Place deserves zero stars, just avoid. Workers take pride in being completely incompetent. Literally the worst place to rent. The only people that gave this garbage company good reviews are the people that are employed there. House I stayed at had no WiFi, broken bulbs, and mold. The company also violated the lease agreement. Love yourself and avoid this ineptly run company.

Moved out nearly 7 months ago and still have not received my security deposit. They do not answer my calls. That about says it all. Good luck.

I rented with them for a year and Ive never been so disappointed in my life. I was told that we were not a priority because the baseball rentals make more money, things in the house were never fixed after we asked multiple times, the staff would not show up or show up over an hour late to scheduled meetings, they just had no care for us. We paid a ridiculously large amount for the service obtained, and the landlord was rude and like I said, told me our property was not a priority for him. This place is full of empty promises. If youre looking for a wonderful renting experience, look elsewhere.

If I can give it 0 stars, I will ! Absolutely horrible. Takes days sometimes weeks to fix problems you have in the house and will ignore their tenants phone calls. Always moving to different offices because they are constantly having problems with people they rent to. I have yet to receive my deposit back and the person in charge is now not picking up my phone calls in able to not give me and my housemates our money.During move in week, we had to live in different places because they wouldn’t fix our light . When we moved in, the house was terribly hot and they refused to let us change the temperature and we would literally be sweating all day. The furniture also had holes on them and dirty spots which we asked for a change and they took their time to give it to us. Mold grew in our ceilings and everytime it would rain, my bedroom would get full of water which also took them weeks to fix despite me having to sleep in these unhealthy conditions. We pay monthly for them to take care of our garbage and there was a point in which all of our garbage piled up for a MONTH. So much garbage that attracted rats inside our house and always left their droppings on our kitchen counters. They promised us a exterminator but they never got one for us. Fast forward to second semester. We had to live a week out of our house again because they forgot to pay their electric bill and we had not heat or light while it was snowing outside. They would always say the problem would be fixed ASAP but it took them weeks to get to the point. Close to finals week, we also went about two weeks without hot water. We would have to wake up earlier & boil water all the way downstairs in able to shower. This was also brought to their attention immediately and yet again they did not fix it. The wifi would almost always cut off at the end of the month. Causing me and all my housemates to either spend nights on campus and the library or waste our hotspots.As you can see, these are more than enough reasons to not rent with these irresponsible people. These are things that no tenant should go through. They make everything seem amazing at first but it’s all a lie. DO NOT RENT FROM QUALITY RENTALS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET PLAYED.

Way too much to explain. Stay away from this place. I lived with them for 2 years. Spend money with real professionals. High employee turnover, speaks for itself.

I have been living in apartments ever since I was a child, and rented from a few places myself, but out of everywhere I rented, this place was absolutely the worst renting experience I have ever had! I honestly couldnt believe the price I paid for such horrible service. Not only did they neglect my requests for things as extreme as a broken window caused by poor insolation on their part, but they also attempted to furnish my place with a bed that had black mold on it, and took nearly a month to replace it. I would never rent from this company again, and have put the word out in the community to rent from any place other than this company.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had renting. I am currently living at one of their houses at 159 East Street, and we will not be renting again with them.They constantly move their office and do not update contact info. They do not answer their phones. They do not answer emails. They are unreachable. I had to pay rent during a showing once because they had moved their office again and there was no other way to contact them. They have still not given me a receipt for this rent check, which they are required to do by law.They do not make repairs.When we first moved in, the dryer would not produce heat. Apparently this can be due to a blockage of lint in the vent, which can make the entire house condemnable. So we made them aware, and they sent someone to investigate. They told us the heating element was broken. Weeks went by and we still didnt have a working dryer. We called them and they told us it was fixed. It was not fixed, it wasnt even attached to the wall. Apparently it is also the kind of dryer that does not even have a heating element.It has now been four months and they still have not fixed the dryer despite us reaching out to them every couple of weeks.We have had to do several repairs around the house (to the bathtub, to the floors, to the tiling) ourselves because they will not do them.They manage our internet as per the lease, but on more than one occasion our internet has been cut off for days, which is a problem as my housemate is a web designer who requires internet access at home for his job.My other housemate couldnt come home for two weeks once, because they were not removing snow from our steep driveway (even though snow removal is in our lease), and she couldnt make it up the slope.They also showed the apartment once without contacting us first.
