NO STARS. COVID kept me here longer than I wanted to be. I WOULD NOT recommend living at these apartments cheap does not always mean better. I moved in February 2020 my apartment was NOT cleaned and still had item from the previous tenant. There were several things wrong that they said would be fixed, carpet had nails sticking out of it as it was not tapered down correctly. Office receptionist were rude. Residents are loud and noisy at all hours of the night. Over the past year, I was hounded about the rent being even a few days late. The maintenance rarely fixed anything that was broken and was given the third degree when I requested for my peeling tub to be resurfaced, dishwasher had wood chipping and the office totally dismissed my request. Took them five months to do some minor paint repatch work. I also experienced issues working from home as the internet signal is horrible and the apartments blamed my service provider when several tenants I spoke to had the same issue. I found out that my apartments electrical wiring was not done correctly. Although my car information was on file upon initial move in, the apartments also had my car towed without contacting me and I had to pay $300 to get my car released. Upon move out they were unwilling to work with me and basically tried to push me out. Just a few photos attached are what I encountered when I moved in and was never fixed.
Do not live here unless: you enjoy being harassed about rent being a few days late when you’re struggling like the rest of America. If you like decent water pressure do not live here as their water pressure isn’t even decent. Do not live here if you want an AC to work properly an actually keep your apartment cool during the heat. If you don’t want an apartment that has a ceiling that leaks then do not live here. All of these issues have been brought to management attention yet they would rather harass about rent than to do their part and make it worth paying. Also, they leave your past due notice an clip on the outside of your door for the whole world to see and to know you’re struggling.
If I could give it no stars that is what I would give it! This was the second appointment that I made to view a two bedroom. The first time I scheduled an appointment it was probably about a year earlier. I scheduled an appointment and no one ever showed up.I Recently made another appointment. I had an appointment at 10:30 AM. Their office hours shows they open at 10 AM. Again keep in mind this is my second time trying to view An apartment. I wait 10 minutes no one is there. Finally someone Backs in Parking spot and waits for a second And pulls back out And leave. So I think OK I’m going to go drive around the Apartment area and see how it looks. I pull back around to the office in the same car is parked in front of the office and no one’s in it. So I go inside and I tell him I have an appointment at 10:30 AM to see a two bedroom apartment. (when I made the appointment I asked if they had any two bedrooms available. She told me no but she would in July. I was actually looking for an apartment to move in as soon as possible. But I told her July might work.) this guy tells me I don’t have a two bedroom to show you.He said he just leased it a few days ago and they’re moving in right away. When I called to make the appointment they told me they had no apartments available until July that I could come view the two bedroom to see what it looks like. I said well you don’t have one then I can just view? He said no. I said why did she make me an appointment then? he says I don’t now. Terrible terrible terrible management!!!
So I lived at Drexel Flats for 5 years (almost). For the first 3 years I lived upstairs with a washer and dryer and never had any real issues besides parking and the occasional neighbor disturbance. I asked to be moved to an apartment that was downstairs and without hesitation they moved me. I loved my apartment that i had downstairs as well. There was ample enough parking and I never really had any big issues. The only issue I had is there was never enough lights in the breezeway, very loud neighbors (which management took care of) and the pool wasn’t always so clean. Other then that I enjoyed my stay here. Maintenance always came when I asked and management was very open to conversation.Thank you.
I had a great experience. Everyone in the office has been super helpful and done everything in a timely manner. Pricing is great and it’s been a good place to have my dogs. One of the few places that have no restrictions and didn’t charge an enormous amount, plus has a dog park.
Office staff is rude, not helpful at all. “Amenities” are never open, always for repairs but somehow always end up worse than before? Grounds are kept trashy. Many car break ins weekly.

I like my appointment very much pleasent neighbors. The biggest complaint is that people dont pick up their dog dung; even though management supplies bags and disposals.Some people are just ignorant and have no care about their pets or others.
Terrible apartments find different ways to get money out of you, call to have stuff fixed it could take them weeks maybe a month to get to it. Pay 50$ for pest control and don’t even see them ever would not recommend living here and the office staff I’m not even gonna get started on them
I lived here from the beginning of 2019 to the end of 2020, and let me say- it was a disaster. The staff was friendly and polite, and the apartment didn’t look bad, but that’s about where it ended on the positives. My bathroom flooded twice, I didn’t have AC for over four weeks in the middle of July/August and it went out during the weekend and no one responded. I was lucky I had access to a small portable ac unit or my dog and I would’ve overheated over the weekend. There was no refund for the extra electricity it took to run it. It was a constant back and forth with the office trying to stay on the list and try and get the refund I never got. I also went without heat during the winter for several days. Please, please consider if this is the place you want to live.
Its a good location, and Ive had no crime that other people have been having. Ac was fixed and fully replaced when it went out, although it took some time.
