I came to this nail salon 2 days ago and my nail broke the next day. I came to the nail salon and the gentleman gave me someone else to do my nails. When I sat down I was trying to explain to the lady the color of my nail polish on what it looks like and she ignore me and disregard what I asked her. The guy explain to me she don’t have time cause she have other things to do and I explain to him that the nail color that the lady used so she decided to walk away and left me sitting there. I come to this nail salon all the time and I’m highly upset and don’t recommend anyone to come to this place.

I would give zero stars for this nail salon but I had to give a star to post a review. Very bad service. I went for a pedicure and the guy who did my service was very rude and rushing my pedicure. I asked him was he in a rush and he automatically exploded and became very rude. As I remained calm he yelled at meand told me to get out as I told him I would take my services elsewhere. None of the nail techs said anything. Do not go to thisnail salon as I said terrible service.

This place is small but quaint. The staff is friendly and sweet. I was surprised to see the wide variety of service options and their prices range from budget friendly all the way up to fancy. They do seem to stay pretty busy and full so its probably best to set an appointment yo avoid a long wait time. My experience was pleasant and i will definitely be back again.

Today I decided to take a 1/2 day work and get a gel mani pedi; I was very disappointed that I walked at 10:30 and left at 1:30 not because they were late as somethings they are but because they decided to put the slowest person to do both services. As I was sitting for the manicure and the technician 90% done here come the guy the tall ones that sits in the front in the left hand side to take over; why I’m not sure she had already wasted most of my day but this guy ruined the rest with his whole attitude. As a business owner myself his demeanor was un called for. Either way the fell had to be redone I told him to just take it off. Because it wasn’t looking right anyway. The girl sitting in the front who I guess is the decision maker decided to charge me as I had gotten full and complete services; I did not! Any way $85 later no completed manicure due to time and they weren’t worried about keeping customers I guess. I notice they only cater to young clients getting the fillings and artificials.They lost a good paying customer and I will also let my sister know not to patronage that business any longer. It should never taken 3 hours. I have never felt like I was begging anyone to get a service I was paying for that is how I felt today. SMH

Considering this was my first time visit this salon.. we had a 5pm appt but the technician didnt get started until almost 6pm. The fumes in the salon even with a mask on was Very overwhelming.My daughter accidentally messed up one nail and the technician kept doing everyone elses nail / pedicures and ignored my daughter to get it fixed. I told the main person that I had no problem paying to get my daughters nail fixed..she lied and said my daughter messed up her nail 3 times. As a customer thats completely unnecessary to lie to me in my face about my daughter. Considering it was a little busy..the PROPER response should have been.. Miss..we are a little busy but we will fix it..not lying to me about my daughter.First and last visit to this salon.

The nail tech could not shape fill in acrylic nails. So she continued to layer the acrylic trying to fix it, making it look bulky and not smooth. A nail tech that cant shape acrylic is questionable as a nail tech. She also filed too hard ending in a result of a nick on my toe and didnt address it or wipe the blood off. Something that should have taken 15 minutes took 45mins.

Literally him less than an hour to do my nails✅ I got gel acrylic and he did so good with my nails!! Had a Real bad experience here Came to this location with the friend for the 1st time had great Reviews about it nails turned out horrible they sat me down and waited for about 8-10 minutes to they started She kept getting up and leaving me with my nails halfway done about 3 to 4 times I understand that they were probably over booked or understaffed but it was not acceptable I told her what I wanted done did not do it she did acrylic nails instead of organic dip They came out shaping wise really messed up spent $55 there for horrible job do not recommend this location. They do have a todays nail location in apopka area which I go quite often Never have a problem or a wait. And super clean and well staffed too.

I’m not sure who’s managing this salon, but service is terrible. They don’t have good time management. The last time I went there I had an appt and had to wait 2 hours to be serviced. They take everyone that walks in. What about your long-time clients that tip well? What about your appointments? This time I had an appointment and another lady walked in. She was still doing someone else’s nails when it was my appt time, but that’s ok things can run over. What had me upset is you take someone else that didn’t have an appt before me! Duly noted, you don’t want my money. That’s the last time I’ll go back there. It used to be so clean and professional, but it has definitely gone downhill.

Better than most places around the area. I continue to go there and I’m satisfied with the service.It’s not a spa or fancy, but will care for your nail service well.

Came in for a pedicure with my boyfriend and the tech kept forcing me to tell my boyfriend to upgrade his pedicure. She literally kept pressing the issue and I couldn’t even enjoy my OWN service. If a customer says no to a upgrade then it’s no. She was also very rude and didn’t massage my feet well the entire experience was very rushed! I WILL NOT SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH TODAYS NAIL SPA EVER AGAIN!!!

