I lived in one of their 1 bedroom apartments on Division street for 3 years and absolutely loved it! When I first attended SUNY Oneonta for my undergrad I used rental company one for 2 years, they rarely responded when we requested maintenance, and would constantly just walk in without giving us a heads up even though we asked for a notice several times. Prime Oneonta rentals was a complete 180! They respond to my maintenance requests within minutes and were extremely polite, professional and efficient! Also they would call/text a few times in advanced to inform you they were stopping by and would knock on the door a bunch before entering. I felt super comfortable living here the entire duration of my tenancy. The location is great since it’s walking distance from Main Street & even a little park around the corner! And the apartment itself had SO MUCH storage space it was beautiful! It comes partial furnished which was super helpful and also they provide free off street parking which comes in clutch during the winter. Another perk is that laundry is also included in the basement NO ANNOYING QUARTERS NEEDED!! Super affordable especially for college students Overall my experience living here was a solid 10/10 definitely recommend these guys were extraordinary!

I rented form Prime Oneonta Rentals my junior and senior year of attending SUNY Oneonta. After only a month of living in the house my junior year, my roommate and I loved the house so much we re-signed for the next year. I rented from Prime Oneonta rentals while I attended college at SUNY Oneonta. From my first interaction with them I knew that I was going to be very happy with my choice to rent from this company. Signing my lease, paying my deposit and setting up my rent payments was incredibly easy and user friendly. Tim, the property manager was professional, kind and went above and beyond for me as a tenant. When moving into my apartment the space was cleaner than any rental I have ever moved into myself or helped another move into. There was no additional cleaning that needed to be done by myself while I was moving in. This small but important detail made moving in a breeze. The property was very well maintained and each bedroom was equipped with a smart tv. The internet was fast and there were never connection issues. When ever I, or a fellow roommate had any sort of property issue, Tim and the team were responsive and on the problem within minutes. At one point one of the TVs was not working and they had a new tv in and set up by the end of the week. Overall, prime Oneonta rentals was the best rental experience I have had to date. If you are going to rent from anyone in Oneonta, they are the ones to choose!
