Ann did a fantastic job on my Ombré nails. She takes time with each nail making sure they are even and beautiful. She is a true nail artist!! I get completed on my nails every day. She’s awesome!!!

My nail tech was henry and he was AMAZING and takes his time on the nails and makes sure they are perfect. I will 10000% return to that place for another set

I took my 4 year old daughter here and we both got pedicures. They charged me $60!!!! Needless to say, we will not go back. I really liked this place before that. My pedicure was way more work than hers. She didnt even get her toenails painted. She didnt get her feet scraped or exfoliated. She only got her toenails trimmed and filed. I think there was a little dirt under her big toenails too. Thats all. Unbelievable. I couldve bought her a nice pair of shoes for that price. Her pedicure shouldve been no more than $15 if even that. Also, they dont understand much English. So, when she told the woman the towel was too hot on her legs, the woman ignored her. I shouldve done hers myself at home. I never imagined they would charge the same. If youre taking a small child, you better go somewhere else.

This nail salon is the best around. Professional, clean, friendly staff, great quality work. If you want any type of nail work or a relaxing pedicure please make an appointment with ANN. She is the best. An amazing person and talented professional.

I got a gel dip manicure done here twice (two different techs), both times it was passible but not great. The nails were messy and chunky (but still presentable) and the techs were rough with the file. There are better places in this area to go to for the same price.

I have been going there for yrs and the last few times the service has gone done but prices up. I like my toes cut short and usually they never do but today I asked for short and the lady butchered my toes. They aren’t cut even and look awful.

I have been coming to this nail salon every month for 6 years. The staff is so amazing and all of them do their jobs perfectly. I’ve gotten manicures, pedicures, and SNS done here. I would recommend them to anybody and always tell my friends& family that the service is the best!!

Just move earlier this year to the area and struggled to find the perfect nail spa. Went to at least four different places. Love the friendly atmosphere, always greeted (not what I want done but if I’d like a beverage) Nice! But MOST OF ALL BEAUTIFUL WORK! Ask for Ann or anyone there.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for almost 3 years. Ive had my nails done a few times with Kelly but most with Chino. They are both SUPER AMAZING! I have to say this whole place is more than amazing. Everyone is always so friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. To attest to how great they have been, for a year out of those 3 I moved to Winter Haven and would drive every 3 weeks or so to get my nails done. Now I have moved back and would never go anywhere else. They are spectacular!

Johnny did a great job with giving me an SNS manicure. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be going back to get me services done here!

I got an acrylic fill with Henry about a week ago and I am so happy with my nails. Not sure if they use a higher quality acrylic or if it’s the application, but my nails are sturdy and pretty. I will definitely be going back.

I especially prefer when Kelly does my nail services, she is so kind and has great attention to detail. Aladdin Nails Ocoee. Went to have her eyebrows waxed. They waxed her eyelid and her eyebrows are not even. She has blisters on her eyelid now.

This place is definitely my go-to. You have to make a reservation but its well worth it. Everyone who works here is so friendly and accommodating. They give you wine (if you so choose) and have a huge color selection. My favorite part is that if you get a no-chip and it chips within 14 days. Love coming here!

I know how difficult it is to find a good nail salon and I read all the reviews for this salon. Ive been to 5 different salons since January and Ive experienced various levels of disappointment! Thats why I was surprised how pleased with my experience at this nail salon. You can make an appointment online, but I walked in early Friday morning and was greeted with warm and friendly atmosphere. Hope is the Nail Tech who did my sns nails. She was very kind, asked what i wanted the entire time (shape, cut,etc) asked if I was pleased with the nails throughout the service, and did my nails within 1 and 1/2 hours. Shes a full-time student and only works Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I will definitely be making an appointment with her again.

One of the best experiences I have had with a nail salon. Everything went so smoothly. Staff here smiles, everyone is nice and friendly. The lady who did my nails was very gentle and patient. She took her time and did not rush through steps but still managed to get the job done in a timely manner. The place is clean and organized. Reasonable price. Cant find a good reason not coming here unless you dont do nails. Highly recommended !!

