You all are always so patient and polite and detailed in your work. The first time I’ve visited I was very impressed with the men and the skills to service the pedicure. He took his time and clean up everything perfectly! This visit I had a woman, she was kind, conversational and answered all of my questions and I love the way she complements her work afterwards, definitely makes you consider tipping. I’m in love with my nails and the service provided. Highly recommended!

On my 4th visit and I really like this nail salon. They take their time. Which I love. My nails never break. And I work at a warehouse handling packages all day! Victoria is awesome. Actually they all are great but she is my go to person. So far they will continue to have my business.

This place was amazing. I was able to walk right in and be taken care of. I asked for a Mani/pedi because I had been in the hospital for three days and I lost all moisture so my feet were cracked and I just wanted to feel nice and normal. The gentleman helping me was very nice. I have plantar fasciitis, so he was massaging my feet and my calves. I was embarrassed because I didnt shave while I was in the hospital so I felt embarrassed and apologized he had to see my legs that way. He wrapped my legs in warm towels, and the massage chair was a God send. I had him paint my toes black, in just a normal polish. After he put a nice scrub on my legs to get the dead skin cells off. Then I went to the nail area and he manicured my nails and we did black gel nails. He also massaged my arms, which was slightly painful because of bruising from my IV and blood draw sites, but he was gentle around my biggest bruise, which I was thankful for. They were super awesome there and I will definitely be back in the future for more.

I was last minute trying to find a place to go and came across this one... it was one of the best pedicures Ive had in a long time. Im on my feet most of the day and the foot and leg massage was absolutely perfect. My only complaint is I wish I couldve stayed in the chair a little longer lol. Thank you for doing such a great job. I will definitely be back!!

This was my first time to this nail salon. They were very busy when I walked in. I didn’t have an appointment, so I didn’t mind waiting. I got a gel polish deluxe pedicure. Cherry was awesome. She apologized for the wait and she really took her time with me for waiting so long. My massage was incredible and she did a great job on my pedicure. This was my first time coming here & I came in as a Walk In. I loved the fact that I was serviced immediately (as well as other customers who came after me). Very clean & overall excellent customer service. I usually just stick to a regular pedicure but I tried the Deluxe Pedicure & it was amazing. I liked how the nail tech’s took their time with each person & didn’t rush.*UPDATE*After 2 days later some of my gel nail polish is coming off of my pedicure. I’m going to see if they can fix it. This is kinda disappointing because I spent $51 for my service.

The guy that originally did my nails cut my cuticles to the point they started bleeding, got acrylic all over my fingers, then upcharged me for gel polish without even asking. Then when I asked about the upcharge a woman stepped in with a huge attitude saying “fine I’ll take it off” then was very rough and did a terrible job repainting. Literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to.

I have gone to Regal Nails on Atlantic Blvd and Hwy 220, both I would rate a 10. This Blanding Blvd location is not in the same class as those two. This was a treat for my 10 year old granddaughter who recently loss her mother. The water was cold when I asked them to warm it up, they actually had to warm the water up in a coffee pot! There was little to no attention paid to the dead skin on my heels. This was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend at all. Some of the efforts put into the Covid protocols, they should use for hot water and skills of staff.

The Sugar Scrub Deluxe Pedicure was awesome. The rubbing of my legs and feet is something I really needed. I work 40 plus hours on my feet walking around and this was a relaxing experience. I will come back soon.

I have been going to this salon for over 15 years. It is very clean and the best service for my money. Wonderful leg massages and newer chairs. The staff is very friendly and work hard to appease clients. Wish all my other stores and services had this environment.

So it was going good til i who has vision issue relied on her niece to choose the color for me really didnt like the nail color n the tech.attitude changed n then her husband comes over obviously she was more upset than i who just shelled out $50 after being told at first $30 fullset when she took out off the nail polish she scolds me if this new color isnt good then i would have to pay extra which i told her i willing to pay xtra now n instead of being gracious she still had attitude so i told her nevermind n her husband brushed his hands as to get out .. What a horrible experience left me with an unfinished manicure n crying in the parking lot

I have always went to this location when I do my nails. Never once had a bad experience. Today I got my nails done. A layover my natural nail. Loved them. Went around and shopped. Noticed my nails were messed up. I went back in there. They repainted them. I left and finished my shopping. After checking out they were bad again. So I went back to get my money back. Almost a half of hour later. They refused to give me my money back. They said and I quote “ I will give you money back but first sit down I take rip off your nail “ I told them no it’s my natural nail. Why would I let them rip it off? So Instead they wanted to call the police. DONT EVER GO HERE. THEY USE TO BE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. BEEN GOING FOR YEARS AND YEARS. BUT TODAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY REGAL NAIL AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. I wish I could post a picture.

My manicure was fine, but the person who did it was on her cellphone the whole time and later she was complaining in her language about something; not professional. The person that did my pedicure kept digging into the corners of my toes and it hurt, he was also too rough massaging my legs; not a good experience for my first time there.

ALWAYS GREETED WITH RRESPECT. STAFF IS ATTENTIVE TO YOUR NEEDS.

If you need nails just for a week is a good place to go after a week they start to fall. ( its not me that go my wife goes) but the people there they are good people.

