I recently got my apartment and I must say Misha was very very helpful. However when I came to see the apartment I was shown the display apartment which looked good. When I got my apartment which I wouldn’t say looks far from the display but as soon as I walked in I noticed some of the some of the wood finishing had either been chewed on by a dog or it had just worn out from being too or something had happened to it. My issue is I was not made aware of this and to me it seems like something that can be easily fixed but they didn’t take the time to fix it before I moved in. I’m yet to bring it up to management because I just moved my stuff in and haven’t moved in yet. I’ll change my review if management fixes it when I let them know
Friendly office staff! Misha is awesome! Hassle free to move-in, great floor plan selection, new-like appliances, no noisy neighbors, well up-kept, overall great so far! This is my 2nd day upon move in and looking forward to staying here!
Beautiful place. The neighbors are good. The staff is excellent. Probably the best place to live in the area.
Office staff are friendly, helpful, and professional! One of the things I like the most about these apartments is that the maintenance team stays on top of work orders and work hard to ensure tenants are taken care of.
I moved in March 2021, I was hesitant at first due to the negative reviews I read online. Its a quiet, nice neighborhood. The office staff are professionals and maintenance teams are awesome. Each and ever team member knows their job well. Yes, I had a few minor adjustments, that were quickly taken care of by maintenance no further problems. Its important to maintain a line of communication with staff they cant read your mind. Theres security at night, I came home last night 5/29/21 12AM right behind security. Parking is plenty, but you do have neighbors whose friends park overnight or longer, I think assigned spaces for the first family car is a good idea and the rest can park in unassigned spaces. This would make this a more desirable place. You will be billed for water so dont be surprised, as most apartments bill for water usage (thru apt. company, not okc water dept). Trash bins do fill up fast especially when furniture is dumped in and creates an overflow, This is a quick fix - no furniture placed in receptacles. All-in-all this is a great place to live, affordable and clean. Thank you staff for your diligent work. 👏👏👏
They were very efficient in working my repair order within an hour of placing the request. Thank you for taking care of my problem quickly.
Bad place to live ever, water line problem very often things never been taken care off, very old place falling off.
We enjoyed our time at Copperfield Apartments. They are currently remodeling and we had nice flooring, fixtures and appliances. The park next door is terrific for taking walks. The office staff is friendly and responsive. We had terrific neighbors! It’s a great location - close to the Plaza and Paseo and not far from downtown.
Quick kind friendly thorough knowledgeable...this is a norm here with all staff!!
The new manager Ryan is a awesome guy. I Was having issues with an bill they said owed and I had been trying to fix it for the past month but when I went in and talked to Ryan we had it solved within a day. Thanks.
Copperfield is a quiet, clean and safe apartment to live in and its very close to Oklahoma City University. The apartment management is very great. Nicole and Emma are very nice, responsible and honest. I was happy that all the maintenances were taken care of immediately after I called the office. During the COVID-19 breakout, the office manager sent several emails regarding protection, payment options and policy changes which made us feel that we were well taken care of. I had enjoyed my stay there.
Office staff is friendly and welcoming to solve our complaints as soon as they can, I did have a non emergency plumbing fixtures(on a weekend) within two days I got installed new fixture.
For the most part it was a great 4 years. The water was turned off frequently which sucked but for the most part it was a good place to live.
I’ve been loving here 3 months now. I stay on the third floor, I love it. The constant coupons and delivery places my neighbors are either deaf or really cool. There’s a variety of people (mixed environment) I love it! The staff member are really sweet and understandable. Upon moving my house was very clean and everything worked just fine.
The office staff here is super helpful and always really nice to me! Morgan and Kim are great. If you have any issues you could tell either one of them and trust that it gets done. Apartments are older but kept up nicely.
The maintenance crew around here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They took care my problem reasonably quickly all things considered. (COVID)
Emma was wonderful! Got the ticket to the maintenance guys quickly despite being busy! The maintenance guys repaired the problem and straightened up after like they had never been there! Very grateful! :)
Personally loved this place and recommend to anyone who asks.Great management, quick turnover on maintenance, never had any problems personally.Area might come across a little rough when you visit. Its not dangerous though, just be smart.Again, loved the place. Great location, good price for the space. Good pool/hot tub. Good distance from the city-proper.
I’ve lived here it will be a year for me next month April 2019, and I two of the best leasing consultants anyone could ask for . Kim and Morgan are great ! And will get you whatever you need . They are both very understanding and they are very patient with us ! Come join our community. It’s great, quiet, and very beautiful.
Dont let the less flattering review fool you. Copperfield recently had a change of local management and maintenance. These folks take pride in what they do and care about their residents. Theyre getting things back in order, and the complex has once again become a fine place to live!