Most of the time they dont use aquilic paints. Its nice, no smells. But if they do. Ill walk out. Very nice ppl. Been going there off & on for a couple of years.

Im normally very skeptical about trying new nail salons but I was in need a pedicure and eyebrow wax quick. But much to my surprise this nail salon is very good. The staff is patient and kind and the customer service is great. From what I saw of the salon it appeared to be very clean and orderly. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this salon to anyone.

I absolutely love this nail salon! The guy named Chino did my nails as well as my little cousin and he did AMAZING! We both got acrylic and he cleaned the under side of our nail and made sure the nails were perfect. The paint on the nails were fabulous and gorgeous. I will make sure to come back.I would show a picture of my nails but Idk how to.

After trying several nail salons in the area, I have finally found my place. Very professional, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Ann is awesome. My nails last 3-4 weeks and always look great! The salon is very clean which is very important to me!

I went to this place the first time and it was terrible. The lady who did my nails was new and it was her first time doing nails. After that I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it again. I booked it online and asked for a specific nail tech who had good reviews. They disregarded my request and gave me this lady who also had no idea what she was doing. She finished dipping my nails then cracked them with the filer. She had to redo them and not even a week later they are starting to crack. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Came to get my hands and feet done for a party and it was the most relaxing experience. Everyone was so nice and made me feel like i was actually at a spa. I would totally come back in the future and would recommend them to all my friends.

My new go to place. I just had my nails done there today, 2nd visit & Ann is consistently wonderful. Ann does an amazing job with pedicures too. Im a busy mom, wife & hairstylists...so I know how important time & quality work is. Ann is quick but delivers fantastic work. The manager is very friendly & accommodating. The other day I went to get my eyebrows waxed. An employee named Lily did them for me. During the waxing she was extremely rough on my skin and face but I didn’t d say anything thinking it’s not that big of a deal. Once I got into my car and saw my eyebrows in natural lighting, I saw that the right one was slightly higher than the left one. I went back into the salon and showed the manager and asked nicely if there is a way to fix it.The employee named Lily got in my face screaming and yelling at me saying I knew it was going to be like this. ( she never said anything to me about it) She continue to keep screaming at me and now has her finger in my face acting like she was going to put her hands on me. I told the workers to get her out of my face and do something about her!I have never seen anything like this before and I was scared!I HAVE been coming to this salon over 2 years! I don’t even live in the area, I have always come out of my way to get my nails done etc..Maybe things would have ended up better if the manager handled things correctly.Fortunately for me, my bank disputed the charges!

Very bad experience with Ann, when she did UV gel French I complained about the transition between the old gel and the new one, specially in French you could see it had air like a big bubble. She said that’s how it is when you refill. I have done it with Hope before and she always remove the old gel. I make an appointment to re do my gel with Hope and when I show up Hope wasn’t there, I didn’t get any communication that the nail technician I wanted didn’t show up. Chinito offers to remove my gel (done by Ann) where I now have water and a dark stain inside the nail I had complain to Ann before. Chinito said Hope will be back next day and she should fix it for me. When I went to pay for my pedicure Ann charged me $10 to remove the gel that she messed up, really? She said if I use a different nail tech she needs to charge me, really? The one I wanted did not show up “you” don’t sent any communication and I have to pay for that? This business lost my $180 a month.I will only recommend Hannah and Hope.

People were nice but my nails were not really good at all. The shape was ok but one nail was crooked when she polished my nail the lady didn’t even cover the whole nail. My nails looked super crusty and I will not be returning.

This place is so nice, clean and a great atmosphere. The prices are great and Ive never had my sns nails look so nice. My nail tech was so sweet and helped me pick the perfect shade of pink. Everyone here is very welcoming, sweet and fun.

I have been going here for over a year. I was always looking for good nail place that actually takes care of their customers, this place is it! I never have a complaint when I go to Scott. Hes the best in my opinion.

