Having recently gotten engaged, I desperately needed to get my nails done! I was a walk-in and was immediately seated. The woman who worked on my nails was so sweet, polite and super fast! I think her name was Nancy? I dont think Ive ever gotten my nails done as quickly as she did them. She asked throughout our session if I liked what she was doing so I appreciated being kept in the loop! I just got a simple acrylic set. My nails turned out great and now I can show my hands off without being embarrassed by my real nails, lol. I would probably come back here if/when I decide to get my nails redone.

I came to this nail salon because my original nail salon (nails and more) was super packed with a 2 hour wait. Honestly, best decision ever. Lee did my nails and it’s the best work. He didn’t do them so thick like other nail techs and he was super nice.

Day 10 of the Luxury Detox gel pedi and my ugly feet are still looking cute! New to this area and am glad to find this gem. Please update your social media’s. Would love to follow.

I come here all the time to get my eyebrows done lashes nails and toes they do a great job everyone who works there is highly skilled at their jobs. Great atmosphere,Great service, great price🙂

I took an appointment for me and my husband and asked for Ann. I was specific on the phone that if they are busy I can come next day. They confirmed the appointment saying Ann was available. I was there on time. When they checked me in, I again asked, if they are busy I can come in another time. They started on my husband and soaked my feet for 45 good minutes. My husband was almost done and I still had to wait. I left without the pedicure. I regret I told my husband to get couples pedicure at Posh. There was lack of coordination between the check in lady and employees. The lady is Not honest to her clients. Very unprofessional.

Great experience. Called and made an appointment arrived on time and was seated instantly. Im not one to get my nails done often and Im new to this side of town so took a risk and the nail technician took me through me everything and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Tammi was very thorough and she took her time to do the job right even though I was the last customer in the shop. I didnt feel rushed. I just wish the other employees that were leaving allowed me to have a spa like experience they were loud and noisy so I was unable to really relax and enjoy Tammis massage. The cost was reasonable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!1. They rushed to finish my nails. When I left my nails were not dried 100% but they were closing and rushed me when I was there a hour ahead of closing time.2. My One hands nail polish was clean and shiny while other hand looked so bad and not shiny.3. I got acrylic done with nail polish. My nails did not look clean from under. Some of the acrylic was out of shape and pointy towards my skin. I came home and fixed it myself.4. When I went to take off the acrylics from another nail salon, my nails were ruined times 2 of what they normally would be like. I have done acrylics before and my nails do not go as bad as it did.I am not sure what products were used and how they are different then other nail salons. The nail techs need improvement to finish clean work. Also, dont rush your customers because of closing time. If it is closing time and you know the process will take time tell the customer to come another time. The techs wont have to stay later then closing time nor will you have a customer who wasted time and money.

Swanky and big as helll...this place looks like Walmart a nail technicians dream...they come to serve feet & hands....

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done. My favorite tech is Crystal. She always does exactly what i want and by now she knows just how i like my nails. I will say that they don’t have a set price on things so they tend to over charge you for even cutting down your nails. Overall though, I love this salon and will continue coming here.

I had an amazing experience I loved how they actually did their job for what I paid they took off all the dead skin and I had without me telling them because usually I have gone to other places and they have different types of pedicures and they don’t do what I’ve paid for even after me asking them several times so this place is totally worth it!

I’ve been searching for a new nail salon and I’ve definitely found the spot! I popped in today after leaving my hair salon that’s in the same strip so I decided to get a full set and gel pedicure. Kelly did my pedicure and Julie did my pink and white full set! My nails are gorgeous, the facility was very clean and I was done in a timely manner! The prices are very good as well!! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed

I don’t know if his name is Lee or Jolie..but he lacks professionalism severely. I told him my pinky was crooked and could he put the powder closer to my cuticles because my nails grow fast and he told me and I quote “if you have a problem with the way I do nails someone else can do them for you” I was shocked he spoke to me like that..so I just said it was fine. Then he proceeded to do my nails and then he hurt my nail and I reacted so he threw a fit and said..someone else is going to finish your nails for you..Then he proceeds to start doing someone else’s nails..and I sat and wait for an extra hour just sitting there waiting for someone to be available..I’m positive that he is not even licensed he must still be learning because they teach you how you should treat your customers in school.Lucky the lady who fixed my nails did an amazing job but I’m still giving two star.. It’s crazy how men say women are emotional when it’s really men who’s always in their feelings when they can’t take criticism.

