I have been coming to legacy for 2+ years now and I absolutely love them. I alway receive the best spa treatment and they are very kind and they always make sure I leave satisfied. They are the BEST and I have been to other places and I was never happy until I found legacy ☺️

This was my first time at Legacy Nails and I will be going back for sure! I went in for a pedicure and it was truly a wonderful experience. I didn’t have an appointment and I went on a busy Saturday, but the staff was so kind and got me in ASAP. I didn’t feel rushed and had such a rejuvenating time. Thuy did a beautiful job; she was so sweet! The whole atmosphere was clean, beautiful and relaxing. My nails look great! This will be my new place!

I got my nails done on 6/10 and on 6/16 they started to lift. My nails looked wonderful in the beginning, but not even a week later they were lifting and did not look great at all. I can’t go and say anything either because they don’t do refunds and I don’t want to go back and have them fix my nails because I don’t want them to start lifting again. I used to go here quite often and all it seems like is that they care about quantity of quality. It is very upsetting to see them not care about their customers anymore.

Always have a good time here. Staff remembers your name and is very attractive 😉 Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Friendly staff all around. Love that they make appointments and stick to it. Some places Ive been I have sat for 30 minutes after my appointment time. Due to covid-19 their distancing clients and partitions are great to keep everyone safe and well. Great color selection for regular paint, shellac and dip.

We’ve come here for the past few years and the nail service has always been good quality. Unfortunately on our past visit, they were incredibly behind on appointments, which ultimately ended in one of our party never receiving the service we made appointments for. Understandably, things happen, however it was handled incredibly poorly by the front desk workers. It was not communicated well nor compensated in any means.We would love to return here in the future because we enjoy the service, but until they learn how to better handle curveball situations and improve their customer service, I would recommend elsewhere.

I have been to this facility for several months now. The place is clean and beautiful. I’ve gotten manicures, pedicures, dip, and acrylics. I have been satisfied with all their work. Unfortunately, I’ve had 2 people be very rude the last 2 times I went in. The first time, the guy was frustrated I did not want to redo my toenail acrylics because it could cause an infection, according to him. I told him I understood and would sign a consent. The guy was very upset and asked why I was there to fix one nail that had broken off in the first place if I did not want to redo the rest. I told him I did not think they were ready to be replaced and would pay for the service I scheduled for. He seemed very upset so I told him not to worry about it and I felt so uncomfortable that I left. This last time, another guy was doing a great job, aside from cutting me on accident, I was content with the work. Suddenly I noticed the design was not what I asked for and I asked him if he was going to touch it up or something. He became extremely angry and told me I should’ve said something sooner.. even though he never asked me after the first nail if that was okay. I had no idea this was the final result. The guy almost started yelling at me then began to rant loudly in another language. The lady next to him had to calm him down and finish my design. She was very kind and did what I wanted. Overall, some technicians need to work on professionalism.

Not a great place. Wife was there. The nail work didn’t last more than 1 week and started chipping. Price to service ratio is not good.

Nice staff and comfortable relaxing environment. I got a full set with a pink chrome finish. Lots of other business places near by just in case you forgot to do some things before getting to the spa. My phone went dead in the nail shop while I was trying to call my husband to pick me up, and the staff went and got an extension cord for me to charge my phone to call my husband. These are great people here, I will be back soon, and I would definitely recommend a friend.

I was able to be worked in for a facial and pedicure on the same day. Both felt amazing.

My second time here - first time I called around 10:00 on a Thursday and came in for a mani pedi over lunch, not too busy. I made an appointment earlier this week for a shellac manicure and pedicure, and the salon was packed. The technicians are all very friendly and conversational, and mine helped me pick a shellac polish that matched my polish on my toenails. Everything was very clean and I felt fairly well taken care of. My only reason for 4 stars is that I spent 30 minutes in the chair waiting for a technician to start my pedicure. The shellac lasts me at least a couple weeks and always looks nice!

Besides an occasional wait, this place is amazing! They are very clean and do a really nice job on my nails!

