Love the environment. Anthony and Phillip are the best, make you feel as if they’re your friend rather than just members. I always recommend this gym to all my friends. Prefer this location over other ones.

Great staff overall but in particular Anthony and Philip are always going above and beyond for everyone from their genuine greetings to answering any questions we have. I always feel welcomed and never judged. Gym is always clean.

This is the best gym that has happened to Rialto in a long time!😃 the staff is friendly and the facility is clean every time. You have to walk in to see how huge this place is it’s got a little bit of everything but the best part is that the have a little more extras than the name brand gym... like the tanning booths, the CINEMA (yes that’s right you get to work out while watching a movie), there is group classes different schedules/time, the have a row machine I haven’t seen that in many gyms, kids club etc... if that’s not fancy I don’t know what is. The best part is that is all at an affordable price and it depends on which kind of membership you buy. I happen to buy their day-pass that was awesome! It was only $10 bucks and I had access to all the amenities except for tanning but I’m brown enough didn’t need it ha!ha!. The locker room is great! They have showers and individual vanity tables with a curtain for privacy. The lockers are big enough to hand a backpack or tote bag just bring ur own lock and you’re in the game. There was no pushy sales reps at all. It was great working out here I felt welcomed even though I’m not a member, the entire experience was great from beginning to end. 👍👍

Wonderful facility with everything to offer. So many choices and plenty equipment. Only thing is the showers were filthy. I dont know maybe I came on the wrong day, but other that it was awesome. My flight had been rescheduled so I needed a quick gym. I overall enjoyed myself.

Chuze is clean staff is helpful and cant beat the price i would only like to see if the can make there hours like they were before covid other than that its a FIVE STAR FROM ME.

Love chuze fitness. The staff is very professional and polite. They make you feel very welcoming when entering to do your workout. If you have any questions they are more than happy to assist you. Ive joined other gyms where they just look at you as you walk in with no welcoming greeting. Chuze staffers also greet you as your leaving the gym. That means a lot to members. You dont feel like your just a payment.

Chuze is not a gym. Its a health and well being community. I truly feel supported and encouraged to work for my health benefit with the friendly and helpful staff, the knowledgeable and supportive trainers and instructors, and the always clean facilities. I like working out, but I really really like working out at Chuze and participating in the various classes they offer. Even through this shelter in place time, Chuze is providing challenges and at home video workouts to keep up with our fitness. What more could I ask for? Thank you so much for caring about your Chuze family!!

Friendly staff always cleaning and cheap memberships

On March 03, 2020 I paid Chuze Fitness $365.62 for 12 months in advance. As of 03/16/20, Chuze has been shut down due to Coronavirus shut downs. Therefore I asked Chuze Fitness on 03/20/2020 & 08/13/2020 for a refund of my $365.62.Instead Chuze responds, paid in full memberships are non-refundable. However Chuze never specified that to me verbally nor in writing. Chuze now claims that paid in full memberships are non-refundable was in my agreement, however I was not given a copy of an agreement. While I paid in advance the $365.52 for 12 months on Chuze debit/credit card kiosk Chuze had me sign and initial what I was told was my receipt of the paid in advance 12 months. Chuze keeps offering an extension of the 12 months although I continue explaining I do not want an extension, I want my $365.52 back. Because Chuze has been shut down for 5 months now. It is not fair for any consumer to pay for a service or a product they never receive, that is actually theft. Especially while several gyms and businesses are being permitted to tent their businesses outside. I filed a complaint with the State of California Attorney General and I am waiting on a response. Wish me and everyone in my shoes for justice. Thanks in advance.

Wish it had a pool and smoothie bar but the staff here is very friendly that you wont even mind.

Open outdoors during the pandemic. Ton of equipments outside and friendly staff. Close when it rains, platform/squat racks are uneven so youre more prone to injury. I suggest not to use the platform until they fix it. Other than that, good place to work out.

Like honestly and then they mock you with a sign in the middle of the tent “AC is OVERRATED” like TF??You ask me this gym went downhill REAL FAST.They got there members paying the same price with not even have the accommodations your paying for.But yet they expect us to be cool about it ? Overall nice concepts to have the gym outside so there’s constant circulation but damn I really don’t want to be the mask police. People cannot keep their mask on the nose

I love this gym and would give it 5 stars if the saunas actually got hot I can be there for an hour and not break a sweat also saw a few silverfish crawling in and out the wood.. at the time a good majority of their equipment is out of order n some r due for repairs I love this gym but I just feel like the Rialto location needs a bit of an upgrade also the water fountain water taste like chlorine other than that I love this gym🤷🏻‍♀️😅

LOVE IT!! So clean, friendly and amazing trainers! Unlimited hydro massages and tanning, unlimited group classes and cant forget about the cinema room to watch a good movie while doing cardio! Child care is great! My daughter does crafts, watched movies and plays a lot.. Best gym ever!!

Worst costumer service experience ever 😡

I like the gym I just don’t like when it’s packed and I understand it’s a gym it’s gonna get packed. But I think they let people in with out having memberships I sometimes forget to scan my barcode and they don’t tell me anything. This means this same way other people can be getting in with out a membership. I just wish they would pay attention to who’s going in and make sure they have a membership .

Keep up the great work you guys one more thing I hope you guys are getting bigger you need to expand to the Bay area they need a company like yours I love how you greet people when they come in and leave I will always Renu my membership with your company all I can say is thank you 4 your positive attitude

Great gym great staff but since I have been at the gym I seen 3 cars being broken into. I recommend you guys get a security guard or tell the owner to provide some security service. Thats going to run away your customers cars being broken into.

