Do not go here. Had an appointment at 1 and they made me wait 45 minutes before they sat me down to soak my old polish off. I left at the 60 minute mark. Don’t book appointments if you’re not going to keep them. Once you can look past the trash everywhere and the poor giant fish living in the giant tank they send you to the back to wash your hands. This is where you see that they have a memory foam pad on top of acetone boxes with books and toys. This seems like a safe place for children. On top of gallons of acetone.

Tracy is SOOO rude pls don’t ever go to this salon you will be disappointed & yes i treat everyone with respect but is it my place of business?? no it’s YOURS grow tf up & be more professional with your clients your an embarrassment & i’m sure your husband would say the same.

I always love coming here but dont try to make an appointment! They are constantly being bogged down by walk ins. Your best bet is to get a pedi, theyll get you right in and you can enjoy a 2 hour pedi while you get your nails done as well! Great quality of work but ask for Tommy! Hes the best! 😉

The first person messed up my pedicure. A lady named Tracy kinda fixed it. Then I had to bypass my manicure because they waited until the last minute to remove my nail powder. Next lady Tracy sid my nails but, wouldnt wouldnt fully coat my nail. I had to tell her about it repeatedly. She then, attempted to give me attitude and said her husband would finish me. He was slow and had to keep redoing my nails.

Tracy does an amazing job on my nails every time. Bring her any nail design and she can do it! I love all the gemstone designs she has done for me and I recommend her to all my friends.Tommy does my pedicures and he is so sweet and always does an amazing job! I love getting my nails done at Luxury Nails!

HORRIBLE customer service, Tracy does not know how to talk to ppl ! Always double booking ppl, always arguing with family members, just very money hungry, and needs to be more organized. But they are good, just very rude !

Tracy is the best in Jacksonville! She did the best job I have ever had in this city. She did the best ombre full set on me and I will definitely go no where else for now on. Absolutely horrible establishment!! Noone is EVER there at 10:00 always have to wait til 10:30 or so to get ANY SERVICES. Stacie does nothing but yell at her brothe, the whole time im ever there. Stephen charged me $40 for a simple fill, when its 55 to do the whole nail!! Thats insanity!! Not to mention they didnt even trim my nail dowm which supposedly is supposed to cost more, well it didnt even matter, so i shouldve trimmed them cause he charged me for it!!! The price was 30 last time and now all the sudden, im charged 10 more just for a fill!!?? Thats absolutely ridiculous!! Hands down the WORSE nail salon EVER!! If you dont want poor customer service, loud yelling, constant inconsistencies with there prices changing, and just a filthy dirty salon; then dont go there. Youll be extremely disappointed. By far the worse!! Ill NEVER EVER go back there. Be smart and dont go there either.

I went to get my nails filled at 11A.M.. an the owner and her husband were yelling and screaming at one another!!! I mean a FULL argument with their business FULL of customers.! She stopped on my nails time and time again and when I mentioned I’ve been there for over an hour in a half she told me she wasn’t doing my nails again someone else in the shop would have to. It was very uncomfortable sitting with Tracey!! Her husband Steve finally stormed out but he has always done a great job on my nails. I was once a valued customer! My nails turned out terrible but I was just ready to go at that point.

Nice nail salon. I think they charge too much tho, i got a full set of acrylics with design and was charged $105. And not to be rude i love them but they could look better for the price. They should hire more people too a couple customers walked out because they had no one to help them and only 3 people working. But the guy who did my nails took his time and did his best i believe so i will give him thanks for that. And their customer service is friendly. Probably wouldn’t want to go back.

Before coming to this place. I read all reviews, good and bad. I must say, I am very pleased! Tracy, took her time and did a wonderful job, gave me exactly what I wanted. Also the gentleman who did my pedicure same, took his time an did an amazing job. I will defiantly be coming back for sure. As I walked in the front door I immediately felt welcomed and at home. This is by far the best place Ive been to in a long long time.

I did a walk in and was greeted by Tracy. I asked her if she could do ombré nails, she said yes, she led me to her station and started on my nails immediately. I am very satisfied with my nails. Tracy did an amazing job. This was my first visit at Luxury Nails & Spa and it definitely won’t be my last.