The quality of the service is great. Ive had acrylic nails, shellac, and the powder dip services, as well as pedicures, and they all are well done. they do a good job of keeping things sterile, too. My only complaint is that many of the people who do the nails are not very friendly. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and they still give me one word answers - and I tip well!! This does not apply to the people working at the desk. They are always wonderful!

Ive been coming to Legacy Nails for years. Bee always does my nails and Hugh does my pedicures. They are both excellent technicians and I can say they are friends now. Management always makes me feel special. Highly recommend.

The set up of the place was nice and it seemed to be fairly clean. Pretty good customer service as well. However, I got a full set and the lady who did my nails...Id give her a 1 maybe out of 5. My nails looked terrible-which i didnt realize until after I had left because I was in a hurry to leave. I did do some research before I went as well, so I was hopeful based on what I saw. But two weeks later and my nails have just started to pull at the sides because the tips werent the right size. I more than likely wont be back here.

I highly recommend this salon!! I have gone here numerous times and never had a bad experience. Every nail tech I’ve had do my shellac has always made it an enjoyable experience for me :) and of course have never been disappointed in my nails, they always look the best!!

Great environment and worth the money. Certain nail techs are better at certain nail applications. I love working with Sam. He is great at shellac and powder dip. Every time I leave my nails looks perfect. He takes his time and focuses on you and what you want. He is happy to make any adjustments to satisfy his customers. I drive 20 minutes out of the way for this salon. Make sure you make an appointment because they can get busy!

I cant imagine going anywhere else but this place. I just moved here a few months ago, and have tried a few nails salon that has 5 stars rating and none is compared to this place. The salon is clean and beautiful. The staffs was great. One of the young men work at the front desk was so friendly and professional. I have been getting my nails done at Legacy Nails for 12 years. Todd and Jenny are great people running an amazing business. I go to Todd and Kevin the most. I get lots of compliments on my hombre manicure. Stacy and Caitlyn at the front always help, and always make sure you get what you want. I love going in to get my nails done there. They feel like family to me.

I have always loved this place and have been going for quite some time. I even got most of the men in my family to go as well. I usually have a wonderful experience. I was even looking forward to having my wedding party go here for our wedding nails but after the experience I recently had I am defiantly reconsidering. I went in for acrylics (which I have had many times here in the past) and a pedicure. The nail tech didnt clean under my toe nails and left sharp points on multiple nails. Now for the mess I call my nails. None of the nails were the same thickness or shape. The tech didnt push back my cuticle therefore made it look like I had these nails on for weeks. When I complained the tech attempted to fix it but I couldnt see the difference. I had glue all over my skin :( (I promise Im really not to picky just wanted my nails to look decent for my engagement pictures. ) A different tech ended up taking the nails all the way down and redoing them all. I was a lot more happy when I left but it still wasnt worth the 4 1/2 hours I spent there and the amount of $$ it was. I wanted to give them another try so I went back to get my nails off and get a basic manicure to clean everything up. Now, I know acrylics really do a # on your real nails but what I left with was horrific! They let me just sit in the acetone for 25-30 mins (when I would take them out the tech next to me would say keep soaking). when the tech finally did get to me I was nicked twice (enough to bleed) my fingers were dry as can be (they never put oil or lotion on them) they werent cleaned up on the sides or underneath. Nothing was shaped of filed. And to top it all off when I took the color off you could clearly see the acrylic nail was still on my real nail! It took me over and hour working on my own nails at home to get it all off!! I usually dont write negative reviews because every business has some bad apples but two bad experiences something has clearly changed with the quality of work this place is putting out :(

Legacy Nails is my go to salon! The staff is so friendly, always treating you like family! The salon itself is clean and organized! There lashes and brows room, which is the news addition, has so much to offer! I would highly recommend Legacy Nail and Spa to everyone I know!!!