This apartment is in a nice area with shopping and highway/interstate access close by. My sister in law is relocating and because of the location would recommend.
They never answer the phone, the office is always closed, if you leave a message they won’t get back to you trust me, if something breaks or floods or anything nobody’s gonna come help you and if they do they will take there sweet time doing it, the back pool is never open and neither pool has a bathroom, there’s car break ins all the time, the list goes on.
I would like to thank the Manager of Drexel Flats for taking her time and give us all the information that we need to apply for an apartment. She is so nice and professional that we cant wait to move in.
My partner and I had a very bad experience here. We stayed for as long as we had to and promptly left. Staff is extremely disorganized and lack proper communication skills, amongst themselves as well as the residents. We ran into so many problems upon move-in, and it was very disheartening to realize that we were stuck there for a year. We were also displaced by the fire that happened in February, and the replacement unit that took a week by management to be decided on was not move-in ready at all. Dingy floors and cabinets, lights missing fixtures to secure bulbs into, filthy toilet bowl, and chewed up trim (from the previous resident’s pets, I assume, because the place had a rather strong animal odor). I understand that the units available for those displaced by the fire might not have been the fanciest, but in the week it took to get us into another unit, one would think they would at least have the unit in a livable condition. Management changes were made after the fire, but they have much to work on if they want to make Drexel Flats a safe and clean complex to live in. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly urge you to pass and consider other options in the area.
This place is the absolute worst! A complete nightmare!New management doesn’t care.New leasing team is unintelligent and inexperienced.I had water damage and mold and they refused to acknowledge that and have it properly tested.I moved out in September 2018 shortly after new management took over. I gave my 60 day notice of moving (I actually gave it sooner!) and signed all the paperwork...I was told everything was good to go. The only thing I needed to do was pay the sewer and water bill. Which was taken out of my account.By June collections called me telling me I was being sent to collections because I didn’t give proper notice...which I DID! I tried to call the leasing office to say, what the hell, but no response. I contact the leasing manager who I originally worked with and she said yeah you did everything correctly...there is no reason to be sent to collections. I NEVER got a notice or any communication from them saying I owe money to my new address.The new staff has completely messed everything up!DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I lived here a couple times and this last year the new ppl working in the office have pushed really hard to fix alot of my problems I had. I couldnt have been more greatful. You dont always come across ppl that want to get the job done and check on you. I wish I had moved in when they took care of the place. Im sad to go but happy I met them!
Horrible. Do not rent from this property. They will not fix anything. Im going to have to hire an attorney and Sue these people just to get them to fix a water leak. I have lived here since November of last year, and the apartment above me leeks when the residents take a shower. Im reporting this to the state of Oklahoma Health Department and hiring an attorney. I repeat never rent from this apartment complex.
Have not moved in yet but we are scheduled to very soon! So far so good on my experience with the office employees! We walked in for our tour, were explained everything and shown around the place. We sat down for a quote and had a ton of questions! They were sure to answer all of them and were positive about it! We are fairly new renters and we are excited to move in soon!
I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive lived here for a few weeks now and I dont regret my choice at all. The manager literally just came to my apartment because I said there was a spider on my door and he helped to steer the spider off of my door. Im deathly afraid of spiders. Not all heroes wear capes. I love the staff members. They are super helpful. I feel they are judgement free and genuinely want you to feel at home here. The apartments interior are sooo nice. I love the way its painted and theres more storage than you would think. It was super clean on my move in date I didnt feel the need to clean it before moving in like i usually do. I truly do feel at home here and would recommend this place to everyone.
First, I wouldnt have given even one STAR except for the fact the review wouldnt be accepted without it.My sons were charged a fee for not returning a key to the apartment a few months ago. After reminding the office that they instructed us to leave it in the storage closet for them to pick-up (we were moving late into the evening) and asked to speak to the property manager, we were informed that they werent available. We left messages and never received a return call.I met with the property manager (or possibly an area manager) earlier on the moving day and was assured that my sons would be receiving a partial refund due to issues with one of their office workers errors (potential ethical issues) and to no surprise, nothing followed up on.Today my sons received a call from a so-called collection agency representing this apartment community and then asked for me and proceeded to call on my personal cell phone supposedly because I was a co-signer...I was never a part of the leasing process and definitely never assumed any responsibility for the terms of the contract. The only time I gave my number was for the facilities manager to call me to let me know when the partial refund was in process. No follow up by management and now I have to deal with a collection agency for their incompetence and lack of professionalism?I’ve been in business for more years than I care to mention and this is not how you conduct business nor treat people. If ever a possible miss-understanding takes place, take an aggressive approach to remedy, assume responsibility, and show a slight hint of empathy and then a small word (or two) of an apology. As far as I’m concerned, once you’ve lost your integrity you’ve lost everything. A complete lack of care and follow up is how I would sum it up and it’s a shame that the team at this facility would be allowed to continue to operate in this fashion.I intend to follow up with the property management team to resolve once and for all, however, I would caution prospective occupants to definitely document every step along the way to protect your own interests.
