the areas are always clean and it looks kind of fancy. Every time I meet with Arturo he is always nice and polite, a great person. Keep up the nice work

I loved this property and the location its perfect. When I went in Matt the manager took care of me and he showed me around and it was breathtaking. Close to Universal Studios and restaurants. I fell in love with this place. Highly recommend it.

I recently just moved here & I must say the facility is beautiful in itself but what makes it better was the staff & specifically Beth. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish of the entire moving process. The cleanliness of the facility itself is absolutely incredible & they pay close attention to detail. From the amenities, to the neighbors & the overall experience, Lakehouse at Alta is definitely the place to be.

It’s been over a year, and I am still very happy here. The property is well kept, and the building maintenance to the office management is on point and accessible. The amazing smell in the lobby that caught my attention, still lights up the 2nd floor corridors. The pool is cleaned daily as is the area, which is well groomed. We have activities, and occasionally breakfast in. There is hand sanitizers in the elevators, and a mask mandate while moving through the lobby and communal areas.(covid conscious)For those who are health conscious, you will enjoy the workout room and the cycle room, and there are plenty of nooks in crannies to read or chill, with office space for the work from home people.For such a large building, the Halls and neighbors are pretty quiet.The inside of the apartments are spacious with very nice appliances, almost every apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sunrise or sunset view. Pet friendly with mindful parents. So I say all this to say, If you are a good neighbor, looking for good neighbors, stop by a see what all the fuss is about.

My family and I recently relocated to the Orlando area. We searched for homes as well as apartments to meet our living needs, and as it turned out, we were so fortunate to find the Lake House by Alta. The staff here was extremely welcoming, especially Beth who was just absolutely wonderful in helping us find the right floor plan and make us feel right at home. The property is beautiful and the amenities are truly first class. It is also conveniently located to an abundance of restaurants and eateries, Whole Foods, gas station, and the theme parks! And although the Lake House may seem to be situated in a busy area, once you’re on property, you truly feel you’ve been transported to a more serene enclave, with the property overlooking a lake surrounded by trees. And most of all, we have found the staff to be warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. Even when we didn’t have an appointment to tour the property, Beth went beyond to take the time to show us around. And when our first choice floor plan was unavailable, Beth stayed on top of our request, and contacted us when it became available. We are now enjoying our new home at the Lake House, and would highly recommend those looking to settle in the area to consider the Lake House!

I toured several different apartments complexes in the area before making the move from Upstate New York to Orlando. The Lake House by Alta truly stood out compared to the other apartments I saw. I picked this property blindly, as I was prepping to move back home to Orlando from Texas. Beth was FANTASTIC to work with! She even FaceTimed me from the unit so I could see the apartment before showing up with a moving truck. Move in was super easy and very organized. I’ve lived in DC, Houston and here now back in Orlando and this is easily one of the nicest properties I’ve ever called home. Everything is so well-maintained and (this may sound weird) but it smells nice. Nothing worse than a musty hallway! I have a go go gadget nose and the first thing I noticed was how fresh everything is! Love it already.

We moved here from NYC and we’re so happy we chose Lake House. It’s like you’re living in a beautiful resort every day. We did EXTENSIVE research before making our list of apartments to tour. In the end, we toured about ten apartments in the Orlando area and none of them came close to the quality of Lake House. The staff is so helpful and friendly, Beth and Natalie helped answer all our questions before signing and we couldn’t ask for better service. The amenities and common places are so well maintained and clean. The pool area is simply amazing, complete with bbq’s, pizza oven and cabanas with their own fridge and tv. If you’re looking to move in the Orlando area this place is by far the best.

If you want to live in the best complex in Orlando, please read this:I lived in downtown and others “luxury” apartment complex in Orlando but nothing like this place. If you are looking for apartment go to their leasing office and ask for BETH, When I went over there they didn’t have availability but she gave me a full tour through the property and showed me the model apartment, amenities and parking lot. She explained me everything and was extremely friendly and professional. I was impressed because at other locations they just gave me the information and that’s it but BETH will go above and beyond to make it worth it.

