I was so nervous...going to the dentist but the dentist was great! He went over All the work I needed done and we began the work the same day.The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Thanks to you ALL !! 😉SEE YOU SOON.
I have been to two aspen dental. Not pleased with either. The people are great but they don’t listen to what you are saying to them and they don’t really care what you want or need. They just want to sale and create more money out of your pocket. I told both clinics what I needed but I got denied. I got a promotion of,You need this additional work, more money. And when I told them I need this, I got what ever was cheapest for them and I get to suffer. No help just what they thought I needed.totally not satisfied. And I get to suffer.
I was a walk-in patient. I was traveling, on vacation from Hawaii, and had an emergency tooth issue. I was greeted and taking care of straight away. Katie took care of the x-rays at the beginning of the visit and was cheerful and professional. Dr Baines was very helpful in getting my tooth fixed with a temporary filling till I could get back home from vacation and take care of the tooth permanently. Amanda was very helpful in getting the insurance paperwork going. All and all the visit was quite a good experience. and I was on my way pain free in a very short time. The only downside is they have no offices in Hawaii so I could become a permanent Patient!
I am not a big fan of dentists but I have to say my experience at Aspen Dental was like no other dentist I have seen. The team was very professional, caring and courteous.I had two teeth pulled and it was virtually pain free!! Dr. Baynes and the staff were considerate and took the time to explain exactly how they were going to proceed.I have just found the dental office that I would highly recommend to any person, especially if they have had an unpleasant experience in the past.
After getting my bottom right wisdom teeth removed, the right side they cut through my gums, drilled my tooth apart in pieces to rip them out. They only gave me 8 pain meds and it said take one every 6 hours. I could only withstand the pain for 4 hours apart. Running out of them, I knew that I would need just a few more. I called and asked for some more and was denied by Rhett Baynes. I have never been in such pain in my life and Im 35 years old. I followed every instruction. They dont make sure you are taken care of, after the procedure. This is my second time ever taking pain meds after having a c-section 6 years ago.
Very positive experience. Dr. Haynes explained maters very good. Kaylee, the hygienist was awesome and did extensive cleaning/ scaling pain free.Definitely recommend them for dental work.
Had a root canal tooth that broke off. Was able to get a deep clean on teeth and had remaining part of tooth removed in the same day. I have a partial denture for bottom of mouth. They are contacting builder to see if additional tooth could be added to partial. Very good customer service and quickly handled.
It started out okay with Aspen, I paid for what my family needed up front cause they said my insurance wouldn’t cover much and to schedule what we needed it’s best to pay before hand..$4300 or so.. went back got the deep clean and a tooth pulled.. the tooth took almost 2 hrs (for one tooth that couldn’t be saved?!?) the lady dentist was about to give up with it half broken out and have me come back (take more time off work). Got the mail from my insurance and it said our total after insurance was about $800!!! Big difference!! It took almost 5 months, 3 different payments to get the money back I over paid!! My child had to have a baby tooth pulled and that was a horrible experience for her as well!!Would not recommend this place!! Or at least I wouldn’t trust them!!
Had a wonderful visit here today. I have to give a shout out to Dr. Rhett Baynes, hygienist Jessee, and PSR Amanda. They were so wonderful and kind, it helped calm my nerves. Amanda helped make everything super understandable for me (someone whos new to this stuff) when it came to the payment portion of the appointment. THANKS A LOT Aspen!!!
Went in with an absest tooth. They got me in early. All the people that worked there were very helpful and friendly from the front desk, the dental assistants, and the dentist. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental
Professional, friendly, and just all around the best. The flow of the office is amazing. No long waits. Would highly recommend. The staff and the Dr are the best.
I’ve been going to Aspen Dental since moving to Lewiston over a year ago and have had great experiences each time. The staff is friendly and attentive, they’re all very good at communicating what they’re doing, and Dr. Baynes has done a few fillings for me that were quick and painless. Highly recommend Aspen Dental in Lewiston for anyone needing dental care.
