Pretty pricey but I do like how they turned out. They charged me $5 to take off my old nails and $63 to put on these almond shape ones. Good customer service, wouldnt pay that price again.

This was the worst experience my sister, friends, and I have ever had while getting our nails done! I have so much to say but to sum everything all up they lied to us about the pricing until we got to checkout, they ripped us off, we were taken advantage of, not treated properly. Also they were not very clean they just put the cuticle cutters in the water that your hands had soaked in and called that clean. Overall this was a terrible experience and we will NEVER go back. Also this is how my nail bed looks after the polish coming off.

I came here for a birthday pedicure and they got me in and out quickly and my toes look great! But most important to me was how careful they were with my sprained ankle! Super accommodating. Loved it!

When me and my friend arrived at this nail salon it stunk! and it look very unclean and their nail case was absolutely disgusting! they are way overpriced for the quality they serve for gel nails with acrylics she said it would be $65. When I asked if she could cut my nails shorter she refused to and kept going to me that is very unprofessional.And after my treatment my cuticle area was sore.. you can see the redness in the pictures. I would definitely not recommend going to Pro Nails Spa! Go spend your money on better quality nails and service:)

Unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing manicures and pedicures I have ever had done. Not only was it rushed, my nails look awful.

Ive gotten my nails done here 3 times in the past 2 months and I love Pro Nail Spa. In the past when Ive gotten acrylics Ive been frustrated because there was a gap at the bottom and I would feel like I needed a fill within a few days but here they cover the whole nail and it looks perfect. I tell them what I want and they make suggestions on how we can accomplish it.

This place was very nice, very sweet. My nails are pretty good, not the best I’ve ever had, but good for the price of $30 for an acrylic fill and paint. You have to be careful with prices because they keep adding with every additional. I wasn’t happy with the shape but they were going to charge me extra to change the shape of my nails so that wasn’t awesome. but very understanding and genuine!

Me and my friend went, and I could of done my nails by myself and I’m only 11. They also would only do a pattern on 2 nails, it was also very expensive.

I love coming here!! They do a great job each time. I’ve had many of their nail techs do my nails and they’re each amazing. I would greatly recommend :)

This is so extremely tough to review! Because when I first got in I was welcomed and signed in and everything was going good. I was then called upon I was about to get a customized full set done and extremely excited because I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted and she assured me shed try her hardest. I am okay with that since the decal needed to be done by hand and as youll see in the picture not an every day thing to ask for. We I got them done and absolutely loved them completely, I ended up paying somewhere around 80 or 90 dollars but when I first got them I thought it was so worth the money. No one else would have what I had thats for sure! Once it was paid for and done I got home to inspect them more and realized the moons were completely opposite and I was so excited I just didnt notice until after. Its whatever though, it was her first time and she got confused no biggie I still appreciated and loved them so much! A few days pass I still in LOVE with them, until about a week, they started coming apart!!! I dont know about you ladies but I have never had the actual acrylic nail chip as far as the set color.That is NOT supposed to happen but yeah it wasnt even a full two weeks before they were completely ruined and had to be removed it is very sad. These nails were so perfect for three days and then it just shattered and I probably wont go back again not because of the style of the nail because the matte black was executed perfect but because it chips color. Its not supposed to chip color ever, the fact that they deteriorated so quickly is the reason i wont go back! Its so sad to know I paid such a high price for such low quality application. The looks were worth the money had it not chipped color or was put on correctly. I usually use the nail salon by my house my husband just took me here to give me a special treat my self day! Customer service is so great too!

The worst customer service. I went for a manicure and pedicure, and received the worst service. my feet were hurt, even my nails were bleeding. The person who attended me was very rude, in truth I would never return or recommend it to anyone. Do not go, avoid the annoyance of receiving bad service and paying too much for it.

Love this place! Ive been coming here for over a year now, and they always do a fantastic job. I usually just do a gel set, and the price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly, and theyre great with making little adjustments. I usually call day-of to schedule an appointment and theyve always been able to fit me in. I highly recommend this place for anyone!

No matter how badly I damage my nails with gardening, chores, peeling off the gel, etc. Christy ALWAYS creates a perfect manicure that looks like God gave me great nails. Leon does a pedicure that is more soothing than time with a therapist! They are also following super consistent and strict Covid protocol, so I can go to them without worrying about bringing germs home to my Aged Father. 3 years of going to Pro Nails and have been thrilled with the results every single time.