I was very impressed with my maintenance request, he was timely, knowledgeable, polite and efficient . Keep up the good work, I give you 5+ stars. Thank you!!
No Water everyday during business hours! If you plan on staying here. Be ready to only have running water from the hours of 6pm- 8am. They turn the water off every single day and say we’re fixing something( nothing) because the boilers are still messed up, water still isn’t consistent why pay for water if you can’t use it.
Property management has definitely improved over the years. Maintenance is always out the very next day for any issue. Morgan and Kim are very friendly and willing to work with you. Apart from one bad neighbor and out dated appliances we had an overall pleasant experience living here for the past 3 years.
I like the apartments a lot! Close to shopping and anything important in the city. Only downside is most residents dont clean up after their dogs, my husband and I have a dog and we always clean up after him but because of the residents that dont clean we keep getting warnings that if we dont clean up we will be fined. Not fair since my husband and I always clean after ours, just wished the rest would. But management is great, love the pool and havent had any problems with anything here. Would highly recommend....
I had a bad experience in the beginning but the property manager and the company redeemed my experience by their costumer service and persistence on making the apartments better.
Work was completed in the time frame given.
I wrote the wrong rating they did an great job quick and through
My son has lived her for a year and a half and he hasnt had any issues.
To Whom It May Concern:The office administration you have working for you have no clue what it is to treat all individuals with respect or gratitude!! Individuals entering your establishment are there to do business and to be treated with professionalism and respect. Your office staff needs a few classes in professionalism and how to take care of the customer!! Speaking to customers you should know that it is not appropriate to use vulgar language!! If I where the owner of this company I would seriously rethink my choice is office staff!!!Also, I will go out of my way and so will my friends and family to let everyone know what a poor company you run and suggest going somewhere else.
Unprofessional leasing office. The people who work in the office are completely unresponsive. It took one week to get their answer for one question. I bet that such poor interaction from leasing office well reflect how the property is managed.
Lady at the front desk keeps giving my mail to my neighbors. She will sign for my packages and when I come to pick them up she doesnt have them. Luckily one of my neighbors that talks to me told me she handed him one and I got it back. This time Im having to hunt my package down and hope it was given to a trustworthy neighbor. There arent any misprints on my mail either. Appliances are old, cabinets are chipped to hell when you get your actual apartment, water is constantly changing temperatures when showering, your cold water is actually very warm (if youre lucky your water will be cold for two seconds when you turn your HOT water on), the TDS (total dissolved solids) of the water is 455, thats disgusting. Average City water should have an average TDS of 250 and it taste as bad as it sounds even filtered. They are overpriced for what you get. I genuinely liked this place when I first moved in, but my opinions have changed now that Ive been here for a year.
Very limited parking. Outdated looking appliances. 80s style mini blinds. Apartment was very clean upon move-in, and the front office staff was helpful. Just know that this is as average mediocreville as it gets.
The walls are thin enough to hear your neighbor turn on their water, either in the bathroom or kitchen. The on-site laundry facility only has two working washers that cost $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry. When we moved here there were six working machine, and when I notified the manager she said I was not aware of the issue. It is Oct. now and they have been procrastinating since August. Note that the water bill you pay is not for the water you use only but split amongst the number of tenants who reside in the building you live. Its just two of us in a one bedroom unit, when we first moved in out water bill was $35.00 and a year later were paying a mere $48.00. Also be prepared to pay your rent at thru a WPS RENT system offered at Wal-mart for $3.00. Unless you sign up in their office for an automatic payment, which I wouldnt trust, due to the online portal not matching the actual payments I have made. If you use the online portal to make a one-time payment you will be charged $11.00. The kitchen cabinets are old and chipping and the stove, refrigerator and dishwasher are all from the eighties, including the AC/heating thermostat. For the stove, buying an oven thermometer will save you from guessing the temperature in the old oven, as the actual temperature selected on the knob is not reached. The bathroom sinks looks nice and white until all the paint falls off during your lease only to expose a rusted orange hue. The silicon grout in the shower also looks nice and white until mold starts to grow on it. No matter how much you clean the old bath tub, its inevitable. In the shower you get all the water pressure you need but be prepared for water temperature change splashes in the middle of your shower. Also, be prepared to wake up to the water being shut off due to the frequent maintenance repair for leaks in units around. Even if you note all the errors in your application, be prepared to not receive your deposit at the end of your lease. We moved here desperately and as a last resort. If you ever have a question for the complex be prepared to deal with rude office personnel who always seems to be in a hurry to run back into their office.
