I have been living at spring dale for 16 years now. the past managers never left the office. now that we have Stephanie in the office you can see the different on the property it much cleaner and quitter. we see security on property more now. work orders are getting completing fast. I thought about giving notice to move. but now that we have her and seeing a big different I will be renewal my lease for 1 year. keep up the great work guys.

Stephanie and Yarabi is the best thing that happened to this property! Every since they came things have been cleaned up, bad activity has decreased, security on property more and I never have maintenance issues! I’ve been living here two years and this is the best year. I love it here!

Since new management has taken over the overall atmosphere of the complex has changed drastically! The grounds are very well groomed and taken care of weekly. No trash or litter is in parking lot or breezeways. Maintenance orders are handled the same day and the laundry room is fabulous!! Overall things are running alot smoother and I would personally recommend anyone looking for a place to come to springdale village

They never answer the phone and dnt fix the issues of the apts

One of the worst apartments Ive lived in they dont fix anything for months constantly flooding. Over priced rent ./They ve gone through several managers in the time that Ive been here all they car about is getting the rent money dont live here .you are better off in the streets

Great floor plan and quiet area. However its currently 87° in my apartment😳. There isnt a great pool its been closed for years.😏 the pool hasnt been closed due to covid, they cant afford to pay for someone to come out and fix it. of course my apartment isnt listed under Queen and if you dont know my name then how would you know if there has been a work order or not! management is awful.

An amazingly well-run place! The management and staff are efficient, friendly, and thorough. The complex itself is neat and clean, with reasonable rates and amenities; I couldn’t ask for anything more in all of Oklahoma City - highly recommended!

Week 9 or 10 with no A/CHave called multiple times and nothing ever gets done!I dont know where all these 5 star reviews are coming from!The management is a complete joke and irresponsible!People talking about loving the pool, when the pool is not even opened! 😂

I was helping my mom find a nice place to live, somewhere that I did not have to worry about her so much, and we found it! The staff was so nice and helpful, they made her feel right at home. Thank you Springdale Village Apartments

New apartment manager JUST started working and already causing confusion. She came to the door and said that we hadnt paid rent in 3 months. Went to show her ALL 3 months worth of receipts and she said You can wait till i get to the office im not rushing for you. All this after banging on the door demanding we pay or she was filing an eviction. UPDATE: She is MUCH better now.

I lived here 4 yesrs ago and it was ok i moved back a yeqr ago and they are way better and the new manager is great at getting things done fast

Poor management. The manager that we had I think her name was Yasmine. She was the worst property manager I have ever seen. The only time she came out of the office is to be all in the middle of drama. But she never had control over her maintenance staff. Im so glad I got away from this property. ROACHES,BEDBUGS, AND RATS LIVE HERE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Me and my family rented an apt in building 12 from Amarillo Texas.We got to Okla moved in to our new home. I can honestly write 4 pages just on poor. Well actually horrible up keep. We moved in and we have suffered pest in the past. This apt was overwhelmed W roaches. They painted over pubic hairs in the bathrooms. And painted over stickers on the walls. All the edges and corners were covered in cockroach feces. N e ways like I said too much bad to cover. But THE WORST Is this. I never have wrote a review of any type till now. B E D B U G S!!! Thats right bedbugs! Never had them or seen them b4. I started talking to other residents and this is an issue throughout the springdale village apts. Im writing this 2 years after moving out. We lost everything thats right every thing. All furniture TV everything except for clothes that could be saved. Now they have a bedbug notice of screw you in the lease contract. The bedbug clause was not in the lease when we signed.After the bedbug nightmare. Yes nightmare. The no sleep over the last 8 months of our lease physically and mentally broke us down, stress and hypertension cause me to get irreversibleHeart damage and a minor stroke soon followed. We wished for cockroachs back. It still makes my skin crawl. If I was a smarter and not so busy man I would figure out a way to hold the owners to the responsibility of half and decent rental property. And a foot note..Think twice at garage sales, rent to own furniture places. They will say its new but new furniture is not full of animal hair.

Moved in a week ago and laundry room has standing condensation on floor and ruined paintings and pics stored there. Entire south wall in kitchen has no power 2burners on stove dont work and paying over 700 a month. Smh.

I have lived in these apts for almost 4 years i guess their ok.
