They welcome walk-ins, but they don’t take walk-ins because you need an appointment. if that’s the case, then take the sign down. it’s false advertisement.

This is the best place for pedicures Ive ever been in Utah county. Specifically, Bao and Jessica are both incredibly talented and really fun to hang out with. They do such a thorough job and I love going here. You wont be disappointed!

Wonderful! Jenny did an excellent, excellent job on my pedi. Very clean and precise. Great leg/foot rub. I do recommend calling ahead - I think they prefer that :) but they were able to get me in pretty much immediately after I called. I came in 37 weeks pregnant and felt taken care of. There is a 1$ charge if you use a card to be aware of if that matters to you. Pedi was 30$ plus tip. Thanks so much! My new favorite nail salon!

Got my nails taken off, replaced and painted for $36 and in only a little over an hr! Plus I LOVE my nails.

So much better than where I was going. She did an amazing job cutting my cuticles took her time. Also the foot massage was blissful. Again she took so much time and really made sure to get pressure points. Will definitely be going again didnt feel rushed at all. Amazing. Oh and I loved that they dip your hands in wax! Wish they did the feet as well!

I recently came in for a full set for the first time and I am so impressed. Sadly I forgot the name of the guy who did my nails but he put so much time and attention into my nails. I have never had perfectly shaped nails until now and I get my nails done often. He also noticed the color I chose was light so he made sure that he used enough coats to make sure they looked perfect. I am so pleased. I will be coming back! Also every customer that called or came in, he knew them by name and had a friendship with each one. I am so impressed. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!!

Best manicure Ive had in years. And I didnt even get manicure treatment, just tips, acrylic, and shellac. If my pedicure is this awesome, im coming back to give 5 stars. Definitely call for an appointment. I had Lilly (Jenny? Couldnt hear well through the mask) do my nails and would actually recommend everyone at the salon because SHE said were all this good. Theyre stuck with me now, based on this job alone. I couldnt be happier! And Im not the type to love getting my nails done, however, I just may be converted now.

My nails look great, they are wonderful at listening and paying attention to detail. Never hurts and Im always happy I went in.

Made an appointment for gel nails. They were ALMOST on time. I only waited 5 minutes past my time. My nails turned out great. Will definitely return.

I got a pedicure here and the nail tech really took her time and did an amazing job! She gave me a great massage. This is definitely my new go to nail salon

The people were super nice but rushed on my full set. They werent shaped properly, some nails are crooked, and the gel polish application was very sloppy. What makes it even worse is their prices are ridiculous. a full set of coffin shaped acrylics cost $40 and gel polish is an extra $18 instead of the standard $10. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

I came here to get a pedicure and the guy who gave me a pedicure did an excellent job! Most places will just rush through and not take the time to get the dead skin off and massage your feet and calves. Definitely a great place to go for pedicures! My husband also got a pedicure and the lady did a great job as well!

Having never had my nails done before, this was a new experience! Pros: good location, kind employees, massage chairs! Cons: they didnt get all the dead skin off my feet and nail polish was old, didnt last long!

I received a great pedicure and customer service by D. Not all employees are excited to see new customers though. There were two more women in the salon at 5:30 pm on Thursday and that means its popularity is not high. Management should do something about it. Offer coupons, greet customers, lower prices...there are many ways. I will go back when needed.

All time favorite nail place. Jeni does an amazing job. She truly cares so if something looks a little off you don’t have to ask her to fix it she’s already top of it. And I think it’s reasonably priced compared to other places!

I am active and hard on my hands (rock climbing, hiking, etc) so I always get the gel shellac. I am so happy that I can keep my nails short but still have them look so great! Cant say enough good things about this place. The facility is clean and well organized, the staff are friendly and ask you questions to make sure you get what you want, insane attention to detail, and so many colors to choose from (seriously go in at least having an idea of what color you want so you can narrow it down once you get there). Its super popular so I would suggest anyone call ahead and have them put you down for an appointment. They really give you a great experience, 11/10 would recommend!