Since I have to give a star I guess I will. This place sucks. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Save your money and go elsewhere. Customer service doesn’t exist. My nails look a hot mess. When you pay for something you expect good quality and that I didn’t get. When I asked why they didn’t scrub my feet they said every nail spa is different.... heck ya they are different because ya sucks!!! Seriously a waste of money. Runnnnnnn far away and go somewhere else. My toes and my feet was bad and I went to get them some help with a pedicure and boy that was a poor decision. Never again. Lesson learned.

The worst pedicure! I left with my feet feeling dryer than before. My son also got a pedicure, they soaked his feet and clipped his nails once I went to pay they charged me for a full pedicure!!! Bad pricing and service.

I have been going here for years for pedicures. I dont usually ask for anyone in particular, but most of them have done a great job. I have recommended them to anyone and everyone. They are friendly, and the owner is a great lady.

Everything costs extra. Manicures are not included in getting gel nails. We’re talking $3 per nail to add glitter designs and stuff. The lady was very conscious of this, and made sure to tell us over and over that anything extra we asked for would be more money. Felt more like greed than someone trying to get me to return. Easily a 1 star review, don’t go there.

I actually went to utah for a conference and I decided to just go to the mall and look around. Then i decided that I wanted to get my nails done. So, I just walked in and they took me in and the bad part was the mall was literally closing in about 45 min and everyone was already busy..... but they graciously took me anyway, and the service was really good. They did a really good job on my nailsand they made sure i was comfortable.

I went for a pedicure on Saturday 1/5/2019. Things went or until they put lotion on my legs and feet. The lotion had an odor I was not familiar with but thought how bad could it be? Well the more they rubbed the hotter it got to the point it BURNED. Found out it was some kind of Warming lotion! When I mentioned it burned they wiped it with hot towel! I left and got assistance from the great staff at Regis Salon next door. They let me sit and gave me aloe gel and cold towels til it got better. The comments on poor customer service at the nail salon are true. I’ll never go back there and advise no one else I know should either!!!

Visited Pro nail Spa recently to have a new set of ombré acrylic nails put on. My technician was Christy who manages the Salon. I was extremely impressed with the protocol used by this salon to protect both the employees and the clients during this time. Temperature is taken immediately, masks are mandatory, sanitizer then hand washing takes place before anything else is done.Plexiglass is between you and the technician. Technician is masked. Plexiglass is set between every pedicure station. Every surface is wiped down thoroughly after every client.Pro nails is going above and beyond required procedures. I have no hesitation in going back.My ombré nails came out beautifully. A technique not many in Utah valley can do.Highly recommend Christy and I will return for a pedicure to redo one done done a few days ago at another salon.

My mom and I went in to get a nice manicure, what we wanted was a normal nail, with lines on the ring finger, but the guy doing my moms couldn’t find the right color to go with the dark grey. So we just got purple on all the others with grey on the ring finger. Both of the people doing our nails never talked to us other than commands.

I’ve been going here about a year for gel nails and pedicures and can’t imagine how some people have had such negative experiences. I’m very satisfied . Prices are excellent. Staff not overly friendly but still satisfactory and professional. Cindie is great. Sure, I’ve paid more and gotten fancier service other places, but good enough is good enough. They’ve never used the same foam toe separators so I don’t know what that was about. I’ll keep going.

Had my nails done at Pro Nail Spa, and although the guy whos done it was very nice, the nail job was far from it. Paid $16 dollars for a bad service isnt cool, plus 2 other friends that were with me had manicure done, and both had a bad experience as well, with an sloppy work done, for $40 dollars each. I do not recommend this place, take your money and do it yourself from home that I guarantee you that it will turn out way better than the service offered at the Pro Spa - Orem mall salon.

My sister in law and I went to get our nails done for her upcoming wedding. I wish I could leave a review without the stars. Im assuming the woman who did my nails was the manager and she was very rude. She pushed doing the gel nails saying it would only be a little extra and that she had to do that in order to do my acrylic nails. My sister in law was quoted $35 for her acrylic nails but when we went to pay she told her no and charged us $45 for her nails and $60 for mine. We paid over $100 for our nails which is absolutely ridiculous. When we got out to our car we noticed that my sister in laws nail was messed up and went back in to ask if they could fix it and she said that would be $5. I would NOT recommend this place!

