I got a flat tire at 5 on a Friday and showed up and they were able to immediately help me. They were super quick too. Most tire places I’ve been to tell me to come back in several hours and I knew they closed at 6. I really appreciate them taking me, having the right tires in stock and for being able to help me so quickly. Thank you guys!

Dan took care of us, we have a large 5th Wheel RV, our mobile techs dropped off our old tires and Dan help me coordinate the whole process. Ive always received great service from Mavis, even at various locations. That points to a good company culture. Will continue to seek them out for my tire needs.

Bree, Tony and Damien all helped me with a slow leak on my truck tire. Tony patched it and reset all the tires to equal pressure.Damien got me registered and into the shop for the repair.Bree (Knowledgeable, efficient and good natured) checked me out and on my way. One call I overheard he told the customer that his alignment was off by some very small percentage I can’t remember. He told the customer that it wasn’t big enough to warrant the cost of an alignment. I was pretty impressed with that. He could have easily lied. I will continue to do business here

Spoke with Dan on the phone about my alignment problem with my 4runner. He was professional and told me what Mavis could do for my situation. When I went in to drop off my car and key for an appointment the next morning at 8 he asked about the problem again and when he heard I was in from out of town and would miss my daughters soccer game due to the loss of my vehicle he asked Alvin if he could add me. I went there to get an oil change and spoke to a man named Dan, he was extremely professional, kind and easy to speak to. He even inspected my car to see if i had any additional things wrong with my car, if that’s not great service then idk what is. The guy that worked on my car unscrewed my oil bolt and all my oil leaked out onto my driveway. I did not return for the repair and I will not return for any other services. Watch out ladies!

I used Mavis Tires in SC for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I then used them again in Tampa at the Waters Ave location and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Today, I went to this one for 2 more tires and an alignment. Once again, the employees were phenomenal with helping me out and very courteous. Paid for an alignment that was NOT done. The 650 Douglas Road Oldsmar shop is poorly managed. I bought 4 new tires had them mounted and paid for an alignment, 5/28/2021 Order #00023718.When I asked for the alignment documentation, the Mavis Rep informed us that the alignment printer had been broken for over 3 months AND Mavis could not get a part for this printer because of COVID! The expected services, which included an $80 alignment, was paid for.Took the car and noticed a slight pull to the right AND my steering wheel was not a little off center. Concerned I took the car to a different Mavis shop (Dunedin, and they were great!) because I wanted the paperwork confirmation for peace of mind. Turns out NO alignment had been done and I now have the paper work to prove it.Do NOT bring your business to 650 Douglas Road in Oldsmar, they are too busy to get the work completed correctly and with honor.

I have no idea because they have a schedule that they close at 8:30 pm when they are actually closed earlier. I arrived at 8:22, I just wanted to put a tire that I had in a ring and the manager told me that they were already closed, Im sure that if the owner was there, the story would be different

I have ben using Mavis on my Ram 1500 for oil changes and tires, brakes, etc. They are friendly, efficient, and have done the absolute best job balancing the tires of any shop I have ever used. I made an appointment for this morning at 9 am for an oil change. My husband arrived early at 8 45. They told him it would take approximately 1 hour or less. As my husband sat waiting, other customers came in and their cars were taken in ahead of ours. Finally, when our car was still untouched at 10 am, my husband asked for the keys back. They had no concern or apology whatsoever, just handed him the keys.

I called several tire stores for prices. When I asked Mavis for their out-the-door cost, they quoted the lowest price of the stores I called. At the time of my appointment, they said they had to add additional fees like disposal and taxes. This made their quote one of the highest. I reluctantly agreed since I didnt have time to go elsewhere. Upon completion of the work, I found grease on my carpet from the mechanics shoes. It also appeared that they scratched one of my rims. Lastly, my vehicle appears to pull to the right (poor alignment). I would not recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes.

All these guys want to do is sell you, went in for tires and alignment on one of our fleet vehicles. Did not reset my low tire indicating light, alignment was not correct, took it back the told me it was off ( after they did it a week ago ). Alignment was worse than the first time.. Took it to another place, no sales pressure and they did the job correctly..
