First we were on time and we wait close to 20 minutes then when the girl asked me what I want I Asked for a French tip on my nails the tip was really thick so my nails look really bad. This was my first time asking for a French tip so I didn’t know how it will be. Just for the future they should tell the clients how is the process so they don’t get surprise how the nail looks. After the girl finish my” French tip” I have to wait another 20 minutes so the other lady can finish up my nails. Because I was not really happy with the result I asked to put color . 👎 this was a disaster, my nails looks like a little girl did the job. Seriously, I never ever going to use their services. Plus the place is dirty. Bel agio it is the best!

Two full sets, shirt nails, gel, diamonds and two gel pedicure $175.I liked my pedicure but my big toe nails looked uneven. I made an appt at 4, went in and soaked my feet for 30 min. The water was actually getting cold. She eventually did my pedicure at 5. Other people came in and were seen while I was placed on hold even with an appt. I really liked my nails, Moon was very nice my nails were beautiful. I liked them a lot. Only complaint was that my nails were a little thick.I will go again without an appt. seems to be pointless to make one. I liked my nails enough to go back And the convenience of it being so close.

My nails are not very good quality..they are SO thick. Like, so thick. I had to go home and fix them.. I’m so upset. It’s pretty pricy to just have to fix them myself.. she didn’t ask what style I wanted. She didn’t even really file them into any shape except the shape that she cut off.

Ive have loved coming here to get my nails done. They are also so kind and are fun to have a conversation with. I really like the new renovation. It brings a whole new feel to the experience. I also really like the pricing. Its not outrageous like most places. I would recommend going here.

Super long wait even when I had an appointment. They sat me in a pedicure chair that had not been cleaned from the last client full of dirty water and asked me to put my feet on a clearly dirty sopping wet towel. I asked if the towel was clean and if I could get a clean one and they acted like they don’t replace towels? They had to look for about 3 minutes just to find a new towel and then talked amongst each other about me undoubtedly. They started a walk in’s full set before me after I had been waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time. They finally started and were super rough, made 3 of my toes bleed, onto the towel which they probably won’t change. The actual job was alright but overpriced at 40$ for a pedicure for the uncleanliness and overall experience.

Best me and my mom get acrylic . moon is the best my mom and her have a great bondand she has been my nail tech for over 2 yrs the things some people are saying are so untrue dont lienene to them this is a person does her own nails and one of the nail techs aka moon has teaches me how to do the best nails ever and i am 13 i know what good nail look like

From the second I walked in they were taking care of me, I went without an appointment and it just happened to be the PERFECT time. Their color selection is great, I found some beautiful spring colors:) my feet were in heaven. I highly recommended going. Who cares if its in walmart its AMAZING and very reasonably priced! 5 stars for me.

I came here yesterday and it was OK so I decided to go back today with my Seven year old daughter and it was a terrible experience. I wanted to have acrylic nails done and my little one wanted gel nails. When we got there one of the ladies said “pick a color” I was trying to find one for my daughter and I was asking questions to her when another lady approached the salon and saw it was busy so left and the lady I was talking to blow me off Run behind the other lady who was leaving and made her come back to get the service done. Not only she went to talk to her and left me talking to alone but she serviced her FIRST with a pedicure and manicure letting me and my daughter waiting. At this point I wanted to leave but my daughter was so excited to get her nails done for the first time, that I couldn’t. The other lady was looking at the clock because she was doing an acrylic set and was late a for fill and she wanted to do my nails in between, after she was finish with that lady she was servicing, I knew she wasn’t going to be able to do my set in 15 minutes so I Asked her to just do my daughters nails, she was very rude and talk to my daughter in a very cold way as if she was mad or inpatient, till the point my daughter was a little bit scared. When it was the time to pay I went to give her $15 and she said $10 so when she saw that I pull up $15 she quickly said “no $15”. Never going back there, for what I can see in the other reviews other Hispanic people had the same experience, maybe they’re just racist.

We were just passing through Orem. I wish I had been able to communicate with them better. The manicurist seemed less than pleased at having to remove my gel coat for a regular manicure. Once I gave her a large tip, because I know how much work it is and she did an excellent job, she became more pleasant and appreciative.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I went to go get my acrylic nails removed. The lady used a piece of plastic that looked like she found off the floor. Wedged it between the nails and ripped them off. It was one of the most painful experiences I had. Pain was so agonizing, I about cried. I didn’t know if it was the wrong way to do it till I looked it up.

Best place in Orem to get your nails done. And great place to have a relaxing pedicure!! Been going there for years and love the service and results of their services.

Have been here a couple of times and they have done a great job doing our nails .Big downside is the costumer service... We thought maybe it had been a bad day because everybody has one of those,but both employees have been very rude in the times that we have gone and sadly we wont be going back.

I usually always have my nails done by Moon, and she does a beautiful job every time. They last on my nails for almost a month until i need a fill. They do your nails in a timely manner and are always friendly and professional.

Terrible service the ladies were really rude. I chose a color and she said it took to long to dry and made me choose a different one I now have streaks of harden nail polish on all my nails.

