Gives out outrageous noise complaints that were defaulted to us because we were “newbies”(in the landlords words) . Made other complaints of marijuana use and took away security deposit without any actual proof or warning since I did do a walk through and she said nothing. Landlord is obviously unorganized unless it involves her making more money and does not actually know how to run an apartment building. With a family in the business I have never seen this behavior and method of running a business. It is impossible to have any guests over without receiving a noise complaint also. If you wish to live here I recommend not to there is plenty of more issues but these ones is what made this place unlivable .

Oneonta Student housing is a wonderful place to inhabit. In my experience the owners are very cordial and more than fare with the pricing, as well as any other living arrangements that you or your loved ones may need to be accommodated for. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend any and all comers to occupy the space. However if you are an heedless ***hole and believe that the owners should succumb to your every self centered wish as if running an intricate establishment wasnt hard enough then this is not the place for you. They do more than enough and deserve some respect; this would a wonderful place to stay at.

This place was immaculate. The Landlord was very nice. The place even had a Keurig, which I took full advantage of. Parking was easy, right in front. So much room in the Apartment. We were able to take our snowboards inside, clean them, pack them up and put them back in the truck.Loved this place. Cant wait to go back next year...my new hideout.

This was a very nice apartment in a great location. Angela kept the grounds very clean and everything was very well maintained. They were always helpful when I needed anything and were prompt with repairs and service. Thanks Angela! Rob even helped me fix my car in a foot of snow.

I lived here my last semester as an Oneonta student and it was great. The landlord is super friendly and was easy to reach via text and the apartment is in a great location, right behind Main Street and all the nightlife oney has to offer and across the street from a bus stop. Off street parking, garbage, and laundry all on site.

The landlord is super nice and very accommodating.We were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed anything. The place was spotless, felt like home. So spacious and warm, I did not want to leave.

Best place to live in Oney-Perfect location and space. Had an entire apartment to myself my last semester at an affordable price and miss it so much. Landlord was easy to work with and accommodating. Never a problem with parking either.

Living at 70 market st. was one of the best experiences of my college career. Angela and Rob are two of the most accommodating landlords in the entire town. Theyre always in constant contact, trying to go above and beyond for their tenants, and they didnt disappoint. Speaking from the perspective of a senior student, they offered a unique living experience like none other in the city of Oneonta. I highly recommend any upperclassman/woman in Oneonta explore the option of living here, once given the opportunity to move off-campus. Perfect location, right across from Jimmy Ts, the bus stop, and main street. The building is well kept, furnished, under strict surveillance and very clean (if you know anything about this town, a sanitary apartment speaks volumes).After living in a party spot my first year off campus, this was the perfect change of pace. Quiet, tons of freedom, and my friends always knew they could come over to relax, study or pregame before going out for the night. Dont have a single complaint about the building, employees or location. Do not sleep on this spot, its going to be THE spot in the future. Thank you for a great senior year!

If we could give this business less than 1 star we WOULD! Worst place ever to rent. Owner is very very sketchy! We never had issues with any other landlords, in fact we obtained letters from our former and subsequent landlords stating how clean and respectful we were during our stay on their property. The Oneonta Student Housing Owner, Angela tried to withhold a large percentage of our security deposit after we cleaned the entire home prior to moving out. She claimed all sorts of false reasons for keeping a good portion of our deposit. We went to court and the judge saw right through her and ordered her to return the entire amount of the deposit that was originally held. Stay away from this property! Once again, if I had one word to describe this owner and her partner it would be SKETCHY.
