Just love the way they do my nails will recommend

Gel nail polish lasted 3 days. It took 3 different nail techs to remove acrylics and paint my nails with gel color. I knew going in that once they assigned grandma to do my nails it was going to be a disaster and surely it was. She messed up my nail color so bad another tech had to remove it and re do it. A different person had to remove my acrylic nails because she didn’t know how to either. They were very friendly but the service provided for the $100 I paid was terrible.

Great service!! My manicurist listened to what I wanted and delivered it. Love!!! and will be back when I’m in town.

They were so nice, they did a great job on my nails. All of them new English pretty well. The prices werent that bad, I definitely suggest going to this place.

This place is now called Nail Addict. It may be new owners, Im not sure. But they do a fantastic job! They are very nice and they take their time and truly care about the quality of your nails. They have some really great deals and best pedicure Ive had in a long time! I was looking for a new nail shop and I found it! Will not go anywhere else now! Search them on FB!

I have gotten my nails done and a day later it popped off. I waited till today to get my nail fixed, so I came here and everyone except for the mother is working so they tell me that they will be ready shortly. So I have sat here for 30 minuets and two white women came here and asked for a manicure and the other asked for a pedicure so the man stopped working on another ladies nails to go run this ladies water when the mom who does the toes was free to do it, then the guy checks on them and the mom does their nails. My mom comes in because she asked me what was going on and the lady told her that she told me it would be a long wait which is a lie. This is not the first time this has happened they have officially lost our business and I will find another place to tip and get my nails done every other week.

Visit this establishment on today Saturday, 2/20/16 at 11:30 AM. First warning: Only ONE customer in the entire facility. Second warning: I ask to use restroom, filthy. Third warning: When I returned, owner told me to sit in dirty chair. Fourth warning: She left customer (nail care) and no, I did not see her wash hands before touching me. When I made a request for eyebrow arch type, she responded, YES MAAM! Silly me, I thought customers had a choice of services? Fifth warning: She snatched the wax off my ebrows and stated, It is your fault they are uneven. You need to let them grow out and start over. Sixth warning: When I requested she make eyebrows even, she responded with an attitude, continued to talk over me and attempted to correct her error i.e., uneven eyebrows. I stated, You are not listening and ... why is it so difficult to find someone who actually listens to the customer? She walked away, returned to her seat and continued with nail customer. NO, she did not wash her hands BEFORE resuming nail care. So, I guess it is safe to assume she DID NOT wash her hands before touching me. For the record, I always tip everyone 50% of service fee. NOT today! First and LAST visit. Yes, I should have exited at FIRST warning but I prefer to support small businesses. So, youve been warned SIX times! If hygiene and customer service is NOT first priority, this nail shop is for you.
