Staff was helpful BUT the yard was a complete disaster! Not many sellable parts on the section that you can walk through but I know they have many other yards that they can get parts from.

Had to to have an item shipped in from graham Washington. Arrived in about a week and a half for pickup. Was in good condition and the staff were friendly, plan on getting more parts from them.

My first time coming into this establishment, I was going to buy two used speakers, instead the owner insisted that I keep them with a reminder if I need another item in the future to come back here. That was over a year ago, to them its not the money, its the people that come in as costumers.

Dont bother...they tell you they have what you are looking for. When you get there they dont. Disappointed.

Been going there for years love it. If there a part you need they got it and if they dont have it on site they can get it from another one of there many locations. Buddy the manager does a very efficient job and is personable. I recommended B&R to any do it your selfer on budget.

I went there, ask the worker if they have the kind of car Im looking for, they didnt but he said I can walk in and take a look with out a entrance fees. Good place and good people.

Its a pick and pull but better they have a list of parts and different locations where they can order from and have shipped to your local location witch improves your odds of getting that part!

The cars are stripped down to nothing! Really nothing much to get here. They didnt have any of the parts we needed even though they had 5 of the vehicles we were searching for. They just had been stripped of all their parts

WAY over priced, no organization, no inventory system and most of the vehicles are shells.

Prices are so high here that it is better to go to Roseville or Chico for parts. I will not go here.

This place is great. All the current cars and trucks parts are inventoried and they know pretty much if they have the year and make of the part or parts you are looking for. Always willing to work with you on pricing. I would recommend coming here first for your hard to get parts.

I bought an engine and its bad they dont want to give me another engine or refund. Be careful! Espacially dealing with the manager he is very clever and not professional at all I dont recommend this place.

It wus a good place to go and get parts but not anymore thay changed and not for the better.

They state that they remove the transmission pan and filter to inspect it but the pan on a 2006 kia spectra transmission had never even been removed and the filter was coated with metal shavings and there was even still horrible fluid still in it. Not impressed with them at all. Very disappointed

Decent automobile salvage yard. Fairly large inventory. Pricing good on some items, merely okay on others. Definitely worth dropping by when searching for a part.Not a real clean store; nor is the place filthy. Sort of average when compared to these types of operations. Like most yards, they dont close doors left open by customers, which means in the winter some potentially useful items get ruined from rain.If helpful, the clerk will print out a list of all vehicle variations with the item in question, for example a radiator that fits on both a Nissan Quest and a Nissan Maxima. That obviously increases the likelihood of finding a replacement radiator (or valve cover or seat or...).It will cost you a dollar to get in.

Friendly staff with a pretty good selection. Only half the yard is self serve now, but the option to ship from their online inventory is really nice.

It sucks all of there cars dont have motors in them it was a waste of 2 bucks to get in the yard.

Called to check on inventory before driving one hour to get to their location. Rep said they dont have inventory and I would just have to come out and check. I understand if they cant tell me what parts, but not even what cars? So I could drive 2 hours for a maybe? No thanks.

They told us they had our part, and after a 60 + mile r/t they did mot have the part, costing us time and money for their failure to know their business. That was a downside to this business. On the upside, they do have a lot of parts at standard used part prices.

A complete mess. The cars are no longer sorted by make, foreign or domestic. The short drive to Chico is now worthwhile. I have shopped here and sold non running cars for 10 plus years.

Back rear windshield broke on an older vehicle and could not get a new one. B&R had one at one of their shops, shipped it to their local store within a couple of days and I had a window for my car for a very reasonable price.

The boy at the front was rude and they dont ever seem to have what I need. Ive been left on hold for several times for more than 5 minutes. Im hearing how ppl are generally going elsewhere now. The prices are not great but at least they ship stuff in fast when they can.

The staff always goes out of their way to make sure that you are looking for the right part. If by chance you get the wrong one, they do have a return policy. And it is always just plain old fun going out back and taking parts off the cars.

Dont even deserve a star. Got a guy working behind the counter that trys to scam people out of money from over charging for prices as he did me until called out by me then he gave me the right price.There are a couple people that work there that are good like the manager and Im not sure of his name but hes been a long time before this place was b&r.I wouldnt recomend this place to no one.

Got in a head on collision and while i was in the er they took the new touchscreen radio out of my car, and when I got out of the hospital before i signed the car over they said it was not there then sold it to someone else. If there was less than a star id give it to them for kicking me while i was down. I miss old pick n pull