The store was really nice and the man who did my manicure was nice but he didnt clean up around my nails. I have the dip nail power all over my skin and under my nails. I had a snapped nail that I ask for a tip to be put on to even it out and they did it but that nail is noticeably longer than the other nails. Im pretty disappointed because the color was super cute and I spent money on something that I wish was done neatly.

Don’t let them do your eyebrows!!!!!!!! I am super mad right now.i asked for a simple clean up and some lady took way to much off!!!! When she first got in the room I asked her if she knew joe to do eyebrows and she said she guess. Everytime I come here I have the worst experience! They rush when they are doing your nails and are very inconsiderate about your time.Im not a difficult person at all and typically never leave reviews, but I couldnt believe how bad my experiences were at this specific location.The lady rushed on my toes and they came out horrible when I asked her if she could fix themshe got up and left my toes half done and refused to come back and finish.After 20min someone else had to come and finish my feet.Another horrible experience I had is when another lady was doing my nails and was just rushing and not paying much attention and just drilled through my skin. I bled so bad that they had to keep putting a new band-aid over it to control the bleeding.What made it worse was she still had the nerve to put nail polish remover over my nail knowing the liquid would drip over my deep cut which stung and hurt even more to the point where I was literally crying. (Everyone knows nail polish remover consist of alcohol) So she knew it was going to sting me and hurt more.They still expected me to pay the full amount even though almost half of my finger was drilled off.I would HIGHLY suggest just saving your time and money and going else where. These people are extremely rude, and only care about getting through your nails and on to the next person with no consideration of the outcome.

I have been looking for a good nail salon close to where I live. The first time was decent. This is my second time going to this place. I decided to try the dip this time. By the time I left my were so thick and clumpy looking. Not only that but my cuticles and skin around my nails were stained black (the color I picked) I will not be coming back.

Prices are practical for the work that is done. Have recommended all the friends that I have that so there nails! EXCEPTIONAL PLACE!

Todays Nails & Spa is awesome! They have so many different options for your nails whether you want natural or acrylic. My go to is powder, and Kelly is my favorite! Shes been my nail tech for about two years and I followed her from one salon to now this one! Im always so happy with how meticulous she is with my nails and the quality of my nails! The pedicures are awesome. I get the honey scrub and its amazing! I drive 30 minutes out of my way just for this salon! All of the staff is friendly and has great service. Being in the service industry, I really appreciate consistent service! Ive been to many salons in the past but this one takes the cake! If you want something simple like a manicure or more elaborate like designs then Todays Nails is the place to go! They have eyebrow threading which I love as well as waxing. They have gel and powder options too! You definitely cant go wrong with this nail salon. There are so many salons in the orlando area that just arent consistent or professional and thats what keeps me coming to Todays Nails! Im sure anyone that goes wont be disappointed!

Updated post:Originally, I thought this place was awesome until I realized that Todays Nail and Spas negative reviews were in fact true. Victor charged me one price for a basic overlay take-off and basic manicure and Tiffany quoted me a price that was different. It was then I realized Victor had in fact been quoting me a price that INCLUDED tip. I had been tipping the man $17-$20 each visit.Very dishonest nail salon. I will NEVER be coming back. I rather get a subpar manicure with an honest quoted price than give my money to this salon again.I went very hard for you guys. Now all I have are these bad memories. They give a beautiful job on your nails. They are professional and you dont have to wait for a long time to get service or to be finished but prices run costly.

Very disappointed in this place second time going and never again ! Two of nails broke 🥺 the guy who attended me was stopping every minutes looked like he was in pain from his back and hands he’s the older guy with glasses. Stopped him a couple time to explain to him how I wanted them he was like okay and proceed he cut me which he apologized. My moms gel nail color chipped off too not even a week later very disappointing.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I JUST WENT IN WITH EYEBROWS And left with little lines for eyebrows! The lady who waxed my eyebrows didnt even speak English so she never understood when I told her to just clean it out and not to make my eyebrows thin. The people who work there didnt believe me until I showed them a picture and still refused to admit they are in the wrong. All the could offer me is to tint my eyebrows. Now I have no eyebrows and a wedding next week!!!!