I have been coming here for months almost a year, the service I receive here is magnificent I love this team of professionals. Very clean, friendly, fun environment all the way down to the little one. I always leave with a smile they go the extra mile to assure you good service n make sure u are comfortable in the environment and the service that they provided. I travel 1hr 45min every 2 weeks and I have not yet come across sloppy nails, rudeness, or disrespect. I love you guys and Im always pleased with your work. I was in the shop today and I must say this place never disappoints me. The staff is always so polite and friendly. Last Saturday 02/09 I did a walk in, just wanted a casual fill in with a pedicure . Pedicure was very nice, however once I was done and I went to do my fill in . The owner put me with a gentlemen, who had absolutely no idea what he was doing . He took literally 2 hours as I sat and watched 3 different customers walk in to get a full set while I’m just getting my fill in ! He would do one thing to one nail and not the next so I would have to remind him . However I was still patient and kind with him . After 2 hours of sitting there, and watching all the customers coming in and leaving with beautiful nails, mine looked horrible . None of them were filed right, none of them were painted completely, however at this point they looked like I never even got a fill in just a color change . Then got charged 60$!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I was looking for another consistent nail salon to go to, however this will not be the one I’ll switch too unless I can get treated like a regular customer and leave with quality perfesional nails which is worth 60$!&& to add on, it’s been a week & a day & 2 of them have literally popped completely off, the whole nail . So disappointing ..

When visiting a place of business and you are pampering yourself for whatever reason we never expect drama from the owner. I visited this nail salon and was assisted by Tracey the owner who always yells at her employees. On 12/01/2018 I simply went in to pamper myself before my work related Christmas event and she decides to raise her voice disrespectfully at me. I asked her to stop and she continued. I told her I was trying to respect her and she continued with her attitude and disrespectful manner. I refrained from stooping to her level as she carried on like a fool with no class. I kept my cool also because her 2 year old son was present in the shop as usual. This is not the type of customer service anyone wants to experience when you are simply trying to relax on your day off from any job. Attitudes are not called for. Then she stated and if you want you dont have to come back. This in my opinion are signs of passive aggressive behavior and extreme poor management. No one deserves to be provoked especially by the business owner at that. If I didnt acknowledge that her 2 year old son and other customers were there things could have easily took a turn for the worst.Respect is a must to maintain a successful business.***Bad business is bad business and there should not be an excuse or reason for neglect towards any customer or employee***

I recently moved to Jacksonville and this is my first time going to this shop. I honestly love it!!! Tracy did my nails and she was very nice! Made me feel comfortable in a new setting, on top of that, my nails look amazing!!! No complaints here, I will definitely be coming as a regular ❤️

They do an absolute wonderful job. My nails will last for a month without breaking. As far as pedicures they do ok. Might have to spend quite a few bucks to notice the difference. You get what you pay for. But place is definitely recommended.

5 STARS FOR SURE!!! I went here as a walk-in @ approx 11am today (Monday) and was seated right away and had a perfect acrylic fill-in (+ repair of a couple broken nails) with gel applied in under an hour! Tommy was my nail tech. This was after I went to 2 other Nail salons & was told to just sit and wait; they didnt give me a time frame or anything so I left as, I was in a rush to get to as another appt; + I didnt expect to have to wait for service at this early hour on a Monday... Luckily I found Luxury Nails& Spa! I will be going back for next fill-in! :)

Im in Orange Park visiting my boyfriend, who works here. For many years I have wentto the same salon in Maryville,Tennessee. Sunday while he was working I decidedI needed a gel fill in and a pedicure. This place was open and only a couple miles from the hotel. They took me right in. And were terrific. Prior, I found one that did good work, but she was very understaffed, so I started my search again and found Luxury Nails and Spa. At any rate, I found Luxury Nails and Spa and they always give me the look I love with gel nails and pedicures everytime. It is wise to schedule an appointment because they are usually booked. I have promised to my self that I would never get my nails done again after a PREVIOUS bad experience. Now I am going to my sisters wedding, I need to have my nails done. So I looked on google, found Luxury Nails, read the reviews and I am super impressed. 1 bad review will not destroy an awesome nail tech that has pleased hundreds of people. She did an awesome job and spent a lot of time on my nails and I was very impressed. Husband and wife team, performs high quality services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive been going to this place for about 5 years and service has been good and bad and I always go back because of the guy name Steven. However the owner Tracy just made me very upset, she is unprofessional and rude, Its time to move on. Im not about to pay $70-80 each time to get my nails done and receive bad customer service, never ever. I work too hard to be stress out about nails, there are far too many places around town I can go to. I expect professionalism at any place I get service from and luxury nail is not it.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years now and will not get my nails done anywhere else. I was referred to them by an old boss and was sold after my first liquid gel set. My nails are in the best condition they have been in years. Personable staff that make me feel like family. A variety of colors for regular or gel. I can show Tracy a picture of what I want and she does EXACTLY like the picture. Never dissapointed.