Not impressed with this place whatsoever. We were supposed to be in the private room with a bridal party but they double booked the room so we had to be in the public area. As a result, we were promised 10% off all services for the confusion, however, the ladies were very rude when we paid and told them we were supposed to get 10% off and only gave the discount to a few people in the bridal party and not all of us. The person doing my nails did a horrible job. For my pedicure, there are large parts of my nail that did not get covered with polish on some nails and paint left on my skin on others. For my nails, I showed him a picture of what I wanted (just white base with glitter ombré) and he told me he couldnt do that so he would find someone else to do it. I guess he couldnt find anyone so he did them himself. He still didnt quite understand what I wanted even after showing him the picture again and explaining how to do it. So instead of making sure I got what I wanted, he just put one coat of white paint (which was very streaky) on my nails then put some glitter on top and was done. Very unhappy with this place. Will never go back.

I have been to three nail techs here and have always had a great experience. Mina is amazing and i probably shouldnt post this because she will not have time for me anymore. I actually am licensed myself, changed fields and have tried several places. Their customer service is outstanding...prices are competitive . I highly recommend them

Not a great experience here. Had my bridal party come with me and only 1 of the 4 of us was actually happy with their outcome. I had a shellac pedicure and after leaving realized my toes were smudged which should have not happened. Also had dip for my nails. I asked for some glitter and he told me no no possible but used a shellac top coat which made no sense. Not my first time and I know that is not how it is supposed to be finished. Realized also after we left my left nail had a line through it and looked very poor. Within one week all of my nails have either chilped or top coat has come off. Very poor work done here for the price. We loved the private side room where we could all talk but the outcome of the services were well below par. I do not reccommend this location.

Beautiful place and was able to get right in for a pedicure. My nail tech was so sweet and gave me a really nice massage BUT the nails themselves dont look great. Not cleaned or filed down and I feel like my callouses are worse off after leaving. My MAIN COMPLAINT is about the front desk staff. There was a little boy and his mom checking out in front of me. The little boy had gotten a manicure with his mom. After they had left, two of the front desk staff were saying very rude things about a little boy coming in to get his nails done and it just broke my heart. For one, to say those things about a little boy, and second, to say it loud enough that other customers could hear. I will not be going back.

Horrible experience! The technician did not trim my cuticles and painted over the top of them. I asked her to fix it and cut my toes being aggressive with the cuticle trimmer. The paint is uneven and looks terrible. Management was rude and tried to tell me it was my fault. I was there an hour and 45 minutes for a 30 minute pedicure and left with a butchered toe and a terrible quality paint job. I will never go back and Ill let all my friends who go there know to not return either! Terrible place, dont waste your time and money!

They are extremely polite, the desk personnel. Van does an illustrious job with hard gel nails. So beautiful one walk out of Legacy Nails Salon and Spa without a clear gel or gel polish, they appear that fantastic. Only three stars because if one can’t get into Van . Todd, one of the proprietor’s, Kevin, I am compelled ; inclined to think that is his name and maybe Jenny, the other proprietor, don’t quote me it’s another woman are the only other person of a female persuasion, are the only ones who have the aptitude to do the hard gel.The other rationale for three stars is that I wish their specialty pedicure each month would include a masque, one can augment or accentuate with paraffin wax dips for partial leg and feet, hot stone massage or additional massage and or callous removal for additional fees incurred, if they are notified in advance, but no masque is available!I love that they offer chilled bottles of water and soda also, nice touch. They are not doing that at so many nail salon boutiques, they want their liquor licenses, granted it is considerably less expensive than a bar and conveniently located . I’ve watched women get belligerent and volatile and one woman was so inebriated she rolled out of her pedicure chair rollicking with delirious laughter, they assisted her up, repaired her toes and fingers. They let her get into a car in that condition and she was a regular. They said it was her Birthday later that week, she just got a huge promotion and her husband and her were starting a divorce.I decided, they over-served her libations and didn’t let her sober up or were too chintzy and miserly to call her a taxi cab or a LYFT or UBER . I was so saddened, I’ve never been back since. Unless, they were afraid she’d get violated in one of those forms of transportation. Certainly they shouldn’t have let her get behind the wheel of a vehicle like that.Anyway, I plan on coming back to Legacy Nails and Spa, soon . I just need to have more flexibility in my agenda. It’s decorated beautifully and beautifully, I should get a pedicure too !

