I got a manicure it cost$30 owner did a perfect job then i had a pedicure with a different girl. I asked for the $30 pedicure come time to pay she charged me for a $45 dollar pedicure. Owner is who told me the price. I questioned her and she said she didnt hear the conversation I had with girl. Then how did she hear me ask for the $45 pedicure. Nails and toes looked great but they were dishonest with me so I wont be returning.

The gals here are great! Always super helpful and friendly. Linda does an awesome job with specific nail art you want and Kim does some of the best most relaxing pedicures ever! I go here regularly!

Pretty friendly nail tech. However, communication about what I wanted done with my nails was almost nonexistent. She never cleaned my cuticles up, so even directly after having my dip nails done there was a huge gap between my manicure and nail bed/cuticle. A tad too expensive for the end result. Nail tech also made somewhat negative comments about my choice in nail color.

Chers is the best. I take my 5 year old grandson and he loves the attention he gets while getting a pedicure.

I got long acrylic nails and I was very dissatisfied I did not get what I asked for or paid for. I did not feel welcome and it felt very rushed just to keep the line moving. I can definitely say do not go there and I will never be going there again. I tried to tell them I didn’t like them and tried to get my money back and all they said was they could give me $10 back or I would have to PAY $15 to take them off. They care more about the money than customers. If there was negative stars it would be -5

Hours say open on Sunday. Drove over and they werent open.

My experience at Chers Nails was phenomenal. The ladies work so hard to provide the best experience possible and really do a fantastic job. Trang was so great to talk to and my nails looked incredible walking out of there! Would recommend to anyone!

The pedicure felt amazing she took her time and the color is holding up extremely well. However, a different lady did my shellac manicure and my nails are chipped and peeling off 4 days after the manicure. Many of them seemed to be talking to each other instead of their clients. Wouldn’t recommend for long lasting nails.

My nails were done by an old lady. Talks just money. She gets pissed immediately if I say anything. I have asked for Gel nails but when she thought Shellac, I was new to nails so had to just explain it multiple times.I had a nail painted, even without asking me, she started grinding. I had to tell her that I didn’t know how this process works and my nail was painted with the regular polish. She just wiped it away. My nail has scratches now. Didn’t bother about doing anything to it.She proceeded with gel top coat and my choice of polish. The UV light somehow felt very uncomfortable/too hot on my nails. But was ok.When I finally got done with the nails, she demands $5 tip. Literally demanded me.I would have given a $10 or more if I had liked my nails.Alas, I don’t see my cuticles. The nails looked disgusting and I am very disappointed.I have done them yesterday.I am sorry but the oldie just ruined gel nails for me. Never going there again.

My best friend took me to get acrylics for my birthday. I have never had them done before. The ladies were so nice and we chatted for ever while they did their thing. I love my nails will be going in for a fill soon. Love Chers

They are always busy and takes some time to actually get to a seat to get your nails done. As usual it is kind of hard to understand them but oh well lol. Their prices are WAY to high. I used to go here a lot but the prices are just too high for nails that don’t look amazing

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Got a nail fill and lady did a horrible job. She didn’t push my cuticle back and the acrylic is on top of my skin. And she cut me. My finger was bleeding and she didn’t apologize or acknowledge it at all! She wanted me pay after that too. She said “you pay now” She rushed and when she was done painting she said “go up front” so I went up there, nails wet didn’t offer to help carry my phone keys wallet so I messed one up, she said she’d come fix it. She never came up, not even to turn on the nail dryer or to check if they were dry. Never going back.

They are so incredibly rude. completely took advantage of me. i asked them for a fill with regular polish and told me i didn’t want that and gave me what she wanted

I have never been disappointed. I have always loved my nails when I walk out of Chers. The staff is so friendly and kind and are willing to do anything to help you. They are creative if you want something special, but most importantly they are always smiling and welcoming to everyone. I have been going here for almost the whole time they have been open and am so glad I walked through their doors.

Hands down the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The lady was very rough during the manicure and pulling skin off around my nails. She made 4 nails bleed. I picked out a shallac color for my nails and she put on this bright red color which was not even close to what I picked out. I brought it to her attention when I saw the first nail and she assured me it would change colors with more layers.... okay. I ended up telling her 3 other times that the color was not right and she still insisted it was what I had picked. I had her go get the original color sample and held it up to the nail color she was using and she just laughed. I ended up paying and leaving due to such terrible service. Definitely somewhere to avoid.

Absolutely horrible. The rudest salon I have been to in years. She sat there on her phone and refused to help me. I asked for an eyebrow wax and she told me to sit and wait. She continued to talk on her phone and still no service. Another woman walked in and she told me to come back in an hour. Absolutely not. You will never get my service.

This is the best nail place in the area, my nails never lift up.. Pedicures are great. They shave the rough skin off at no extra charge.

Awful. I went in a couple of weeks ago they charged me $65 for shellac mani and pedi. I go back and they charged me $70. I asked why, they said $5 to remove shellac...???? WHAT!!!??? I’ve never heard of being charged a fee to remove old polish. I asked why and they all started talking. I paid and left. Not going back :(

I was a last minute walk in with my daughter in law, about 3:00 in the afternoon. We both had pedi- mani, all they did is talk about us, wouldnt stop trying to upgrade. I have NEVER been to a nail salon, where they made us very uncomfortable!!!!

Walked in for a broken nail fix on a sunday afternoon. Got me in immediately, even with 3 chairs full already. Did amazing job, nail couldnt be saved so she clipped and put on tip. Cant tell the difference, looks just like my other natural nails. Matched shellac polish as best as possible. Only asked $5 total, gave her 10 and she chased me out trying to give the other 5 back, maybe because i was in n out in only 10 mins. Great techs, great work, cheap prices. Def going back, clean af in there too

The lady who did my nails was very rough, very rude, very impatient, and seemed like I was a nuisance even being there. I did not feel welcome and I felt like the entire process was rushed. At one point she was speaking in her native language and every person working in the salon turned and looked at me I was ready to get up and walk out. Not to mention they add additional charges for any services as in shaping the nails changing a color extended length or excessive shortness. Outrageous. Its been 6 hours since I got my nails done and my fingernails are still sore from how rough she was.

The customer service was terrible. The person that did my nails argued with me when I asked for a specific service and then didn’t speak to me the rest of the time. Very uncomfortable.

This nail salon is so good, I drive 30 minutes to get there! They have great prices and ahhhh-mazing pedicures:) Every time my mom or best friends come down from Minnesota, we always go there!

Called they told me 15 minutes..... Almost an hour waiting. These people suck. Dont come here!!!!!