Horrible place I will not be going back ever! Everything was very overpriced the lady was all up in our face about prices On every little single thing, my nails are not even filed down theyre all different shapes very very horrible do not recommend going!

Had a long wait and color selection was bad. Not to mention the fact that they charged me $557.68 for two pedicures. All they said was sorry and gave me a bunch of receipts to sign and kept waiting for me to give them a different form of payment without asking if there was anything they could do for me. I called back later that day to make sure everything on the receipts were correct and the lady on the phone got mad at me for interrupting her being with another customer. Terrible customer service, not worth going here.

I went there today and I didnt get my nails done until like 4:45 when I got there at 3:30. It was a wait but its okay because they were really busy. When I got them done it was my first time actually getting my nail done when they are all even!! I loved it and they are great!!

They don’t sanitize their tools between clients, they even use the same foam toe separators between clients! I watched one worker use a pick tool, normally used to pick out ingrown nails and such, to clean out a drain in one of the pedicure chairs then set it back on her station to use on the next client! 🤢🤮 The paint job was minimal at best but the price was absolutely asinine! Will definitely NOT be back and will be warning friends and family to steer clear!

Beyond awful nails! This was my 4th visit to this salon and they did an okay job until the last two visits. I had an acrylic fill (they had done the nails) and two days after they chipped and were lifting. I went back in and they said it wasnt their fault but once i agrued about it they said they would fix it for half the price of a fill. They fixed the lifting and put 3 new tips on (and charged me for every tip). The very next day I had another nail chip (on Christmas) and now another one broke! The service stinks and so does the quality! Will not be going back!

I have been going to Kristy at All Pro Nails off and on for years. They are dependable and they have a good product, also my nails never lift. I love the friendly and quite atmosphere. Check them out !!

Too expensive for what you get. My nails looked like blobs of acrylic mixed with thick polish once they were done. Just awful. One week later the gel was peeling off my acrylics.

Recieved a pedicure before my friends weddi ng. Feet basin was not cleaned after the previous customer. Utensils were not cleaned properly or throughly. I now have two infected toe nails. Do not reccomend.

Lied to me about pricing. They charged me for a manicure and I didnt get one. $52 for gel nails. I paid $28 at LA Nails in AF and even got a cute little design. The service is shotty too. They want turn overs so they rush and you ending paying too much for a job you could do yourself.

This nail salon deserves a negative rating. I went in and she did my nails but. They looked like I needed them filled after just barely getting them done. But I didnt have anymore time to spend there so I figured I would come back the next day and have them fixed. Well they denied to fill them and fix them because she said it would be too close to my cuticle and I told her no. If it looks like Ive had them on for a week and a half I need you to make them look right. She denied the service to me and said she could paint over them to make them look more full. Im completely offended at their lack of customer service and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THW REVIEWS BEFORE.

3 of us went for pedicure. 1 of us got our feet massaged.. the other 2 did not. They didnt even put an even coat on the nails. My friend sat there with lotion all all over his feet at the end while my sister was still getting a massage.

This is hands down the WORST place to get your nails done in the state of UT. Horrible customer service. WAY OVERPRICED. Manicures and pedicures do NOT include any massage or rubbing. They also dont rub your hands with lotion. When asked about it they replied that is charged at a $1 per minute. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

They charge for every single “extra” thing. I ended up paying $60 for gel nails that would cost me half that elsewhere and I would still end up with the same result. Ridiculous.

I called 4 hours ahead of time to make an appointment and when I showed up the owner said she forgot to write it down and no longer had time for me. It is now too late to go anywhere else and I needed them for an event tomorrow

My appointment for manicure and pedicure was 5:30 pm i was with my baby and I wait for 40 minutes! after 40 mits... they made me the pedi, finally ready for my maniqure they toll me cant paint my nails because i have my baby with me and im agre and just want manicue not paint but I need to remove the gel, she toll me i have to put booth hands on acetone but i explained i cant because i have my baby and i just want put one first and then the other one, and she toll me no because it gona take 10 more minutes and they dont have time for me, that is discrimination because they want everything fast thats not profesional, i never ever in my life will return to this place .

Came in from out of town and all I needed was a Polish change maybe a buff. They acted like they could not accommodate me and acted rude even though they were not busy at all. I just walked out....WORST NAIL SALON EVER! I wish I could give them no stars.
