I was so nervous about getting my hair cut, because I couldn’t for the life of me find a hairstylist that knew how to give me exactly what i ask for until today!! Alexus is so talented!!!! I showed her what i wanted and she gave me exactly that. Her and the gentleman working there were very kind and easy to talk to. I will definitely be back soon!

Tiffany was a employee of mine turned my stylist. Perms and blow outs.... best around hands down. If you are into vivids she will make the most beautiful combinations. She was top of sales and production before she retired with my company and we lost a great general manager. She is just as good as a stylist. 5 star girl for sure!

Jennifer Bremer was amazing!!!!! My hair hasnt felt and looked this good in ten years. I have long hair and Im picky, and Ive truly never been more satisfied and in 24 hours truly had so many compliments...so thank you! I finally LOVE my hair!!!!!

She is great at listening to what I want and will give you suggestions on what would look good on you and the shape of your face. I have changed colors, highlights and had many different styles and have loved all of them. She is the best 💕

I have used Tiffany Collier for about 8 years. Previously at a blow out bar (where she does the absolute BEST blowouts) I would visit once a week. Now she’s a little far but I do come down occasionally. Her color skills on vivids are off the hook. Sweet woman.

My Mother went to Topics for a perm and hair cut and style. She liked the cut and style. Ten days after she received her perm, all of the curl fell out and it looked like she never got a perm. I went into the salon and had a discussion with an employee. They said they would call me Mom the next day. A week went by and they never called. My Mom called and spoke with another employee. They said they would discuss with the manager and get back to her. They never got back to her. Its been almost one month since her original appointment and never heard back from anyone. Their customer service is very poor.

Staci did my hair today and it came out so beautiful! I had a lot of length to cut off and balayage as well and Staci remained professional and courteous the whole time. She also had good advice during the appointment and for follow up hair care. Thank you Staci!!!

I get my short hair trimmed up every few months, and Ive been getting different fashion color highlights with her, as well as darkening the rest of my hair. I currently have neon blue and purple in, I have had my previous neon colors from her last easily 8 weeks or so! Absolutely recommend her and her work!

If you’re looking for a fantastic color and cut, Alexus is your girl! In my opinion, red is the hardest color to get right, and Alexus not only gets it right, she does color better than any other hair stylist I’ve met. Alexus listens to my ideas and offers helpful suggestions as I ask. She is honest, professional, and kind which are hard qualities to find.

I made an appt days before my appt time. Called to confirm. They kept pushing me to get my highlight with an inexperienced tech. I finally explained who I wanted and finally got the appt confirmed. The day of my appt 15 minutes before my appt time they called saying there was a scheduling conflict and said they could offer the next day with the same inexperienced tech. They have no concern for their client and are not honest. Would never go there. Not to be trusted

I saw Loryn for the second time and she is wonderful! I just love her! She remembers you and stuff you have shared.. thats impressive and shows she really listens and cares. I have lung disease and heart disease.. so, she makes sure I am comfortable and safe! Thank you so much.. cant wait for my highlights!

I went in to my appointment unsure of what hair style I wanted. I told my stylist of my situation and personal preferences. She did an AMAZING job with the cut, and hyped me up so much. Definitely will be seeing her again, thank you so much Cookie!

Loryn (I hope Im spelling that right) has always done a great job on my hair every time Ive gotten my hair cut with her. And while Ive had some not too great haircuts in the past with some other stylists, its always been a fairly good haircut by the time it grows out and theyre always very nice here.

Topics is a hidden gem. Talented stylists, welcoming staff, and excellent prices. The remodel looks amazing and I’m so pleased to see the employees being mindful of safety protocols. Loryn is the best!

Shameful customer service. I made an appointment for 3pm and was made to wait till 3:30 with no apologies or reason. 30 min sitting for a 25 min haircut?I also asked when booking the appointment if there was a mask requirement and I was told no. Well, this is not the case. State board requires a mask. Fine. But tell me so I can bring one! So now I get to hold a towel on my face.They also have a new tip system. Now there’s tax on the tip as a separate transaction from the haircut charge. These little details make a major different for your customers. And ultimately your stylists. I like my guy, but I’m not coming back to this poorly run salon. Too bad.

*KoriP was my stylist and was very personable and took a lot of time with me.The only complaint I had was the price over the phone was a significantly different that what I was told,l Im talking paying $90 and more with the tip I left. I did not consider this as a high end salon of the price I paid. If you can afford this lace go see Kori. I would go back to Kori but I cant afford her prices she has to charge because of Topics.

If you want a 80$ haircut for a reasonable price then this is the salon for you. They are a full service salon and Matt is one of the best hairdressers in the business. Even if Matt isn’t available the other hairdressers are just as good. Friendly atmosphere good conversations and most of all a great haircut.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by a stylist at this location for almost a year now. I love it. Very polite and professional. They ask you questions and explain everything to you in detail before they even begin. I overhear the other stylist explaining the costs and procedures and / or recommendations to every client they’ve got. You can tell that thy all take great pride in their profession. You may pay a little more there than you would somewhere else, but you get what you pay for and I for one don’t care for $9 hair cuts. There’s a reason I drive 30-40 minutes each way for my hair cut. No chance I’m letting someone else touch my hair. Highly recommended! A+

I wanted a change - a drastic change - I showed Amber a photo of what I wanted and she nailed it! Every person in the salon was so nice and helpful too. My daughter had major damage to her hair from too much coloring. The stylist who helped her created a miracle and we thank both of you so much!