They were pretty quick getting to you but slow at getting services done! We soaked our feet for over 30 mins waiting for them to finish the other customers! They rushed painting our nails and did a sloppy job! Overall wouldn’t go back!

I walked in to get a mani for me and my grandma and the girls were really mean and rude. I asked if they had an opening and they ignored me.. I will NEVER go back there because they were disrespectful.

Came to get a gel manicure, which are suppose to last around 2 weeks, one of my nails chipped with in the same day. They were very nice and friendly but the work is not impressive. The lady that was working on my nails was also trying to work on two others ladies at the same time, she would do one coat on my nails then go and file a nail on the next lady then do a coat on another ladies toes. It was all very rushed, and it showed in the final result. Would not recommend.

I drove all the way to provo from Salt Lake in order to take my daughter for a pedicure in between feedings of her newborn in the nicu at Utah Valley hospital. Due to the fact that we were at the mercy of a newborns whims we did not make an appointment. However, I checked their website to make sure theyd be open on a Sunday. When we got there the gates were shut. We could clearly see the sign showing their hours and they were supposed to be open! There was no sign posted offering any kind of explanation as to why they were closed.I understand that emergencies happen but there should have been an explanation left on their voicemail, a sign on the gate, or something! Very unprofessional and disappointing.

This place uses a filing machine to take your calluses off, which I think is smart because it does a wonderful job and leaves your skin so soft. The place is very very very small and is inside walmart so it could be a challenge to get in/get out. They do a very good job and they actually care about your preferences. They remember each regular customers preference down to the nail polish that they pick which I find to be impressive. You will usually have to wait half an hour if you go here because there are only 3 people working, sometimes even 2. Give it a try

Im incredibly disappointed. I just had gel nails done and they have already chipped in less than two hours. I had gel nails done ( in Seattle) for two weeks prior that didnt chip at all. The ladies there were very nice, but now I will be stuck with messy nails as a bridesmaid this weekend.

I came here because my boyfriend have me a gift card for mothers day. I was looking at a few Different colors when she walked up to me,told me no and took Them,then began talking to her coworker. Its really frustrating standing there feeling like they are talking about me.......I was ready to walk out. Im glad I didnt because its one of the best Ive had in a while. I wish the foot rub and massage was longer. But,they were great getting rid of the yucky skin and calluses! Im very glad I stayed........ Just wished they were better at customer service! It wasnt just me. Three other women that came in were welcomed the same way and seemed equally annoyed with their interactions.

They were GREAT but later the nail polish came off easily and they made my nails really SHORT

I came because I got a gift card for my birthday and was surprised by the experience; this was unlike any pedicure Id had before. Their floors were dirty, which made me uncomfortable and wonder and their tools were even clean. They worked so quickly that they missed a few key things, like not taking off all the nail polish from my toes, barely smoothing my feet, and painting my french tips at a slant on two toes. They hardly spoke to me and I remained uncomfortable the whole time. I dont see myself coming here again. Im rating a three because these are things that can be fixed if they slow down a bit and clean up.

The older lady in this place messed up my nail so bad. She had no patience to sand off my jel nail. Was so rough on my nail. I told her that there is still jel left on my nail not smooth. So she sanded off more and hard like she was mad and didnt make it smooth at all. I will never ever go back to this place for sure.

Honestly, I feel like I just wasted my time and money. Rude staff that threw a fit when she did a firework and it looked like my 11 year old did it. She grabbed my hand and said nope, cant do it then and wiped it off, and then was done. Also, I asked for rounded nails, and I kid you not, she acted like I was putting her out, and still left my fingers really squared. The lady painted crooked stripes on my big toes, one came to fix them, then she painted the clear coat on top which smudged my lines. They dont even touch your cuticles unless you pay for a manicure. Paradise Nails in Orem is my usual place, but theyre so good that they were busy, and I needed my nails done today before I went out of town. Honestly, Id rather go with ugly nails, than go with these people again.

Its a shame that my husband cant take my Daughter to get her nails done without being swindled My daughter just needed to get her nails filled and wanted a particular design on one nail the lady in charge of the shop took on my daughter did a fast rush Terrible job because she had an appointment she could not finish them That a which they were not told until after the fact . my daughter did not get her decail although she Took her money and paid full price and took her tip. They both came home very upset As they both knew they had been swindled by this lady. By all means she could have told her right from the gate she wouldnt have time to do the full job and they would have had the opportunity and The Choice to have gone somewhere else. This is unethical Unethical disrespectful and just a badd name for Walmart altogether.

I have been going here for 13 years.they have been great, but the ladt three times I went for pedicure I was not pleased at all. I got nicks in my cuticles and last time the bottoms of my feet bled, felt like she used a cheese grater She was rough and heavy handed. Asked her if she realized Im bleeding, she did but no appology - 1st time I fid not leave a tip. Should have refused to pay. Head office did not offer to refund

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE ...Very disappointed this place is the worst that I have gone to get my nails charged $ 45 for acrylic nails and to finish they did not do them as I wanted them.