The only reason they got a rating of 1 because it wont let me give a negative 10. Tell me what wasnt wrong with those apartment. For the past 2 years its been like living in the ghetto fighting to survive. Good luck living there if you want to take a chance with your life.
As I read other reviews, I think your experience depends on your building. I am coming to the end of my lease and I have NEVER had an issue with my apartment or the facility. I have never seen a bug or rodents. I have never felt unsafe. The office has always been respectful and they always seem to be in good moods. I am moving into a house, which is why I am leaving. Other than that, I would be staying here. It has seriously been the best apartment experience I have ever had.
They are the worst!!!! Poor customer service and they need a new property manager. My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half. There are roaches and bed bugs here. They never fix anything unless its something very important. The fixtures are so cheap. The washer machines are always broke. We have always requested that we were notified before they came into our apartment but they never do that. Once my husband and I were laying in bed and they just stuck a key in our door trying to get in. No knock or anything. One of the maintenance men acts like he has a problem with my husband. Once he was driving by and staring my husband down. They constantly have new staff. Something is wrong here. Very wrong. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! SAVE YOURSELVES!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY WORST!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would and thats a fact!!!!!!
Manager is extremely kind, and the staff. They look at the individual and work with them. The apartments are small and it needs improvements but they have been making them:-)
I have many friends and family that have lived at Cambridge Landing over the years, and I must say that they have done a great job updating the units and keep the property looking nice. Its probably the best value you can find and the location is more than ideal. But the staff is what really takes the cake! The management and staff are easily approachable, responsive, and you can tell that they genuinely care about their residents. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. They have all kinds of contests, parties and incentives to make living there even more enjoyable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
Management was great to work with, maintenance orders were carried out very quickly. Great access to I-44 and by extension OKC downtown.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!This apartment complex has a serious theft issue. Entire cars have been getting stolen, laundry stolen from the laundry mat that you have to pay for, mail stolen out of the boxes, and now people are cutting parts off of cars.Not only that but the manager does not sympathize or provide a quick solution to these issues.
Poor service made an appointment to look at a apartment. Show up to look at the apartment and it was locked up. Than I was told they are closed for the labor day weekend! I took time off work to look not be told we are closed. If your hrs are posted 9 am to 6pm M-F. YOU SHOULD BE OPEN. IF YOUR GOING TO BE CLOSED THAN HAVE IT POSTED AND TELL PEOPLE THAT BEFORE THEY MAKE THE TIME AND DRIVE TO LOOK!!!!! THIS SPEAKS VOLUMES... I SUGGEST TO LOOK ELSE WHERE TO LIVE
Tenant 2008-2016. As with any apartments, there are good things and bad. If youre expecting perfection, youre not in reality. New owners and management came in about a year ago and overhauled a lot of the administrative processes, maintenance and started a community improvement plan. The problem really lies with the type of client base they are now receiving. The cheap apartments on I-240 are constantly full, and this complex is the cheapest one around when it comes to rent, though that has been increasing over the years, but still less than the 2 other complexes next door. The I-240 client base is now taking over, and they arent the best people. You can see in other reviews that issues with neighbors is a large part of what was written about. It wasnt always this way. That started about 2 years ago. Car break-ins, car and apartment theft, and excessive noise are now rampant. It use to be a really quite gem years ago. People can bash the management all they want, but the truth of the matter is, with cheap rent, comes cheap clients. There are some complaints about rent being high; its actually the lowest in the area outside the I-240 area. You dont want to live in the I-240 apartments... The apartments themselves are just fine. The new management have been slowly making improvements, like new paint, redoing the entire picnic area, remarking the parking lots, and creating an outdoor kitchen in the main pool area. Anytime Ive turned in a maintenance issue, it has been handled properly within 24-36 hours, per terms of the lease agreement and Oklahoma Landlord and Tenant Act. This has actually greatly improved with the new management, as it use to take about a week for issues to be taken care of. One thing to note is that the apartments themselves are quite old. Minimum insulation was put in the attics and upstairs apartments will see a significant rise in their power bills due to the summer heat. Ive lived in both bottom and top floor, and recommend a bottom floor apartment for that reason. Ive given 3 stars as it really is just your average apartment complex. No fancy polish or anything, just easy living for fairly decent rent. The big issue now is the client base that is taking over because of this rent amount.