I’ve only been here three times, and as far as quality goes they do a pretty good job, however all three times the wait to be seen has been horrific but from a customer view it never looks as busy as some salons I’ve been to. Just today, my third ever visit, I went to get a nail fixed, just one. I arrived about 5:20pm and told them what I needed done. I was very disappointing to see that 3 pairs of people walked in after me but were taken prior to me, and it didn’t appear that they had appointments because like me when they walked in they told whoever was present at the moment what they needed, and never requested a specific person. When I finally was seen, it took all of about 5 minutes to do the fix. It also kind of sucked they charged me to do the fix, which hasn’t happened to me at other salons, but I guess for the quality and the hopes that this one doesn’t break while doing a simple task it was okay.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The salon is gorgeous with friendly staff who do quality work! I struggled to find a good nail salon after relocating to the area and finally, I found it! I get constant compliments on my nails.... Im very satisfied and grateful for Posh!Mike, Nick, and Crystal are all amazing!😊

I decided to try out Posh Nails when they first opened and I have not regretted it. I get my SNS done there and I always ask for Mike. Below is a some of the designs he has done for me. He is the best! Everyone who compliments my nails, I always refer them to Posh Nails. I highly recommend them.

I went here to get a pedicure, very insulated that I was standing waiting to be serviced but, the white lady behind me was addressed first. To add insult to injury, I asked that my nail be filed down, I was told no bc, it will mess up my acrylic which isnt true but, offered me the cutter to do it myself. This place has the worse service!

Long wait time!I had an appointment for 2 at 6pm and it is now 7:30 and I barely getting assisted! Not even an apology for the wait! We talked to the manager to see how long at 6:45 and she told us 5 minutes. Longest 5 minutes ever! Never coming again!

Today me and my sister went for just pedicures and today will be our last day there. The ladies that had us kept hurting us while doing it. The lady that I had, had no idea what she was doing. Then when it was time to put my shoes it, she’s stepping on my WHITE shoes with her shoes to try to put my shoes on. I said “did you just step on my shoes?? It’s okay, I can put them on myself” & she’s still forcing it! I’m trying to move away from her and tell her to stop MULTIPLE TIMES and she’s snatching my shoe to try to put it on herself still. Then my sister wanted to get her nails soaked off and they charged $15 for just that.Last time I went, I went to a new person because the one I usually went to was too busy. The nails looked great but then literally a week later, they all popped off. The person who did my nails was Mike btw.

Julie and Kayleigh is really good with eyebrows. I recommend this place 100% . Only thing I don’t request is don’t have the guys do your nails, they mess up on the shape and hurt you. Also one lady had messed up my eyebrows and had burned my skin. Other than that if you go request the two ladies above only.

My first time there, and was greeted warmly. Prices were affordable and the nail tech Jolie was friendly, attentive, neat, and fast. She kept my same nail shape just as I asked. I will be coming back in 2 weeks for sure!! 💞

Ive only been going to this nail salon for a couple months, but they are always very nice & it is very clean. Masks are required for EVERYONE, and you must keep it on the whole time....which I DEFINITELY like. They usually arent very crowded, and they have close to 20 pedicure chairs!