Had a bad experience with Tracy once. Her attitude is unprofessional. I tried to go back but I refuse. She cut my cuticle deep with her electronic file machine TWICE. I had to stop her because my fingers were bleeding. She didnt even clean the file or desk with blood on it she just wiped it. Unsanitary dirty place. Do not go.

Luxury Nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I made the mistake of getting my nails done at the mall for my wedding, they came out absolutely terrible. In a panic I drove over to Luxury Nails where I met Tracy. She took me in and fixed them right up! Such a wonderful, friendly atmosphere and Tracy is amazing!

This was my first and last time coming to this nail hell. After being recommended. I got a mani/pedi spent $65. Per my experience all of the staff was very kind and helpful, as far as Tracy the owner, very impatient with me (a new customer) as well as very argumentative. She needs to take a class in customer service. She (Tracy) would the reason I will never spend my hard earned money there. So very disappointed!!!

Dirty, dirty, dirty!! The inside of this salon is filed with all the dust from the nail filing and all seems baked on to the tables, polish bottles everything. The one lady that did my nails she was very nice and gave good service. If they get inspected they would fail on the part of cleanliness.

I’ve been to multiple nail salons around Jacksonville. A lady at the dmv recommended this salon to me so I decided to try it . About a month after my first experience! My nails were finally healthy My real nails!! After a few months I moved to the north side I’ve tried multiple nail salons within my area and NONE compare to this one !!! I will always make the drive to go here!!!

UPDATED: I dont normally write reviews so Ill keep it short. First the BAD, then the GOOD.BAD:1) The biggest thing is that they took almost 2 1/2 hours to do a set. Just my nails. Nothing else. I got attended to right away, however, the actual procedure took way too long. Most places take like 1 1/2 hours and thats even a long time.2) *** The cleanliness of the shop drove me nuts, which can also be a health hazard seeing as how NONE of them STERILIZE their brushes between clients. They only hang them out to dry above their lights. I watched. So its Russian Roulette every time you come here because theyre not following health standards. Work areas are not cleaned. Trash cans are all filled. Its just a mess. ***3) The person doing my set actually cut my hand 5 TIMES with the drill. Yes, I have 5 cuts on my hands. Its a good thing I dont have any disease but seeing as how they dont clean their stuff, God only knows. Now I might need to get checked.I get it... accidents happen, but Ive never been cut before in 5+ years of doing my nails. I dont do it often and Im always switching shops to find The Right One. I only now realize how many times I got cut when Ive been using my hands today.4) Plus my nails were shorter than I wanted. But 2 and a 1/2 hours later, I dont have time to get another set put on.Bonus: The owner got really mad during the visit about something. She was super frustrated. And she went off for like 5-7 minutes until she finally realized everyone was listening to her rant and yell. I get it. I really do. Just remember to keep it where clients cant see/hear it.GOOD:1) They were very kind and attentive even though it took forever.2) They are noted for their nail design and selection.IN SUM: Never again. Go at your own risk. I will find another salon.

Tracy is wonderful! Shell meet any customers request. I called for an appt, came in and was looking for a dip powder that had sparkle to show off my new engagement ring, she didnt have it. I walked out and ending up going home. She called me and said her son was driving from Orlando with the exact powder I was looking for and to come in the next day. I had just moved to Jacksonville so she didnt know me and I wasnt a current customer. I appreciated the gesture and have been going to her ever since.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star . I came in on weds and got my GEL fill in and Friday TWO days later my nail broke and they charged me to get it fixed. Poor customer service. The shop could use some love too ! Looks terrible .

Tracy is AWESOME!!! My friend had the SNS done somewhere else and had to have them redone. We came when they were about to close and they gladly took us in! Stop by!! The entire staff was amazing!!

I walked in at 6:50p and they had no problems taking me. They were able to service me immediately being that only one customer was there.Before coming I did look at the review rating, saw 4.4 stars and went without reading the reviews first. Their work is good. The guy took his time with my hands, and the lady took her time on my pedi. HOWEVER, they are very unclean! Nail dust is EVERYWHERE, torn and stained towels (but behind the pedi chairs is a clean stock of gently used towels), trash on the floor, worn files, crusty polish caps... There were 3 people working and six nail booths. All six booths were covered with unnecessary stuff as if they hadnt cleaned or organized in days. The nail dust... Wow! Im surprised these owners arent sick because it is everywhere.They did have their young (about 5) son in the shop who was playing, but he wasnt a big disturbance.I dont think I will be returning. Ill make the hike to Lavish Nail Lounge.