I have lived here one year about to renew my lease and the office staff is real nice and willing to help out when needed. I have never had any issues with them and everything i ask they tend to get done. The only complaint I have are the windows. They are not very well insulated so my electric bill tends to be higher.
Staff and management have been some of the most horrible people i have ever dealt with zach the property has been completely rude about everything and took several months to fix our ac and still never had gotten fixed so we had to move out. And when gotten a written agreement saying we wouldnt have to pay past rent they are now trying to charge for past rent
Wonderful service, prompt nothing is too much trouble for them,always polite, and get the job done. We love living here. The staff are so helpful even when they are so busy, a great atmosphere.
I do not recommend ever trying to live here. Most of the office staff is nice, but the office manager has no concern for the residents. I have had three different issues and they take forever to get anything done if they do anything at all. My AC was out and has been out for two months and still to this day nothing has been done. And they refuse to do anything. Tons of roaches, maintenance does not do their job like they should. Save yourself the trouble, find somewhere else.
I think these apartments are great! No complaints here - office staff is always helpful and very friendly. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and in a great location. Highly recommend to anyone!
I have been extremely impressed by the courtesy and the professionalism of the staff at this location. They make sure you fully understand the details of the contract, payment terms, etc. and go above and beyond to help tenants no matter what the request is. Fully exceeded my expectations.
I was told they would not renew my lease unless I changed my review of the property. Very dissapointing that I would be punished my having an opinion on social media.
I was told multiple time my apartment was being upgraded for 2 months . On the day of my move in I received my keys and go look at my apartment it looked NOTHING LIKE WHAT WE AGREED ON, THE MODEL SHOWN IS NOT WHAT YOU GET AT ALL ! I was extremely upset . I went to speak to the manager, ZACHARY ALLEN to confront him about the apartment not being upgraded there was build in the ceilings . There are holes in the wall that they tried to paint over, the shelves were dirty, the paint was thrown on the walls . Closet door is broke and dented. The appliances were very old and not upgraded as promised to me . There was no microwave. They did not replace the toilet seats at all. The manager spoke to me as if i didn’t know what I was talking about. And told me they don’t even offer the appliances that are in the model. I WAS CHEATED OUT MY MONEY . If you consider moving into these apartments you WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WERE GUARANTEED!
Lived in a studio with a wall for one year, from 8/2013 to 8/2014. The ladies in the office were always very nice, maintenance came promptly, no bug problems to speak of. Never had anything stolen as we locked our car doors, apartment and storage door, but this is still the south side. Didnt get some of the deposit back because of pet fur even though we rented a steam cleaner and brushed the carpet out, but oh well. Neighbors acted like city neighbors in an apartment complex: aloof - is anything else to be expected? Overall I think this was a good place for the money and location.
Worst experience ever!!! It’s worth spending a little more money somewhere else decent. Go to Brookwood or somewhere else!! Not going to renew my lease, I moved in on Nov 2017, I put several complaints about the storage door lock not working in Dec 2017. Until today, it hasn’t been fix. How do they expect to keep my belongings safe? Also, almost 2 months ago one of my bathroom faucet handles broke off and flooded all my bathroom and part of my apartment, I called emergency maintenance, spoke to them, was told they would be there to fix it. No one showed up, until today NOTHING had been fix. My faucet leaks every time I use it. Don’t waste your time or money!!
So far the staff has been wonderful to me and my situation. The Complex Manager has also been wonderful to me. I sign my lease today and during my walkthrough I will be sure to take pictures of everything,test the smoke alarms,test the AC and heat unit along with any appliances in the unit. Will also make sure to check all the windows and take very detailed pictures of the carpet. Will continue to post updates throughout my stay. Because they are a new management team and have renovated most of the units. Im willing to give them a fair chance.
These apartments have not been good to us. My boyfriend and I were supposed to move in on the 21st of August and we were told that they had to push us back a week after we had already signed our leasing paperwork and everything. Plus the day before we were supposed to move in, we got a call saying they changed our apartment number so we had to call back all of the people we had set up stuff with for that apartment and change the number. When we finally got up there all of the outlets in the apartment living room where out and the cable guy couldnt even set up our cable box. The AC barely works.the upgraded apartment we were shown looks nothing like what we were given. Do not get an apartment here! Chilly is amazing, but that is it. We appreciate her, but everyone else has got an attitude. plus they blame everything on her because shes new. Thats a poor excuse, she is just nice. I am regretting this apartment and we are ready for the year to be over so we can get the heck out of this place!!
Lived here a month and since the move in has been a water leak in the bath room have told them 6 times now still not fixed and they lady tells me call tomorrow and I send someone to look at it. Sure dont take the time to take your money but take their time on fixing what needs to be fixed
None of the gym equipment works. They said they were going to replace it when we were moving in. Gym equipment didnt get fixed in over a year. They allow people to rent the whole pool so you cant even use it. Its like you dont get to use the amenities that you pay for. Bad conditions. I saw several beds thrown away in the dumpster area infested with bed bugs. None of the staff that was there when I moved in was still there when I moved out because of how poor the management is.