I unintentionally followed co-owner Crystal N. over here from a salon in Hiram, after moving to Gwinnett. I was surprised to see her familiar face when I came here once they opened! Crystal and sister Julie who run this salon are very professional, and make sure you get the value for your money (by suggesting options to increase your points towards future services). This is the only salon I have used for the past 3 years +. Julie does amazing work microblading/tattooing eyebrows as well. I get many compliments on mine and always give them credit for the work! This salon is super clean and there are so many pedicure chairs and stations for manicures. Lastly, if you ever happen to have any problem, they will make it right. So if you are nervous like I usually am having to find a new nail salon, I think youll be very happy if you give Posh Nails a try!

I dont recommend this place. The service is awful, and they dont give you the services that are in their menu. I ordered the mani with massage. They didnt give me the massage and went i told them about it, they totally ignored me... i didnt get a refund ( i paid before they were done). I will never never never go back to this place.

Julie was fantastic and meticulous in creating designs on my nails today. I would very much recommend Julie and will not hesitate to utilize her services again.

I love everyone in this salon! Mike is a beast at shaping and Nick can do anything you need. They are new to the area but its never a long wait. I go back every three weeks and that should say enough

I have always enjoyed being pampered at Posh Nails. They are always professional yet take the time to get to know you on a personal level also....which, to me, shows they see more than the exchange of money. Holly is so patient and kind. Crystal is truly a gem and a beautiful soul. I enjoy them all and I recommend this establishment.

I love coming here because of the atmosphere. It’s peaceful and never overcrowded. Tea usually does my nails and she’s always patient with me, i love her, she’s always my go to. Crystal is also amazing! She just did my nails recently and i love them! She’s so sweet and patient. If you’re looking for someone who can do coffin shaped, tapered shape, or almond shape, definitely go to Tea or Crystal. They’re both amazing. The only thing i wish they would have is more variety of colors to choose from. I feel like I’m kind of limited sometimes but they do have a good selection. I just wish they would expand it more

Very unprofessional. I arrived and was told by a male tech at the front he will be done in about 15 minutes. The customers that came after me were informed of a 1 hour wait. I waited for about 20 minutes until the guy who was supposed to do my nails goes up to a lady who came after me and tells her to come to his chair. So I told him that I was next and instead of correcting the situation he says sit down someone else will help me?? There’s already an hour wait, why do I have to now go back and wait again ?? Will not be back again that was poorly handled.

I absolutely love this place! I have been going here for almost a year now! Julie and Krystal have made it such a easy transition from leaving my previous nail tech of 6 yrs.Julie’s work is so neat and I love that she takes her time while doing my nails. Their prices are very reasonable and they also offer complementary wine! I’m big on cleanness and they do a fantastic job of making sure their salon is clean and personable at all times! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of looking for professional work!

I will give a place 3 chances...quality here is hit or miss. 1) My first gel fill-in lasted a week, gel polish was thin after 2 coats and with a lot of lifting- Used Crystal 2) Two week later went back to us Julie - told her I had been their before and did not like the service. This time was better I used Julie my only complaint was that the gel was so thick. 3) Julie again, nails were thick and and the gel has spilled to my cuticles. I went to another shop the next day who asked who did my nails and indicated it was hard to remove the polish as the gel and polish was on my skin.While prices are reasonable - Posh charges $3 for each broken nail. So, if you do a poor job and there is a lot of lifting... it is a good way to make extra money. 3 strike I am out -I wont be back.

I made a appointment and called multiple times ahead to make sure they were going to be open on election day. 1 hour before my appointment the lady who I scheduled it with called and said they were closing early. Made me mad that I kept calling and making sure that they closed at 7:30 and they said they did up to the last hour. Other then that I made an appointment for the next day and it was fine.

1st time visiting last week and I absolutely enjoyed it the salon is very comfortable and nicely decorated prices werent bad at all & the guy associate whos name i unfortunately forgot but had on a beautiful bracelet 🤣🤩 & was very nice with conversation and did a good job on my nails. The young lady who did my pedicure was just amazing as they are perfect and color is my new favorite.. I will definitely back on a regular schedule

I got my nails and lashes done. The lashes came off in a day. My nail broke off. This was the s&s dip. They didnt take their time. Normally they do a decent job. This last time was not so great. I went somewhere else. Posh Nails wont see me for a while.