Its unfair that I have to give a star for the service I received. This place does not deserve any stars. The people that have written positive reviews clearly have a personal relationship with the owners. This nail salon is filthy and unsanitary! Steven is a nice guy but Tracy is rude and disrespectful. She gives new comers dirty looks and has no regard for the well being of the consumer. The owners allow a child to perform pedicures and have the nerve to post a message about customers controlling their children meanwhile their 4 year old disrupts the customers already poor experience by throwing toys and hitting the customers while they wait to have their nails done. These people need to shut this building down for a week and clean up! Clean the building and Tracys nasty attitude!

To be fair, the folks working here are very nice, and our nails do look great, but my wifes fingers are still hurting from getting buzzed by the techs Dremel tool. She tried hard to be careful, but still slipped several times. The biggest issue I have is that the place is just sloppy and disorganized; the floors arent clean and the cabinets/display cases are just crammed with all types of products. Also, despite the fact there is a handwritten notice on the front of the main counter asking patrons to make their children behave or they will be asked to leave, there were children (one of whom was the owners) running up and down the store with their toys and squealing the entire time. If stuff like that doesnt bother you, then this place is probably ok for you. I think we will try a different place next time.

Let me start by saying I dont leave reviews unless the service is extremely exceptional or absolutely HORRIBLE!! Also I am a very patient and understanding person, I try to give people the benefit of doubt before I reach any conclusions. This was my 3rd and last visit to this salon. I read the reviews for Tracy and her husband Stephen but I chose not to listen to the negative comments and give them a chance. The 1st time I came I was immediately seated at Irish chair who was still learning so she took a long time (2 hours) to do my full in and repair, ok no problem thats how you learn. While I was sitting there Tracy was talking about a customer that left a bad review and that she told the client if youre not happy then go somewhere else! (should have been red flag) smh The 2nd visit I asked for Tracy bc I was pressed for time, she said ok a few minutes pick color so I waited and waited 30 minutes now, while I was waiting one of her regulars came in and went over to ask her how long, she was told 15 mins and they started talking, by now I had been waiting 45 minutes, finally the client that was in her chair was done she gets up and the regular customer that came in sat down🤔 and Tracy says to me my husband can do your nails mind you its now an hour that I waited, all that time other customers were coming in sitting with other nail techs while I was waiting for Tracy, so of course I was upset I said fine Ill go to Stephen. As Im sitting in Stephen chair I go to their page here and was looking at their reviews and noticed an experience similar to mine and thumbs up the comment, apparently Tracy is notified whenever there is activity here bc she pulls her phone out and said something to her husband bc he looks over at my phone and saw I was on their page and told her it was me bc her whole vibe changed! I was going to leave a review then but Stephen made up for it by the excellent work he did on my nails! So here I am 3rd visit, came in Tracy usually does the greeting but Stephen did, he told me to pick a color after I told him what I wanted, assuming he was going to do my nails but wanted to make sure so I asked him after 10 mins sitting there if he could he said he had another customer so his wife was going to do it(sigh) I said ok so I waited and waited 35 mins, 2 of her regulars came in, no appointment mind you, one of them went over to talk to her🤨 and she came bck to sit down for 15 mins. Another person came in for color change and sat right next to me, Tracy comes to her and told her to come on not once did she acknowledge me and I sense a vibe from her when I walked in but I ignored it, she finally finishes the client in her chair and I kid u not the 2 ladies that came in apparently her regulars sat down in her chair Stephen comes to me and asked can his brother do my nails bc Tracy had her 2 regulars, also when he came over to me everyone in there were looking to see how I was going to respond bc they knew how long I waited bc they were all sitting in chairs already, I was livid had he told me that in the beginning I would have went to whoever was available now Ive waited an HOUR, even Stephen knew it was wrong bc he kept saying his wife, see she still was fuming over my last visit when I liked a post, I have NEVER dealt with such an UNPROFESSIONAL PETTY person or business in my life!! Now I believe every negative review that was left regarding Tracy!! Just wow and she has the nerve to have an attitude when she is the one thats in the wrong!! A grown woman acting like a 2 year old is sad!! I should have taken note of the 1st red flag when she was talking abt another customer, once a person show you who they are the 1st time BELEIVE them!! Please go somewhere else, where they actually appreciate your business!! SmhUpdate: If you want Exceptional services please visit Kevin at Nail Spa in the mall, he goes above and beyond for his customers!! Had to leave him a 20 tip bc thats how good he is, refreshing experience after leaving Luxury!! Smh They could care less about losing a customer!

