This is the best nail place in the area I have been coming here for over 2 years now all the techs are great. Also one of the cleanse place. I highly recommend them. Here is a pic of my nails done today and also some others. They also have a great selection of colors for dip powder.

Ive been coming here for the past several months looking for yet another reliable nail tech. I have not been disappointed so far, I go to Van and shes been nothing but nice!

I recently moved to Broward and my sister in law recommended me this place. Needless to say, I won’t be going anywhere else! Lan is amazing and takes pride in what she does and so does everyone else who works here. The place is always clean and they have a variety of colors, which I love! Lan knows how to take care of my natural nails which I truly appreciate. You will not regret coming here!

Omg! I read the reviews before I went,needless to say my expectations were high.Well I was not let down. Im happy because I literally live 3 min away. It was about 2 hours before they close but I was greeted and we started immediately.The place is nice,clean and spacious. Its affordable too I mean I didnt look at the prices but My dad and I got our hands and feet done and it was just 99 bucks🤯. My dad told me the lady who took care of him did a good job. Mi did a fantastic job with me.I removed the gel from my toes for regular color she didnt pressure me to put it again. I got dip on my hands she was pretty fast but made sure it was right. Everything I asked her she just said ok no problem. Im very happy with the end result. I will be going back.

I love the fact that this mail spa doesn’t smell Toxic like most asians nail spas and to me that’s very important because of my allergic rhinitis. They have smell extractor all over the ceiling on every station. They have better prices, better quality of products and faster service then other mail spas in the area. The place is always clean. They don’t charge to fix a broken nail or to add a new tip if you need it. I haven’t had any allergic reactions to their nail powder which is what I use. My nails are finally growing and looking beautiful.Rosita is my mail tech. She’s great, funny, professional and super fast. All the staff there are very nice and do a great job.

Finally found a nail salon to make my norm! It is GORGEOUS inside, clean have hand sanitizer on hand, my nail girl was very nice easy to communicate with and did a very good job with my nails and feet. No pain, no attitude. Hard to find. Highly recommend.

The owner is very unprofessional. Her daughter Me is very good at what she does but every time you try to make an appointment they tell you she is always busy for Saturday or Sunday. If you try to make Appointment to soon the owner does not allow, so by the time you call she is full. The owner is rude and likes to argue with people. People do have to work throughout the week so you can never get in. Word of advice, go somewhere else where they are more accommodating and professional .

Was visiting from out of town and this salon was close to where I was staying. They were able to squeeze me in same day and nails came out amazing! Will go be back if and when I am back in the area

I take my grandma to this place to had her nails and feet done… the Lady who serve her leave her nails looking supper chunky! And when she did her feet didn’t even massage, file them underneath and not warm towels at all…. I did ask about filling a little more her nails, and she said no! Come back and next time I’ll make it better ! TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH THIS LADY

This nail shop is my wifes favorite. They really take care of you and make sure youre comfortable the whole time. Not mention my wife took me to go get my dinosaur feet taken care of cause I could climb walls with my feet, spiderman got nothing on me. 🤣 but seriously speaking their very friendly and I enjoyed my experience especially the massage chair.

I have been coming here for quite a while usually with my bestie. I always get dip powder with pedicure. Mi always takes good care of me and I love my nails every time I leave. Rosa does my friends nails and she loves her work too. The staff is friendly including the owner who I always call Mama. I like to try out new nail salons. This is one of the worst in Pembroke Pines. It was the most rushed nail appointment that I’ve ever had in my life. The nail tech rushed to do my nails to a point where I started to bleed. My nails ended up looking like a pointy ball!! I will not come here again.

Owner is so rude!! I’ve heard the owner, on several occasions, talk poorly of other customers. I let that slide.Called 3 times after I left because she didn’t think the tip I left went through on my card.. it did. Let that slide too.Made appointment, arrived early. Waited 15 minutes, asked how much longer, to be told it’s not her fault I didn’t answer her calls today. I tell her I never received any calls and I just want to know how much longer I will need to wait, she keeps repeating herself and finally a coworker tells her that it was not me that was called. I left and won’t be back.

This nail spa is the best nail spa my family and I have ever been to- and weve been to a lot of nail spas! The service is unlike anything weve experience, everyone goes out of their way to accommodate their customers (especially those who are wheelchair-bound!) and makes sure they are comfortable! Youre free to choose your nail polish and they help you in choosing if you ask! Steppin Out Nail Spa is inclusive, respectful, and generally an amazing, safe space to get your nails done, hair waxed, and more! Steppin Out is the place to be for great service and accommodations!

