I got pedicure here before and they usually do a pretty good I got pedicure on Wednesday and today is Saturday they did a horrible horrible job they look terrible. Cuticles look awful nail polish looks lumpy. Very disappointed

Recently moved to Ocoee. So happy I found this gem. The place is nice and clean. They have screen dividers separating clients, sanitize surfaces after each service which is a good thing during pandemic. Had a girl name Mimi did my pedicure. She did excellent job on my feet. Best massage ever. Will definitely come back.

Very nice place to have your nails done. Very professional, clean and they do a great job! Tam is my nail tech and she is fabulous!!

Their pedicures are the best. The girl really took time to do mine. Shes good at taking out ingrown toe nails. Massage was also amazing. Loved it.

What I dont like about my PEDICURE....Too bright insideTV on and having the news on!!They wear gloves and you cant feel the massage!!They soak your feet in a plastic lining!! That is very toxic!!Play spa musicDim the lightsPlay music no TVPlease make the employees not war gloves...it feel horribleRemove the plastic liners!! It also feels horrible!!

Showed the artist a picture of the nails I wanted. He said he could do them just like the picture (painted on white stars) I told him I wanted a different background color behind the white stars and he said okay. After my nails are painted solid, he tells me that they dont have an airbrush machine and cant do the stars. When I told him that was messed up, he said he didnt know I wanted stars, even though I showed him the picture and he literally said it out loud. Not worth the money, I feel like I got scammed. Dont waste your money here

I had an appointment and they took me right away. Which is the only reason I’m giving 1 star. The guy was falling asleep during my pedicure. He took sooo long with my pedicure (because he was sleeping 50% of the time) that my feet were painfully wrinkly . I’ve never ever had an experience like this. I was watching him FAKING. He would paint over nails that were already painted while he closed his eyes. Took videos and pics. Left no tip, I’m mad I even paid.

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday and I was very pleased with the service and the atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly. I loved that the open the pack or disposable equipment before the start working on you. I was nervous because I had my toddler with me and sometimes kids cant sit still but there was a spot just for him to wait semi patiently. I will definitely be returning here ever two weeks from now on.

If you have appt they take you right away. Also so very nice.

I had gotten the traditional pink and white. The guy looked like he was falling asleep while doing my nails. On top of that there is pink in the white on basically all of my nails. I’m so disappointed. This is why I usually don’t change the place I go to.

I live right down the street and have been going here for 5 years now. Always call and make an appointment. I didnt make one once and the wait was long. They give great foot massages with your pedicures! The prices are reasonable. I love going here, there is a Subway next door and Sallys!!

I took my 15-year-old daughter and myself to get a full set of nails on their sheet a full set of nails is $22 so for both nails it should have been $44 plus $10 for my daughter getting her toes polished they charged me $85 because they said my daughters nails were long and they had to trim my nails downThe manager was rude and see it next time read all the way at the bottom it said extra for a long nails

I wouldve done a better job doing my own nails. The manicurist did such a sloppy job and was unapologetic when I pointed out the obvious flaws. I wanted french tip but ended up removing it and just painting it red. Figured no way to mess that up....but I was proven wrong. She didnt even clean up the Polish off my skin around my nails. This was my 3rd visit there and I think Im so done!OAN, I hate that these nail salons put their shrines up front. Is that really necessary? Leave it in your break room if u must have it there, ijs.

I dont like the way my nails were done. If Kim or Lana are unavailable, I wont get my nails done. I had gotten gel with a French Mani. The nail tech did a horrible job and when I pointed out the bubbles before putting my nails under the UV light, she told me not to worry about it. She attempted to burst the bubbles with one of the nail tools. Just about every nail had several small bubbles on them. Its aggravating! 😖

Bad pedicure. Sat for almost 35 minutes in chair with an apt .feet soaking in water. Than lady did pedicure in 20 minutes. Didnt trim nails properly. Bad polish job. Hurt me twice. Burned my feet with hot towel. Very disappointed

I walked in and after not being acknowledged until I stood there a while the lady doing the nails finally asked me what I wanted when I described it to her she had a nasty attitude and first of all, she didnt even know what I was talking about so when I showed her a picture and asked her if she was sure she could do it she then snapped at me telling me that she sorry if I dont think they can do it but I really was just trying to ask you if they knew how to do what I was requesting. Then she told me I would be waiting a long time no one is available in a rude way and I said thats okay I wont be staying because you have a nasty attitude. Worst customer service I have seen in awhile I dont even know how this place is open