I recently moved from Florida to Idaho and was in need of a new dentist for both my regular care and also with my Invisalign. I came across Aspen dental and have so far had a great experience. The Staff have all been fantastic. Dr. Baynes was open, honest, and professional. We talked about my oral care and will do so more once they receive my records from Florida. I enjoyed his competency and manor. As said he was professional but also someone you can speak too, and not hesitate to do so.The other staff I was able to interact with Kaylee and Jessee were amazing as well. They both had a way of making you feel welcomed and never once talked down or seemed judgmental about ones dental habits. However, they were more than willing to express the need to do better and did not shy from it. Melissa, was the one who had checked me out and did the final billing. She was able to make the breakdown easy and also gave options if needed. She was very friendly and talkative as well. (It helps that I can be as well.) Amanda, was the first person that greeted me was nice and cordial and had a pleasant demeanor about her as well. I am sure I missed someone, but, needless to say that, I will gladly be driving the distance to receive good oral care.
Experience was excellent! Entire staff was completely in sync with each other. The Dr. was very impressive and one of the best dental visits I have ever had! When you can say I enjoyed going to the dentist your either a little lonely, or they did a great job! Im going with door number 2!!ThanksS. Whitmore
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful!
Great overall experience!! The office was very clean, chairs were turned around for social distancing and masks were required making me feel at ease. All staff was very nice and helpful and wait time was very short. The dentist took time to listen to my concerns and was very caring. The free consultation was very helpful. They explained everything with making me feel overwhelmed. Will recommend to all my friends and family!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I went in during their promotion for a free initial consult and got my two bad teeth extracted in that same visit! These people are incredible, if you are in need of dental service you simply must call them first. I was kept informed of every step and they were incredibly thoughtful. Thank you Aspen Dental, my mouth feels great.
As of right now I’m really happy with the Dr that pulled my teeth! I’ll know more in the morning!
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The team was very helpful and did amazing work on my teeth. Amanda did great at checking me in and helping me figure out a treatment plan. Jessee the Hygienist did great work and my teeth feel SO clean. I had a cavity and Dr. Sheila Trangchiu did a great job at my filling procedure. It was by far the best filling Ive ever had done. 10/10 recommend Aspen Dental in Lewiston, ID!
Was a very good experience with caring and well educated staff. Cost of out of pocket was high for further appointments
Excellent and very professional. Very impressed with the service and the knowledge of the staff.
Very impressed with the whole staff. Stayed late to help finish up my appointment and any other questions I had. Glad I chose this place!!
The staff was great they were polite and friendly. The office manager on the other hand was RUDE!!! When I told her I had to check what needed done before I committed to an appointment that’s when I was taking up her space. I felt like I was at a used car lot being pressured into something. I would never go back there even if you made it free
The staff was very kind and courteous, the dentist did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be. I would recommend them In a heartbeat. Thank u so much. U have helped me greatly. Now I just have to hope/pray for a miracle to get the money to hopefully get the rest of the work I need done before my daughters wedding in may. I dont want to a embarrassment to her on her special day. Thank u.
I had a very positive experience with Aspen. The staff in the Lewiston, Id office were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I look forward to working with them on my treatment plan.
Great experience. I dont like going to the dentist, but Aspen took away my fear. Would recommend Aspen dental to anyone.
These guys have great customer service and work so well with our schedules. Make us feel welcome everytime we visit. The front desk ladies are always so helpful and answer all your questions!
My husband Lane’s visit was awesome.
They were kind courteous and very helpful thank you.