This place is okay. Sometimes I feel like they overbook them selves. Also the gel polish chips so soon a few times that I been there, it’s disappointing.. with Covid-19 safety, I never see them clean or disinfect the chairs when people get up, but it’s mandatory to wear a mask.

I respect people who actually care about customers satisfaction. The owner was very polite and told me next time when I am not satisfied talk to her. My Mom loves this place. Thank You

Though my first experience here wasn’t ideal, I have no complaints for my second visit. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure everything up is to the customer’s expectations. My acrylic set didn’t come out exactly how I wanted it the first time and she reached out to me and offered to fix it, free of charge, to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely will be making another trip to this salon and I recommend that anyone looking for a salon, with great service that goes above and beyond, try this one. You won’t be disappointed

There are so many nail places in the area that Ive been to in my quest to find the best one, but Ive finally found the one. I called beforehand and they were able to take care of me right away. Anthony did my manicure and was very thorough and detailed, going back to fix any small imperfection in his work. The entire place was so clean and decorated so tastefully that it was so relaxing just being in there. I really enjoyed my manicure and will definitely be back.

Been going there for Just a pedicure the last 2 years, and used to see Anthony. He was great. Today I was told he was no longer there. Johnny did my pedicure today. Terrible!! He was totally rushing and I was cut 2 times while he was clipping and cleaning up my toenails. He didn’t say sorry at all. Very unprofessional. I won’t be going back.

I have been coming to Steppin Out for over a little over 2 years faithfully. My FAVORITE thing about this establishment is that I don’t feel like a number when I come through the door. Knowing that I live 30 mins away they always get me in quickly (but long enough to enjoy my pedicure, which is always excellent). Lan does an amazing job running the place smoothly and always cares about her customers satisfaction. She keeps me up with all the new styles and never disappoints. Everyone is always so respectful and goes the extra mile to make me happy.

Dont lose your money!!! The owner is so rude more with latinas and black people. she doesnt treats you as a customer, she act like shes giving you everything free. I went 3 times and was enough. I didnt feel comfortable there. You make an appointments and they make you wait when you arrive. When the girl is doing your nails, she has to stop to help other people with the nails, pick up phone, make appointments, etc, the workers are excessive confidence... theyre not professional at all! And today I call at 9:30am to make an appointment, at 4PM they call me to cancel it, because they have another appointment at that time...

My nails came out so bad . The nail tech that I got, left me chunks of pieces without painting . She was in a hurry and didn’t have enough nail techs so she did my nails quickly . Left the acrylic too thick even after I told her several times natural thin. She barely put nail polish on the nails . Then the guy that did my pedicure didn’t even use the cuticle on my toes ! & when he was painting them with the top coat he was using too much ! My nails took forever to dry! Never coming here again . Honestly I had heard good things about this place, yes they are very clean and friendly but I don’t think they do a very well job in nails .

Let me start out by saying that this is one of the cleanest, most friendliest nail salon ever!! I am such a picky customer who does not change nail techs on the fly. My mom and sister went to their grand opening and had the best experience of their lives. They took their time and gave them their well-deserved attention. I tried them out and I instantly fell in love with the facility and staff. Anthony is my go-to guy. He is EXTREMELY talented. I only wear white but somehow, he makes the white look beautiful on my nails. He is very clean and very meticulous with his work. Mi is also VERY talented. She is the sweetest girl around and she does a very good job! My last visit with Anthony, it was raining and thundering really bad. The entire staff kept warning customers to be careful walking outside with the colorful sandals they give you. At the end of our visit, Anthony was scared we might fall so he offered his arms to my sister and I and walked us to our car. If that isnt the best kind of service around, I dont know what is. That being said, if you are looking for a salon that is super clean with super talented nail techs, look no further! Go visit Stepping Out. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

I visited Steppin Out Nail and Spa last week and I had a wonderful experience there. The establishment is very clean and the staff was very professional as they greeted each customer that came. They had done an excellent job on my nails, which have lasted more then the normal 2 weeks. I would recommend this place to any that wants their nails done right the first around.

Im only giving 1 star because it is the minimum. Two weeks ago, I was in search of a nail spa that I could hopefully patronize faithfully for a manicure and pedicure. Based on the 4.5 review I decided to try this place out. The customer service was awful. I was greeted like a criminal or someone who did not belong. Then they guy (Ive never had a guy do my pedicure before but I did not mind), however he was not pleasant and extremely rough. Pedicures are supposed to be a relaxing experience instead I was annoyed. I was so bothered I declined the manicure and went down the street to get one.

Had a great experience. Defiantly recommend deluxe pedicure. $35.Awsome massage, nice people, clean place, did a great job on my nails and nice location.

