Ive never once gone to any of your locations because you sadly dont have any stores from where Im traveling from, but while on a camping trip in southern Oregon our car wasnt running right at all but one of your employees (Adrian, Alex,???, I forgot the name unfortunately) helped us figure out the issue which was on of our plugs or clips wasnt attached properly and we would have never figured it out ourselves. He got it got it reattached to the best of his ability and the limited tools he had which was more than either of could have asked for. Based on this experience Id love to go to you guys but we dont have any in Georgia!

Great customer service. They not only check all your fluids they show you what they look like as well as check all of your air filters that your vehicle has. They let you know what you need or will need and how long you have until they have to be done. The price you pay to have your vehicle serviced there is well worth every penny..

Great prices, and super helpful staff. I’m from out of town and my GPS was not working. After being lost and going in circles for 30 minutes, I finally called to see if they could help. Tim was super helpfully and stayed on the phone with me directing me. On arrival, Noah was very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend !

Great service! No pressure! They check all youre levels, filters and are tentative, professional and have great team work skills. I was there for 20 minutes max. They greeted me immediately and worked as a team so efficiently! Im a delivery driver so time is everything to me. Highly recommend!

I was blown away!Great service for a price much lower than everyone else. We had them flush our radiator, transmission and differential then replace everything with new fluids and we were in and out in like 15 minutes or less.The crew was very friendly and professional.

Update. March 23, Noah has step up to be a great front man leader whatver the position is called. Directing traffic smoothly and greeting people as they came in. Was bummed about the cars ahead but was informed for what each person was waiting on and the line cruised along. Noah is great team member, and glad to see hom still here over 6 plus with the location. Always a please here. Came on for a leaking oil filter and was told that it was covered by warranty. Again i only go to this location and have been for years. And i own 8 plus vehicles and do work on ny own rigsTim is out standing. I have 4 rigs on file here. Came on Saturday Halloween and it was busy but i was kept informed and serviced in top shape professionalism. I would like to note i drive by multiple businesses offering the same services as p.o.c but choice their business over others because of the way im treated and the knowledgeable staff and free drinks while you wait!!! Dudes here are the best.

Great place to get an oil change and a transmission fluid change as well when needed. They pump up your tires when they need some air. They will fill your windshield wiper fluid. They even offer a beverage of your choice while you wait. Totally cool people who work there. If I could give it a 10 🌟 star, I would!!

Tim (the manager, as it happened) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and capable. Besides their core goal of customer service, even to a complementary beverage while you wait, this is more than an oil store. These guys work like a smooth machine to cover all service elements of your vehicle. If you ask they will give you honest feedback from tired up on your automobile. 5 stars is the highest rating, but Tim and Premier Oil deserve more.

This oil change business is the fastest you will ever find.it was amazing. I barely had time to finish my coffee and read the paper. They did a good job and I was sold on getting oil changes here.

I went to have them check where my oil was leaking from. They were fast and super nice. It was my oil filter being loose. They tightened it topped off all my fluids for free. I am soo happy I went to them.

Very horrible experience 3 times now. The first time at premier went kind of smooth until my car started to miss fire the day after, then the second time my radiator started to leak and them boom heater core went out go figure, then the last time I went checked all of my fluids everything was fine until I start driving my car around and again boom transmission fluid leak. Come on what did I ever do to you? Sorry for not getting the bonus package to where you thought you had to scam me. Way to go premier.

I was here about a month ago. Customer service was great, that is one reason why I didnt put one star, the other reason is, they changed out the stripped drain plug the dealer impacted on (which is the reason I took it here in the first place). I went to change the oil myself like I normally do and the filter was impacted on! I broke my filter wrench trying to get it off and had to jab a screwdriver though the filter to get it off. Not happy at all.

