I had a hot stone massage by Janette. It was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was attentive to my desired pressure. I have had a facial and body scrub with Claudine. Also amazing, super professional. The spa is very clean and everyone is welcoming. I will be back!

Claudia just gave me the best pedicure I have EVER had! Not only was she attentive to the temperature of the water and towels, but she gave me an ACTUAL foot and leg massage! Usually during pedicures it feels as if the person is just lightly rubbing my skin, but Claudia got right in there and actually gave me a massage! I’m sure some people may not like a heavy handed massage, but I definitely do! My feet/legs feel SO refreshed and relaxed now! Then, she did my brow wax and it turned out AMAZING! Its been a while since I had them waxed and she shaped them PERFECTLY! Thank you so much, Claudia! Great service. I always have Lance when I want a new style. Loved them all in 15+ years I’ve enjoyed his expertise and creativity. Urbane Salon is professional, but very warm and comfortable. You can’t go wrong going to Urbane for excellent service.

If you have not been to Urbane salon and Day spa you need to try it out. It’s in downtown Omaha. It has such a relaxing feel to it and everyone is so warm and welcoming. My stylus took a lot of time with my hair and it looked stunning when she was done. Ask for Sarah she’s amazing

My experience was ahhhhmazing! The relaxing environment, Aveda products, and Lance’s expertise created a beautiful me! After this year, my much-neglected hair (and my spirits) needed TLC and a boost.My natural gray was given a healthy, glossy lift and Lance’s magic with the scissors exceeded my expectations. I literally cried seeing how beautiful he made me. “Thank you” doesn’t suffice. I am grateful and so, so happy to have found Urbane and Lance. I already scheduled my next visit! We had the couples massage. It was fantastic Jeanette and Marilyn did fantastic! The only thing that could have been better was we should have scheduled the 60 minute massage not the 30!

Took my daughter for sap day for her birthday. I scheduled the spa package for 2. The package was for a 30 minute massage and facial with a manicure and pedicure. My daughter had a wonderful experience, I however expect quality of services to be better. I expressed my lack of happiness with my manicure abs pedicure. The receptionist stated that he would pass the information along to the manicurist. I again articulated my frustrations as I was paying and he again would pass the information that they do not discount spa packages, which I didn’t ask for. I stated that if you pay almost 400.00 you shouldn’t leave unhappy. I was then offered salon credit. I stated to receptionist that I would not be returning and I don’t want product. I am a salon owner myself. I would never let a client leave my salon with horrible service results. I will never return and I most certainly will never recommend .

We love Urbane. Its your people that make it the best. We feel like we are just hanging out with our friends when we are there... Fun, bright, talented women. Our favorite place to come for some pampering.

I received a combination of relaxation and therapeutic, full body massage from Michelle - it was top-notch! She took into consideration the areas that needed more work, yet didnt leave any part of the body out. She used many different techniques to adequately meet my bodys needs to be able to stretch tight muscles, release pressure points, and induce relaxation. She checked in with me regarding the firmness and pressure she was using to meet my comfort levels. Her voice was very gentle and soothing! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

I had a plant peel with Michelle and a 30 minute massage with Marilyn and these ladies were fantastic. I left feeling better than I have felt in months. I will be returning to Urbane!

Hope was amazing! I was really nervous about trying a new stylist and went to her based on reviews and she did not disappoint! I love my hair and can’t stop looking at it. She took her time and cared about the integrity of my hair, not just getting me in and out and on to the next client. Definitely go to her if you need a stylist, especially if you’re nervous like I was because she walks you through everything and really takes an understanding of what you actually want. The salon was also well sanitized, clean, and everyone was really friendly!

This visit was the best experience I could have hoped for! They were able to work with last minute changes and made my best friend fall asleep during her pedicure. She never does that. The atmosphere was amazing and very tranquil. I also recieved a brow wax. I havent had one since I was a teenager and was slightly wary going in.