Im so glad to come to this gym ... thanks to the Kids Club my wife and I are atending to the group classes like BODY pump, Zumba, Zumba Toning etc. And my kids most of the time dont want to go home; friendly staff.Hidromasaje is always a nice start or finish.Just try to avoid the crowds.Very easy....if you dont like the water fountain just bring your own.I have closer Gyms but I CHUZE this one because of the Kids Club.

Best gym that Ive been able to find! It has a lot of equipment for cardio and free weights. It also has a sauna + a steamer. They even have a body composition machine thatll tell you about your body fat mass, weight, water weight, etc. Its super great to keep track of your progress. Although the only downside would be that there are so many people that go, I wish the gym was a bit bigger. Other than that its a really great place to workout.

This was one of my favorite Gyms. Then I had to have emergency surgery and flew out to WA. Found out im gonna be here a while and decided to cancel. THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL WITHOUT ME WALKING IN. Ive spent 2 weeks fighting with them. Ultimately I just had to close my entire bank account to stop them from charging me. RUN AWAY.

I have been a member with Chuze for a couple years and have been really happy with it. I primarily use my membership for the sauna as I have some health issues that directly need the sauna treatment. Chuze offers quality saunas everywhere ive gone.Except for Rialto.I have never experienced such terrible quality machines there. Its so weak, I can be in there for 40 minutes and not even feel warm.I am very frustrated, I have told so many employees, spoken to management, emailed, called, so many times.This is not the quality I have come to expect with Chuze and frankly, its becoming insulting to the consumers.I have tried so hard not to switch to another major gym but I am not getting the acceptable response. I am a paying consumer and I am directly not getting the value for money.I have told many of my friends who need saunas for similar medical issues about Chuze and now they are all rethinking their memberships because of this total lack of quality.This is disappointing and I thought I could expect more from this corporation.

I hate it when the staff turnoff the movie at night even though its not yet finish. That is so rude. I dont know if tou guys are trying to save money but you dont totally turn off the screen so its still useless

I love this gym!! Its affordable, comfortable, clean, and the staff is very polite and helpful. The restroom/lockeroom is always clean and well kept. I love the cinema room the most. When I feel like stopping my cardio early, I get so into the movies I dont want to stop. Ill even sometimes go longer than I planned. Just to finish the movie. Also I always see someone cleaning the equipment, which is very nice. Even though I always clean whatever equipment I use before and after.

I love this gym. Always clean, friendly staff and great variety of equipment. It does get super busy during the evenings.

The facilities at this Chuze are location are mostly stellar, but the saunas areare terrible. They are not hot enough. One can feel a cool breeze constantly inside of the sauna. Also, the heaters frequently turn off to the point where the entire sauna is quite cool. This problem needs to be addressed. I have never seen this level of neglect at any other Chuze location. I hope Chuze will address this problem because I love almost everything about Chuze, but this problem has gone on long enough to make me seriously consider cancelling my membership.

Im not a member yet, but today I went in at 6:00am got a pass and checked out the gym. I had a great experience, the guy at the front desk with glasses did a great job at greeting every single person that walked in, great customer service with helping me with my guest pass, everything is good quality there from the people to the equipment to the decor. I hold a membership at planet fitness in San Bernardino, but thats going to have to change.Good job management team, an organizations excellence is only as strong as its leadership excellence.

This is a great gym. Excellent customer service very clean. I would like to share a few tips. I really enjoy going to Zumba classes except to Darlenes class. I find it very hard to keep up with her steps she changes them too quick and her music is different which makes it hard to follow the rythym . Shamaris class used to be good now it is hard to keep up eith syeps and new songs.. Wish instructors could stick to zumba steps, they should try same music and steps like Marias, Noels and Christobals. This could be the reason why their classes get full. So far they are the best😊 Another thing that bugs me is the Sauna not being clean more often, and being out of service a lot also not, hot enough or enough room for everyone.

I love my new gym. Im really getting in shape fast. Love the hours, the steam room, the sauna, the hydro massage. Everything you need.

This gym is clean and thats the only reason I give it more than 1 star. The staff is always busy just talking with each other. Theres no rule enforcement. Gym goers are constantly just talking and sitting on machines. Very small and crowded gym. Theres a guy who is always sleeping in the mens locker room and staff refuses to do anything about it. I mean almost every morning this man is taking a nap in there blocking lockers. Also the mens room always stinks like sewage. Worth the $10 a month, I guess, if you live in Rialto and need a cheap membership.

My sister goes to zumba 24/7 so I guess she loves it! I go to the kids club and they are the best my favorites are 1:Sam 2:silvia 3:Elizabeth this gym is also very clean and sanitized the employees at the front are always smiling if you have a kid it is great to take them to the kids club theres also a movie theater and you can work out in it which I think is awsome💁🏻‍♀️and thats my opinion

My fav gym. and Ive tried them all from private studios, women only and big box gyms. Saunas dry and wet, hydro jet massage beds, tanning, classes, all the machines youll need...oh and weights too! The kickboxing and Buns and Belly classes led by Xanny and Matthew are my favorite, their classes have transformed my body! All this for $20 a month?! Yes!!!Customer service is on point throughout the gym and in the child care area. Speaking of child care, its very affordable! They give you points on their Chuze app. You can redeem points for free shirt, towel, membership etc

First of all i got to thank the staff for being great! I highly recommend this facility it has a nice vibe, although theres no security in the parking lot no surveillance cameras the is huge and pretty fresh n clean.

They offer 24 hours during week days and they have affordable child care, so you dont have excuses to dont work out 😅
