The customer service here is like no other. Every single person I work with is so friendly and helpful but especially Matt, Adam, and Allison! Highly recommend this location specifically as we have had nothing but positive experiences.

Hidden gem in Florence to buy items that you use all the time. Not just for restaurants but your average family that goes through a lot of staples like eggs, butter, bread, fresh vegetables are all available at a great price. Definitely recommend at least checking them out for family gatherings, etc.

Not only is this store for those who shop in bulk, but is also for this looking for good food in smaller quantities. It is all restaurant quality food. Plus you dont need a membership. Go to GFS.com and enroll in their reward program.

Great prices especially when they run 3 day sales! Staff are willing to help with questions on anything youre searching for. Another positive thing I noticed is how this store location is NEVER crowded or too busy to shop in on Fridays or weekends like the other bulk item stores right in this area. GFS has similar, and some of the same quality brands that large grocery retail chains and Membership only stores carry, but typically at lower prices when they run sales (vs. Membership only Warehouse Stores, Costco & Sams Club or bulk item purchases that Walmart carries. Each of these mentioned are on the same road as GFS too.

Great place to buy lots of frozen fruits and veggies. I believe I get more bang for my buck on those types of items. Fast and Friendly. Easy place to get in and out of, without the headache.

Great variety, descent prices

Reminds me of a smaller version of Sams club. My favorite thing is getting lunch meat and having them slice it, take it home and freeze it. Buying that particular item in bulk is huge savings. Often thats all I buy. They carry food service products, and great for large family functions like weddings, reunions, etc.

Love Gordons food service!! They are friendly they will ask you if you need help which I always do when I go out there they go out of your way to help you. I have bought a insulated orange bag and I needed another one there wasnt any on the floor and a guy got on a ladder and climbed up and got one out of a box for me. They go above and beyond to help their customers.

I placed an order a week in advance. They didnt have the fresh pineapple I really needed. Why did I bother to give them the opportunity to plan ahead?Prices on many products are higher than what you would pay at Kroger or Walmart.Be strategic and have a back up if you are planning for something specific.

GFS is a restaurant supply store. But there are deals there that are great for familys. Sliced cheeses start anywhere from 4.99 up per pound. My wife and I love cheese. We can get a 5 pound block presliced for 11.99. Quality hamburger is also cheaper there in 5 and 10 pound packs. Its worth checking out.

I like using GFS for different things. I went this time for their chicken breast which was on sale as well as their chicken nuggets. As I have found with most of their sales, they were again out of all stock. This is really a pain because I live quite a distance from them. I think I am just going to request they cancel my email news ads and just stop in when in the area. The store was clean, organized and items were well marked. Even if prices were higher than Eastgate in a lot of instances.

I go to GFS for bulk items I prefer over the other two warehouses....very clean store andStaff always willing to assist...if you have never tried it stop in, and I am sure your cart wont be empty.

Its okay. Have bulk things like coffee filters an condiments are decent. Rest is ok, some stuff expensive.

Bulk restaurant supply store. I came here looking for bigger plastic bowls to eat my salad from and did not find them. I did find a stack of 150 for cheap. Did not find my high fiber cereal either, but they did have 4lbs rasin bran for cheap. Friendly staff, and clean restrooms for one person each.