First time with friends today..... very professional, great conversation..... not one of us had “rushed” services and it was a GREAT experience.... Mike and Alice were amazing to me ! Be prepared to wait.Ive only gotten gel nails here, and they do a great job. One of the few places Ive been that actually gives you a manicure (trims cuticles, soaks fingers, etc.) with gel nails. Ive been happy with my nails but Im looking for a new place.Each time Ive gone Ive waited upwards of 45 minutes to get started. They are a huge nail salon with 30+ pedicure chairs however they are always understaffed. Last time after waiting 40 minutes I got up and left. I was told they could start on me now, but wasnt told this until I was leaving.They also have a limited color selection for gel.They do good work and if you can go during off hours it would be best.

Although I have a couple of favorites, this nail salon has consistently provided excellent services, along with great customer service. I really love the pillows that are provided. I tend to visit during off-peak times, which makes my visit much more relaxing for me, with no wait.

This is by far the best salon in town. Julie is great! Everyone in this salon are very friendly and professional. The prices are fair and the quality of service is exceptional. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Third time I went in for a pedicure. I realized they have been busy since they reopened. So I made an appointment. I came at my appointment time and waited 30 minutes. With no one speaking to me. Still sitting in the chair no water or any conversation from the staff. I usually get my nails done here every three weeks. I will not be back.

Posh Nail Salon & Spa is extremely clean, comfy, and customer friendly. Crystal and Mike are some of the best nail techs I’ve ever seen! They’re both super talented, friendly and professional. I’ve found my nail home! Definitely would recommend this salon!

I needed to find a spot near my house and was referred here by a coworker. I saw Tea and she is amazing. She’s detailed, quick, and she gave me an amazing gel manicure. I will definitely be coming back. The space is very open and clean, and everyone is nice and speaks to you.

Honest&true: I always give honest reviews.Heres an update(continue reading below for my first visit): So, after coming a few times I have to say the quality of service is poor and their just not consistent!! Yes, the place is nice and the techs are nice enough but just my experience their not worth the trip. I paid for a manicure with my sns and the next day around my nail bed looked exactly how it was before I got my nails done. You cant really tell at first when you get them done because they cover it up with oil and lotion when your svcs is done. Coming here is a huge waste of time. Look at the photos people have posted and look closely its just an ok job. I def. do not recommend!!1st review: Very nice Decor and everything looks real clean. But I still have to be honest. My appointment was for 10 am. I did arrive 7 minutes late but only because Emergency Services/police blocked off Five Forks Trickum Road. I had to drive all the way around and come up Lawrenceville Highway. I did contact my technician before my appointment time to advise him that I would be late. So, why when I get there my tech is working on another customer. I just dont understand if you know Im on my way and we have an appointment why would you begin to work on someone else or help to finish up another customer. So, naturally I was frustrated because I am on a schedule. BUT he was professional and by nails turned out ok. But definitely not great!

I was waiting for 2+ hours on getting a gel fill-in along with a full set and polish. They let many people get in front of me and they arrived after. Their were many people just on pedicures and only 2 on acrylics.

Very nice, but was not happy about the way they didnt clean the polish off my toes, had to go back. It looked like I had polished them myself. Me paying 60.00 dollars, should have been more professionally polished better.