Wow. I LOVED this apartment complex. Luxury is an understatement. I have had the hardest time preparing for my move in October being that no one really cares to talk about such a long time frame, and the second I walked in to Lakehouse by Alta, I immediately felt like I was home. The wonderful person who helped me was Natalie and I have never met someone so informative and kind! This could have been a box, and I still would’ve applied based on the amazing customer service provided. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ive been living at Lake House since March, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my home, the amenities, and the staff! Beth and Monica have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and a part of the community. The beautiful interior decorating and relaxed atmosphere makes me feel like Im living at a resort!I love that Lake House is walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and shopping, yet I still feel like Im living in a private getaway.

Shout out to Natalie for touring us and of course Beth, Monica and Sam! Thank you!Every couple of weeks the girls at the office throw something thoughtful for the residence here, and make the experience of living at Lake House fun and “extra-ordinary”... murder mystery night with pizza and cocktails from local restaurants, bingo night, mulled wine kits, etc.The property is kept up extremely well, and having prior experience in the apartment leasing industry I can say that the two largest factors of how well a property does (both short term and long term) are friendliness of staff and maintenance’s proper upkeep of the community- Lake House has both! A++To leave a 100% fair review- my only gripe is with Wood Partners’ management group from a corporate side (not on property) and the way they’re currently restricting residence here and calling it “Covid”... sorry, but WHAT?! Cut it out... seriously y’all. (Again, this is to corporate, and not the local team who is AMAZING!!). Wood Partners at corporate- expect many calls and emails from me.

The common areas are always neat, and Arturo is always nice and polite; every time we meet in the hallway he always greets us with enthusiasm. Keep up the good work Arturo!

Apart from this being a beautiful community, the staff is what makes all of the difference. Beth, Monica, and Natalie are INCREDIBLE. I always feel heard if I have any concerns. The maintenance staff is super friendly. They are also really pet friendly and everyone does a great job in keeping everything clean and tidy. This pandemic has been hard on everyone and the staff at Lakehouse has done a great job in managing this community through all of these trials.

I have been living here a week and I absolutely love Lake House so far. I got an A2 one bed/bath, and it is very spacious. The entire ~vibe~ of Lake House is very calming and relaxing, and the amenities are all amazing.Back tracking to when I first toured, Beth had greeted me and introduced me to Natalie. She took the time to sit with me and understand what I was truly looking for. Then she tolerated me as I made her show me just about every 1x1 apartment still available just so I could pick a view! Beth has then helped towards the end with all the final paperwork. I can only speak good things of these two ladies as they are always welcoming, cheerful, and professional. I had never interacted with the managers, so I cannot review my interactions with them but I’m sure they’re amazing as well.Now, the only reason that I didn’t give the review five stars is because my unit was dirty the day I picked up my keys. I am the first resident in this unit, so it was not from a previous occupant. Everything was simply construction debris, consisting of sawdust along the base boards and a light film of dust over the hardwood across the apartment. The counters and cabinets also had a decent amount of sawdust as well. I don’t have carpet in my unit, so presence of a cleaner would not have been obvious from vacuum lines. I’m not sure if this is standard, or if this just happened to have been forgotten on my unit, but I would expect a clean apartment for the level of rent being charged for this complex.

Amenities are fantastic, office staff are incredibly friendly. Units are very well equipped and spacious. One issue building advertises free vehicle charging for residents, this is incorrect. Charging is free for a limited time and then jumps to $2/hr

Ive lived in a lot of apartment complexes and for the most part theyre all the same. The staff/management is extremely bubbly and warm when I tour and sign my lease, but once Im locked in, they dont really know or act like I exist when Im walking through common areas. Their main focus is signing new residents and thats it.This is the complete opposite of my experience at Lake House. Every single staff member knows me and my dog by name. They go out of their way to say hi to me - even if they are working with another potential resident! Their residents are truly their priority.Pet owners - This is the most pet friendly complex I have ever lived in. No weight restrictions, a fenced in dog park as well as a huge grass dog run with doggy bags spread about, and random events to spoil your pup.My husband and I are about to welcome our first child in a few weeks and we are so happy to be bringing her home to our beautiful apartment and wonderful community at Lake House!