It’s horrible!!! I was their for 3 hours and people that arrived their after me was helped before me and they didn’t have appointments either. This was the second time I went to this place and both times, the prices I was quoted were not what was charged at check out. I was in an exceedingly good mood when i went in and tried to engage in pleasant conversation only to receive sullen personalities with no pleasantries, but they were very chatty with other.While I was there, there were two other ladies who were expressing their unhappiness with the quality of work and poor service. Not one of received an apology. When I brought up the difference in prices, I was told I was charged an additional $10 due to nail length. Trust me, my nails are not that long...in fact, they are pretty average lemgth. When I mentioned what I was quoted and my displeasure very politely - no apology - just pay the bill.I will not be going back and encourage anyone who wants professional nails at the quoted price with good customer service - DONT GO HERE!

I originally loved this place until a day after I got my nails done they chipped went back the next day they fixed free of charge which I was like ok I could still come back here again but then 2 more nails broke later that day and at this point was frustrated because I work and cannot come to a salon every day a nail breaks and came in to get them fixed and the ladies were rude. They kept carelessly filing at my nail until they broke and said my nails were too thin to fix so I asked for them to be all removed and asked if I’d get some type of refund and they said no and so I left very unhappy and pretty much handed them 45$ for nothing. I’ll never come back here again.

Horrible Customer service. I got my nails done on a Friday afternoon, the salon was short staffed and my tech did not dnot take her time to do my nails correctly. I didnt complain because I empathized with her situation so much so that I skipped having a pedicure and had her just color them. On Tuesday one nail began to chip and Wednesday another one. Because of my schedule, I couldnt get to the shop until the following Friday. She not only charged me but blamed it on my nail. Unacceptable. We work hard for our money and no matter how pretty your design, you need to show some customer service.I told of my friends and family who used to go. Now we go to Vans nail shop. 2 locations. Im also notifying the BBB. No one wanted to give me the name of a manager. This America people.

Great nails. Kind of impersonal customer service but GREAT nails

Lisa did a full set on me which was nice so I went back a few weeks later for a fill in. I spent $40 for my nails to come out lumpy, she did not push back my cuticles, my “ gel “ chipped within the next few days of leaving, and also my finger nail broke off the very next week. Don’t waste your money here, they only see dollar signs and don’t care how they do your nails.

The color looks nice but everything was rushed. This is the third time Ive gone and been cut. The first time my toe bled but I let it go because no one is perfect. Mistakes can be made. The second time I bled profusely! They could not stop the bleeding but kept putting my foot into the dirty water. They put a bandage on but it kept bleeding. It became infected and had to go to the doctor. It took three weeks to heal. Today they got me again. That is it!! There is now an open wound on the side of my foot that is painful. I will never go back!! I kept thinking it would get better. It hasnt. Its get them in, get them out attitude. Not worth the pain!!

Wow where do I start ! I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 3 years I’ve referred several family members and friends here and to their 2nd salon they now own S&S nails (next door to TooJay’s) They are 3 nail techs that does a great job and 99% of the time I love my nails ! In the 3 years I’ve had to go back 3 times and each time they had the WORST customer service but I sucked it up because it was close by ! I’ve tolerated their price gouging, seemed like every time I went they were adding an extra $5 or $10 When I would ask about the extra charge they would have an attitude but I loved my nails so I would pay it tip them and return a few weeks later for my same services.Sunday I went in for my fill my reg tech was on vacation so someone else did my nails she spoke NO English except when they wanted me to pay first because the registers were about to close ! So this lady not only put the wrong color and ignored me when I told her that’s not the color I picked she ruined the shape of my nails but I tipped her anyway !Monday I called the salon to speak to a manger to have them fix my nails no manger was there so I called SNS nails I was told to call Tuesday speak to Lisa or Kelly, Lisa told me to go at 4:30 she will fix my nails I leave work early to get there on time to sit 25 min for her to say she’s not going to redo my nails ( she offered to file them )so I asked her kindly if she’s not going to fix them then she need to refund me and I will come back when my tech returns from vacation in 1 month this woman the manger Lisa says she will have to take my nails OFF if I want my money back ! I told her I just want my nails fixed and the color I picked She said they don’t do refunds and if I don’t like how they do nails go somewhere else ! Really ??? I called Kelly At their 2nd salon she’s a manger figured she would want to correct what they did wrong but she was just as rude and unwilling to fix my nails and when I asked for a refund she hung up the phone on me! This salon feels like they have a lot of clients and they don’t need the business however any business that runs like this will eventually fail ! In any business Customer service is EVERYTHING and LISA or KELLY has NONE !