I only like the idea they were anxious to get me in. I knew I needed a tooth pulled and knew also that they advertise how helpful and affordable they were for dentures. Which I knew that at this point I needed these too. So I go through an exam which I was told since I was disabled and on social security. This was free to me. Well its free to everyone. So not a big plus as ut sounded. But good for everyone. That went as expected. And I was told I need dentures. So then you talk to financial personnel. And at this point it all sounds good, until they find out what you gross as far as income. So thinking that then knowing what you make and that your on a fixed income. They will be helpful and reasonable. Well not the case at all. So almost what you make grossly for two years is what your dentures will cost! Wow not what they advertise at all. Infact they have me the highest I have ever been quoted. So that got put on the side. And we went about removing two teeth. Which I paid for, and that alone was ridiculous. Ive had teeth pulled many times and never paid that much. Infact it was almost twice as much per tooth as it was. From a neighboring dentist just a few months earlier. Then I had to sign consent which after reading really put me in a uneasy feeling due to the release from any responsibility of any kind that may happen. I signed knowing I needed it done now. Then came the tooth pulling which turned into a nightmare almost. One tooth came out pretty much normal. But the second was not fun. Not only did they break the tooth off and I caught it in the back of my throat. But then to remove the rest. Which I personally dont know if that was completely done. But my mouth and head went through hell. And while this is going on I was thinking of the form I had to sign. So they could of kicked me.out the door then but didnt do so. Thank God. But yeah my mouth and gums were more than violated let alone the black and blue eye and part of the face the next morning. So if you go there I wish you luck. They arent what they present themselves as. And exspecially when you are disabled and the economy is the way it is. 50000.00 dollars is not reasonable for dentures at all. No matter what kind they are. Almost 9000 for just plain plates. And im sure thats a piece too. Cause theyre talking between 15000 to 25000 each!
It was easy to get an appointment and I received great care at Aspen Dental. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work.
This location was recommended to me by my mom who also had some dental work done here. I am glad I went to this place. Friendly, kind, and compassionate. They made both my consultation and deep cleaning relaxing. I feel blessed as I have dental phobia and the staff here is helping me break down my fears to get the care I need. Thank you everyone at Aspen Dental in Lewiston, Idaho.Update: Had several follow-up cleanings and recently got 3 cavities filled. I am very impressed with how each visit has been smooth. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Will always recommend Aspen Dental.
I was treated extremely well at Aspen Dental. They really do care about their patients. I cant imagine going anywhere else for dental care.
I recieved a free exam and xrays but when they told me I had to have all my teeth pulled I was a little skeptical. I got a second opinion and I was glad I did. I had to have four teeth pulled. The other 26 are able to be saved. Not going back to Aspen Dental.
I had a crown come loose. They got me right in and fixed it.
I came in for the free consultation on my dentures. After a through exam, the dentist gave me his honest opinion and I appreciated his viewpoint and knowledge of my concerns. He treated me with respect - I am 87- and gave me several options for dental care. The assistant was also friendly and very helpful. The office atmosphere was relaxed and warm. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
In 2017,, I needed help, went and saw those people, that was working there... they wouldnt listen to me... told them I was a full diabetic, they didnt care.. trying get me to get loan for 6000. I, was so, happy that I did...enjoy, tears of happiness, all of them made me feel, good. This is a great place to go for your dental needs. They are friendly and professional.
Great Dentist and staff!
Every one was helpful and kind....having my tooth pulled is a stressful experience but the entire staff was great. I will be back! Thank you
STAY AWAY! This office is the reason everyone fears going to the dentist. The front desk staff was awesome but the dentist that pulled my teeth was rough and severely lacking in bedside manner, he was so rough that I could barely hold my head still during the extraction process. He hurt me over and over again and he seemed to be so rushed. He never asked if I was ok, he just threw a gauze in my mouth and walked out when it was over not saying a single word to me and giving me zero instructions. I was offered no pain medication, given a few gauze and some unreadable paper instructions by the front desk staff and sent on my way. I felt like nothing but a dollar sign to this place. I have a rare disease which has rotted my teeth so I need alot of dental work, because of my experience here I have literally had nightmares, it traumatized me and I was fearful to continue my dental journey. But, I have now established care with a new dentist who is compassionate, gentle and understanding of my situation. He has my patronage for life and I will spend the rest of that life shouting from rooftops for people to steer clear of the Lewiston Aspen dental office.
