Not clean, not professional, not on time at all, poor quality. I will never go back. 👎

Not a place to go had acrylic all over my skin I ended up spending more money at another shop to fix their mistakes I wouldnt go back....

I recently got my nails done for my homecoming. I went with a group of friends who all had a very bad experience. The whole environment was extremely sketchy. The help was rude. I am a high school girl who felt violated by the creepy man who was working there. He stared at my chest and asked my age. He messed up my nails. On one side paint is missing and and it is uneven and skin is raw because of the poor filing job. The floor was tarnished, the walls covered with handwritten posters stating things that should not have to be said. Despite the less than par experience we all payed over $45. The price and the whole experience deserves less than a one star. I do not recommend.

Every station was filthy and covered in fingernail clippings/nail dust. When my nails were being painted i mentioned lumps in my nails and they ignored me. So I have ok looking nails with some lumps and a need to take a shower because that filthy place creeps me out! I will also mention I was the only customer and there were two employees working. They had a person to clean if they cared to do it. They are apparently just always disgusting. I dont normally post reviews but I feel the world deserves a warning. You have been warned. If you care about cleanliness go elsewhere!

I always have a really great time there. BUT I only use Anne. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Especially if you treat her with respect and give a nice tip. Kindness goes a long way with the employees there. I see so many people go in there and treat them horrible and worse than dogs. Be nice and you will get much better service. If you dont like have them fix it. They usually dont have an issue with it.I have consistently gone here and I’ve always had good service. Both Don I believe his name is and Ann are always friendly and do great work. I stand by my post. Got these babies done 12-8-18.

I was actually surprised to see all the negative reviews. I had went to the restroom in Oakview one day and happen to see the salon. I happened to need a pedicure and had some time so I tried them. I had Ann as my tech and she was great. It was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve had. She was nice, and I opted for the calf/foot massage with eucalyptus oil which she did inform me of the small up charge of $5. It was worth it and she did a great job exfoliating my feet. The gel polish turned out very nice also. I will admit I didn’t study the surroundings but I didn’t get any infections or fungus either!

Took way to long just to do a set of nails.

I am new to the area so I decided to try the place out because you never know unless you try. Well I am telling you right now to not try this place. I asked for a pedicure and they didnt even ask which one I wanted and just jumped right to it. The whole thing was maybe about 20 minutes from start to finish. My feet still feel the same as before I went in. Before I left they told me my toe nails were dry... they werent. So I get into my car and the polish is all smeared and ugly. I also go shellac manicure. I have no idea what she did but the white on my nails is all cracked and bumpy. In all honesty this was not worth the money I spent.

He would pull on my big toe to get it out of the water! My toenails aren’t well done! I think they need to put more effort into there job!!

I wouldnt even give this place a one star. They told us it would be $30 but at the end she charged an extra $5 because she put a little design on my finger. Then asked for a big tip because she said oh you have a rich boyfriend. She didnt get it of course until we got the credit card statement and she charged another $5.. Bad business

I wish I would have read the reviews before I wanted in for a fill and polish change last night. Honestly, Im still in shock. They were rude, rushed, and rough with me. The salon is messy and dirty. The tools, brushes, and towels were used without being cleaned between clients.Oh, and they made up for it by giving me the WORST nails Ive ever had. Each nail is a different length, the polish is uneven and streaky, theres shellac baked on my skin around the nails, and she used no base coat for the shellac.In an attempt to save time by going to the mall last night, I will end up somewhere else today to have them redone.

I came here once I was after work hoping for a relaxing pedicure. But it just started off completely wrong...I could just look around and see all the dirt and grime. The utensils they used on me were dirty and had been used on other people. The whole pedicure was super short and rushed. Its two days later and the polish has already chipped off two of my toes completely. For a $30 pedicure that should NOT be the case. The only thing that was slightly redeeming was the lady that worked there was very nice. Still doesnt help the fact that Im worried I might get an infection from this dirty place. Yuck.

My nails were not filed down properly on sides and acrylic was too deep into cuticle. They looked okay for a day without me noticing then they started to raise up on sides and looked bad. Had to go somewhere else to fix them. Never again.

People where nice but talked quietly bc they knew I could understand bc I was watching the tv. Place was dirty and people watched TV while working on my nails they thing to help dry my nails was no more than something from Walmart and the tolls dont get cleaned correctly. I would give lower rating but I like how my nails turned out

The place is super filthy. Nail clippings all over. The towel they wanted me to place my hands on was so dirty and had someones old nail clippings on it. Lint and nail dust is everywhere. The tools arent clean!! He took used tools out of the drawer and didnt clean them. My nails have bubbles all over them. Never again would I go back to this place. Clean your store instead of sitting in the chairs watching tv!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The man was rude and pushy and grabbed my hands instead of asking me nicely where to move them. The shellac dryer kept dying out on me and the man acted like it was my fault. He didn’t file the nails down properly and the polish looks caked and streaky. I will have to get them fixed elsewhere. Update 11/24/18 the nails have already started to fall off

Serenity nails at oakview mall. Never giving them my service again. I was getting my nails fixed because 2 of them fell off and one chipped. And he yelled at my boyfriend and told me I wasnt allowed back because I asked for a refund for bad quality nails. Definitely not worth the 30$. So he fixed them. Didnt file them down and messed up the paint. Very irritated.

