Extremely unfriendly and rude owners. Both of them. The wife in one location and the husband in the Mansfield one. I don’t recommend this place at all. They also take very little time doing a pedicure. I feel rushed every time I go.I will never spend a dime at this place ever again!!!!I will continue going to 206 nails in Flanders. They are very friendly and the pedicures are amazing!!!

I always have a good experience at Coco Nails. The salon is modern, very clean and everyone is very friendly and professional. The one thing I really like is their pedicures. Ive had gel manicures there too and have been very happy.

Great service, friendly staff and a very clean place. While other places might work at the speed of light, this place actually takes their time with you. Highly recommended.

I had been going here since they opened and never had a problem. When I went last fall, the tech was rough on my feet and left my toe sore. I went back recently thinking it was an anomaly and she cut my toe by the nail and now its infected. I dont think the tech has proper training. Sadly, I wont be back.

This was the 2nd time I was here. The first time was on a Saturday in June. I didnt have an appointment and they were extremely busy. They took me right in. Same thing today. No appointment not too busy and they took me right away. They are a bit pricey but worth it. My gel manicures and regular polish pedicures last me 4 weeks! Everybody there is very professional and friendly.

Do not ever go here way overpriced and terrible service. At exactly a week look what happens and the manager/owner said oh we don’t have anybody who can help you sorry come back another day maybe tomorrow, unreal. 60$ for garbage. That’s how you treat customers? Disgusting. It’s sad because their are a few very great women/girls working there.

Updated: Jan 2020 came back for a second service. The service was better which changed my review. I like the fact that the salon is clean and near a Starbucks. I think the technicians are inconsistent and you have to find a girl that is good there with details. Lastly, I wish the shop had the nail color chart instead of picking from the bottles.2019I book for a gel mani and pedi a couple weeks ago. The service is great but because my appointment was 430 and the place shut at 6 pm (I believe) my pedicure was rushed. The lady who did my feet didn’t ask about what shape I wanted for my nails and clearly they were already squared but she rounded them. Less than a week after my pedicure I felt like my calluses were almost as I didn’t get a pedicure only 4 days ago.I asked for nail art on my manicure and they pulled out the small bottle that use to be the ones they would do french tips with for the brush. I haven’t seen people use that in years. I wasn’t impressed with the free-style nail art. My artist didnt do a good job cleaning up my cuticles and cut me a little. Two and half weeks later, one of my nails already started chipping so I dont feel that the Quality was worth the money. I would only come back here if there was no other appointments but there are many places around town to try.

I did my nails 7 December, today is 10 december and this is how my nails looks like, I cant tell that everyone works there is not good, but women who did for me is not good at all....70$ for this ......😕🤷‍♀️

Second visit to Coco for a pedicure. I brought my 3 daughters this visit. They loved it. They cant wait to go back. Im also a nail technician so Im pretty picky but I have to say Im very happy with the salon. The girls and owner are very nice and welcoming!

Completely overpriced and under skilled. Spent 2 hours there, complete waste of time and rude staff who have no clue how to do a dip manicure.

As a guy going for the first time with my girlfriend, I thought it would be awkward. It ended up being a great experience and the people were so nice. I am definitely going to be a regular here now.

I walked in on a Friday asking for a pink and white fill. There was over an hour and a half left on the store hours and they told me they were too busy. I asked for a different day that weekend, and they said they were too busy. They offered no time to come in and basically told me to leave. HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t waste your time going. Go across the street to Pro Nails. The best you can get.

I got pink and white tips before going away on a trip. Atmosphere and service was good but 3 nails actually broke within the first 2 days of my trip which really defeated the whole purpose of getting them done and not worrying about them. Pretty disappointed considering they weren’t cheap and they were ruined so early into my trip.

Been going here for years! Their gel manicures last for at least three weeks if more and they give the best pedicures! All of the women that work there are great, but Rosalba is the best!

Im new to the area and was struggling to find a good nail salon. After a few failed attempts, I got lucky and found Coco Nails. I had a 10:15 am apt on a Friday and the place was packed! But they took me right away. They seem to have one option for their services but I think you can get a spa pedi. Their basic pedi was perfect without getting any crazy extras. I had two different women do my mani and pedi and both were seriously great (wish I wouldve caught their names)! As I was observing the other technicians, I got the sense you couldnt go wrong with any of the other women. I already made my next appointment! Heres hoping the rest of my experiences are like my first one!

Absolutely terrible I will never go back. The worst mani/pedi I have ever had. The woman that did my mani/pedi clipped my skin twice while doing my pedi & made both toes bleed. She hardly filed my toes or nails so they had rough edges. The nail polish is already cracking & it has only been 3 days they looked very dull & she did not apply a top coat. I’m so mad I wasted my money.

Very professional and quality nail services. I especially like that they use new liners in the chairs and new tools on each client where ever possible and barbicide when not. Very hygienic and I always feel good when I leave.