These people are greedy. I put down a deposit for one of their units and it was not at all what I signed up for. They have hidden fees all over the place. The unit I thought I was getting had a washer and dryer I didnt want. They tell me I have to pay an extra $40 a month or switch units. I switch and its $10 more. Either way they get more money out if me than I agreed to. They offered a 3 month lease, which was a deal breaker for me, that was supposedly the same price as 6 and 12 month. Turns out if I want a 3 month I have to pay $100 more a month. Theres also a $15 fee every month for pest control that they failed to mention to me both times I spoke with someone in the office, so my rent has already gone up $25 more a month than I agreed to. $125 if I still wanted the 3 month lease. $155 if I stayed in the same unit I signed up for. Finally I get a receipt telling me how much I need to move in. Of course thats wrong too, its almost $800 more than the receipt said. At this point I want out, its not the same price, the same unit, or the same length I signed up for and they tell me I cant get my deposit back. These people are dishonest, they will say anything to get you to sign their lease and try to rob you at the same time. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I had a great time staying at Cambridge Landing. If I ever had a issue with my unit, Ms. Wy definitely ensured that it was taken care of as soon as possible. She is the BEST!
I should have trusted what the reviews said.Just today, I made contracts with them to live there. For surroundings, they are calm and convenience with some facilities. So, I submitted applications and paid.As I made this, they told me about insurance and deposit is NOT refundable.Before making decision, they should tell me these additional stuffs.Plus, (this is update since I have been living here)This apartment gave me challenges to survive Oklahoma summer without A/C. I have kept asking to fix A/C, but for a week there is no response, so that I am surviving this hot boiling apartment without A/C.Do you think this is deserve to get 1 star?
No stars. Negative 5 stars. I would have liked to get information on the apartments as i am moving in 10 days now. However, in the last 3 weeks, no one has answered the phone, at any time during the day, and no one has returned any of my numerous message requests for info or a call back. Now that i am moving in down the street, im glad i made another choice! Also, the reach out to us # is the same number that is listed as the apartment #. which means no one will answer or return your call. Dont waste your time people. theyre only good reviews are from employees.
Only good because it was cheap. Couple years into living there it was no longer cheap, rent increases were disproportionate to the size of the apartment, and even more so to the amenities of living there.
TERRIBLE Apartments! Do NOT move here!!The condition of the model apartment shown to potential new residents is FAR from the conditions of the actual apartments! I moved in the summer of 2017 and was assured that the multiple issues that I had observed and documented were going to be taken care of by the time I moved in.Some these issues are, but not limited to: Kitchen cabinets stripping was falling off, Kitchen cabinets shelving had interior walls falling off, un-level stove, dozens of holes located on the walls throughout the entire apartment, shower temperature knob poorly calibrated, bathroom plumbing leaking a Considerable amount, living room window POORLY aligned to the point that the locks would not slide into locking positions, Living room windows were MISSING locks!, several peoples mailboxes do NOT lock properly!, and other issues.I have had maintenance work on my apartment many times because they simply put temporary solutions to the residents concernsI AM MOVING OUT AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS OVER!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
The office staff is horrible as well as the corporate office is just an answering machine for you to leave messages and no one ever calls you back. Residents pay money to be comfortable in their apartment which they call home but the Apartment complex never want to fix anything or keep up the outside maintenance of the complex. It’s trash outside & several of the units are without air conditioning the summer temperatures are in the 100’s and it’s even hotter in the apartment unit. They don’t want to fix it and they refuse to call a creditable company to get them up and running. This place I would just avoid and move somewhere else. I’m leaving as soon as I can. Don’t be fooled by the showing and the fake smiles when you sign your lease because it goes to hell right after that.!!!! DONT rent here...
Does not even deserve one star. Me and my boyfriend have lived here almost 2 years and our ceiling has leaked every single time it has rained. Not even joking. i will call once the office opens so I can talk to a human being instead of a machine. Its ridiculous that no one answers the phone. I hate leaving messages cause I never get call backs. I finally decided to walk,with my infant, to the office and demanded to speak to the manager. The woman I spoke with thought she had already talked to me.wrong! They obviously had many people with the same problem as us. And they are not noting who needs their unit fixed. The manager was out looking at the pool, I mean really its was the beginning of April. I told her that my ceiling was leaking from the huge hole THEIR maintenance made months ago. And also that a new leak appeared cause it has rained so much the night before. She finally came to look herself and said it was still liveable. Who wants to live somewhere it always leaks? Not me and I definitely dont like my baby being subjected to it. I will add that when the second leak appeared, it smelled horrible. Everyone needs to know that this place sucks and I cant wait to leave. They had the audacity to leave a piece of paper saying they wish we would renew our lease. No thank you. How do you not know that my unit has had a big whole covered by a piece of wood which is still leaking. and if you get offered a carpet cleaning, dont expect it to be true.
