I love Utah Nails! I have tried a few other places and am always disappointed in comparison, They do such quality work and they do it quickly! I recently got my nails done at a different place for my wedding and ended up being late because they didnt have a sign they told me that they would see if they had time to do what I wanted and ended up sending me away with a single coat of a sparkle. Mind you this is for my wedding! So the next day I went to Utah nails had them take off the other stuff and they gave me exactly what I wanted in the same time it took the other place to give me exactly what I did not want! I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my nails done right! Utah Nails is fabulous!

Got acrylic gel nails done with extensions and they did a phenomenal job. I come here often and they never fail to do an amazing job. Love Utah Nails!!!

My manicurist is professional and an amazing nail artist. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she was able to replicate it exactly! The nail salon is clean and welcoming and attentive to the customers.

Not a bad nail salon. They’re able to get you in quickly and their prices are fair.It is a smaller shop, but I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment and haven’t been disappointed with my nails (although I just do basic acrylics - nothing fancy)

I love this place! I live in Highland but I’ve been coming here for years. They do a great job and are so FAST! I had a gel manicure today. Kim removed the old gel and did the manicure and gel polish in 18 minutes. I timed it because I’m always blown away by how fast it is. She does a great job too and I’ve been to a lot of places.

I had high hopes that this would be my go to salon but sadly I wasn’t impressed with my service. The girl who did my pedicure didn’t say one word to me and was actually face timing on her phone during my service. And she rushed through my pedicure. She barley used the pumice rock, like 3 seconds, and there just was a quick exfoliation and massage as well. My service was done in 25 min. Sorry if I’m dropping $50 +tip, I expect a little bit more than a rushed job. Also, I didn’t feel it when it happened, but she cut too much skin and now it’s raw and sore. I’m praying it doesn’t get infected. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and will go else where.

Quick and friendly! I was able to get this beautiful gel nail manicure it about 30 min! And for this busy mom being able to walk in and get it done so quickly was priceless, but I am happy to say it was very affordable!

I have been going here with my mom for years and every time we go they are fast and good at their jobs. ( My hands look like a mess because I did that) they always try to fit people in when they can I have seen so many people come in and be able to get in typically it is later in the day but they try to fit people in and they have a book where they keep their reservations on and they stay quiet organized!

They were so kind and flexible, patiently waiting as I choose 5 different colors, one for each nail.It was very quick and my nails still look great two weeks later!

3 weeks after using their services I had fungus on my nail. I called the Utah county health inspectors and they said there was nothing they could do because salons arent regulated in Utah. They claimed the state would need to raise taxes to regulate nails salons.

They do their job really well... I always go to them. Just dont go in expecting them to be very gentle... I go in for acrylics and my fingers have occasionally been a bit sore for one or more days afterwards. Im more of a grit your teeth and bear it type though, so Im sure theyd do something about it if I said something. Theyre pretty nice.

Do NOT recommend. It was rushed and the gel nail polish is cheap and you can see through it. They ended up bumpy and don’t look good. So disappointing.

Sam, the store owner, is amazing! I need my right hip replaced, so, its extremely hard for me to get to my toes right now. And with not being able to get to my toes I almost had an ingrown toenail situation. Sam took care of it before I got to that point! Saving me hundreds of dollars and lots of pain and anguish. I wish she were closer . But I drive down to Orem to her shop from Salt Lake City because shes THAT GOOD.

I see some of the negative reviews and I get so confused, while I know that everyone has an off day I have been coming here for years and I have very few complaints. Yes the prices have gone up, but look around, prices are going up every where. Do they sometimes get a little rough while filing? Of course, they cant feel what is happening so it is up to the customer to communicate if they are uncomfortable or in pain.I have gotten severe fungal infection at a very high end salon that will remain nameless but since that time I drop isopropyl behind my nails as soon as I get home after getting them done and have had no problems.I have had acrylic nails for 22+ years and Utah Nails is one of the best places Ive ever been.