Posh nails is absolutely the best nail salon to go to. Their prices are reasonable and the nail techs are very professional, unlike the other nail salons I’ve been too. They have free complimentary drinks, which is quite impressive ! I will be coming back.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!They don’t even deserve one star .They are overpriced and they don’t really have a set they just pick and choose what they want to charge you and they come up with unnecessary charges. One lady told me that my full set with gel nails will be $37 when I got done the man charged me $55!!!!!!! My nail shapes are horrendous and I can’t believe this I ask for coffin shaped and he gave me big Lego block square shaped they also use too much acrylic powder so your nails are clumpy and are shaped like mountains from my side profile. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I went to go get a fill in and when I looked at the price it said $22 and after I finished my manicure i wasn’t too happy about the way it came out because my nail tech Alice didn’t file out the acrylics so it was lumpy but I figured it was only $22 so it wasn’t a big deal, but when I went to pay my nail tech told me my total was $35 and when I asked about the extra $15 she just kept saying she charged $5 for length but if that was true the total would be $27. I continued to ask about the extra charges and she wouldn’t tell me then when she called over another nail tech she just said the same thing. After all this happened I just paid, but when I went to pay she then put on another $2 and at this point I was fed up so I paid and left. I am aware that I look young and that people take advantage of younger people because they think they are not economically aware but I am and now I know I will NEVER come back and I will NOT recommend them to my friends.

Before the lockdown, I went here and had an awesome experience -- I went a few days ago for a gel mani & the same day three of the nails peeled completely off, and now all nails are peeled off. Im so bummed! Called for a refund or to have the nails fixed, and the lady I spoke with was unprofessional, tried saying it was probably something I did, and that they might fix the nails, but they arent open for a few days. Unreal. I would recommend going anywhere else.

Mike did my nails today and he did an amazing job. He was really quick and thorough. He also speaks English really well so there was no language barrier. I have found my next salon !! Their prices are great too!

After trying numerous nail salons in the area over a few years, I’m so glad I took a friends advice and went to Posh Nails! Not only is the ambiance of the salon great, I finally found a nail tech who listens to what I want, does a great job and pays attention to detail! Prices here are competitive with other nails salons and Mike is the absolute best! He fixed a bad gel manicure I had, then I decided to do tips w/ a coffin nail shape. Mike was not only professional, he was fun to chat with. He made the whole experience and service ten times better! If you haven’t tried this place you have to go!

Henry took care of my pedicure today and he did a great job. I also got my eyebrows done and they are fine. The people were nice, the place was clean, and they provided water while you were getting a massage in the chair.

My girl Tea did another awesome job on my hands, feet and eyebrows!! Well worth the 1 hour drive!! She is so patient and attentive! She can do any design you show her!!! She is the reason I drive all the way to Posh Nails!!

I found this place when my last salon destroyed my nails. Chau is amazing when it comes to pedicures. She treats it like a hygiene ritual and actually wants to see improvement in the quality of your nails. I have never had a technician let me leave the salon with a less than amazing sns manicure either. Everyone there is polite and professional. The atmosphere is also quaint and relaxing. They are never too busy to take you in immediately as a walk in, and they always take their time to satisfy their customers. I will continue to come back.

I have to say that this is the best manicure I think I have ever had. I got S&S and its not too thick, he made sure not to make my nail too wide so it is proportionate to my finger. My pedicure was great too - paint matched the S&S. They look amazing. I am really pleased - been bragging to friends. Highly recommend

My nails always turn out good but the eyebrow tinting and eyelashes never last my eyelashes started falling out the same day and the eyebrow tint didn’t even work the lady told me to gently wipe it off in 1 hour which I thought was unprofessional they should of wiped it off before I left but any ways I’ll make sure my boyfriend doesn’t get me a 200 dollar gift card from them this time we will be going somewhere else

Beautiful salon and amazing customer service! I got SNS nails done by Mike. He was very personable and did an outstanding job. I also watched Crystal create some 3D flowers that turned out so beautiful! I have been to many different nail salons and this is easily my favorite. I highly recommend coming here!

Julie is great. She is very professional and also made recommendation for my nails, eye brows and lashes. She did my first brow tint and advised me which lashes to try before going straight to individuals. I will be a returning customer!