Prompt, courteous, thorough and very kind. And they take my insurance unlike the dentists in Grangeville, Idaho. The hygienist was gentle and made the experience pleasant. Thank you, Aspen Dental.
Nice clinic, friendly staff. The only reason for not 5 stars is it was quite a long wait to see the doctor. But, it was the day after NYs day, and we learned there was only one dentist on that day. So...He was very nice, they were able to do the job within an hour and gave my husband a 10% Veterans discount. So, all in all, I would recommend them for your dental needs, especially emergency type needs.
I had to have all of my upper teeth extracted and a denture made. I was on time limits due to work and I couldn’t have asked for better service. From doing what they could to make sure I had my dentures ready to go to the care I’ve received in general. The bite was way off when I first put it in and the lab tech was the sweetest man ever. If you’re going to get dentures this is definitely the place to go.
Great experience with such nice staff!
I had a great experience overall!! Staff was friendly, office was clean, easy process and best of all my new patient exam was free!!!
Such a friendly, professional place. I walked in on Wednesday to make an appointment for a regular check-up and cleaning. They were able to get me in the next day. I had a great experience from start to finish. Id highly recommend them.
I cannot say that I had a good experience here at all. Initially, I was just willing to move on, but today I received a bill from collections for which I had never been notified. I had a perfect credit score and would have paid if someone told me, but I didnt receive a letter, an email nor a phone call. THIS OFFICE WILL TRY TO TAKE YOU FOR ALL YOUR WORTH.I only went into this dentist once because they recommended numerous surgeries that no one else I had ever gone to thought was needed and told me I had a cavity. I have one baby tooth that they said needed to be removed ASAP because who knows what damage it will cause in the future. Literally, every dentist I have ever seen has told me to keep that as long as possible and to be happy because its roots were strong.Every dentist since then has said that too. Because I could tell they were trying to get money out of me I went and got my cavity checked out by someone else. Turns out I had no cavities and still havent for a year following. THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Imagine if they had given me a filling I never needed.I drove an hour for to get to a place covered by my insurance and at the end of the day I left feeling swindled and I cant even say my teeth were that clean when I left. Now, Im at collections for a $45 bill that no one ever told me I was responsible for. (Not to mention that 45 bill was for floride. I normally pay 8 - 15 dollars for floride. They didnt even ask me if I wanted it either! Just put it on and billed me.) Id love to change this review if they could fix this issue, but as of right now Ill post this anywhere to warn people to stay away.
Too much stuff completed on one sitting..
Friendly staff and experienced people. Also very expensive. I would rather go to Israel Dental Vacation Package. But Im working class. I must stay working.
The staff and Doctors at Aspen Dental were very helpful and I felt they cared about my dental and financial concerns. I go in for my first procedure on the 4th of June, two extractions. Im not into pain, so I will report back on how that goes. So far, anyone with dental concerns, I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.
I went to aspen dental yesterday and Mariah was the first of a couple amazing people that helped me. They were all so friendly and nice and kept me well informed of everything that was going on and made sure my experience at the dentist was a great one! Thank you!
Made the appointment from an on line number. That person making the appointment evidently didnt know that offices schedule for the day was quit full. It took 3 hours do do everything plus being early for paperwork. The exam was extensive and explained well. Staff was great. The wait time was a bit much. I now have a local number for appointments.
Amazing trip. Hadnt been to a dentist in 16 years. Mariah made everything quick and painless. Great staff there. Will definitely be back for future work.
I like fast service when I go to the dentist. Since this was our first visit, I expected it to take about an hour. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. (I do like the early time) however, by the time the x-rays, consult with hygienist, consult with the dentist, and the billing personnel, it was 9:00. (I came in to get a cleaning). That started at 9:00 and ended by 9:30. Thinking this was just because it was my first time there, I was really surprised when my husband had a second appointment the same day. He was supposed to be seen at 3:00 and he didnt get in until about 4:00. They found a second cavity to fill and didnt charge him, so that was also good. We will go back again as I dont want to find another dentist, but if time is a factor for you, this is NOT the place to go. If it is not, the dentist and all the personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. One last thing. While you wait there is a TV in each exam room, so that is another plus.