Horrible service. The man pretty much told me to not get my nails done at a nail salon in a mall since they pay high rent and don’t take their time like salons outside the mall. He was very rude and made it very obvious that he didn’t want to do my nails. Never coming back to this place. He left nail polish all over my skin.

There prices were not posted anywhere. And I was overcharged! I paid $90 for full set for myself and a fill plus broken nail for my daughter. Her nail has already broken and chips and pieces are missing out of another one. Mine are way to thin and unevenly shaped.

Great service, my wife’s nails look great. The nail specialist was kind and professional.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. She charge me more for the shape of my nails because she said it was more work. Three of my nails were crooked and she refused to fix them saying that they were fine. When she went to paint them there were several spots that had not enough paint. I will never go here again and I would give it zero stars if I could I do not recommend this place.

Actually terrible.Number 1. Dirty place. Super unsanitary. I got an acrylic set with aqua colour on top and the way he cleaned the brush almost made me bolt right there - he uncapped the cleaning solution, dipped the dirty brush inside, and shook the thing around.Number 2. I asked for a manicure and they didn’t do cuticles, no cleaning, and no oil. My cuticles are cracked like a sidewalk, man.Number 3. Ripped up my nail bed. If you know gel nails (what I walked in with) you apply nail oil, take a piece of cotton dipped in acetone and wrap the nail with that and tin foil. After letting it soak, you push the colour off with an orange stick so you don’t scratch your nailbed. THIS DUDE USED A DREMEL TO TAKE OFF THE COLOUR AND BUFF THE NAIL BED. LIKE WHAT. Granted, some places use a dremel to take off the top layer of polish but if they go after your bare nail with it you need to bolt, sis.Number 4. Terrible shaping. Again he used the dremel to do most of the shaping then a coarse file to smooth the shape. My tips are so fat on my nail it’s like I have ten balloons on each finger.Number 5. This one I do see both ways on, but he was super rude about it. After shaping and before colour I was forced to pay. I get it if they have a bunch of people bolt (shocker. If confused see issues 1 thru 4) but he was very forceful with asking.Number 6. Lines aren’t clean on the color and he flooded my cuticle with the top coat. When mixing nail polish in the bottle you shouldn’t shake it because when you do it causes bubbles in the nail. (Roll it between your hands instead just FYI) this dude, of course, shook it and now my nails are shook by bubbles. I asked for glossy not textured.Long story short. There are better places for less than 30$.Thank you for coming to my TEDtalk.

Went with a group of girls. Of the 7 of us getting basic manicures, 6 were done poorly (streaky, clumpy & chipped). One of the technicians used a sharp voice, was rude and appeared very grumpy. While they tried to redo, the poor professionalism left a bad taste in our mouths. I asked for a partial refund and was told, its against policy. As compensation, they offered to do nail art. Umm, no thank you. I didnt like the work they did on my nails, why would I want them to touch them some more? Avoid!!!

My nails popped off after 1 day. They look horrible and we’re very expensive for no reason. They need to be shut down. PERIOD.

Got my nails done on a Sunday and all of them were chipped, or fell off by the following Friday. They also looked awful when first done.

Dont know how this place is in business. Horrible every nail was different length. He didnt file down the actual nail so they were so thick. I didnt even have him put clear polish on I paid and walked out. Next day sat for an hour soaking in acetone to remove them.

This place deserves not even 1 star. Very filthy place, rude people, Awful service. They even stole money from my sister! Terrible job on nails didn’t look professionally done. Don’t EVER go here, not even in an emergency situation!!!

Not good, nails looked terrible they were thick and over the sides of my finger only had one person working that could do nails and one to polish which was also bad. Do not go here go to Hollywood Nails best salon I have ever been to.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I got my nails done a week ago and ones already all the way off. I paid $38 for the worst nails Ive ever had. All of my acrylics are very thin, and crooked.

The lady was rude and didnt ask how long you wanted your nails until after she already cut one really short... charged extra for every little thing. Left my sister in laws nail messed up and blamed it on her and was on the phone the whole time! Very rude lady and horrible service very pricey and didnt even do a good job Im sticking with true elegance!

1 star is honestly too high of a rateing for this place i just went in there to get shellac and it looks like i stayed at home and had my 5 year old paint them.

DO NOT GO HERE RIP OFF * SWINDLERS* PAID $30 for a 2min pedicure lady left old polish didnt file the toe nail OR THE FOOT and Worst of all the polish job was horrible didnt cover whole nail nor was it smooth it literally looks like a child did my feet polish clumped around the cuticle area and to lie and try to pacify a customer from disputing dogs poo job was the last insult the 1 star is overrated