The salon really take pride in their service because they have such wonderful nail color selection! And the staff were very friendly and where you will experience they give you the paper that you need! Very affordable and the interior is just sanitary its really amazing I highly recommend

Its okay, it REALLY depends on which person you are going to. Sometimes they do good and sometimes I have a burning sensation from them digging to deep.

Tried this place for the first time today after reading all the reviews.... I will not be going back. The good, they saw me quickly and the lady doing my nails was gentle. The bad, she did not cut them down as I asked, one hand has a matte finish, one has a shiny finish. My nails were also sticky when I left, I did the gel polish as I have been doing for years. The gel is also thicker towards the tops of my nails making the shape look odd. I’m very disappointed and am now stuck with this for a few weeks until I change it. I will be going back to the location I always go to. I only went to this one because it was closer.

I had to constantly correct what they were doing. I asked for coffin nails and got square. I got a cool color but it came out very sloppy like I did them myself. My nails were noticeably different sizes. Worst of all my fingers are in pain from all of the deep cuts I got from rough and careless nail filing. Will not be coming back and I dont recommend this place. I overheard several females also dissatisfied with their nails.

Amazing. Scott did an acrylic fill with gel paint and stiletto shape for 30$ and oh man, they are perfect. Ive never had my nails look so amazing. Love it!

So unfortunate!!!! I went in for the first time in February and had the most amazing pedicure Ive ever had. Went back 2 weeks ago and had the worst!!!! The woman kept spacing out while she was doing my pedicure and ended up cutting the side of my toe extremely bad because she wasnt paying attention. After cleaning my cut every day since then it still managed to get severely infected and Im going up there tomorrow to let them know because Ill be going to my doctor on Monday if it hasnt cleared up.

First time going here today, I will definitely be returning... thank you Anne for doing an awesome job on my nails

Worst experience ever. I just moved from downtown and needed a new shop. The guy did my pedicure, manicure, and wax in 30 mins. He was rushing. My baby sister could of did a better manicure. He took off half my eyebrow and tried to argue with me about it. When I didnt want to pay for it they continued to argue with me. Why have a service company that offers a service and not stick by your commitment to quality. When I showed them pics right before I came in they still tried to deny. When I was adamant I wouldnt pay they caught an attitude and threw my card at me and the manager gave me the hand and wrote my name down. I guess Im no longer welcome, not that I would go again. Posted the pics. That is how my manicure turned out and my eyebrow wax

I love going to Alladin Nail and Spa. Ann is very attentive, and although walk-ins are always welcome, she is the specialist i prefer to do my AND nails and pedicures. I cannot speak more highly of the friendly atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable and there is never any waiting. Thank you Ann and Alladin Nail and Spa!

Absolutely horrible. I picked my shade of pink and then they lost it and couldnt find it. So I had to pick another one. The man there kept picking them up when I would have a color set aside and so then I would have to find it again, not to mention he did this 3 times. She cut my nails way to short when I told him to leave them long and round shape. Made them square. So I came back a few mins later and asked very politely and he started arguing with me saying its not his fault and there is nothing he can do about it. Thats my rant for the day.

Was visiting my aunt out in Orlando. And upon googling and Instagramming dozen of nail techs and salons. I stumble across this spot in the middle of a shopping plaza. And I must say I was very much impressed and glad at my choice. You walk in and are welcomed within seconds. The staff is very friendly and tend to you immediately. I had the pleasure of getting Scott to do my nails. And I even told him I was scared cuz I didnt see any pictures online. To see the quality of their nail work. So I was taking a leap of faith but long and behold the pricing was great. And my nails came out AMAZING! For $25 I received a full set of coffin shaped acrylic nails. And for $5 extra I got two designs. Scott did my nails exactly the way I showed him and in ample time. The shape was on point and every nail was perfect. No lumps and the they look super natural. I felt like I was back home in NYC, and from now on when I do return back to Orlando. I will always go to them no if, ands or buts about it. I recommend them stamped and approved in my book.

It was my first visit today. Hope did a beautiful job with my nails. I paid $28 for my gel mani, which is cheaper than anywhere else Ive been to. Ill be going back again.