They over book appointments. We waited 2 1/2 hrs just to be seen and that’s with the appointment. Then we are here for our second appointment and they over booked again. Who knows how long we are gonna be sitting here again. If you can choose to not go here then that’s what I would do.
Staff was very friendly and informative
My husband is a disabled veteran. He had an emergency tooth needing care. We were waiting 3 hours. Our appt was for 8:30 and by 11 he STILL had not seen the doctor even tho six patients who had layer appts came and went. Now he still has pain and tooth. Well be contacting VAMC about this. Also he said the nurse, who coughed often, wore her mask under her chin. If we get ill (were over 60) we know EXACTLY where we got it!😮
I love this place my kids go there and amber Erne sweet talk to my kids and they happy the go back thank you amber
The team at Aspen Dental in Lewiston were absolutely amazing. Every single person I interacted with were kind and reassuring. Not one single person made me feel about about brushing incorrectly or not flossing enough like a lot of other dental offices do. The dental assistant (I wish I could remember her name) was the absolute sweetest person. She went above and beyond to check on me and talk with me while we waited for the hygienist, who was also super nice. She took the time to explain what she would rec commend and why going forward with my care. Overall, it was a great visit!
They are doing a lot of free dental work for veterans for free, I needed new dentures and they are doing them for me. I only served 17 months before the Army found out I was sixteen when I joined and booted me out, which like most things in the service did not make a lot of sense to me, but I tried.
Dr. Ruiz and Staff from the front desk all the way throughout are amazing! I had to have a tooth extracted and could not ask for better service. I was made comfortable before during and afterwards. I had a bad experience with ANOTHER dentist years ago.. and Well was scared to go back. But Dr Ruiz and the staff are remarkable. Can not say enough of their compassion and understanding. I will use them for any other dental work I need.. Thank you Dr. Ruiz and Aspen Dental staff.
Went into their office and had x-ray & exam. At first was blown away by what the cost would be for pulling teeth & dentures. I will admit my mouth was in bad shape. Well a few weeks later they agreed to pull 13 teeth and deliver basic immediate dentures for $1600. My first estimate was over $8400. Im on social security and live on a $1000 a month. So yes at first was very sceptical. These people want to help you. As you can see the 1st estimate was over $8000. Would strongly recommend Aspen. By the way their staff is 1st class.
Great experience starting with the receptionists to hygienist to dentist ! Very professional & friendly.
My experience with Aspen Dental in Lewiston, Idaho has and continues to be amazing. Dr. Cho and the entire team at this office has been friendly, considerate, and always professional. I must also remark on their willingness to accommodate my every request. Our community is fortunate to have Aspen Dental. They have left a lasting impression on me (and others I have shared my experience with) and have gained a lifetime patient. Aspen Dental is my go-to office for all dentistry needs.
They told me that I didnt have to share what I didnt feel comfortable with so I didnt
Aspen Dental, great work and friendly people. Helped me get financial aid. Dr.Cho is great, has a very soft touch and has a calming effect. Would recommend him and Aspen Dental to anyone who needs work done.
Avoid Aspen Dental! To get straight to the point, Aspen failed to submit my claim to insurance properly which resulted in insurance denying the claim. Two months later I got a statement for being past due on the difference. The local office said it was being refiled and not to pay it, they also said the same thing the following month when the second statement arrived. Next time I followed up I was informed they would take me to collections after 90 days of being delinquent. After speaking with my insurance company I found out Aspen had submitted the original claim without proper documentation and had never re-filed. Multiple phone calls to the local office (they’re nice, but they can’t help and don’t return messages) and multiple calls to Aspen’s corporate office have done nothing. Apparently they’ve decided its easier to take me to collections rather than file a claim correctly. I should have done my homework before ever visiting; search Aspen Dental + review or + lawsuit and you’ll see why.