Royal Nails 3 is the only place I go. You have to make an appointment, you cant walk in. Theyre always booked. Be sure to call 2 days in advance if you really need to get them done for an event. Theyre the best! Their gel lasts easily 3 weeks. Quality quality quality!

They were open late on weekday, which was hard to find. They were fast and did a great job! My cuticles had a lot of hangnails. They took the time to clean them up and were gentle enough not to hurt me. I’m only giving 4 stars because the nail polish chipped after 3 days. I was very careful and hoped the polish would last a week.

Personally I didn’t like their acrylics I got them done today & they were not what I was hoping them to look like & especially not for the price either. however I did get just gel nails in the past & those were pretty good. definitely do not recommend this place if you are a teen like me & are hoping for good acrylics. right after they glued on the whole nail part they ripped my fingers from the glue & 6 of my fingers have deep cuts in them. my nails are very sore & they were not worth the 40$ I spent. :)

I dont remember EVER going there, but on occasion I walk at the University Place Mall with my mom and my phone simply recognizes where I am and tells me about shopping deals at different stores as I walk past. However, if they have a location in the university place mall Im sure they are doing well. I just never go there.

I really like this place. The two owners do very meticulous work and will make sure youre taken care of. Best quality for price in my opinion.

My search is over for someone that does a perfect job on my nails every time! Both Elway and Jenny are definitely perfectionist In Their work. Not only are they good at what they do, they take the time to get to know each customer. Make sure you make an appt, they are always booked! It’s worth the drive from Midway!

Just moved here from San Diego and i am very particular about my manicures. Acrylics that need to be thin and straight with my finger line (and very square). One visit to Elway was a complete success!

Im not from the area so I called to make sure they were open and the person on the phone said yes until 8 oclock so I came in and they asked what I needed and then proceeded to tell me that they were fully booked for today. I said oh okay well I just called and nobody told me that and he said check your phone is that our phone number. So I did and it was their number. Then I asked oh why didnt you mention that when I called and he said we only answer specific questions that are asked in a condescending way. It was very rude and unnecessary. There was no reason to be disrespectful and I dont think a shop owner should behave this way. Very disappointing and shocked at his childlike behavior.

This place is terrible. The manager did a look over from head to toe as we walked in the door. And even though 2 girls were sitting and waiting for customers, he rudely said that they were booked for the day before we even said a word. No offer to even schedule us for the next day or anything even though they have a sign that states walk ins welcome ha! That sign should say, walk ins welcome if you pass my overall judgement of you. Never again. NEVER!

BEST acrylics!! I always used to go to John at Essence Nails in Provo (on Univ Ave) and hes pretty good, but legit this place is even better!!! It costs a few more bucks, but I dont mind spending it cuz theyre so good!! Ive had it done with 2 different people (which I typically hate doing!) and both were bomb quality!! Literally sooooo good!!

In response to Paulina Murga, I was there when your supposed incident happened. The way you described what transpired is absolutely ludicrous. Elway handled it very professionally. This location is the best in the area. Your indignant attitude when told they were booked was uncalled for. You should of scheduled an appointment while you were on the phone.

Truly horrible experience. Way overcharged. Destroyed my nails completely aND the day before my wedding. Honestly, they even charged me for shaping my nails the shape of the actual acrylic. They did my feet too and the gel chipped off because the girl was more interested in getting me out of the shop so she could pay attention to another customer than waiting for the gel to actually dry so could not show my toes at all. Would never recommend.

I scheduled and appointment for a pedi and waited 45 minutes to start. They got my feet soaking for about 20 minutes. I was starting to get really annoyed but then someone was free to help me. The pedi was really nice. I like it and it looks it will last a while. I was only disappointed in the wait.

The staff was friendly, fun and accommodating. We were are from out of town and were treated like regular customers. Wish we were!

The Asian guy that does acrylics ripped me off. Holo acrylics for $71 when the time before I went in and asked about it they said it would be $60. He was also outrageously rude and bossy.

Only place my gel nails can last a month and not come off until they take it off!

They do excellent work, but they have a tendency to be very rude, and they charge way more than most salons around here.