Nice place, but only a few people know how to do good designs. I asked for ombré and got NOTHING like it. My family went as well and everyone helping us looked so confused as to what we wanted. Like dumbfounded. Did not leave happy at all. Went to another salon to have them fixed.

Ive always been coming for over a year now and last week got a manicurist who put designs I didnt ask for swearing they woukd shine after she was done, which they didnt. She didnt tell me they were extra and I only found out about extra prices when I got to the cashier yo pay. I hate embarrassments so I paid bec I had to leave for work. But called to talk to manager and was told I would get a call back but Im still waiting and Im disapointed. We should be told upfront for whatever charges, like have been the case with other manicurists. Im still waiting on that managers call😡

Went to get my nails done after a long week at work. I got a man and asked for a french manicure. It looks terrible! the lines are not even straight. Some of the white mixed into the clear part as well. I asked for shellac and he still only put on normal nail polish. I could have done a better job myself! Will never go back.

Setting was nice but my experience was terrible. My nails turned out wavy and uneven. Huge gaps from the nail to the cuticle. He laid the acrylic on before he trimmed my nails and wiped his noise with his hand several times and then grabbed my hand. Gross. Also went to the restroom before I left to wash the germs off my hands and another worker came out of the stall after making a stinky and just walked out without washing her hands. However, my sisters nail guy did an awesome job on her nails. So I guess be careful on who works on your nails. Also, another worker came over gawking at mine and my sisters nails and made comments to the guys working on our nails in their language while looking at us and giggling. Will never go back.

I paid $55 for the worst pedicure in my life today. The entire experience was unfortunate. I expected a pedicure with callous removal, and the technician did a few rubs with a (hopefully!) clean pumice stone. I say hopefully, as she dropped two of her utensils ON THE GROUND and then used them on my feet! I tried to get her attention to tell her I did not want her to use them, and she could not be bothered to pay me attention. At the end of the polishing--which was almost completed without a topcoat--I had to finish rubbing in the lotion into my legs. The technician threw a Thank you over her shoulder as she hurried to move on to another client. I did not have a name to give the very nice receptionist at the front desk, as the technician did not give me one or her card. I will never return or would I recommend this establishment.

Legacy Nails is such a nice environment to get services done and not only that but all of the staff are so friendly and helpful!! I never leave disappointed and would definitely recommend to others!!

If my nail artist, Chloe, hadn’t been so sweet and pleasant, I would never come back again because the front desk girls were such brats. Neither were helpful or pleasant. They were rude and acted like I was bothering them when I came up to make an appointment and again when I went up to pay. Again, Chloe: 100%. Front desk girls: -20pts.

I came in for a pedicure and full set. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been trained how to do nails so I know how long it should last. The pedicure was completely rushed through and my feet do not feel any better than when I came in. My acrylics already looked grown out after a day and are misshapen. I was watching the lady at the next station over, she seemed a lot friendlier and had two repeat clients while i was there that really seemed to enjoy her work so maybe you could get lucky and get her.

I am not typically the one who post awful reviews because I try and point out the positives but I had one of the worst experiences ever. Walking in the place was so disorganized, the receptionists had no idea what was going on or who had appointments when and where. I found a picture off of THEIR website of acrylic nails that I wanted. I showed them it and reassuringly they were going to do it. I wanted a coffin tipped ombré full set. I work at a salon and we don’t offer acrylics but I know well enough that coffin shaped nails require a extra length. My nail tech made them so short. None of them were even length wise or tip wise. They look awful. Not to mention the polish job looks terrible. It is not blended AT ALL and you can tell he just laid pink acrylic over white Acrylic it looks stacked with obvious bold lines where they were laid on top of. It looks so bad that I am going to have to polish over it because I do not want to show off these nails to anyone. It looked nothing like the picture I showed them even though it’s a picture from their website that was recently done. I kept trying to mention to fix this fix that without trying to sound rude. It was unsuccessful. I’m embarrassed by these and what is even worse is that I had to pay 60$ for this awful service. I’m not even the person who likes to do things for myself and for once I thought why not. Well I’ll be never doing that again and I definitely won’t be back.