Nothing special. Mediocre nail technicians...i asked for a fill and regular polish. Guy kept telling me i need a new set instead i said no thank you i just want a fill. Their fill is 17 the new set is 22 with out gel or anything special. When hes finally done my total turned out to be 22 im like why? A fill is only $17 they say its because he had to shape my nails...like seriously? Isnt that part of the damn manicure /fill?! Never returning and the nails are already messed up and one nail is thicker than the rest. My 4yr old couldve done better.

I am always very pleased to take my 86 year-old grandmother to Lana and her sweet staff for her mani and pedis. They are so gentle and kind. Very clean salon. I would not take my grandmother anywhere else.

I came in Thursday July 28 to make an appointment with Kim or Lana as advised by a girlfriend of mine. I specifically asked to be served by Kim or Lana. I ended up making an appointment with Lana. I came back earlier than the appointed time & was then served by a random Chinese lady while Lana walked around delegating. This lady started my pedicure and long story short....did the most terrible job Ive ever had done. She half assed the entire thing and did not soak properly or use the pumice stone to scrub the calluses off of my feet. She even tried to skip my entire left foot claiming it was because I was ticklish.Kim took care of my nails and did a decent job after I told her I didnt like how she shaped them the first time. After I paid I told Kim the tip was for her & not the other lady, she asked why and I told her that she didnt even scrub my feet. Lana came over and asked and I told her & she did nothing to make sure I was satisfied or offer to return my money or offer for me to return and have it done properly.Bottom line, this is the worst nail place Ive ever been to with the worst prices.UNPROFESSIONAL & LAZY NAIL TECHNICIANS. This is not their craft. They do it because they dont know anything else.LANA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANY GUESTS. THEY DIDNT EVEN USE ANY SOAKING PRODUCTS FOR FEET...JUST HOT WATER. I SHOULDVE LEFT IMMEDIATELY.The one star is because Kim at least acted like she cared and made sure I was satisfied.This place needs to be out of business soon. Overpriced with terrible service.

I have known Lana and her staff since 1998. The care they give each client is only surpassed by their genuine care for each person that walks through their doors. Lana insists the salon operate under the strictest health and safety guidelines of the state.It took my wife eight years to convince me to visit this salon and get my first pedicure. Lana has the best nail technicians. Her salon is immaculate and the massage chairs are brand new with all the bells and whistles.

My wife went to this nail salon today and had a horrible experience. Her nails were done by a gentleman there and they look like a child painted them. She also said he was rude and impatient. She had been there many times before, but wont be returning. The prices are not worth the quality. She will find another nail salon.

Worse place ever, went in for a fill. Only 2 people working the guy who did my fill was on the phone while doing my nails, hardly any acrylic and looks crappy, the woman who did my polish did a horrible job I just wanted the tips painted one color and a black line under the color on tips totally messed up and looked like my 3 year old daughter painted my nails.. they could not even speak English or even understand. They wouldnt fix them or take off any money because they messed up.. I immediately left went right next door to cvs and purchased polish, and polish remover.... stay away from this place!!!!!

Tam is the best

I have tried giving this place 2 chances. First time i went in, I was never acknowldged. Waited for 30-45 mins before i left. I figured maybe it was just a bad day. Went yesterday to get my legs, eye brows waxed and a pedi for my daughter and I. I asked if i could get my waxing done first so we could both enjoy our pedi at the same time. The lady started the pedi on my daughter (Who is 7) i figured maybe someone else was going to start on me in a few mins. There was 3 techs wondering around. Not a single one talked to me. My daughters pedi gets done and i asked when they were going to do the wax/pedi for me. And was told i had to wait. Mind you there is one tech sitting there drawing and another playing on her phone at this time. After being there over an hour, i paid for my daughters pedi and left. I will never come back to this place. By far the absolute WORST customer service ever.

I went in just to do my eye brows they told me they were closing. I walked in at 5:00 and they close at 6:00. Never going again.

Nails turned yellow. I got gel + acrylic, and I not smoke. Worst lifting I have ever dealt with. Now that I got them filled from another place, where lenas nails are there are lifting from the bottom.