These apartments are the worse! If you ever have to live there, make sure on the paper you fill out about the apartments you put in FULL details of whats wrong in your apartment or else they will say bad doesnt necessarily mean anything. When I moved into my apartment, the stove was bad, dirty, and, there was a missing drip pans. I told them that and the maintenence man but never did they fix it. But I had to stay there so I continue using it the way it was. The oven was not cleaned so I guess me saying the stove was bad does not include the oven? Prior to moving out (1 month to be exact) I called them about my tub and they never fixed it and now theyre trying to charge me the clean up fees for it. They will try and take every penny of your deposit! They try to charge me for my carpet, but I already shampoo it before I moved out. They also try to charge me an extra water bill in which I paid them in Dec and Jan but theyre insisting I did not. Thank goodness I have receipts so I can prove to them I did. The appliance are SUPER old and the shelves are horrible. The two ladies in the office, Crystal and Koyote is very rude! They always have an attitude and it seems like they do not like their jobs. PS, they will not stay a minute later for you to drop off your payment because they cannot be paid over time, ONE MINUTE! ONE MINUTE! So if you work 8:30 to 5:30 Monday thru Friday and take lunch around 11 or 12, good luck try to pay your rent or water bill.I only stayed at these apartments because it was closer to my moms house since I had a new born. But I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here! If i could give them a 0 star rating, I so would! Anyone that says this place is good, theyre lying out the butt!
The office staff is so very flaky! I called to have some issues fixed at my apartment and they never sent anyone over to fix it. Their excuse is someone was on vacation. Not a very good excuse considering they still had staff working and it wasnt the fixer that was on vacation. Also called them 3x to get billing verification after I moved out. They would never call me back and instead tried to send me to collections. WOW!
I had my gun in holster and Samsung tab e 9.6 stolen from my car there.
Well kept facility trying to keep it clean and Free of troubles
This is an older complex with older amenities, but well kept, and management does a good job responding to irregularities, and very reasonably priced.
Two women workers in an office are extremely RUDE and they make me always angry. They seem to ignore people and two of my friends say same things about them!! Do not go there They will make you so crazy!
Nice Apt.
UPDATE: I have since moved out of this complex and wanted to update my review. I would give less than one star, if I could, but here is what you are in for if you decide to live at Copperfield:1. There is no drop box for payments, so be prepared to take off work early or be charged a late fee. Oh, or you can pay online for an extra $11 a month.2. You will have appliances from the 80s. And I mean all of them. Heat and air included.3. There were literally no light fixtures in my bedroom or my living room. I had to hang lamps.4. I used my dishwasher once the entire time I lived there. It poured water everywhere. I put in a maintenance request and the maintenance man said he ran it and there was nothing wrong with it. There was obviously something wrong with it because if I had not been standing by it, I would have flooded my apartment.5. You will have all of the water pressure you need in the shower (it sounds like a jet engine), but you will never know what temperature you will get. I was scalded on more than one occasion. But dont bother complaining, it wont do you any good.6. If you have a pet, be forewarned that they will give you 24 hours notice to enter. That means, by the time you get home from work, you will have about 12 hours to find a place to keep your pet. I would not recommend letting the pet stay there, as the one time I crated my dog he appeared to be terrified when I returned home.7. I left my apartment in pristine condition (it was in better condition when I left than when I received the keys), and yet I still didnt get even $1 back from my deposit. I am not surprised, but it is still unprofessional. Also, all of the below is still true.I cannot imagine how anyone gave this complex 4 stars based on the management alone. The apartment itself isnt terrible. It is old, and definitely needs some updates that the property management company is too cheap to make; however, its not a bad place to live. The management is what ruins everything. My list of complaints is ridiculously large, but here are a few of the highlights:1.My AC went out twice over the summer and it took multiple calls to get it fixed both times, not to mention it was so hot in my apartment things literally melted and I had to pay to take my dog to daycare because he would have died if I had left him there.2. My 60 year old mother slipped and fell in the parking lot due to the poor irrigation leaving pools of mud at the curb AND the security light being burnt out (after I had already requested it be fixed--it STILL hasnt been touched and I moved in in January 2016, if that tells you anything). Not only did the complex ignore my email advising them of the pitfalls and dangers of their parking lot, when I called to complain they did not even ask if my mother was okay.3. I have had people outside my window shooting off guns and fireworks with the security guard nowhere to be seen.Since this is my review, I will not go into detail about the other complaints I have heard from fellow residents, but let me just say if you can find a different complex that has management that is not concerned solely with making/saving money no matter the consequences, I would pass this place up without hesitation.
These aparments need some updates
I lost something in the car and they said they were not responsible.
Nice place .....
Excellent location and neighbors
Bad management team