I just got a pedicure at this place and the Chinese lady with long hair sucked. I spent 75 dollars for everything and they left my feet horrible. Worst than when I came. Poor service. Never coming here again.

I’m visiting from Arizona and just walked in because I needed my toes done, I only asked for a gel polish and they did them perfect!! My toes looked clean and professional and it was over and done with so fast! I would’ve gotten my dip nails redone they just had a smaller selection of dip colors so I settled with my pretty toes.

Update; went back to utah nails. Got there at 5:30(the close at 7) and showed them the nails I wanted. They said they could do them! The nails I got looked nothing like them and they closed and locked up around 6! My nails look nothing like I want not even the shape! She was definitely rushed so they could leave. Pretty disappointed in this place :/ (shown below what I asked for and what I got)

Used to really like this place. But got a pedicure there today that was very rushed. Steps were skipped and even when I asked they weren’t done. Foot rub on each foot was maybe 20 seconds. Really disappointing and frustrating when you’re paying $45 for a full service pedicure.

Two days ago, my friend treated me to a manicure and pedicure here, which was so amazing of her. The staff was friendly and professional and I love my gel manicure. However, I was too busy chatting with my friend to notice, until I got home, that my heels were still white and cracked. I wish she would have worked on them more since that is my favorite part of getting a pedicure. Also, my left big toe is infected. Im not sure if she cut it too short or what. I probably wont go back there for a pedicure.

The gel nails they did look bumpy and don’t have enough coverage so you can still see my nails underneath. They didn’t soak my gel polish off and instead filed it down and hit the skin around my nails and so my fingers are very sore today :( not happy with my experience at all

I originally went here because my friends said it was fast and inexpensive. (which it was!! ) I was really impressed with the quality and color choice as well as the friendly service! This is my go-to from now on!

Not gonna lie, I wasnt feeling 100% sure about going to this place after reading all the recent feedback that are less than a year old but I decided to give them a chance. The nail tech was great(kim). Was a little too hard when filing the sides of my nails but thats about it. I was there for 30 mins where in other places it would take up to an hour. Im happy with my nails.

I got a manicure/pedicure which can take a long time, but I was in and out in an hour. My nails look great, and the hot stone massage was amazing. Highly recommend.

My sisters loved their experience but the lady I got for my pedicure butchered my toenails. She was looking around the room the whole time and was digging at my big toes nails and it hurt. I thought I should just trust what she was doing since she works there... but it’s been two days and I can’t even walk, my toes hurt so bad.It’s like she dug the clippers into the side of my toenail and clipped off the whole side for some reason?? I didn’t (and never have had) an ingrown toenail or anything!Then the “massage” was two wipes of the hot stones and done (not exaggerating)I don’t know her name or else I would call and get compensated or something.I’m so mad and my toes hurt so bad!

You should get an appointment but I think they do take walk ins depending on how busy it is. Low cost compared to most salons. Quality will really depend on what nail tech works on you.

Great experience! Kim who did my nails was not only sweet but adhered to what I wanted. My previous nail tech (at a different location) made my nails very bulky and a bit sloppy. I thought I liked them until I went to Utah Nails. Kim definitely showed me how it feels to be truly happy with the end product!!

I just love this place! I have gone to other places in the area and I am never pleased with their service. Other places are always super rough with your feet and I leave feeling like my skin is burned off. At Utah Nails they really take care of you! The technicians who have worked on me are always really skilled, and their prices are comparable to the area. The only thing I would recommend is bring cash if you can! They charge an extra dollar if you pay with card. Amazing service and I love the owner of the place! Very charismatic and cares about his customers. I will always come back to Utah Nails.

This place it absolutely awesome!! Coming from New York it was difficult finding a good nail salon in the Provo/Orem area. But this place is seriously the best! All of the workers are super friendly and do an amazing job! I have been here 4 times so far and this will definitely be my only place to go to!! LOVE THIS PLACE!! And they are super clean!!

