It was reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.Ps. I had two holds on my card and one went away. Not charged twice. Only charged once. Nina is the best i have been coming here for a few months, she always takes good care of my nails. The salon is nice and clean they offer you a soft drink ir water. It is a pleasure to come here.

Great client service! I came in late on a Saturday night and Jonathan was happy to help. I love my nails, he did a great job and I also liked the friendly banter. Jonathan is a character! He made me laugh and I could tell that he really knew what he was doing and that he truly cares about his clients.

This was my first time going to Pro Nails .I usually go to the orange park nail salon inside but there terrible so I decided to go there today and I was a bit skeptical but the shape and everything came out amazing !!❤️❤️

Very friendly staff but no idea how to do an American manicure. Also, my nails are unevenly filed with lumpy unshaped acrylic. It is extreamly noticible on many. I wish I wouldve just been patient and went to my regular spot. Now I have to go have them fix this mess when they reopen on Tuesday.

Lance is the best ever. I have been going to Lance for 12 years. My husband and both think that his work is superior to anyone else in Jacksonville. Also the salon is not close to my house, it is worth the drive to go to Pro Nails. It is close to Orange Park Mall. You wont be disappointed.

This place is a great, no frills salon with affordable services. My pedicurist took his time and was very detail oriented, he even went out of his way to repair a broken nail without me asking. As a new client myself, every other person that came in was a regular and was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

I love everything about PRO Nails. Loc and Nina make you feel like you’re family. I never leave unsatisfied. They always have a new/updated selection of colors, and their salon always has a homey feeling. The even have accommodations for “ well mannered/ well maintained” children. They offer soft complementary drinks will you wait for/or during services. There’s a million and one things I can say about this place, but there’s nothing that going to compare to your own experience. Take my word for it “ I will cuss a $&@@$$ about my nails”, but PRO Nails team has never let me down. I go no where else...

Been a customer for several years. Mimi and Linda are truly professional at all times. Its a pleasure to go into their shop, just to talk to them when they are not busy. Always glad to see me. This shop was the first time I ever had a pedicure and it was great. I take my wife there now also. The shop is clean and neat and the customer service is outstanding. These are two of the hardest working nail techs I have ever seen. Go there, you will not be disappointed.

To the lady who left the one star, I was there. You were rude. You came in asking for water and the place allowed you even though you are not a paying patron. When you found out that your container didnt fit in the sink you got rude demanding for a cup and when nobody got up to help because they were helping PAYING patrons you started cursing everyone and went into the back room still demanding a cup. When the owner told you to stop being rude and stop yelling, you started cursing him out. He didnt have to give you anything, you are not a paying patron. He only called the cops due to the fact he asked you to leave multiple times and you didnt. You are a rude person who thinks they will be on their hands and feet to help you. You dont mean anything to them but a nuisance. Ive been coming here for years and they are the best people when you to get your nails.

Pro Nails is a very customer oriented place! Loc, Nina, and Julie are all awesome and do an outstanding job in their profession. For the consumers who gave bad ratings complaining of what they didnt like about their services, a simple Can you fix that? would have been appropriate as they are MORE THAN WILLING to satisfy their clients in anyway possible!!!Professional, customer-oriented, welcoming, talented nail salon!!! I am not one to complain, but omg if you get SNS.... do not go here! Customer service was very friendly. But I went in for SNS . I left with a gel coat that pealed off the next day. I came back in to have it fixed..... a normal clear coat was applied. My nail looked so dull. When asked why wasnt it shiny and its all scuffed up looking, I was informed SNS doesnt shine and never will... and you cant have smooth nails with SNS.... ummm yes you can. Then they applied the matching colored gel on top of my nail... here it is not even a week later. The colored gel has lifted and is now peeling. $45 for a service that hasnt lasted. I will say this is the worst nail salon Ive ever been too. I will not be returning.

I have been coming here for years from the north side and Southside. Appointments are needed and yes walk ins are welcomed. Mumu Hamilton miss lead you are on her comment I know this because I was there. She was very rude!

These comments are mind boggling but at any rate you rate well when you have a good experience. I on the other hand did not, in my experience I found it distasteful and unsettling. I wont be returning.

So I just got my nails done. This business is under new management as of a month and let me tell you. Night and day difference. The woman who did my eyebrows took her time with them. The guy who did my nails actually held conversation with me the whole time. Did a wonderful job on my nails. I have two different thumb sizes. And he actually put the RIGHT size on my nail. I have never been to a place that did that. Will be coming back as a regular.

Only 1 person doing nails & she is horrible. I basically had to direct her on how to properly file my nails and get off the excess hair acrylic along my cuticles. She was very sloppy with the acrylic application & her polishing was mediocre. By that night 1 of my nails broke so I went back to get it fixed but once again only one person working. I will never return!

Ive been going to pro nails for 15 years. I left once because I moved, but quickly found out nobody did my nails like MeMe 😊 The longer drive is definitely worth it!

She charged me wayy too much- an extra $15. For jell polish when I got a pedicure. For some reason vystar does not allow their cards to work there. Then I did not get the type of pedicure that I paid for. And I had to wait about an hr before I could have gotten my service done.

My wife has been coming here for 14 years and absolutely loves it. Great service and amazing results!