Unfortunately there is no negative stars s lets just address the issues they have. These people charge exiting or term lease holders at the end of the lease an additional $1,000.00 just for moving out and then without notice they send it to a collection agency. Nice huh. If you value your credit and sanity stay away, live in a cardboard box if need be but do not move in here.They do not maintain the water heaters, they do not spray for bugs and they enter the apartment whenever they please without notice. These people will not answer your phone calls and they will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. As I stated previously; if you are homeless and in need of a reasonably priced apartment (of which this is not) DO NOT go here. These people will smile and nod there heads in agreement right up until you sign that lease then they will reach around and plunge the knife squarely in your back.
I wish I could give less than one star. This absolutely awful apartment complex tried to sue my dead mother after she passed away there. They tried to sue someone who had passed away, after my fiance and I had found her deceased in apartment 1716. They then tried to sue my fiance for breaking and entering when it was their maintenance man who drilled out the lock with OUR permission. Most unethical, disgusting company I have EVER SEEN. Do not give your money to these people, its definitely not worth it for a downtrodden apartment.
Worst experience! Customer service is awful at best and thats only when they decide to get back to you on any issues you may have. Extra charges on your rent? Have any questions about anything at all? They wont tell you anything! Do. Not. Live. Here. Took 2 months for my mail box to be fixed, ac was broken for 4 days after I moved in, and they more than likely wont let you know that you have a package at the office. Awful awful place!
When I first went in, the first woman I spoke to seemed sweet and sat down with us to get started on a quote...as a “leasing agent” should. From then on, every time I called or went in she treated us horribly blaming me for lack of communication when I had used the chat portal that she provided me as means of communication. Receiving no response many times. Over all, as many have said. Piss poor, awful customer service. Being a first time renter I need a little extra explanation. When I asked to go over the lease with someone the “leasing agent” responded. “You see, corporate says it isn’t my job to sit down and go over the lease with you.” Don’t waste your time and money going there. ESPECIALLY inexperienced renters!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!I wish I wouldve read these reviews before we moved into these apartments.From the time we signed the lease we have been lied to. They have so many hidden fees!The first week we moved in someone broke into the apartment next to ours and broke into our washer and dryer storage area. Our rent went up after our 1st month there. We paid a bug fee every month yet there were roaches in our unit. Our dryer that we pay an extra $40 a month for broke and they took their sweet time getting someone out there to fix it. It took so long in fact, that we ended up getting someone else to fix it before their guy came out and left a note that said clean out lint trap. Just recently the price we pay for water went up and we were charged an extra $40, luckily we over paid them $5 every month so we only ended up having to pay $10. 2 months ago we discovered by an employee that we were paying an extra $100 a month for our unit because we were supposed to be in an upgraded unit but turns out we were in a semi upgraded unit but when we went in to speak to them about it(which they had told us to do because they were the ones who discovered we were over paying) basically told us that we already signed the lease and they werent going to do anything about it and then turned around and told us that we were actually in an upgraded unit.( we were not living in an upgraded unit). Things got so bad at this place and we were so fed up with the lies from their employees(and the roaches crawling around) that we paid our last months rent and then moved into our new apartment. So we ended up paying rent at 2 places just so we could get out of those nasty roach infested boxes they call apartments. We were told we had to pay rent at a prorated price for this last month but when we went in to pay they told us that we were short.Then today when we went to clean up the apartment we found an eviction notice on our door!! They want us to pay late fees. This has by far been the worst experience in apartment living I have ever dealt with. Im so happy to be out of that motel 6 and into a place I can call home. Save your money and your sanity.**UPDATE**We went to do our final clean up so that we could turn in our keys. When we got in there they had already painted the unit and threw away my belongings! When we went to management about it all he said was I apologize and if you provide me a receipt for your items we may be able to reimburse you but i cant guarantee anything.So they illegally went into my apartment and threw my things away yet all i got was a sorry excuse for an a apology?? I turned in my keys that day with a promise from him that i would get my $250 security deposit back. I got $50 back of that deposit because they charged me $200 for last months water bill!! Where they do that at???
The apartment itself isnt bad but the office staff is absolutely ridiculous. They stated that our rent would be 543 including our pet fee and our water bill but it has shifted every month. The whole reason being is because they were charging us for a washer and dryer in our apartment (when we do not have one) and they had told us that we had not paid our pet deposit (we had originally paid this the day before we got the key) so once they pulled our file and saw that we had paid it they apologized. Instead of trying to contact us, they just kept trying to charge us for something we had taken care of before we even moved in.