Horrible! I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and wasnt seen until 20 minutes after appointment time. I was the only one in the salon! The tech was rude and charged me double what the posted price was. She said the price board was old and needed to be updated. They charge $1 if you use debit or credit. Store was filthy and run down. Dont waste your time or money!

I am not very picky with my nails. I just like a good pedicure now and then. I walked into Utah Nails just cause I wanted to relax, and they do walk-ins. The staff was polite and accommodating, and the price was great ($25). I LOVE the scrub and hot rock massage for my legs and feet. Honestly, if you just want to relax for a good price, this is a great place to go.

Best nail salon ever!! Ive been to so many nail salons and this one is by far the best. I live out of state but whenever i come to visit i make sure to get my nails done here. My shellac stays on for about 4 weeks without chipping, although my nails grow out. Cheapest shellac manicure ($17) and best quality!!

This is the best place to get your nails done. They are very busy because they are so good, so call ahead. My nails looked awesome, I had the shellac and it has stayed on well. They had may colors to choose from and were so courteous.

My pedicures last forever from here! Ive gotten my nails done and they do take quite a bit of time for okay work. I would rate higher if the shop was a little cleaner and it wasnt so hot inside. The last couple times Ive gone, it was hotter inside than outside. Staff is very quiet and doesnt try to engage with you.

The lady who did my nails did an excellent job and was very sweet. My only hesitation with this place is I don’t think they sterilize their instruments but I had no problems afterward.

Made an appt for 5 people. We show up and after trying tell me that I didnt book they finally confessed to overbooking. They need a new system. Or a scheduler that isnt an idiot. One day Ill swallow my pride and go back because they actually do a good job.

They did a great job on my daughters nails. I didnt realize they didnt take AMEX so I had to go get cash, they were getting ready to close, so they just said to bring the money the next day. They were so trusting and thoughtful... gave a big tip for their kindness.

This is my place! I usually get just a pedicure, sometimes and manicure. The pedicure package is a great service for a great price. $25 for: foot soak, pedicure/detailing, massage, lotion, sugar scrub, hot stone and hot towel. They do great work and have a large selection of quality polishes. They are always sanitary and use disposable liners in the foot baths. I always recommend Utah Nails.

My usual nail place was booked. I went there as a walk in. There are 3 people in the pedicure chairs, one person getting their nails done. I walk in, the lady asks what I needed to get done. I tell her a full set acrylic. She sits there for a second silent, then says oh we’re fully booked for the rest of the day sorry. Didn’t even try to fit me in. If she was booked why even ask what I needed to get done? I think she just didn’t want to do my nails. Considering they had multiple staff members there. Don’t waste your time here. Jel hair and nail bar is across the street and they were amazing.

You know I’ve been coming here for a good while and it was so good and quality was so good but these last couple of months they have been rude and the quality has been awful. I make an appointment and then they say they can’t make time for me because they are always over booking. They are rude and never listen to what you want always how they want to do it. They rush the whole process on top of all of that. They don’t take there time. They did a set of nails on me and I kept explaining how I wanted them and to file more and at the end of it all I wasn’t happy and I let them know but of course I was charged $50.00 so I came the next day because they said they would fix them and they did but of course I had to pay again and I said no, like I was unhappy with what I got and we went back and forth at the end of it all I was forced to pay another $45.00. Yes they gave me a $5 discount. So a grand total of $95.00 for a full set. Customer service is awful. 10/10 don’t recommend. What I do recommend is Essence Nails.

Ive been here 3 different times for a pedicure & am actually quite satisfied with their work! Pedis are $25, & they do a decent job for the price you pay.The reason I give them 3/5 stars is because they rush though a little bit, especially if youre a walk-in.But overall, the staff is kind, & very skilled at what they do.Out of the 3 pedis Ive gotten here, I liked the one I got from the oldest lady with shorter hair best. Shes VERY good. I cant remember her name, or Id acknowledge her on here.