Super clean and professional. Loved the service so much I am changing my nail place and begin doing my nails here regularly. I was attended by the owner herself and my pedi was done by her brother in law!! I loved the results, the treatment and gotta give props to the owners husband who did the bathroom! My favorite nail salon now! I’ve lived right next to Steppin’ Out for a year and I regret not going sooner. Amazing service, aesthetics & fair pricing. I had a shellac mani, a pedicure, as well as a brow & lip waxing. Lastly, some places have technicians that insult to upsell for other services. That was not my experience at all here, great staff and comfortable environment.

IT was okay. I had a pedi and mani combo and the feet was really good but the moment I said regular manicure, they stopped in the middle of the manicure and made me pay first, so that was a turn off. The female lady was a little rude

Im new to the area and have been looking for a place to get a pedicure. I called and they said they had an opening right then. Zenni(?) was very sweet and did a good job- he gave me a longer foot/leg massage which was great. I got the Spa deluxe pedi which was $35- standard pricing. Newer, Clean facilities. My only complaint is that I got cut and started bleeding when he was trying to work on my ingrown toenail. I feel like nail techs sometimes get in a hurry, but there wasnt anyone waiting in line or anything. Ive had this happen at multiple salons and am still trying to find someone who can cut my ingrown big toenail without making me bleed. I would come back to this nail salon but wouldnt get ingrown toenails cut here. Besides that, good pedicure at standard pricing.

Had a wonderful first experience at Steppin Out Nail Salon. Ive been looking for a new nail tech since Ive moved and first, the salon is beautiful, second, everyone is so welcoming! I was taken care of by Lan, who has been doing nails for over 17 years, and you can tell! My dip came out perfect and she even gave me a nice lotioned hand massage when she finished. The extra little details she did for me truly made my experience. Would recommend 100%!

The nail tech did amazing however I do not appreciate how I was greeted at all. When I walked in the door the lady who greeted me ran up to the front like I was gonna steal something and greeted me with the phrase “What do you want” in a horrible tone as almost as she was yelling at me. But I think it’s funny how she greeted other ladies who were white in a nicer tone. Then when I was done with my nails I asked her where to put the tip for the lady who did my nails since she wasn’t at her station and she raised her voice at me and told me to put it on her table and proceeded to talk sweetly to her white customers. First things first I NEVER treated anybody in that facility with disrespect and I was very polite. I do NOT appreciate this at all to be treated and looked at as if I’m dirt at the bottom of her crusty shoe. I will NEVER go here again because of the way that lady treated me. She is rude and I cannot support a place that treats me different because of the color of my skin.

I had an appointment to do Shellac nails and was told to sit down when I arrived. While I was waiting, a lady walked in and she was taken directly to the back and sat down. While I don’t mind waiting as that’s pretty common in nail salons, I thought it was quite rude when someone that had walked in was sat down before someone that had scheduled an appointment and had been waiting for 20 min! Even after that, the actual quality of the manicure was horrible. My nail technician was Johnny and unfortunately he shaped my nails weird, cut my cuticles multiple times till it bled and overall just did a poor job. He had trouble trying to get the nail polish on for some reason, so a different nail technician, Angie, came and actually finished off the manicure. The only good thing I can say about my experience was that Angie definitely tried her best and was committed in trying to salvage my nails. Overall, very bad first experience. Will not be coming here again.

So I’ve come here the past 4 nail changes to give it a fair chance.Let’s start by saying they have a nice variety of colors. Unfortunately, the work is average and the people are very unpleasant. Always in and out within less than an hour for dip nails and a pedicure even when there’s no customers. It always feels very rushed. Picked a color and don’t like it? They don’t care, they won’t change it. Have a problem with a nail before leaving(messed up polish, lumpy, etc)..? That’s your problem and they’ll tell you to leave it the way it is. You gotta fight for the fix and believe that it’ll come with an eye roll. I won’t be coming back. For me, how you treat your customers is everything and they clearly have an attitude problem. I come to the salon to relax and this salon makes me feel quite the opposite. And that’s the tea☕️ Happy New Year y’all.

I just left this place. I do not understand how is good rated ! One guy started doing my nails and he did not understand basically what I wanted . (He does not speak or understand English) Once I saw he was doing regular I said I asked for gel. He did not how to do Nails! Then another lady step on the situation and she finished my manicure . But when I went for the pedicure this same guy started working with me. I gave him the chance but it was even worse for pedi! When I checked my pedi it was an awful job ! The lady had to started over because it was absolutely awful! Do not waste your money there!
