Do not move here.I have been here for 2 years. I have paid on time and over the amount this whole time. I intended to set up a credit so when I leave it will be smooth and graceful. I went in today to ask how much of my last 2 months I have left to pay, accounting for my credit. First the lady completely refuses to answer, then she completely bulldozed over my question and said your moving next month? You need to put in your 30 day notice today. To which I said Ill make sure i turn it in 30 days before I move, but Im not moving on the first and she said fine dont listen to me, see what happens. Then completely stone walls me until I leave. Then I come back a little later to file a complaint and she completely lies saying she never said that. Horrible people.The cheap prices are not worth it. Very trashy complex. They have had a massive water leak for months. They constantly have trash everywhere.

I just moved in and penny is new manager and she rocks!!! she gets everything handled and takes her job serious. the maintenance will try their best to get the job done. very peaceful. really appreciate penny the new manager and all she does

When I moved here last year, management wasnt at its best. Since Karens joined the team, Ive seen a lot of improvements made. Its still relatively quiet and theyve now started updating some interior designs of the place. Theres new duplexes nearby, so Im not sure how long itll stay a quiet neighborhood.Pricing is decent and it helps if you know what you are paying for, since these are older apartments. Id rate it 4.5 if Google would let me, but Id dock half a point because the pools werent open this summer and the stairs arent the best for move-in days.Karen and the new team members are quite personable and I havent had an issue with repairs.

I called today looking for an apartment that I could call my forever home and she not only gave me her time but walked me through the process since its my first time renting an apartment. The apartment I saw is perfect for me and my little one. They have already made me feel so welcome and I cannot wait to move into this wonderful Place!

Ive been living here since Dec 2016 and its horrible!!! Nails and glass everywhere. They have not fixed anything!!! Ive have hand written, emailed, and gave verbal notices about everything that needs to be fixed and I always get it will be fixed on Monday. About a week into my lease, the hot water tank busted and water was everywhere. The garage ceilling fell in and guess what.. nothing has been done to repair the roof of the garage. Its been almost 8 months!!!! I have leaks, my stove halfway works, my garage is horrible, my floors upstair needs to be fixed, my window on the stairway needs to be fixed, master bathtub has a crack in it and I was promised that it would be fixed before i moved in and it wasnt. The floor next to the A/C gets wet. The refrigerator went out and we lost all our food and the district manager was suppose to give us a gift card and she never did. It constantly leaks in the garage and dining area. I have to put towels and my crockpot on the floor so the water doesnt go all over the floor.. There has been serveral times that ive cam home and the water was all over the floor and my daughter has slipped and almost fell. I called the emergency maintenance number and it was disconnected! Like really!!! I left messages to the office and even tried to contact management and nothing. I just tired of it I will be leaving soon because it has become unsafe for my and my family. I will be going over their head because this is ridiculous. No tenant should go ignored.. I always see and even took videos of maintenance working on empty units but yall cant take care of the current tenants!!! There are more things like my front window being broken by a golf ball in May and its almost August and they havent attempted to fix anything. If another golf ball decides to hit my window, my house would be open to everyone to the neighborhood! Didnt even clean up the glass. Oh if it rains!!! Leaks in my master bathroom. Lord!!! Theres so much stuff and if I didnt care about my credit I would have been gone long time ago, however, I will be leaving my soon... Im just going to have my lawyer ready for a fight!! Do not... I repeat... Do not move to this place!!!!!!!!!!! The photos are of 8 months of things have have not been fixed and still looks like this today!!! I wish I knew how to upload videos because I have several.

I truly wish I would believed the reviews on here before I moved in and signed a lease. Now Im stuck in this filthy nightmare for a year. Roach infestion, sub par conditions, unprofessional management and just all around a disappointment.

Apartment is currently flooding from a busted pipe. The Emergency Maintenance number is DISCONNECTED!! Nobody is in the office, as the apartment continues to fill like a Swimming Pool. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!

Chelsey told me that she’d have my app reviewed within an hour.. I didn’t believe her to be honest lol. She called me in FORTY FIVE minutes to let me know I was approved! We’re off to a great start!

Love this property! It’s Excluded and I love how we are in the city but it feels more like county living. The manager Chelsea is so helpful. Just moved into a condo and me and my family love it hear!

