I have lived here from 2015 to 2018. Stacy is profession in handling requests from the tenants. She was fair while handling charges during move out and we were provided our checks on time. You live close to DTC so you have extensive mobility around Corvallis. Are there some cheaper options around Corvallis, absolutely, but if you are looking for convenience and quality, Park Plaza is a good place. Moreover you have good security since you need a fob to enter the building.
Although the amenities and location make Park Plaza seem like a great place, the management was unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable. After many email and phone correspondence, Stacy was still unaware of our move in day. When we showed up to sign the lease, she was a half an hour late, and didnt have any of our paperwork ready. She also never informed us of the amount of money that was required on move-in day.Another incident was with our garbage disposal. She attempted to charge us for someone to fix our garbage disposal, even though it says nowhere in the lease that she is able to do that. The lease says that you are to report when something is broken or malfunctioning, which is what we did. After she tried to increase our rent and we decided to move out, she asked if we would stay if she kept our rent the same price. Our experience with her was too negative to stay.Overall, we have only had negative experiences with Stacy and the other management.
Ive lived here going on six years and I love it. I joke to my friends that when I call management with a maintenance issue, its usually resolved before I hang up the phone (in reality its within 24 hours). Family-owned building thats maintained with pride. Friendly, super professional, and ultra responsive to tenant concerns. Not to mention its centrally located. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else in Corvallis.
Summary: DONT LIVE HERE.Ive lived here for a year, paying a very high rent for so I wasnt expecting that very bad experience while terminating my lease with them. I gave them almost 90 days notice, paid for professional cleaning more than 450 dollars and they refuse to give me back 15 days of my lease after I gave them the keys, so Ipaid 800 dollars for not living there, is it fair? You decide. DONT RENT HERE
Great location clean and very nice older apartments. Price is comparable to the market.
My friend lived here, had two actual live rats come up through the toilet, and they still took his whole $1000+ security deposit at the end of the lease
Living here for about a year. great place to live, good location, and good staff. never had any problems.
I paid $50 for a parking spot, then I found someone park his car in my parking spot on thursday, i talked to the manager at 3:45 pm, they told me that there is nothing they can do, till monday.
I lived here for about one year. This apartment is too close to the rails, and the trains are really noisy. I was once woken up at midnight!!
They are cheap apartments. Is what it is
Neat and good looking