Pleasant check in, quickly brought back. Clean facility and newer equipment. A small wait once brought back as in most places. The doctors listen and explained everything patiently.
Avoid avoid avoid! The front and business staff is beyond rude and disrespectful! They will treat you like a 5 year old and lie to your face! Then they will double book appointments, have you sitting in exam chairs for hours on end before even being seen(while coming in to make snide comments if you stand up to stretch your legs). Then they have the nerve to fudge their records to make it appear that drs preformed procedures when it was in fact nursing staff. And they wonder why YouTube is full of review videos complaining about their service and warning people to stay away?! I dont know if this is an isolated incident with this location only, but I am seriously wishing I had shopped around before choosing them. Now I have no choice but to ride it out. Btw, I did buy everything I thought I would need after 2 full months of extensive research and being assured by these people I would be given certain things. They didnt follow through. I however did. Satisfaction guaranteed, my foot! 👎👎
Very pleased... everyone is kind and friendly.. very clean... highly recommended!!
Good service. Nice people. Willing to work with you. No judgements either.
First I will say that Im NOT a big fan of dental visits ! I had put off going to the dentist for way longer than I should have after I didnt have dental insurance any longer, so I finally made myself get onto Aspen Dentals web site and set my first appointment, I liked the sound of FREE exam and X-rays to new patience promotion. When I walked in, it was a clean, bright and comfortable feeling, with friendly faces and smiles from all the Aspen workers!I was greeted, I signed in and sat down in the waiting area,I was called in within 5 minutes to start my X-rays and then onto the exam, all the young ladies are VERY professional and communicated to me the whole time what was happening and why they were doing the process. They are AWESOME at making sure you are COMFORTABLE & PAIN FREE!I could go on and on, but I think you have the idea that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aspen Dental of Lewiston Idaho!!I want to thank Dr. Ruiz and especially Nichole and all the people of Aspen Dental who helped me!!Thank you - Dan Jimenez
Very helpful, quick, and professional. Love this place already and I recommend it to anyone who needs a dentist!
Ill be honest...I was a little nervous going into my first appointment because it had been awhile since I stepped into a dental office. I already knew there was problems with my teeth, but I was just too scared and embarrass to step foot into dental office. Aspen Dental quickly took that nervousness and embarrassment away! The whole staff was very welcoming and informative! They even let me test one of their cool electric tooth brushes! Also, there late hours work perfectly with my work schedule. I would definitely recommend this office.
As far as the actual dental work being done was excelent. Though I did not enjoy being numbed up then left for an hour. Also the dental assistant left me several times. I suggest either hiring more staff or schedueling less appointments in the day so patient can be given 100% of the assistant or the doctor time.
Don’t even go for the free exam! At first my fiancé met with a good Dentist when had exam and xrays. We got a diagnosis for two teeth to be removed with nitrous. We went in after getting a quote without insurance and after him only being on antibiotics for 3 days we went in to pay half on the procedure and they insisted he get the teeth removed today. We told them no and what day would work best for his work schedule. They said but we can see you now. Pushing there credit card and care credit. We said no twice but she kept coming back with reasons why we should do it today! We ended up paying for everything out of pocket before we were financially ready and felt pushed into it. My fiancé said he paid for nitrous but didn’t feel the effects of it before they just numbed him and even then didn’t numb him all the way. He cane out of the appointment with tears in his eyes and he is a strong man. Said he wasn’t numb all the way and the dentist rushed through the appointment and he felt the extraction of two teeth. After paying $550.00 out of pocket to be pushed through a dentist appointment is not okay! I say say Don’t go to Aspen Dental if you don’t want to be treated as a pay check!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed how they explained everything in a way I could understand.