Customer service is exceptionally bad at this office. I had two experiences and both were very painful. Don’t even bother coming here.
This was o e of the worst places I have ever lived, tried to say I didnt pay my rent the last month I lived there had a neighbor who was a sexual predator and just got caught looking into a womans apartment while she was getting out of the shower who was supposed to be banned from the premises,but every night around 6:30 hed come out of the apartment and knock on my door constantly asking for rides, asked the staff to do something about it of course nothing.. someone tried opening my front door more than once at 3 in the morning.. caught a guy breaking into my neighbors truck running away with his toolbox, also caught a Mexican lady stealing peoples cloths out of the dryers in the laundry room in the middle of the night.. our a/c bearly worked. This place is terrible
For some reason the manger who walks around the property has a really bad attitude other than that its a falling apart complex I would advise you stay away and save your money
Run away from this complex as quick as possible. seriously, dont even consider living here.my ac did not work and high crime. they allowed known drug users to live next to me who brought all kinds of riff raft and made noise all night long, and they did nothing about it. they do not care about you, your safety or their property. just the profit.
They cost a friend of mine over a 1000 dollars that he is being forced to pay to the management over an employee negligence on the contract an refuse to do anything about, glad I was able to leave when i could, didnt have ac or heater for a week in the fall, i slept through the cold in my apartment. Dont bother, there are other better starter-apartments.
If you move in with a pet, dont expect to get your deposits back. They will find some reason or excuse to keep it even if your animal is fully trained. They nit-pick about cleaning when a tenant moves out. I recommend, video or pictures of everything when moving out. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING! Inside dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ect. Neighbors are loud even late at night. I also strongly recommend car alarms on vehicles as most times you can not park close to your apartment and owner wants no responsibility in anything.
Piss Poor, absolutely Piss Poor customer service, that staff needs to be fired.I called, and you are not able to speak with any representative, and their voice mailbox is full and your not able to leave a message. Absolutely PISS POOR, Customer Service...Ive been in customer service for over 30 yrs. and it seems like it just keeps getting worst for the public. This apartment complex is the least professional place of business I have ever encountered. Staff is very rude, Signed a 6 month contract and they told me I signed a year contract and made me pay for a break lease agreement. Asked for original paper work and the person we signed papers with, the person we signed with no longer works there and they cant come up with the original paperwork. Called corporate and they didnt do anything about it either. $800 later Im moving out. Avoid them at all costs, even if rent is more somewhere else you will be paying more here from fake expenses. Woke up to a gunshot from the room below me one morning, Mold on walls and windows, told them about it and they never did anything about it. Dryer vents directly into bedroom and living room leaving the walls dripping from humidity. Only positive is that I like the carpet. Oh and the roof leaks when it rains.
Me and my husband stay together.This is one of the best apartment we stayed in all terms except for the leasing office people.From day 1the leasing office people started troubling us.They are not giving convincing answers for anything we ask and instead give some leam excuses and being so much rude in behavior.We have been losing packages which comes to our apartment.Recently we got a confirmation that the leasing office lady signed it and the package was handed to her.My husband went and asked for the package.Instead of checking there they were refusing that they didnt receive it.When he showed the copy of the acceptance page in which she signed she started telling it is her sign but she didnt sign it.My husband was leaving the office but they called back and handed the package.When my husband was asked for the explanation they started shouting at him.They were trying to hide their mistake snd wen he was talking they shut the door on his face.He hit the door once because he got hurt.with that reason they highlighted and called police and kept a ban on him for no mistake. We have to pay rent and we have to be banned here . They will do anything for covering their mistakes and this is all because of we are non locals. I wish this thing should not happened to anyone .
This place deserves a solid 3 stars. Our first home afyer being married. Sure there were roaches the first year but after changing building, bug-free! Maintanence helped fix broken ac and widow quickly but when it comes to iur oven that jas never worked, no one has ever came to fix it despite multiple calls and online maintance requests. Oh well. You can hear the neighbors be it next to your or above you but iys an apartment, we expected it. Well be moving onto our next home soon and i have my fair shares of fond and great memories aling with the bad. For the price, its an awesome, safe, aand quiet place to live

I have repeatedly put in request and been ignored, I get rent hike notices when I have no upgrades, I feel very very disrespected. They put in dog park accessories yet they dont seem to have funds for decent maintenance upkeep. For the money I pay, not worth it. If they fix everything then I may retract my review but as it stands this is why people dislike this place, there isno respect for the renters.

Well lost my double deposit and they charged me for things that were not damaged because there up keep on there own establishment was like once a year. I had to go without smoke detectors because there maintenance man quit and had to buy my own! Then they charged me 2000$ in the end!! Please go somewhere else!! They are con artists. The rent was too much for the crappy apartment I got!! Seriously.