My 48 Willys Jeep sprung a leek in a gas line. I did not have the where-with all to repair it. So I took my Jeep to Premier Oil Change Not only did they correct the problem but did not charge me for the service, that even included a small but necessary piece of flex hose that was badly worn. I was amazed, impressed to say the least and grateful for their service.

Since this was my first visit, it wasnt bad. Yes it cost more than I anticipated, but they inspected my car very thoroughly. More than I realised was possible. They were fast and friendly. Id normally go to Walmart, but I might try them again.

Very quick. Did not try to convince to get anything beyond what i wanted to get, just a simple explanation. I had gone 60,000 miles without an oil change because walmart told me the oil pan was impossible to get off, overtightened and couldnt get it off without possibly breaking it. These guys had no problem. I had some other things done too such as transmission fluid and they were very thorough with topping off all fluids and letting me know what could wait and so forth. Glad i went before a road trip.

Very quick and the staff is always pleasant. Only a couple of issues. They forgot to put my valve covers back on my tires, I went back and they got me new ones. The other issue was one time they didnt screw the radiator overflow cap back on correctly and it overheated. I had to put more coolant on and adjusted the cap. Simple mistakes that anyone could make. I continue to go there though.

They have been talking care of our vehicles for years and have always done us right.

I went here once. They said I had water in my transfer case on my 4wd. And showed me some whitish oil that came out of it. I declined the service they offered, and went home and did my own change. The oil that came out was fine. If I could have proved what they did I would have made a issue with them. I will never go here ever again.

Best place in Grants Pass. We went to two other places in town and was refused service due to an expansion plug on the oil pan. It was no problem for the guys at premier. Friendly and knowledgeable service.

I got an oil change before a road trip, during my road trip my car started dumping water on the drivers side floor board. When I took my car to the dealership they told me it was due to the cabin filter being installed incorrectly. When I went back to speak to the manager about the issue he was very apologetic and told me he would get back to me the following day after he spoke to the owner about the problem. I never got a call back, I even emailed the owner with still no response. The damages occurred during the service was $140, not including the water damage done to my carpet. It would have been nice to have gotten a response from the owner, and to be reimbursed for the damages.

This facility is a complete rip off. They charge $40.00 just to drain your oil and then add $35 for the oil. They take advantage of people who do not know anything about cars. They told my wife she needed a new air filter for both inside the cabin and outside in the engine compartment. I had just changed the filters the month before. When it was all said and done my wife paid $115 for her oil change. Corrupt businesses like this make me sick. We work hard for our money, and expect to be treated fairly and honestly when we go to local businesses. I will not be going back to this place and I will let everyone I know in GP to not go to the place. There is no integrity or honesty in a business like this and it needs to have it doors shut down permanently.

These men who work here are absolutely nothing but a disgrace to our community. I think everyone should ban them all together. I tried to go in for a simple oil change ...and I fought with them the whole time...just trying to keep it simple. They are very dishonest and will lie not only to your face but on the print out they give you at the end itemizing the detailed and so-called performance. They over-filled my oil, told me my engine was leaking all over the place, asked them to specifically to check my power steering fluid, they did not, marked it down full, and after I finished there I was so upset I went over to my sons in Medford and had him check some of the vitals and my power steering was dry, oil over-filled, and none of the other items were checked at all. The also gave me a mileage date to come back that was over 83,450 miles for my next oil change. Nasty people....please...put these guys out of business! They are a waste of everyones time and money. I honestly cannot really even give them one star, but I have to in order to post this. Parasites on the face of humanity in our community! Not wasting my time any further, except I am spreading the word every chance I get.

Called for an oil change price on my VW, had a discussion that it needs synthetic oil. My wife went right there and they tried to charge her more for the synthetic oil. They adjusted the price, still a bit higher than stated. She then asked that the oil pan be wiped down, we just moved into a new home. They said they always do that tho when she drove the car back into our garage, what do we find, leaking oil !!! And quite a bit! Why? Because they couldnt get the original price out of us? Never will I recommend this establishment EVER!
