Super late review but the owner’s daughter did my nails some months back. I wanted a specific design and she delivered! She asked if I was satisfied during the process which displayed great customer service!! Thanks again!!

They were very nice an courteous and gave me exactly what i asked for.... Any question I asked I was given an get informative answer!!! I will deff be returning. The best part is they are across the street from where I live!! Highly recommend

Great service and a great end result

I’ve been going to this nail salon on and off for about a year. But I recently visited their salon and was treated with prejudice. I am African American (proudly) and I could tell the difference in treatment. I was treated as an annoyance while other guest (White Americans) were treated with respect, patience, and etc. I will not continue to pay for service at an establishment where I am not welcomed. The search continues....

I was a little nervous about trying this place, based on the mixed reviews. I came here after being completely ignored at another nail salon just around the corner, and my experience was nothing but positive. I was acknowledged and seated immediately after walking in the door, and the gentleman who did my nails (I think he was the owner) and pedicure did a beautiful job. Not especially chatty, but perfectly pleasant, and I actually prefer to relax rather than talk, anyway. The salon was very clean and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Literally THE BEST experience/results!!!! DEFINITELY my spot from now on!! Highly recommend you visit this place if you want the best!!!!!! Kim did my nails and Im very impressed!

Worest place got my nails done two days ago with gel polish some of my nails already broke off paint chiped un even extra glue under my nails. Very unhappy with my experience

I went in they asked to pick a color then to sit down and straight away someone came to do my nails and I’m very pleased with there service. So nice and welcoming and I love the prices

Owner is very rude. Very bad attitude.Do not spend your hard earned money here. The hateful comments are correct. In fact this salon is never busy. I have been here 3 times and I refuse to go back. The best Salon to go to is FL Nails on Blanding blvd. They treat you with respect. Do not spend your money with this nail salon. Very rude to children as well.

Worst nail salon experience EVER! When I arrived, the owners, husband and wife were the only ones there, no customers at all. With no greeting to speak of, they motioned me to sit with the wife. She began my nails without saying a word to me and continued her conversation in Vietnamese with her husband the whole time she was working on me (that is just rude, in any culture!!) She did not shape my nails the way I asked her to and then got very upset when I asked her to change the shape, telling me I should have told her before she did 5 fingers.She began speaking again only to her husband in loud tones, again in Vietnamese and they were clearly talking about me, while she pinched my fingers very hard and began filing again. I pulled away and her husband asked me to move to his chair to fix my nails, but never said a word to me, meanwhile his wife is STILL going off and then got up and stormed into their back room. I was near tears by this point- feeling horrible for speaking up....and then I remembered, I AM THE CUSTOMER. I was not rude or demanding, I asked nicely for what I wanted (using the same vocabulary Ive used at other salons for 20+ years with no problem.) I left half way through a full set because I felt so mistreated and upset..and my nails look awful, to boot. Clearly, the owners of this place have gotten spoiled with being in a great location with lots of foot traffic. Theyve forgotten how to be courteous, flexible and that the number one rule is- the customer is always right! Now...I have to go find another salon to take these horrible nails off and start all over again. Oy.

I have been a return customer for 3 years once or twice a month as well as guest customer with Kim when I lived in Texas and came home for visits for 7 years. This is a family run business. I have known them for years. The hateful comments below are not correct. In fact it seems racist against this Salon. This is a very busy salon. It works best to call ahead and set up an appt. Once you get to know kim and become a regular she is a sweet and caring person. She remembers your needs and desires so you dont have to be asked agaim about what pedicure you want etc. If you want something different then tell her up front. There has only been one time we both miscommunicated about an appointment and it was resolved quickly. You also have to be flexible.

You wil be disappointed if you go here. The place looked clean but the staff very unfriendly and talk amoung themselves in a forgein language. They do not ask what you want or like just do their thing when I did ask questions I just got yes as an answer and I dont feel they even understood the question because they either lied or just kept doing what they where doing. When they where almost done I asked the question again and she said no thats how it is when before it was the line will be gone in my nails,Then she proceed to argue with me about it. Will never go to this place or recommend anyone to go there.