AVOID THIS PLACE!My nails looked horrible!The guy that put the tips and acrylic on didnt understand what an American manicure was. He cut them way too short even though I told him to make them longer. He had to turn me over to a woman because he didnt understand what I wanted. She did A FRENCH manicure, not what I asked for but I was there 2 hours! 😲 When I looked at them, they were so thick and the Polish was uneven. I told her I wasnt happy, she got angry and sent me to another table saying, I fix! She kept accusing me off not being clear as to what I wanted. I told her to take off the Polish and thin them out. She kept fussing and getting mad saying it was my fault, but she would fix... She didnt. I paid for the full set and left. To make matters worse she kept digging her nails into my hand. I kept saying ow! She would say, sorry I fix! Dont go here!!!!

I go here all the time, usually it’s good but when I went yesterday I asked for a short stiletto and Lee just shook his head yes. He started and the looked fine so I didn’t say anything I felt him start to file them again but I didn’t think anything of it, he wasn’t talking to me so I played on my phone, when he started to paint them they looked a little off but I just brushed it off thinking it was the angle but when I really saw them they looked so bad but just one hand looked bad, I was really upset because I had homecoming the next day and I will be taking pictures so I told one of the ladies and she basically said it was my fault and I should of known to not ask for that. She then proceeded to yell at lee in their language but she never came back to talk to me another lady did, at this point I just wanted them off but she told me I could pay 20 instead of 25, i asked another costumer her opinion and she said to ask them to take them off so I did and the main lady got an attitude with as she stormed to the chair I followed she told me she would fix the two I didn’t like but I just wanted them off as I told her that she began to to tell me how it was my fault and I should of known. She wouldn’t stop then Lee ran over to me point his finger and began to yell at me saying “ YOU WANTED ROUND NOT STILETTOS” and other thing at this point I was shocked and began to tear up, I was shaking I was so scared keep in mind he was yelling at a 17 year old girl. While she was taking them off she cut me multiple times as did he and when she went to grab my hand she had the drill in her hand which scraped my wrist and it wasn’t a pleasant felling. So I would not recommend you go here

They dont properly disinfected to tools used for pedicures or manicures. They do not use the proper EPA registered disinfectant. They only use the hand soap that you use to wash your hands with, to clean out the pedicure tub. which plastic liners are used, yet that water has to be emptied in the tub that includes bacteria, flesh eating microorganisms that then are housed in the jets. Oh, and the jets are removed and only cleaned with your stop brought hand soap. To add to that HORROR, they will service anyone with any feet conditions. you can have a fungus or ingrown toenails that they will remove (so I guess they have a Podiatry License too) & tine pedis (athletes foot). So if youve been going here for years and now your feet have problems, this is why!!!! Also to they are Prejudice and only want your money and dont care about giving you a Quality Experience.

I wish I didn’t have to even give a star I called over the phone to get a price and I was told 30$ for a acrylic gel and gel polish fill. Then I get there and change my mind and decide to get French tip with gel acrylic and was told 25$ but instead they painted the tips on with regular nail polish and then put a top coat of gel polish and then the guy just walked away and left for the NIGHT!!! And snice they used regular polish and then put gel top coat the. White tops are cracked and look like and off white will never go back here!! Do not waste your money they give terrible service!!! Update it’s been 3 days a nail has already broken and 2 tips have chipped off! So this place isn’t even worth spending your money!! They rush and don’t even care if you are happy with it I called and hey wanted to charge me more to fix it you messed it up in the first place!!! Why should I pay you more !??

They are the worst. So disrespectful. My experience on April 28th. Myelf and the tec that did my feet were engaging in conversation and when we finished talking she had the nerve to come over and question me about what we were talking about.Usually they dont acknowledge you or act like they dont understand english. Most of the time they dont even acknowledge you. During my visit i observed how rude they were to my tech who was of color. At the end of my visit the husband had the berve to adk gor the toe dividers back. However i didnt give them back they are nasty and unsanitary.Stop giving them service!

Very distracted people . More worried about the quantity of people that they can service with the mess they throw on your fingers .FYI Gel powder doesnt exist extra $5 charge to Rip you off . Gel goes under uv light to cure.They cut you with the drill with no regard an keep going who knows how sanitary anything is in that place. My natural nail has digits an groves now because I made a bad decision. Dont make the same mistake.

TERRIBLE.I went into Walmart to grab a few items, and I had acrylic tips (applied in another salon). I was sick of having them, and I decided to get them removed. At that time, Regal Nails had no wait, so I went in.I had my acrylics removed, and I had a gel manicure applied to my natural nail.First of all, I told the older Asian man I wanted my nails removed. He nodded at me, and began to cut them down...he was preparing me for a fill in.I had to tell him 3 times, and finally get his co-worker involved before her began soaking my hands!The ENTIRE TIME my hands were soaking, he was filing HIS OWN NAILS with an emory board he took from a drawer in the station. He was also using cutile nips that he took from the station (NOT an autoclave!)He took my hand from the acetone, and he began to grind the acylic off with the drill.He sliced my cutile on 2 fingers with the edge of the drill!!! It was stinging and he put my hand BACK INTO the acetone! OUCH!!!I was so pre-occupied with my cut fingers, I didnt even notice he was trimming my cuticles WITH THE SAME NIPS HE USED ON HIMSELF!!!!By the time I noticed, he was finished. I cannot stop thinking about it, and since he cut my fingers, I am mildly concerned.He applied a gel, and cured it, but after only 6 days it is peeling. Gel typically lasts 2-4 weeks.This salon sucks. I willNEVER return.
