We just had our daughters quinceanera 7/10/21 and everything was beautiful. Everyone was nice the staff was attentive. Highly recommended!! AAA+++

I was very impressed with how lovely Alegria Gardens is. The layout is perfect for any reception with plenty of seating and a big dance floor. Most impressive though was the food and the service, 10/10.

From the time we walked thru the door, the entire experience was Amazing! Courteous and professional staff, beautiful decor and set-ups to choose from, and great prices. The day of the event was well organized, the venue was beautifully decorated, staff was helpful, and our waiter Silvano was outstanding! He went above and beyond to help ensure our baby shower was a success. Thanks Algeria Gardens! We definitely recommend the Clay Rd or other locations for all your special event needs!

Recently got married at this venue. They received us with open arms and offered lots of help and were very accommodating. The staff is bilingual which means a lot to me being that our parents are Spanish speakers. The hall is well kept and very elegant. I would definitely recommend it!!

The waiters all around were superb and worked well together but my server dalayjah never left me with an empty cup and kept my table fed, Perfect service!

Either of their three banquet locations will exceed your expectations. The Stacy location met our capacity needs perfectly. We needed seating for 300 for a conference only (no tables). It is located in a fairly new, quiet shopping center with plenty of well-lit evening parking. We found all their locations to be elegant--not gaudy with tacky decorations like some rundown ballrooms we checked out previously! The floors were clean and shinny. The bathrooms were nice, clean and even smelled good!We appreciated the professional attention we got from Gloria (CSR) and Alex (Mgr), though everyone we met were friendly. They gave us excellent pricing and went beyond expectations to accommodate and meet our special conference needs. Do not waste time looking elsewhere, this is the perfect location for your event. I highly recommend it, you will be pleased with the venue and service.

Had a Indian style wedding organized here at Alegria gardens! The venue is excellent..we had about 200 guests and space wasnt an issue..Nancy the wedding coordinator worked with us meticulously and REALLY took good care of us! From the pricing, to the details about decorations, food, cake etc, she was really knowledgeable and guided us very well in planning our event! Cynthia the decor coordinator helped us in picking out a theme and she was very patient about it!We booked the venue About 7 weeks before the wedding date and everything went as planned! Would highly recommend this venue to every one...I myself would be returning to Algeria gardens for my future events!

Had my graduation at the smaller hall and it was amazing. The price was affordable. Decor made the event look extremely elegant and fancy. There was a small hiccup at the beginning but management stepped up and fixed it immediately.

Great place for parties

Thank you so much for making all my dreams come true for my wedding. The service was amazing, everyone loved the food and the cake and the price incomparable, i looked around visited about 10 different locations and I’m more than happy with my decision. It was all right. My niece had her Quinceanera there. Food is on the bland side. Im from Louisiana, so most of the food in Houston is bland.

Nice banquet hall for small parties.

I had my wedding with them and absolutely loved it! We were planning my wedding for almost an year and they were very helpful in every step of the way, even with the many inconvenience we ran into. They were understnading and very flexible with me. On the day of the wedding they were phenomenal!! They were on top of everything and very friendly with all of my guest! But what amazed me the most was how detailed they were, because a couple of weeks before the wedding I found out I was pregnant and shared the great news with them. Fast foward to the day of the wedding, it was time for the toast, and they served all my guest their drinks but served me Sprite...something that I was not expecting because I didnt ask for them to do so, but was very pleased to know I was well taken cared of. Overall everything was great from the pricing, payment plans, service, and clean up after the event. I would definitely come back and plan any future events with them. They made that day easy and smooth for me, so I could enjoy my wedding!!

Had my daughters Quinceañera a month ago at this great Venue, had 350 guest. The food was great, the cake was awesome, and the decorations of the hall were Spectacular, very elegant place. Will like to thank all the staff for making this day Fabulous, a special thanks to Nancy and Cynthia for helping out since day 1 when we visited Alegrias Open house. I will definitely be back and also recommend this Hall.

Worst customer service ever! We booked this venue a few months ago. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues and needed to change the date. Cynthia was very unprofessional and would not work with us. They never called us once during the term of our contract, not even to respond to our request to change the date. It was not until we went down there that she told us it would be $1,500 to switch to another Friday. Long story short, she was rude, did not want to give us the name of anyone else that we could speak to and kept the $3000 we had already paid. Stay away from this place!

I had my wedding here on March 2,2019, and everything was PERFECT!! From the staff the venders it was just Amazing!!!!!Let me first start by talking about the staffNancy, is amazing!! She is one of the sweetest, most kind person ever. She was always there to answer any question or concerns I had. Being a bride we can get stressed out fast and just knowing I could pick up my phone and call or text her made things sooo much less stressful. I never had to worry about anything because she was always on top of everything!Cynthia- Is awesome as well. I worked more with Nancy but when I did had to work with Cynthia She was so patient with me. I went to go pick out my center pieces, and table linens. Let’s just say I am very picky person, and know exactly what I want. She made sure to stay late just to make sure I was 100% satisfied.These girls are both just amazing!!!! This place would not be where it’s at today if it wasn’t for these 2 hard working women!!!!!!The Venue is just so beautiful. I swear there was not one person at my wedding that wasn’t amazed how beautiful and well kept up the venue was. I couldn’t of asked for a prettier wedding.The venders they have are just as amazing. We got nothing but compliments on our food, cake, photographer, and Photobooth. They are just the sweetest people. The DJ did amazing played a great mix of music. I am white and my husband is Hispanic and everybody thought the music he played was a great mix.I definitely recommend Alegria Gardens Reception Hall for any even you are planning on having. I promise you will not regret it!!!

