Michael Stolzer(Landlord) is absolutely wonderful. I usually write reviews when I have had an exceptional experience or a terrible experience. Thus far, Ive had an exceptional experience. As others have already made clear, Michael responds to text messages and/or calls back right away or within minutes, 99% of the time. It is clear to me that his tenants concerns are top priority. He even goes as far to make trips to visit tenants to address their concerns when he can(which he usually is available to do so!) I particularly appreciate this especially when most landlords dont seem to be too attentive to tenants concerns after signing. His contractor is also very attentive and responsive. A good measure of a well-run cohesive business starts from management and makes it way down the chain!What makes him most exceptional in my mind was his attention to detail; the amount of time he spent with me to ensure I was happy with the place i picked based on specific criteria I gave him was most appreciated. I brought up specific concerns, perhaps some that were not too common among college students, but he still delivered without rushing me into signing any contracts. Not to sound cynical, but, I can say with a pretty good degree of certainty that most landlords arent quite so attention to detail. A+ Michael!

As far as rentals go in Oneonta, Mike (the landlord) is a solid guy. I never had a problem that wasnt resolved between 1-3 days after I let him know, and the quality of the apartment was solid.
