She doesnt know how to do nails where they look natural. Never will I go back

So sweet and they actually talk to you. I love the family vibe. My pedicure was amazing and not rushed! Highly recommend!

She is very nice but I just left there and my nails are messed up. They wont dry and she would not fix the paint also one hand is longer then the other hand. I had to pay someone else to fix my nails not happy at all.

Kim is so awesome. Always great personal service. Never go anywhere else.

I had received a gift certificate in September and began going to Kim in October and after 3 appointments with her I was one minute late and was on the phone with her because I was within walking distance on college ave but stuck in traffic on blanding and she couldn’t take me ! I was in awe as I was always a generous tipper and always early except today and she had other customers now is what she replied with she had customers now !