Wow, I was excited when I saw on line I could have my teeth cleaned for $70! My experience was professional in all respects, X rays, exams ect. Then they take you into a financial advisors office where they up front explain the costs.. well it wasnt the $70 it was $357 for teeth cleaning! So needless to say I left without my teeth cleaning. The good thing is they didnt charge for the x-rays or exams.
Horrible dentist office! they rush everything through the first appointment just so they can get the sale. They dont go over important details like sedation during the first appointment instead you show up for your actual appointment to get the work done and find out that its local anesthesia only which means numbing not sedation. The appointment was at 10 a.m. we got there early and it still took 30 minutes past the appointment to get to the back then My boyfriend was given a prescription for Valium and told to come back in an hour. One hour was not enough time to get the prescription and make it back to the office. We were told oh youre supposed to be here at 12 now we have to slip you back in to the schedule, at 2 pm once the Valium had started to wear off he was taken to the back to begin the Denture process. So here we are 4pm and still no word on how things are going. As far as cost goes we are looking at $8,000 for dentures that will move and slide around because implants to hold them in place will cost an extra 5,000.My advice dont come to this office unless you have a list of questions and get your answers on the first appointment
Good prompt service. Fair price..
Long story short the staff is nice however they do try and get as much money out of you. I have had a great dental history and honestly the first thing the doctor said when he walked in the room was so do you like this smile, because we could do BLANK, BLANK & BLANK my smile isnt jacked up but they sure quoted me if they capped all my teeth how much that would be? Just becuse my teeth arent 100% white they wanted to cap them all, not appropriate in my book and $2000+.Also when you first go in they ask what your insurance covers, mine covers two standard cleaning & 100% cost covered so of course they then offered me a special two day process that was going to cost me $700+. I have had standard cleanings for 25+ years and never one problem. But since they offered the more expensive option, they refused to give me the standard cleaning. I honestly feel that it was simply to get more money from me.I ended going back home for a weekend and seeing my dentist there. I told them about my experience and they said I am just fine with my simple cleaningI would one million percent get a quote elsewhere and choose a different company for dental needs.
Made Appointment set there in the dr chair 45 min no xray no dr no nothing get up and left
Aspen DentalTo let you know Marvins appt. went very well. We will be back next monthto continue with new dentures and new adjustments that need to be made.Being able to eat again, and enjoy the food will be a miracle. Will follow upafter completing the whole process..Aspen dental was a very nice and friendly place to get the properhelp needed. Looking forward to the next appt. The Pettibones, Marvin & Shar.
Excellent 1 on 1 patient service,friendly and professional,highly recommended.
Highly recommend Aspen dental in Lewiston, Idaho! Im a very nervous patient when it comes to dental procedures. Dr Choe was so gentle, I didnt not only feel the needle, I had six fillings, and didnt feel a thing! Bianca (his assistant) is absolutely my favorite!! Jesse first cleaned my teeth, also wonderful! Natasha (front desk) greeted me with a beautiful smile, and Joelee (office manager) finished off my visit with if I had any questions, and a friendly smile. The entire staff was professional, but very down to earth. Again highly recommended.
I broke a tooth and Aspen was able to get me in right away and address the problem with great satisfaction.
Dr. Cho is amazing! The dental hygienist Jesse is so kind and friendly. Everyone else for that matter too. The crew in Lewiston really make you feel like part of their fun little family. They are non-judgemental and so encouraging. I have had several fillings done by Dr. Cho and he is definitely a perfectionist. I lovveee my teeth. He is awesome at giving shots too. You can barely feel them. I couldnt believe it. You can tell he wants to make sure you are absolutely satisfied. I recommend everyone I know switch over to them. You wont regret it!
Worst dental office in the LC Valley. Told my daughter it was unethical to clean her teeth because she could possibly have gingivitis. First time I ever heard that. Over charged for services and they never checked with our insurance. Techs are extremely rude and they list her jewelry.
