OVER PRICED AND POOR SERVICE! They do not care about you just the money. They cut you then blame you like we’re holding their hands when doing my nails. Very unprofessional and was very unfriendly! Save your money and go some where the work is nice and the price makes sense because this place is not it!

Arrived approximately 545pm for a pedicure. Sat in the chairs a few minutes later and my toes were not even started until almost 630. Techs appointment arrived so she dumped me onto someone else. I told them I needed to be complete by 7pm. At 658 she walked away without a word. I paid, left the smallest tip I have ever left for nail service. Left and had to go back to pick up my guest who was not done even though she was serviced before me. NEVER AGAIN.

Peter did such an amazing job with my nails. He took his time to make sure everything looked great. Will definitely come back again.

Went in for a gel manicure and I was surprised by the variety of colors for gel and also the powder dip. Got taken care of right away and was in and out within an hr. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend and return!!

I will NEVER go here again. I was cut on my toes by my cubicles. Overpriced for service that is no where near the price scale. Please find another place to go to because I wish I did.

Ivy has been doing my nails for YEARS! I drive from Hunters Creek for her. The salon is clean and all the ladies are friendly!

I needed a last minute fill before a doctors appointment and I was able to come in and be taken care of instantly. My nail tech really paid attention to detail and made my nails look beautiful! I’m very picky about my nails and it usually takes at least 3 visits to the same tech for them to give me the correct style of nail that I like and she got it perfect on the first go! Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, I may take the drive next time I need a fill. My phones camera is currently not working so I’m not currently able to post a photo, but take my word that they look amazing!

I have done my nails here for almost a year but today was such a disappointment, they took almost 3 hours removing acrylics and putting on dip I showed Tina a picture of what I wanted and it looked nothing like it, then her other client came in and she started to rush at the end and came out even worse.

I Really had a great experience at Vans 2. It was very clean and peaceful. I love Peters passion for what hes doing. He did an amazing job doing my DIP powder. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends! Great service and keep up the fantastic work Peter!!

I had a wonderful and spectacular experience here. Van was so welcoming and determined to satisfy her customers. Karen was such a sweetheart and helped me out with everything. Bruce did a wonderful job on my pedicure and was extremely gentle and nice. I would most definitely come back and recommend this to everyone.

I have no idea why they have negative reviews! I went today for the 2nd time and I’m so happy with my visit! They are so friendly, they create a relaxing environment & treat everyone like family! I came in and got seated right away. I came here before for a pedicure and it was amazing. The massage chair was really nice and they give you a heating pad when your sitting down. When I got my nails done they were really nice and I came out perfectly they did do a little twist when I showed them the picture but it came out even better.

Found the ocoee location on accident a little less than a year ago, and I’ve been a repeat customer. I’ve brought my little sister and mom to get their nails done. Everyone in there is super friendly. Peter has done all of my sets, he’s thorough and conscientious. He take pride in his work, he’s very easy to work with.

Van is such a beautiful soul. Her staff is also sweet and kind. Her work is dope! My nails came out perfect. It was exactly what I wanted.❤❤

Do not go here for your eyes browns they will cut your eyebrows in half and then say sorry and still charge you

I went to van nails to get my nails done and the staff was very professional. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. While getting a pedicure you can enjoy a glass of wine & a hot wrap around your neck. 10/10 would recommend.

The gentleman doing my nails absolutely chewed my cuticles up when he used the dremmel tool to remove the old powder/polish and again when he was shaping them after the new dipping powder was applied. I repeatedly told him that he was hitting my cuticles (never mind that I jumped each time) and he just apologized and continued on. Its a real shame since this salon is so convenient for me and other than raw sore cuticles, my nails looked great.

This location (Vans Nails 2) was the first location i visited after finding Vans designs through this website about 3 months ago. Since then i go to whatever location Van is at. She is the only one who does my nails she is absolutely awesome, talented, kind and professional. Great place to get your nails done, the color selection is insane gotta love it. I absolutely love going to Van since I’ve found her I don’t let anyone else do my nails. She’s quick, nice, and very professional ! I highly recommend you go to her and the plus is they serve WINE which I love lol along with other beverages as well. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

My nails look good (but not great) and I will never come back here for the following reasons: 1) I showed a picture of what I wanted from their Facebook page and didnt get it 2) I wanted regular polish but my manicurist didnt understand so I settled for dip. 3) It hurt! She created open wounds on my fingers around my cuticles and then painted over them with what felt like alcohol! I keep hitting them and being reminded!

Vans nail salon is a really nice salon and very relaxing salon. Peter did my nails and I was very satisfied I also enjoyed and like my pedicure as well. I will go there again.

If I could give this place zero stars that’s exactly what it would be. I had a HORRIBLE experience at this place yesterday (May 19,2019). I went in for a full set for my daughter and I and my daughter to get a pedicure. First off her pedicure looked like a 5 year old did it. Her nails were bulky, unevenly shaped and had polish on the side of her toes. Now the full sets are a totally different story. They suggested my daughter get SNS so I obliged, mistake one. The girl Lee had an attitude with my daughter and all the women who entered the salon. My daughters nails were chunky, uneven square shape and said her nails were hurting and throbbing. I simply asked for almond shape and got everything but that. They were uneven on all sides, and the acrylic is bulky with all kinds of dips in my nails. They always give the same stupid excuse for uneven shapes ‘oh your finger is shaped that way’ which is a complete lie. This was my daughters first time getting her nails done and her birthday but she ended up sooooo unhappy. I immediately called Van other salon and requested she fix them ASAP which is agreed but seemed annoyed I was adamant she fix them after paying damn near 100 bucks for all services. Van fixed my daughters nails done but still gave me a shape I didn’t ask for. I will never return to this salon and have already booked another appt with an independent nail tech to mix my mess of a nail job. I never write reviews and usually suck it up and never return but this was just too much of a horrible experience to pass up. If the parking lot is as empty as it was yesterday you know why, it’s because they can’t do nails.

They told me 25 when I called, but charge me 35 at the end... I only had simple manicure and pedicure!

Terrible place since it is now Ledo nails ! NOT VANs nails.... there customer service is terrible u make an appointment an wait over an hr anyway! Then they make a mess of your nails that you’re so upset you get up in the middle and tell them there done !! They lost my business and all my friends! Will never go back at all !! I will let everyone I know not to go !
