Not very happy with the Baton Rouge location. Came in to warranty some parts. Instead, they sold me new board and thermostat without mention of needing claim numbers. Didnt warranty the thermostat and didnt even mention that it could have been a possibility. Not to mention rude and very inhospitable location.

I had issues with the previous manager and corporate office but recently the new manager went beyond his call of duty to try and restore my faith in his store. Thanks!!!!