My experience with Summit Ridge was great. I lived there for a year and it was quiet and is in a great location! It’s affordable and roomy. Ask for Chelsea!

This place is the WORST !!!! I repeat do NOT live here. First off we have had mold in our townhome and no one has EVER came to address the matter and we have been living here for almost 8 months. We have spoken to management multiple occasions and it has yet to be resolved. And to put the icing on the cake we had a break in a couple days ago and we have yet to receive new doors to our garage or kitchen which leads into our house and now we have been living in a hotel. I would not recommend to anyone who works hard for their money to pay this property anything because they do not care about anything but your rent being paid. No problems will ever be fixed once you sign that lease!

I love the privacy of the neighborhood here. My only complaint is the neighbors dog next door. Ive brought this to Chelseys attention and shes tried to help me address it, even called the residents while Ive been sitting in the office. The dog still constantly barks. I guess thats just something that comes with apartment living. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Brenda was excellent and very helpful with our showing. She was always available to answer any questions we thought of after the visit, those little things you forget to ask onsite and pop into your head after. She was just a call away.

These apartments are horrible! I lived in the condos and they were absolutely ridiculous.. the structure of the condo was horrible for one. Holes everywhere, we constantly called exterminators and pest control for mice, ear wigs roaches, it was so many holes in our condo. My house was almost broken into. People came by wiggling door knobs to see if someone was home. My car was broken into every other day. This place is not worth saving a few bucks. We had so many electrical outages. Not to mention they could never keep a property manager. Just stay away.. this is one notch away from the projects

Very bummy apartments, I lived there from September 2015 - April 2016 had to get out of there! It was a depressing hell-hole! Thin walls, barely any lighting, my bathroom sink was the size of a mini fridge!!! It was so small my boyfriend and I could barely put anything on the counter without it falling off! We stayed in a 1 bedroom, second floor. It was cheap rent but I wish I Would Of chose a different apartment!!! Wish I Would Of Came across these comments back in 2015 before I signed that lease back then! Very project material apartments!!!! I hated that ONE WAY street also! Glad I moved back to edmond area

They dont take care of the grounds over there. Ive sent people over to live and nothing was ever ready.They do not update anything as far as appliances for Windows. Its pretty much a move in as is type of place. They tell you they will fix something, buut they really wont. They would much rather try to fast talk you and say its not me its my boss. I wouldnt give this place any stars.

If there was a 0, id use it. Were in our 2nd year here, and trying desperately to get out. The 2 story townhouses are infested with mice. I have brought it up to every property manager weve had, (which is a LOT) and no one will do anything about it. Theyre about to be reported to the state. I keep my house CLEAN, and it makes no difference. They are in the walls and ceiling, and you can hear them digging around. it is DISGUSTING. The property manager right before the current one, Karen, also tried to steal our rent. She was fired for breaking into renters homes while they werent there, to steal cash and valuables. She was a crackhead. The people doing the hiring for this property obviously do not have good judgement. The current property manager also delayed a rental verification to the point that we lost out on the property we wanted to move to. She said she hadnt had time to do it yet. Which Im sure she didnt since no one is ever there when I call or go by the office. You have to actually be at work for that. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! It is cheap for a reason!!

This place is horrible! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to live somewhere else. They have mice and roaches. The office never answer calls or emails even corporate will ignore you! The crime and break ins are very likely as well! Dont ever live here period!

Repairs ? they dont repair things... my bathroom window got hit by hail last summer and has been boarded up since . i recommend to stay far far away from this hell hole

Always problems with the housing and maintenance takes forever. manangement just like to give you the run around. Cheap and quiet housing but horrible owners.

Landmark towers there are three buildings you’ll go to the middle building take the elevator to the third floor and take a left and go to the suite that says landmark!!! The chief of operations is there also.Go to this place and things will get fixed or let you out of your lease !

Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. Absolutely horrible. Management and maintenance are a joke. The person at the office, her name is Chase, should not even have the title of management. She is not fit for the job at all. She is rude and unprofessional. She dont respond to messages or return calls at all. Shell smoke her e-cigarette inside the office. The way she speak is also very ghetto and unprofessional. She is not fit for that position. There will also be other staff who fills in for her when shes not here. They are a bunch of clueless individuals. When you have a question or concern, theyll just leave a note for Chase and say shell be in touch when shes back. Does she respond? NO! They might as well close the office to save on salary expense when Chase isnt there. Even with Chase there, theyre wasting a lot of money since shes not much of a help either. Maintenance are slow to get anything fixed. There is a unit with a busted window. Its still busted and its been months since it first happened. When the HVAC units go out, instead of fixing/replacing it, they just replace it with used window/wall units and install it through the window. Looks absolutely horrible. Management and maintenance are horrible.Now to the apartment. They suck. Not insulated well. The maintenance guys just do a quick patch job before the next tenant move it. When i moved into my unit, i notice a lot of water damage from the upstairs unit in the bathroom. To fix it, they paint over it. There are holes in the walls. To fix it, they caulk and paint over it. The cabinet doors are ready to fall off. There are holes on the walls where the door knob hits done by the previous tenant. Maintenance didnt even fix that before i moved in. Windows have no screen so no fresh air unless you want the invite flies into your unit. Doors dont align correctly so when closing the interior doors, its a struggle. Youll have to rent a washer and dryer from a third party. It cost me about $45 a month for that. Walls are thin. You will hear your upstairs neighbors every step. Smell from my neighbor will also travel into my unit through the vents. Appliances are dated. Lighting sucks. I have my lights turned on all the time to see, even during the day time. There is little natural lighting. These units are absolutely horrible. Parking is also a joke. Tenants have to pay $25 a month to park under the carport. There are so many tenant i know dont pay but parks there anyways. All rules and regulations here are not enforced at all. It is a joke. There is a reason why these units are so cheap.The only thing i do like about this place is that it is quiet. There arent many kids running around. Thats about it.If you are looking to move to an apartment and stubble on my review here, here is my suggestion to you. Spend the extra money and get another place. The cheap rent is great and very tempting. But once you move in and find out all the BS you have to put up with, youll be like, damnit, how come i didnt just trust that review i read that one time. A one bed room, more like studio, is about $500 a month. So let me break this down for you. $500 for rent, $45 to rent a washer and dryer, $40 for water on top of rent, and lets say you pay $25 for covered parking, youre already paying $610. Trust me, add another $100 and find you a way better place than this with water, washer/dryer, covered parking all included. The Link apartment down the street from here has all that minus the covered parking and they only ask about $635-ish a month. You wont have to put up with management and maintenances stupidity. Stay away or youll truly regret not listening to my review.

Not worth as much as theyre charging. Terrible insulation, small rooms, rodent problem, heater barely works, fireplace honestly just makes it colder, subpar maintenance, so many useless light switches, the water gets cold after 10 minutes for a shower and after you fill the tub about halfway, actual gangsters live nearby, youll see coyotes once in a while.

Sorry maintenance very lazy workers I would recommend no 1 to stay there overpriced rent takes for ever to get anything fixed if they fix it at all I am surprised that place is not shut down ppl window have been boarded up for about 3 months from the storm

Just now went up there for info they saw me park and my kids and I got out and then a woman locked the door on us; its the middle of the afternoon on Thursday. If thats how they treat people I could care less for info now.

This is the worst place to live. Their maintence is worst. First,there were few issues with the apartment. Leaking sink, broken closet door, and we even had the roof in the garage fall down. there was water every where. we were out of heater for days before they came and fixed us. And this all happend when it was snowing outside. I had to write to the corporate office to make them come and fix the issues in my apartment. Finally they came to fix it. Or i can say tempory fix. After all this, we waited for out lease to be over. We had a deposit of $300. we gave our fowarding address and they had our cell phone numbers. after a year we got a call from COLLECTON AGENCY that we owe summit ridge $374.So now.. not only we had a very bad experience living there. We had a bad experience after moving out too. we think it was not fair for us to have gone through the torture of collection agency.if you want a good place to live for present and even for your future,,, This is the worst place anyone can ever choose...

These are horrible apartments I wouldnt recommend them. I caught a snake in my kitchen with 37 mice. When I put my notice in they cut my satellite lol which I found funny. These should be section eight apartments!

Still trying to decide. I did have to wait 9 days to get my stove replaced going on a month for icebox.
