This internet service deserves a -100 star. Worst internet ever.
Agree with everyone on here that one star is too generous. The customer service, billing and accounting are wrong on so many levels. I cancelled service providers with them months ago and am STILL BEING BILLED AND CONTACTED REFERENCE PAST DUE ACCOUNTS! If you can find another provider in your area that has managed to out bid them take them!! Customer service is either impossible to reach by phone or email. I just tried following up via email since I’m currently at work and experienced so many problems with submissions to contact customer service I just quit. This company either needs to step up it’s game dramatically or step aside permanently. Good day.

This has to be the worst company EVER!, if I could put half a star, that would half a star to much for them, they are just AWFULL!!!
It is the worst internet company, I want to debit the reuter and they never sent me the email to return it and they still tell me that I have to pay 150 dollars.