First time there and really wasnt impressed. Felt rushed, i was one of the last people in my group to get started yet the one of the first to be done. Watched others and i didnt get some of the services they got, massage time, areas, etc. Pry would go elsewhere when its my choice.

Amazing! Great environment, great service, amazing nails!

Well, to start, the shop is beautiful, & comfortable. Ive been here twice, in the last 3 to 4 weeks. Both times, I have come in with my teenage daughter. I was pleased that we were seated next to each other, both times. Everyone has been friendly. However, the quality of the product, has been unsatisfactory, & diapointing. I paid $50 for a full set. I got French ombré. I was a little disappointed that the pink only went halfway up my nail bed, from my cuticle- not very natural looking. However, I figured, as they grew out, & get filled with pink, it would be fine. Within the first week- 2 nails broke off. I had them fixed at another shop, in my town. The following week- 2 more nails broke off. I am not rough on my nails. Ive been wearing acrylics, for about 5yrs straight, & RARELY break a nail. When I have- it is very painful. These nails are popping right off, & I dont even realize it, when it happens. I came back to legacy, to have the next two nails fixed. The tech didnt even take the remaining acrylic off. Just filed it down a little bit, & glued the new tip on top of the old acrylic. Now I have two very thick, unnatural looking nails. He shaped them different than the rest of my nails, also. I had to file the rest of my nails, so they would match the two. The following week- TWO MORE nails have popped off!! 😡 Thats SIX nails, in a matter of a few weeks! I havent broke that many nails, in a years time! They just keep popping off!

My daughter and I went here to get mani pedis done and the service was great, friendly ladies, beautiful salon, and affordable prices. This is our third time coming here and we will be returning.

Staff was kind and friendly, especially considering I had my 3 month old with me. They were pro breastfeeding as well. Prices were fair, the facility was clean, and the wait time was minimal. The (chemical) smell was a bit strong, and the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars.

Love, love, love Legacy Nails.........Ive been going there for four years and never had a bad experience. The front staff. nail techs -- everyone is courteous and professional -- they do a great job.

The nail tech did a great job! She was very clean and thorough, and also made sure to be very careful with a hangnail I had. The girl at the front desk on the other hand, was very rude and was mumbling under her breath complaining about the techs and how nobody knew what they were doing. Very rude to make comments like that in front of a customer, very unprofessional as well.

This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. If I could give it a negative review then I would. The guy doing my pedicure left halfway through to answer a phone call and never came back. So after 20 minutes I went to the counter and told them Id like to talk to the manager, and the owner herself said she didnt want to deal with this and that its not her problem. Im also currently 8 months pregnant so I dont know if this was discrimination or just terrible customer service. But Im never going back there again and I hope no one else ever does.

Very mediocre experience for many reasons.(1) there were four girls working the front, yet none offered us a water when we arrived, nor did they seem to care that people were waiting to be checked in;(2) we made reservations in advance, but they proceeded to seat me in a chair they knew was broken and was not ready at all;(3) Felt like we were inconveniencing the techs by being there. They were rushing to get us through and seemed annoyed that we wanted the signature deluxe. In fact, they specifically asked us if we knew that it would be $45 as if that would change our minds; and(4) as I was being shuffled to the drying table, one of my toenails scuffed and I didn’t realize for a couple minutes. It took me several minutes to get the attention of one of the four girls working the front, only one of which was actually doing her job (checking someone out). Two were doing their makeup while the other was on her phone.If you want somewhere with plenty of chairs this would be an okay experience. If you are looking for a relaxing pamper yourself afternoon, I recommend you go elsewhere.

This is the only place Ive been to where the nails actually last longer than a week. Would recommend it to many people.

I went in with no appointment and they made a few calls and took me. I got lucky apparently.They are all super friendly. I chose my color and this girl I forgot her name did my nails. She was soo nice and we talked for a bit. She did my design, a flower, and it came out great.Ill definetly be back.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got a pedicure done and a few days later I got diagnosed with a STAPH INFECTION due to dirty tools. I REPEAT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT GO HERE.