Just got a pedicure today and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never had gel. The (older lady) that did my toes was sick she didn’t say one word to me. No massage no nothing. $40. Im so disgusted with this place. Worst customer service Ive ever received. 😡😡😡😡😡😡. So, Im currently visiting from Maryland and I came to this place to relax and enjoy mini vacation which was ruin quickly by most of the nail technicians here😡😡😡😡. The lady started to do my nails and when I told her she had cut my nails too short and I would like for her to fix them so they would all be the same length. She quickly got irritated and said they fine no need fixing them in her Asian accent. I then told her Im not happy with my nails and would like for her to fix them. Once again politely with a smile. She refused and started speaking in her language. Very unprofessional and distinguishing! I told her Im not please with her service and she told them someone else would do it. After waiting 20 minutes, I was sent to Loc to do my feet. She was very nice. She tried to talk with the ladies about their customer service and they all yeld her at. Loc and Alex is the only technicians who were nice. Im currently filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you want quality service, only go to those two.

I use to go to this place all the time but stop due to the amount I was paying but I recently decided to treat myself and got a refill and toes painted because they were to busy to get a ped Kelly rushed my nails and I told her one was already lifting!!! A few days later it breaks I come back with two other nails on top of the one that are also lifting they tried to say it was my fault and they would have to charge me which makes no sense if she did it right the first time I wouldnt have a problem so disgusted with this place oh and mind you I spent 72.00 dollars

On February 13th, I brought my 7 year old niece here as a Valentines Day present to her. Her first experience at a nail shop. I called and made my appointment with Lisa explaining to her what I wanted done. When I arrived there I patiently waited 30 minutes past my appointment time while Lisa was busy with another client. Meanwhile, I used the time to help my niece pick out the colors she wanted on her nails. Ken was the nail tech for my niece and began doing her nails. He was visibly annoyed to do my nieces nails but I ignored it for the sake of not allowing it to ruin her memory of the first time she got to get her nails done professionally. He didnt even soak her hand nor did he massage them like they normally would with a manicure. It broke my heart when she asked me why she didnt get her hands soaked like mines. When I explained that she wanted the clear glitter polish on top of her main color he very rudely said I will charge double for that, which is unheard of but....I was willing to pay. Money was NOT an issue for me. When Lisa got around to doing my nails I asked If she could do my nieces nails the next time I bring her because I truly wanted her to have the full manicure experience (except the cuticle cutting part) and she did not get that this time even though I called and made an appointment for it. Her response was I dont do regular manicure/pedicure. In fact, I didnt know you only wanted your real nails with gel polish, I thought you were getting nail extension. When I asked why did she agree to the appointment without asking if I wanted fake nails or not if she knew she does not do regular nails (which she clearly can do, but preference not to). Im a Registered Nurse, so Im not allowed to have fake nails at work. Both Ken and Lisa totally ruined that experience for me. I tried my best not to show my frustrations because I didnt want to allow it to be ruined for my niece in spite of the horrible, and rude customer service but they totally ruined it for me. They went out of their way to make us feel unwelcomed and they succeeded. When I asked for the owners information Ken started talking to Lisa in their language.This morning I went to attempt to get contact information for the owner so that I may discuss my concerns. I was informed that Lisa is not only the MANAGER there, she is also the owners daughter and Ken is her husband. How is it possible that when I usually get my nails done there with Victor I get nothing but excellence, but this time I got the manager/the family who own the place and get treated so horribly?!!!!!! Ken and Lisa, thanks for ruining what should have been a pleasant memory for me.

Id give 0 if possible. I thought Id try a new place but i would never go back. They gave my 16yr old a stiletto shape when she asked for ballerina and to fix it they cut them short trying to salvage the tip and it turned out horrible. I did my natural nail with sns and they didnt clean the color off around my nail.They are rushed and careless...I really tried to have patience with them but when they tried to charge and extra $10 for a horrible shape they messed up on, I had to draw the line. I will be posting the pic to show the poor job. I dont have gross hands like it looks, thats the color he didnt clean off. my daughters were worse....$140 wasted.