Went there for the first time two weeks ago. I got there about 30 min before closing with no appointment and they still worked me in. They have the hypercolor gel nail polish that changes color with temperature and I love it! Paid $25 for gel polish and manicure - thought it would be $15, but I guess that is just for polish change. The gal did a great job and I am super happy with the results.

I’ve been loving the service here for years! Kim is my technician! If she is on vacation I know I will be taken care of by the other technicians. Making an appointment is suggested. They can get busy here.

I had been going to this nail salon for almost 2 years because they have the best prices for shellac in Utah County. Recently, their prices have gone up from $15 to $20 (shellac only, no manicure) plus $1 charge for using credit cards. Honestly, their price jump is not worth it. They often rush the process, making it painful and my nails began to be very brittle. The salon is small and there is no music, unless the owner plays music from his iPhone. Dont bother getting a manicure with any service because the 1 minute slap of excessive lotion isnt close to a massage or enjoyable. Im sorry but the customer service and quality at Utah Nails has gone downhill dramatically within the past few months. I went there last month and my shellac polish began chipping 2 days later. I would highly recommend an amazing salon 5 minutes away, Essence Nails in Provo, their prices are unbeatable and service is absolutely amazing.

Great little family owned business. Get my wife gift cards to this place because she loves to get her nails done. Now my Mom and Sisters go here too because the prices and customer services are unbeatable.

The nail tech would not listen to what I wanted and to top it off they were making rude comments about customers who had just left. They were laughing at us the entire time and over charged me. When I attempted to ask why the price different the nail tech pretended to not know English. Truly an awful experience will not be getting my nails done again unless it’s from jimmy.

I came here because the nail salon I usually go to was booked for the day and my friends had recommended this place to me as an alternative. I paid 50 dollars to get a full set of acrylic nails for nails that don’t even compare to what I usually get at my other nail salon. My nails were done so quick and the girl who did them didn’t do half the things my nail artist usually does with my nails. She also injured my fingers which I have never dealt with. I don’t even pay this much at my salon and I get my nails beautifully done. I will never be coming here again. Truly a disappointment.

I recently moved to Utah from Hawaii and went to this salon today for the first time. The crew at Utah Nails were SO FRIENDLY and made us feel very welcome as soon as we walked in. They really do converse with their clients, which is a nice change from many other salons Ive been to. This salon is very clean and organized and the massage chairs are awesome. We went in for pedicures which were done quickly, turned out awesome, and were a very good price. The crew didnt pressure us to add on more services either, which I appreciated. Overall, the customer service AND quality of their work was awesome. We are definitely going to be regulars there from now on.

I went there today 8/23/2018 and when I asked if they had an appointment for a pedicure the one girl that wasn’t working rolled her eyes and said ya!! Then when I sat down she was so rude and disrespectful, after a few minutes I decided that these places are all over and I was not going to be treated like that. I WOULD never go there or recommend any of my friends to go there!!

They gave away my appointment time. The nail techs are good at their jobs. But the customer service is terrible. They treat you better at New Nail just right down the road.

On more than one occasion, the crew here has helped me to make choices for my nails that have made less profit, but been beneficial to my nail health. They always give me great advice and my hands look better than ever! Very professional! Very good care!

The reason for 3 stars is because they try and over charge you for everything! like the other time i went they tried to charge me an extra 5$ for filing the acrylic nail! like how stupid is that! they do an amazing job tho, but besides that i end up paying 55$ every time i want a new full set it’s ridiculous! and sometimes when they want to they’ll charge me 50$

This place is definitely about the person you get when coming here. There is one shorter, plump woman that doesnt even pretend to be friendly. I know this place has cheap prices, but that doesnt give them the right to do a five second job. Thats exactly what this lady does every time, and I continue to leave disappointed.