I got my eyebrows threaded,first time going,service was good.

I specifically tell tracy I want my sns shorter and thicker then the last time she says great we get started a couple people walk in and she starts to rush through my nails cuts me so bad that my fingers hurt by the time I was finished even she stated omg im so sorry I keep cutting you. I leave and am super happy with the ombre but i notice theyre a little thin and around my edges its super messy mostly because there were cuts around my nails not allowing her to file the sides properly. I come home and compare to my mom who goes to tracys husband hers were thick and super clean around the edges with not one cut. I get over it until a day later my pointer finger pops off right in the middle where it should be the thickest all by closing my car door. I go back to tracy and let her know I believed theyre too thin she ignores that statement gets my nail soaking and tells me itll be a couple minutes I got there at 3:30 didnt leave till 5 to get one nail fixed granted I understand that she had people in her chair but she could have easily told me to come back in an hour or so. My poor pointer finger was throbbing because it was one of the fingers she cut in three different spots while filing and she filed right over those spots i begin to bleed and she has the nerve to ask me what happened i let her know you cut me there the last time she ignores it. I ask her how much i owe her she says nothing I say thank you and I walk out. Two days later my thumb and pointer finger on the other hand pop off at the same exact spot my other pointer finger broke in the last time I go back in and I show her my hands and say i really think theyre too thin. She says no you just dont know how to wear long nails anymore lol Ive worn long nails my whole nail career. She then takes her finger and pops off the remainder of the nail with her finger thats how thin they were they didnt even require to be soaked off. She shows me the bottom where its the thickest and says see theyre thick. I let her know right because the thinnest part is already broken off. She begins to fix them and is rushing through them i wasnt too happy with the ombre on one and the other one is bumpy but at this point I just wanted to have a full set i didnt even care what they looked like, Also she went back in with the nail drill on one hand to clean up the edges because you could tell she couldnt stand to look at them. As I get ready to leave she says I give you discount this time but you break one more I charge you as if its my fault my nails are popping off. I get home and as I sit on the couch my other thumb pops in the exact place the other 3 nails popped off at. Im just in shock its about 6:40 so I call the shop and let tracy know what had happened. This lady had the nerve to yell and blame me for my nails breaking 3 days after getting them done. She said I showed you they were thick and I tried explaining to her in a very nice way that theyre too thin even my mom witnessed me sit on the couch and my nail just popped off. I even tell her Ill come in and pay for a new full set if its the ombre thats causing it to not be thick enough in the middle. She gets extremely defensive and says my husband can do for you because your too much for me. Its just bad business and now theyve lost two loyal customers over not knowing how to handle the situation. Im a licensed professional cosmetologist I know the nail theory and how its built she did a sloppy job and couldnt own up to it. Now Im $50 down the drain and I still have a broken nail. ps. Ive broken another nail by grabbing a shirt off a hanger.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ive gone here three times only because they are the only place I can get a fill in for under $30 in my area. But its not worth saving the $5 at all. Each time my experience has been horrible. The only saving grace was that one of the guys did awesome nails. But I didnt even get his services this last time. The first time I had to wait over 2 hours and the place wasnt even busy. The second time the owner was yelling at me because I sat in the wrong seat, which she directed me to. The third time I got the new chick I guess and it was the worst fill in of my life. My cuticles are so cut up its ridiculous because she has no idea how to use the buffer gun thing. And when I asked her to straighten out a clearly crooked nail she told me she couldnt because it was how the shape was from my last fill in.... uhh what? I definitely didnt come in with crooked ass nails. I shouldnt even have paid but I wasnt up for getting yelled at again and just wanted to get out of that horrible cluttered unfriendly place and be done with them once and for all. Jokes on me for going back, but save yourself the headache (and nail ache) and find somewhere else.

I would rate them less if I could. Not only did I pay $60 (they kept raising the price) my nails didnt even last a week before my pinky nail snapped in half but they also refuse to fix it for free.