Ive gone here over 2 years now every month. Their service had always been just okay. But my nails last long and hardly break.But after today---- NEVER AGAIN.I walked in at 2:30 and asked what the wait was for 2 nails I broke and to paint my 7 yr olds nails, she said 15 minutes. So I said no problem and sat down at 250 pm I POLITELY asked hi you told me 15 minutes, how much longer we have to leave by 330 mind you, 2 other women had come in for FULL SETS and were seated immediately. No biggie. She asked if I remembered who did my nails I said yes and pointed him out. But told her anyone could do itShe ignored my last statement and told the guy-- who was working on 2 people at the same time. I again repeated can the next person do it she ignored me. At 3 pm he sat me down then walked away, mind you, nobody had addressed my daughter who was now sad. I waited in the chair until 315 then he finally started my repair.By this time there are like 6 women waiting in the chairs and every table is full ---so a lady walked im and asked the wait time so the same lady said 15 minutes I COULD NOT HELP BUT LAUGH OUT LOUD BC SHE TOLD ALL 6 WOMEN THE SAME TIME!!!.... I commented to the guy everyone is 15 minutes I waited 49 minutes. You gotta tell her to tell people accurate times so they wont be mad ---this is a customers advice---Do you know this unprofessional heffer had the audacity to come up to me IN FRONT OF MY CHILD and tell me If you dont know anything you shouldnt talk, you didnt wait that long so be quiet-------- oh heck.------- My daughters eyes nearly fell out of her head. I dont need to type my entire response-----But know it wasnt unanswered. Im a professional self employed woman who owns 3 seperate businesses, I will not pay money to be disrespected By someone who barely speaks proper English.I have worked in customer service my entire life ---I dont care if its a cultural or class or just being plain uneducated REASON--- you DO NOT SPEAK TO A PAYING CUSTOMER LIKE THAT EVER!!! They do nails good but TERRIBLE eyebrow waxing I came with my eyebrows full no wax in 2 months only for them to wax it thin VERY thin

Unfortunately I have to give this nail salon a 1 rating. I have been going to the salon for at least the last 2 to 3 months. When I needed to get a new set of nails the technician that normally does my nails did a horrible job they were miss shaped,coloring peeling ; it was just not a good job and unfortunately I did not realize how bad it was until the next day or so. And I didn’t even bother to go back. Unfortunately I will never come to this nail salon again for the price they charge you and for the tips that I give the technician my mail should’ve been on point.

I have been a regular at this salon for about a year and I never really had a bad experience until three weeks ago. I always make an appointment with my nail tech which I did at this time. I get to the salon and they are busy as usual no biggie I sat down and waited my turn. half hour goes by i am still waiting by this time i am getting impatient because i made an appointment like that i didnt have to wait. Then they asked me if i want it to wait or go with someone else i respond it that i will wait ten minutes later i got called to be seated which i waited another 15 minutes while my nail tech was doing someone else. A gentlemen comes up to me to inform me that my nail tech was not feeling well if someone else can help me i said i guess i dont have a choice at this point so a girl sits down my first thought was that she was just going to get it started for the person that really was going to do my nails but that was not the case ive gotten my nails done by her before and i was not pleased and still paid for the service i was not going to do so at this time and leave unhappy so i told her if someone else can do my nails she did not hear me at first and she kept working i told her again i want it someone to do my nails she looked at me and asked if i didnt want her to do her nails i said no i dont like how you do them she laughed and got up and spoke to her workers in their language about five minutes later my nail tech came and sat down i told her i thought you werent feeling well she said oh is not that bad in my mind im thinking were you telling the truth in the first place or were you just saying that because she knew she was behind.I wasnt mad at first that she couldnt do my nails because she is pregnant and almost close to her due date but when she sat down to do my nails it got me even more upset than what i already was. 1. i thought it was rude as hell for the girl to laugh in front her clients face when something was told that she did not like. 2. If your going to deal with people have the damn courtesy to keep your comments and face expression to your self because at the end of the day you should give a professional attitude in your work regardless of the issue

Charged Me $100 For 2 Sets Of BASIC Nails .. She Didnt Even Apply Acrylic To Mine I Wont Go Here Again !!

They did fine on my nails but my toes are a hot mess. She did not clean it up or file them right or anything a waste of 42$ never again .

Young girl I think her name was nancy she dates one of the guys working there she did a horrible job on mine and my daughters nails, her customer service is horrible when she was doing my pedi she spent the whole time talking and texting on the phone, so wasnt worth it but all the other staff that i have had in the past did a great job.

Place is dark. All the regular nail polish are dry .Not very many different colors. Had a pedicure, which was terrible. The day after, woke my shoes and the nail polish had socks mark.SMH

I was scared at first but Jack went above my expectations! Ive had several complements on my nails! Ill definitely be back!!!

I got my nails done on Saturday and Sunday evening my nail broke without me doing anything to it and they still expected me to pay an additional fee to get it fixed. Customer service is terrible, quality is terrible and they’re money hungry.

I asked the price for my pointy ombré nails and she said a price I agreed with the length. At the end she ended up charging me $10 for the length I got which wasn’t long telling me she cut the tip and they were long.. I’ve been charged $5 for very long nails but $10! Let’s just THEY ARE NOT CONSISTENT WITH THEIR PRICES!!!
