I highly recommend RCO. We are renting from them for a second year. Dave and Rick are professional and very responsive to questions and concerns. It is not easy to find a good landlord. There are just a few rental left for 21-22. Give them a call.

Overall a good rental company. Any issues are addressed quickly and appropriately. Prices are fair and about average once you factor in Internet and Utility costs.

I lived in one of the apartments managed by Rental Company One and they were very easy to work with. I rented a nice 3 bedroom apartment from them in downtown Oneonta. They did any needed repairs quickly. If you’re a student looking for off-campus housing, go with RCO.
