There are multiple piles of garage in the halls of our Peter clark apartment building on main st Oneonta. Not only the garbage but my apartments toilet chain had broken when inspecting it I had realized they have been using paper clips to had onto the original rusted toilet chain. Too cheap to replace. They seem to be understaffed and undervalued. This is my third semester renting from them since they monopolized Oneonta student living. Send your kids to hillside.

My girlfriend and I moved in almost 2 months ago, and we are very happy with our choice. The price of our apartment is reasonable and the place is cozy and well kept. We have more than enough space and a great kitchen.

I have heard horror stories but in my experience renting with them, they do an exceptional job not only answering/fixing issues but explaining everything and providing fair explanations for actions they take. A much better experience than other landlords Ive had to deal with in my 12 years of living in Oneonta.

I love my apartment and the location is perfect I couldnt ask for a better landlord thanks Peter Clark ! I would recommend this to anyone whos looking for a first apartment.

Horrific experience. Peter/Angela Clark prides themselves on their ability to quickly and efficiently handle problems and concerns for their tenants but do no such thing. Only interest is squeezing as much money out of students, and spending as little as possible. Calling them for help is entirely useless as they never follow through with what they say. Very high prices for very low quality. Definitely look elsewhere first.

The absolute worst nightmare you can imagine. Leaking windows, holes in outside doors and window panes, broken heat, bug and BAT INFESTATIONS, and mold. It takes weeks, even months in some cases to get anything fixed, INCLUDING HEAT AND LOCKS! you are not notified when people are coming to see the apartment each time, or when maintenance is coming. Two maintenance guys didnt knock or ring the doorbell and just walked right in on me in my tshirt and underwear. And the employees are inconsistent with polices and dont Care if your toilet ran all night and flooded your apartment through the floor and made holes to the apartment below you.

By far the worst service I could imagine. Refuses to do any maintenance that my apartment has needed since before I moved in, continually harasses me and my friends, while ignoring any complaints Ive made.You couldnt pay me enough to ever rent from them again!

I rent an apartment on main street and went to Peter Clark about a leak in the ceiling. Their response was that there wasnt really anything they can do, and the building will be getting a new roof in the spring. Every time it rains I have to put pots on the floor to collect the water. They havent offered me or my roommate a discount in rent or anything.

Hands down the best landlord in this town!!!