This community is absolutely stunning! From the amazing team in the office from all the maintenance crew they make sure everything is taken care! They have been nothing but wonderful and accommodating to me ever since I started looking for my new home about 4 months ago! The complex has top of the line everything, from appliances to fixtures to an spacious and covered parking garage and you are close to everything! I have been here only a week but I can tell I won’t ever wanna live any place else!!! 😀❤️

Apartments are brand new and just a beautiful design.A few of the highlights:-Great amenities including a pool, ping pong tables, bikes for rent, dog park, ping pong table, gym and more.-Apartments are well designed with stainless steel appliances, waterfall showers and other nice touches.-Secured parking garage, which is great in the summer heat in Florida. Your car will stay nice and cool.-Friendly staff at the front who keep regular office hours and respond to text/calls.-FOB access for all doors and your home.-Low energy bills!-daily trash service picked up from your home.-Dog park with shampoo & bathing station.-Nice location near the attractions and easy access to I-4

I just moved into Lake House a week ago. The property is some of the best quality I have seen in Orlando and centrally located...easy access to everything! I have worked with Beth since the beginning and she has been very responsive and accommodating. Since moving in, her peers (Sam, Monica, and Mimi) have also gone out of there way to be very responsive and make me feel welcome. I also have to give a shout out to Juan and Sal for having my apartment ready for move in and helping me with some requests. They make their tough job look easy. Bottom line, the team is genuine and the property is a premier place to live.

Just moved out of this apartment recently. Me and my wife did have some issues but Monica and her staff resolved all of them. The whole staff here is amazing especially Monica, she is incredible at her job. The apartment is in a great location and the amenities are awesome. You might run into your usual issues with an apartment like some loud neighbors but that’s to be expected at most places.

We just moved, and so far we are loving the place, location, amenities, most of all we bed are only 5/10 minutes walk.Everything addressed to the staff team is quickly answered!

I have been at Lake House for about 3 months now, I wanted to wait before I did my review so it could not only be about the leasing experience and the staff, but also about my overall living experience.I must say... From the moment I walked in the Lake House doors, with the beautiful furniture, the immediate view of the pool and lake, and the warm smiles that greeted me. I felt at home.This property is so beautiful. The amenities are outstanding, and most importantly, are well maintained. The hallways and all of the amenities are so well maintained. It is one thing to have a beautiful property when it is first built, it is another thing to keep it up day in and day out. Everyone from the maintenance staff, to the office staff make you feel like family.With this being covid, and them not being able to have residents congregate, they have done some amazingly creative things like grab Einstein Bagels in the lobby as you start your day, or Chick Fil-A on your way out the garage, or like today, Dunkin Donuts to go. I appreciate the thought and care that goes into my experience as a resident.As far as my apartment..... Wow, is all I can say! My L shaped balcony overlooking the lake, and the nightly sunset is all I can ask for. Having the natural light takeover my living room, brings such a positive energy into our place. I truly love it here! I am grateful for my apartment, the nice neighbors I have met, and the amazing, Amazing, AMAZING office staff!!!!!!!

I’d like to start off by saying the energy in the lighthouse is amazing. The details they pay attention to, the relationship among the staff, and their diligence during Covid, is what drew my attention, On top of the awesome smell in the lobby.My first encounter as we were looking for a change was Beth, she showed us several Apts on our list. Every apartment was amazing, down to the studio. Beth’s kindness, friendliness and knowledge of the property and surrounding area was very helpful, highlighting some of the place, even we did not know about. As we walked the property the introduction to the Maintence and cleaning people, showed the type of people they were. We picked our amazing apartment, came by several times to look, measure, call, and text, Beth was there every time, but, while she was on vacation the service was the same, Monica came to the rescue, with that same bubbley energy, kindness, smile and patience. Beth nor Monica was sure in ALL of these visits and conversations if we were actually moving from our current place, but, the kindness never waivered. We received our keys today, and we are very excited. We can’t wait to sit on our amazing L-shape balcony overlooking the lake, with a glass of wine and take pictures, of the Amazing Orlando sunsetThank you for a great start to our new journey