Not sure how to rate ? The reason why I chose Aspen is because I need a Sat. apt. and have scheduled twice and both times the hygienist left early because of an emergency. If it happens a 3rd time I most likely will seek other arraignments.
Dr. Cho is very caring and gentle.
Theyre not out to help anyone, they are in it for the money.
Good people and a good apt..
I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone! I had a tooth that became abscessed and was unsuccessful finding a dentist in Moscow, Idaho where I live who could get me in right away. My gums and the right side of my face had swollen up to where I couldnt eat, drink or sleep at night so I was trying to find a dentist who could see me as soon as possible. I was on the internet late one night and found the listing for Aspen Dental in Lewiston, Idaho which I was willing to go to since its only about thirty miles from Moscow. I had left an internet message and got a call back from Judy who makes the appointments for Aspen Dental. She was extremely helpful and kind! After we discussed the issue I was having with the swelling in my face we both came to the conclusion that I would need to be on antibiotics before a dentist could work on me so Judy scheduled me for two weeks in the future and the next day I went to Quick Care and the doctor there put me on Clindamycin which is an antibiotic and gave me some pain killers to get me through until I could get to Aspen Dental. My first appointment was on July 6, 2017 and I met with four different people that day. One who took the x-rays, the person who did the financing, the hygienist and the dentist, Dr. Cho. After looking at my x-rays, Dr. Cho informed me that I needed over $8,000 worth of work on my teeth! Of course, my main concern at that time was getting my abscessed tooth extracted and Dr. Cho said he also saw a suspicious spot on my gums that should be checked out by their oral surgeon. I made an appointment for July 10, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. since I would be off work that afternoon to have both the oral check and the tooth extracted. On that day, I received a message in the morning from Aspen Dental saying they had changed my appointment to 4:00 p.m. and they wanted me to call the clinic to confirm that that time would work for me. I called and said that 4:00 p.m. would be fine since I was willing to do just about anything by then to get this tooth taken care of! I was leaving at about 3:00 p.m. to drive to Lewiston to be sure I was there in plenty of time for my appointment when I realized that another message had been left on my cell phone at 2:37 p.m. from Aspen Dental clinic asking why I hadnt made my 2:30 p.m. appointment! At this point, I was getting a bit confused so I called their office and told the person who answered the phone that I had an original appointment at 2:30 p.m., received a message that the appointment had been changed to 4:00 p.m. and then received a message asking why I wasnt at my 2:30 p.m. appointment. I asked if I actually did have an appointment at 4:00 p.m. and she said I did, but they could only do the oral check of my gums and would not have time to extract my abscessed tooth!?!? I told her that I had been dealing with this abscessed tooth for almost three weeks at this point and needed to have it out that day! I was then told that they could reschedule me for the next morning! Of course, I had to work so that wasnt going to work for me and I wasnt planning on driving twice to Lewiston to have the oral check and the tooth extracted when we had originally set it up to be done on the same day! So, I asked her to cancel my appointment and I did manage to find a wonderful dentist in Moscow to work with. I will not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone I know! I also am questioning the $8,000 in dental work Dr. Cho told me was necessary. I would recommend that anyone who is thinking of working with Aspen Dental who is told they need this much work to get a second opinion which is what Im currently doing. After my experience with this clinic, I have a feeling they are trying to make big bucks off their clients and are not concerned about their care or comfort! All I can say is, BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars I would, but to post this, I have to give at least one star.
Asked for dentures only! First appointment receptionist playing Candy Crush on Co. Computer when she thinks nobodys looking. Corporate office manager cooks the books by extorting selected customers. C.E.O. Robert Fantana & Idaho Attorney General will be hearing from me!
Quick and convenient.
They are way too busy, need more staff. Cant take care of people. Make them wait over a half hour and still dont get to them. Didnt even make sure dentures fit properly. My husband was miserable.
Clean facility, didnt like the sales offer for additional equipment. Staff were great.
My mom was here and they scammed my mom to pay $7,000.