DINNER AND A SHOW! I went in to Topics to get a haircut from Elena, my favorite stylist. After some great Chinese food from next door, I didnt mind being told to wait a few minutes in the lobby. I got to watch a bi-polar spoiled brat pitch a fit about her curls or some such thing and then stamp her way out after she yelled at the stylists! I dont know how they kept their cool. I would never deal with the public just because of wierdos needing their meds. Happy ending - I got a great haircut and was on my way just as the shop was closing.

I came here two years ago to get my long hair cut and styled. Kaylee did an amazing job. Also, I had my one year old with me and the front receptionist gave him a lolipop to keep him occupied. I will definitely be back to get another haircut.

Buyer beware! Called and made an appointment for my step daughter and was quoted on the phone of a price between $95.00 and $150.00 for highlights and a trim of dead ends. Upon arrival they informed me that the cost would be close to $200;00! After going back and forth with them, they tried to pull the wool over my eyes by charging me $143.00, but when I requested a break down of the charges, the trim was not included in that price. This is a SHADY way to do business, and I will never be back, and will tell everyone I know not to ever step foot into your establishment. I do plan on contacting corporate, as I do have proof that I was quoted as such. They also burned my stepdaughters hair. I took her out of there with wet hair, before they could do any more damage. Horrible experience!!!!!!!! It was her birthday present, and you ruined it for her!

Terri is the Best! She knows the best style for you, she is very fast & professional. Due to my several out of town travels, I didn’t go to her for a year, yet when I went to her yesterday she still remembered my style & likes. I also appreciate their Senior discount program.

I have been going to this salon for a while, I would not trust anyone else with my hair. They are friendly, professional and talk you through every step of the process. I get my hair bleached often and they never disappoint. It’s a relaxing treat to go in this amazing salon!

Really upset about the insain prices they charged. My girlfriend was charged maximum prices for partial foils and color on their website. Also she was charged full price for a cut and style when she only got a cut and shampoo. We will never be going back to this Salon again. I hate to say that because her hair came out looking great. My girlfriend only has a short pixie cut and the whole trip cost us $200

Hair Stylist did a good job, but I was in shock on the price difference from the website ($105 and $35 hair cut) tons of add ons. I had full foils and haircut for $265 without tip. Wouldnt be as much of a shock if they put the price of add ons on the website, maybe its because they are a chain? I have never been to a salon that had so many hidden charges.

I had a terrible experience here, hear me out. I came in to get a “corrective color” after i used a demi permanent dye at home and decided to get it touched up by a professional. I was told previously Matt, my stylist would have to remove my previous demi permanent dye which is what made it a corrective color and that it would be 99$ an hour. I was ok with the price because I figured my hair is worth it. I went in and he removed my color and then applied another demi permanent dye over top. After he removed my color it was very light because that’s what my previous hair was. As he was applying the new dye i got concerned because it looked extremely dark and i asked to make sure it wouldn’t be too dark because i was shooting for LIGHT brown. He assured me that it wouldn’t been very much darker than how light my hair was after he removed the dye. He applied the dye to the front half of my head and then as it sat he proceeded to spend the next 15 minutes talking to another stylist while the dye was only processing on half my head. He finally applied it to the back and let it process. While it was processing he said he was only going to charge me for an hour of corrective color and a hair cut I was getting. It should have been around 160$. After washing out my hair the back of my head had barely changed color and the back was DARK brown. Extremely dark brown. He then applied the dye a second time to be back of my head. I was extremely frustrated during the whole process. After washing out the dye a second time he put a mask on my hair. During the whole process he complained continuously about how someone hadn’t tipped him well enough and it made me feel extremely pressured to have to tip him big because he complained so much. At checkout he charged me for another hour of corrective color since he had to reapply he dye. Keep in mind I am a young college student and money is extremely tight for me and i felt taken advantage of after he changed the price for HIS mistake. This was extremely frustrating because he wouldn’t have had to apply it again if he hadn’t sat talking so long to his coworker. I ended up having to pay $280. My hair was absolutely nothing like i had asked and the ends were a weird gray black and the top was a strange brown much lighter than the top. He told me there was “nothing he could do about the color difference.” My hair faded EXTREMELY fast despite using the correct products. The at home box dye i had done myself lasted longer. It’s now been a month and there’s no way in hell i’m going back here.

Sticker shock, my wife got a wash, cut, and dry for 22 bucks, not bad. My 8 y/o son got a tapered and trimmed as we called it in the army, you know no guard on the side, leave a little on top for TWENTY SIX dollars... For a kids haircut!!!! Last time I go there, Ill stick with the barbershop in Newnan. Ridiculous price for a kids cut.

Nothing Fantastic Here!Walked in to this establishment and received no type of greeting, hello, or even a look my direction. Continued to stand there waiting for one of the ladies to come to the front and help me. After 5 minutes of being looked at by employees but not even getting a hello, how are you, be right with you... I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not an ounce of customer service but your going to cut my hair.....Not Today!

Total terrible experience... I waited half an hour and when I finally got my hair cut it was terrible. My haircut is uneven all over and when she went to go make a part in my hair... she shaved part of my other hair off. Overall trashy experience!
