Trash. Absolutely trash. I’m new to Omaha and they refused to serve me because they only had 2 ppl in the shop and had an appointment coming and told me I need to set an appointment.

My nails look absolutely horrible and the service wasn’t good.

Terrible. Boyfriend and I went in to get our eyebrows waxed. An older lady did them. She put the wax on way too thick, and no hair was removed. She started plucking them.. which is NOT what we went there to get done. (Most places pluck a hair here and there, but she was going overboard). When she was finished, my eyebrows came out different shapes. While doing my boyfriend she did the same thing. She got alcohol in his eye and couldn’t find him a towel to wipe it out. To make matters worse, she asked how I liked his, and when i was honest she got upset. She asked to show her where, so i attempted to point out the multiple hairs still left, and she SMACKED MY HAND AWAY. I told her we were leaving and she started laughing and talking to her boss (Did not know the language). Very very disappointing experience. We have to go somewhere else to get them fixed! Don’t go here! Waste of time and money.

This is one of the best nail shops Ive ever been to. They always do what I ask and get it done right 💯%. They also keep the latest nail designs and polish. And I am always done in a timely manner. Id recommend this place to any and everyone......5🌟 all the way

NO COMPLAINTS....

Old polish didnt dry on my toes. Then when I went to nail dry counter it was filthy there were even someones old false eyelashes where you lay your hands to dry nail!! I left I have to get toes repainted anyways 😠. UPDATE I had to go to another salon the next day (a because couple nails a couple of my nails chipped and broke) they did not do repairs on my nails when I did my fill at 2000 nails I ended up paying the equivalent of another fill less than 24 hours after I had a fill at 2,000 salons because the technician at 2000 nails was inadequate and their products were deficient.

Simple mens shellac manicure and the shellac is all over my fingers and fingertips. Shapes are all different . I wont be back

I got a manicure, pedicure, and full acrylic set. They were really quick with a lot of the service but it didnt feel rushed. The staff made me feel really comfortable and relaxed, Im really happy with the whole experience and the prices are great.

New ownership, absolutely outstanding service! Highly recommend my pedicure is on point. Ask for Lee, she was excellent. First time here, now a loyal customer!

About 4 months ago I was super happy with the service I had been receiving. The last few times I have gone its been horrible. My nails are never even and tend to lift right away. I ask to have them at least even and they end up messing them up more. The one guy is great, however you can never get in to see him. The women tech is a nice person but horrible at acrylic nails. I wont be spending my money there any more. It sucks because they were close to home and did an amazing job.

The man who did my nails was SUPER kind and literally made sure my nails were perfect, even after I accidentally nicked them. Very good service and my nails are super cute.

Nails looked horrible, didnt correct as requested. Had to reshape acrylics myself. Polish was horrid. Were in such a hurry they rushed the polish. I typically tip more than 20%, I did not tip but the staff added tip to my debit card anyways. Never again!!!

I started going here about a year ago and I lived it. Withing the last 6 months of has become the worst of the worst. The owner Tiny is very bitter he talks bad to and about his employees, he uses foul language in front of his customers. Thats not the worst though cause I like giving people the benefit of doubt, but two bv things are the same horrible attitude and bad product ( I give its old). Everytime I go my shellac last one day, but I pay shellac price. I will never return again. He cant even keep good help due to his nasty unfriendly attitude. He and his shop went from a 5 star to a 1 star. My shellac was done on Sunday went back Monday cause one was peaking but if you at picture you will see all are peeling SMH. Shame on you Tiny...

2 full sets they messed up on the color I noticed by the 2 nail on one hand the gentleman refused to put the right color on $100 Ill never get back I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I be back in fact 4 days ago the last tei d to charge my sister $50 for a shellac fill ..A Fill smdh rip off and attitude I wont be back ever !

I ended up getting an infection in my toe. I had to go to the doctor twice. It took almost 2 months to heal.

This place was absolutely horrible. They were rude, and aggressive. They also ruined my nail polish I brought with me. They charged me $13 to just paint my nails, and didnt give me the manicure I asked for. They also didnt even paint the whole nail on several of my fingers and toes. They seemed rushed and when I asked them to fix it they told me I didnt know what I was talking about. I will never go back to this place, not recommend it to anyone else.

This place is horrible I’m not sure if he was the owner or not but I asked him to please wait a minute so I can find the shape of nail I would like he started becoming aggressive and speak to other employees while I was sitting RIGHT there . Also started screaming in the building on the phone at a person who called and asked to get there nails done . I would most definitely not go back . Horrible work