If youre ok with your apartment being 89 degrees and your A/C broken with no one caring at all, then sure this place is for you. If youre ok with dealing with a self centered staff that work harder on making excuses than anything else, then sure move here. If you look forward to management entering your apartment every month while youre not home and not fixing anything youve reported, then yes this is your dream home. If youre ok with walking into your apartment on day one of your lease to find that almost nothing works and it wasnt cleaned at all, then feel free. All the 5 star ratings are fake. Do not move here if you can help it.

I transferred from a 2bedroom to a one bedroom. Right away theres an infestation of fleas and rats. Office staff will not answer the phone and if they do, they wont call you back! Nothing got done. I have videos, pictures and documentation. I turned in my keys within a month and the asst. Manager (who i never seen before and the office staff says is gone for the day)said im still on the hook until my lease is up and i will go thru collections...I WILL go through the court system because Ive never had anyone speak or treat me this way! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very disappointing. No other choice but to stick out our lease for the time being. BH Management is no longer attached to this complex, and there is no reachable number made available to tenants in case of emergencies. Its going to be in the 90s today, and I cant even reach emergency maintenance to fix my air conditioner problem that has been a recurring issue ALL summer long.Run while you can, the only person worth their salt in the office is Wy.
Do Not Use This Apt!I have been to living here for 4 yearsWhen Im moving out, I did pay off all my payment for them and broke rent fee also.I left on Dec, but the NEW BiLL on Oct came to my new place, they said Im not pay for them.Im calling to the office and they ran out away from your call and tell it isnt their business because i had already moving out, they pushed their responsible for another manager officer.Been 4 years, never remodel inside or maince for guest room .My oven brunt, I called 4-5 times for few moths before, but just a guys come and check and leave, he said I have to wait for the order,and until Im leaving, No one comes and fix it,money payment every month if u dont pay by due day, they will give a note ticket $50 late fee after next day, but they took the $ for remain outside of their office and Increase price up charge the billing every year.Next my room, #1713 I knew a lady, very sweet lady, she passed away on her room, noone knew her death until due payment, 3 weeks later after that time. A lot of Roach came to my place ( she has 7 cats, 1 dog). Also I came to office and talk to them about that, they got it but they dont work for it. Thats why my reason, Im moving out . Pay $575/month for a studio with no burnt for cooking, Roaches run in ur room and ur bedroom ? How can I still keep rent ! Have new apartments are around still have better place then it. Try to look around ! If you are good quality spending money,Thiss a Truth Story ! Im not liar ! I wasnt happy with their attitude service, SO BAD !
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Wish I could give negative stars, but please avoid this place, unless you want cholera, HIV, herpes or some other foul disease spread by human biohazard waste. Just had sewage backup yesterday which caused other peoples feces, urine and tp to overflow out of our toilets onto bathroom floor and overflow into bathtub, filling it with at least 6inches of same nasty waste. Took 8+ hours for water to recede and to be able to flush again, however the disgust left after, on the floor still a pool of human waste, now spread to carpet near bathroom because office too lazy to get someone out and follow-up to make sure it gets fixed. Residents were left without use of bathroom, shower, 8-9 hours with the stench of excrement filled in our bathtub, overflowing out of toilet when someone flushed. Total lack of action by management. Worst customer service, follow-up ever experienced! The apartments arent that bad.. Management is the reason you should STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this sh%tuation! at Cambridge Landing OKC!!!!!

Pictures and the tour we got before signing was NOT what we got when we got our keys to our apartment. Worst experience ever. Poor management, I called to report about mold in the apartment and the ceiling in the restroom was falling apart. It took them over a month to go fix the ceiling, but they never did anything about the mold. Also, the grass around our area was always left without a cut for weeks during the summer. It seems as if they only have a crew going to do landscape twice a month. We made a complaint about the gym, treadmills weren’t even working and we never heard from them and the equipment stayed in poor condition. Definitely not worth your hardworking money for this apartment complex.
If you didnt had apartments before you will after living here. Roaches, Loud Neighbors, Awful Repair Service, High Power Bills, Rude Snobbish Staff and Vehicle Break ins. I broke my lease because they wouldnt fix my AC or garbage disposal which 24hr repair guarantee on AC was not met (its part of their contract) . They then held my deposit but the thing that really pissed me off was they billed me for the A/C, garbage disposal, and cleaning fees even after they broke contract.
Never come to live here unless you wanna get scammed and live with mold in your apt

I agree with the poster that said they enter the apt any time without notice. That is very true. My only other complaint is that they have an undercover security guard that harasses and abuses anyone who is non-white. Maintenence man is a redneck but knows what he is doing.
