2.5 stars: I got some ombre powder color nails here for my wedding and they turned out looking great!However their appointment-making system could really use improvement. Every time I went to make an appt, there was an issue one place or another until this last time when I was double booked. I put the appt time on my calender as we made the appt over the phone for 3:30, but when I got there he already had a 3:30 appt and wanted to push me back to 4:00. This was about my 4th time trying to make a successful appt, so I gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere from then on and left.

Walked in and asked for two manicures and a pedicure. As we’re sitting there more customers are walking in and the two employees get overwhelmed. He rushes and doesn’t do the manicure the way I’d asked. The same for my mother. The woman rushes her pedicure and ends up cutting her toe and then they ignore us for 15 minutes and forget about the other manicure we asked for. We go to pay and they immediately try to upsell us like they have been all along. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE!!! They don’t prioritize the customers who were already there, and they just try to get you to spend more for absolutely no value.