I’ve been here twice, the first time I was very happy with the results but this time I wasn’t too happy, first of all they had me change nail technicians 3 times, then the last lady doing my nails (Julie) only filed down 5 of my nails on one hand.. I was very confused as to why only one of my hands was being filed, & lastly the way she pained my nails was very horribly done. I was honestly so happy to go back there because the first time I went was very pretty but now I don’t want to go back & I doubt I will after this past experience.

They took me 20 minutes before close on a Sunday, but took their time on me once I got seated. Many, many SNS colors and they do have the toe polish color match. April handled my hands and Kelly my feet. The regular spa pedicure is only $25 and its a good job for the money. $35 for the SNS and I believe I got my moneys worth. I recommend and will return when its time for a polish change.

Crystal have bad customer service. I ask her for mike she told me he have a appointment and I ask her who can do my nails she said no one at this time but it had 4 people came after me and my kids and she ask them was they getting nails done and I told her but you just told me it didn’t have no one to do my nails and she told me no again so I guess because I’m black that’s why I couldn’t get my nails done.but I spend over $150 every time I come and I promise I will never come back again

Do Not Go To This Place!! Waste of Time & Money. I went in on a Monday to get Full set with Gel. They gave me a male tech he never told me his name now I know why. He asked me if I wanted to try ombré and I said sure. Showed him the picture to what I wanted, he tried and could not do it. So he just did sns with tips, he could not get them to dry even after putting them under the light. Well by the end of the night the nails were braking on the edges and the tips were bending in.Went back on Wednesday to tell them what happened and have someone else redo them. The owner not sure of her name said He would have to be the one to fix it. I explained why would I sit here another 1-2 hours after seeing his work. She said no one else would fix them because he did it. So basically sit here for another 1-2 hours and we will see what happens.Poor customer service from the manager she should have taken care of my nails since her tech are not trained or qualified to give the service her shop provides.Needless to say I went across the street to Nails & More and they took care of my nails and even charged me as if it was a fill in since I explained what happened. Go to Nails & More across the street Great service!!!! They care about their customers.

They can not do eyebrows to save their lives. I tell them to not touch between my eyebrows (but did it anyway assuming just cuz I didn’t want it waxed, I’d want it plucked for whatever reason) bc they hack off the too much and leave one plucked more than the other. One of my eyebrows had no tail at the end and was just completely waxed off leaving both ends waxed off, completely ruining my eyebrows natural shape. And this was not the first time it has happened. And one woman even had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my facial hair waxed bc it would “make me prettier,” I literally have peach fuzz.

Wow! I had a pleasant experience here. Julie was great with the ombre nails and Mai was the best on my Pedi. I definitely recommend this nail salon. Very clean and nice customer service.

I came across this location by a friend that refer me to try them out. I was hesitant, but decided to give they a try. Honestly, the service was great, clean, and was very satisfy with the way my pedi and mani turn out. Highly recommend them.

Ive been here two times but this was the first time I got Ombre and SNS and I am amazed. I recommend asking for Crystal. She is amazing and friendly. I had a great conversation with her and she did my nails beautifully. Great service and Im so glad to have had her do my nails.

I absolutely love this this place especially my nail tech Mike. Hes very good at what he does. I was introduced to SNS nail by Mike and I dont get anything else now besides SNS.They last for 3-4 weeks.Ive been coming to Posh for about 3 months now. This place is very clean, has great customer service, very relaxing atmosphere and they even offer complimentary wine to go along with your experience. I would definitely recommend Posh Nails Salon ask for Mike hes awesome.

First and last visit today! I had high hopes based on reviews.....however! Pedicure obviously done by a new tech. I had to have my toes painted twice and both times were subpar at best. I had to remind her to soak my feet and use the toe separators when painting my toes. Customer service was poor...carried my own items to the drying table (with freshly painted hands) and had to turn the dryer on myself. My gelish manicure was ok but definitely not enough to make me come back. Disappointed....