My daughters Quince came out very nice! The staff was very helpful and professional!! Not to mention the place, the place is very elegant and beautiful!!

The hall is nice and its located on a nice area. At first everything was going magnificent. Cynthia gave us a discount and from the moment everything went down hill. Because of the discount, she treated me like as if i wasnt paying. Their customer service is terrible. My payment was due on a sunday and I paid on a monday because i though it was close . She charged me $20 as late fee. Keep in mind that I still had 1 month left to pay the full amount that was only partial payment. She screamed at my family about some chairs that she DIDNT put in my hall, after paying 100 for those extra chairs and table. The staff was late .She claimes that she never gave me a time for the waitress to get there but i was told the waistress was going to be there at 7. SHE IS VERY GOOD AT CHARGING FOR LATE PAYMENTS AND FOR LEAVING 15 MINUTES LATE BUT SHE DOESNT WANT TO REIMBURSE $$ WHEN HER STAFF IS LATE..Who doesnt give you a time? And she took $100 because the DJ left at 1:45. I was supposed to end the party at 1 and i did but the dj took 45 min to pack his equipment and she charged me $100.

Horrible experience never go there again the management is so rude and disrespectful and doesnt care about ur situation.

My daughter Kaila had her Quinceanera here yesterday. Alegria exceeded my expectations so much. They went above and beyond. The wait staff, the management.. the caters.. the Dj and the photographer and videographer was excellent. I never had to worry. They were very organized and onTime. They were worth every penny.

I went here to plan my wedding first impression was very nice but very expensive but a nice place, I went to open house which I got great deal to plan a wedding for 2017 I sign contract and I had a family emergency so bad happen they lady by name of Cynthia calling me harrasing me telling me she going cancel my date and give it away...this place is worst place ever now they want return my deposit she cancel my date telling us we owe them money. She has breech contract and she cancel us from contract...do not go here....

I got married on March 4th, The staff is amazing, the bartender and waitresses are really nice. The decoration was amazing, they keep the place clean. The cake, Dj and food were included in the package I got and I have to say that the food was Delicious, we choose Dvine and the food is top of the line, the Dj was also amazing Dj Gman he knew just what to play and satisfied both families (Hispanic and American) he made the wedding super fun, The only thing I dirint like was the cake, when I went to pick the flavor, the place was really far, I dirint really like the cake, but since it was included I choose the flavors that were ok, and on top of that they charged me $130 for the decoration and I did not like the topper. If I were to change anything from the wedding would’ve been the cake for sure. I did get my full $490 deposit back. Also make sure you pay on time or they charge you 10% of what the monthly payment is supposed to be and they don’t call you to remind you so don’t forget to pay on time, I do recommend this venue,

I had my Daughters Quinceanera and i cannot describe the Services. It was Excellent! the owner was supper nice and helpfull. All i can say is that if you are planning to have any kind of event you might want to call this place they are very nice and helpfull and specially very family oriented. I have to give this place 2 stars the food and cake was great but the service sucked. When we decided to check this place out a pregnant girl helped us she was great but the other 2 girls that run the place were very rude and unprofessional Cynthia I believe was her name was the main one she seemed to be off on things like we were never on the same page. While we were planning the party we had a lot of disagreements and she even said you know I can just cancel the event and tell the owner to give your money back we dont put up with people that are difficult like you that was my first sighn I should have left but we had to stay because the party was due on that same weekend. The party was for 80 guest and it was a sit down dinner the servers witch are the girls that run the place were behind schedule when we got there the chocolate fountain and fruit was not put out the food was not even put on plates. When they served the food the girls left for 3 hours from the party my family had to pick up there own food and throw it away inside the kitchen. The bartender had no clue what she was doing she just kept telling me am sorry they left I dont know. My brother was behind the bar area serving drinks because the poor bartender was out there trying to pick up plates and serve the cake as well finally the girls got there like nothing happend. It was just the worse service ever now maybe if it was a bigger party those girl would of done a good job but for any amout of money big or small I believe the service should be the best no matter what.On top of that Cynthia had the odasity to tell my mom after she picked up the refund check that the extra food I got from the microwave was for them and not for us and that the chef left it for them well if that was the case then why were my aunts cookies and our other food also in there wrapped up it looked like you guys were trying to take the extra food on purpose even the bartander was like I dont know how that got there and I still left food for them because I was not going to fight for food but since Cynthia waited for 2 weeks to tell my mother about the food she didnt get to eat I decided to put her on blast on google reviews but on top of all this I still recommend the place to some of my family because they loved how beautiful it was decorated hopefully the owner sees this and I know for a fact the servers are never suppose to leave from a party if its not done 👌🏼😉but no hard feeling at the end of the day the party was still great.👍🏼

As an event planner Ive hosted two seperate events here and both times the staff was extremely helpful and offered all the help I needed. The location was great, size great, service was great! Only downside is on both occassions, events were about 8 months apart, upon entrance to the hall there is an overwhelming odor (almost sewer type) no matter how many candles we burned or how much air freshner we used, when you entered it HIT you. However, once you get settled in for a couple of minutes its gone or should i say your nose adjusts. But each time you exit and reenter you inhibit the smell. Bottom line, I would and do plan on booking here again. Wonderful family to work with!
